Abstract

A multi-time scale reliability optimization method and system for a distributed energy distribution network includes constructing a comprehensive cost model of a distribution network, setting constraint conditions for an operation of the distribution network, using an improved multi-objective grey wolf algorithm for optimization and outputting a reliability operation strategy for the distribution network based on an optimal solution. The method optimizes the distribution network through a two-stage time scale system of medium-and long-term and short-term. The distribution network is set with active power and load power as targets, improving the operation of the distribution network and defining the distribution network. By using a Sobol sequence to optimize the algorithm in an initial population setting stage of the grey wolf algorithm, and optimizing an adaptive factor in a cross-mutation stage, the computational of the grey wolf algorithm is improved to improve the optimization of a distribution network reliability system.
