New technology for diagnosing Salmonella bacteria

Abstract

Because of the importance of this bacterium in human life and health, and because most of the tests that identify this bacterium have low sensitivity and diagnostic problems, The need arose to develop a more accurate diagnostic technique for this bacterium. This technique involves breaking down antigens using a sonograph, which transforms antigen molecules into very small nanoparticles. These nanoparticles are then isolated and purified using chromatography, and diagnostic kits are manufactured using ELISA. The results showed high accuracy in diagnosing this bacterium, surpassing the routine method, because the antigens used have a large surface area for binding to antibodies, are more purified, and have a high binding coefficient.
