Abstract
Claims
Claim 1. Composition of culture medium for the cultivation of Clostridium botulinum, the ingredients of which are: a peptone extracted from green pea hydrolysate, cottonseed hydrolysate and wheat gluten hydrolysate having a weight ratio of 1:0.24-43.62:0.01-50.57; and a casein hydrolysate.
2. The culture medium composition according to claim 1, wherein: the vegetable peptone present in the composition is 0.1-10 w / v%.
3. The culture medium composition according to claim 1, wherein: the casein hydrolysate in the culture medium composition has a content of 0.22-15.5w / v%.
4. The culture medium composition according to claim 1, wherein: the casein hydrolysate is in the form of a hydrolysate containing about 85.5-94.5 wt% of peptides with a molecular weight of 500 daltons or less and / or a hydrolysate containing about 63.56-70.25 wt% of peptides with a molecular weight of 500 daltons or less.

The culture medium composition according to claim 4, wherein: the casein hydrolysate comprises a hydrolysate containing about 85.5-94.5 wt% of peptides having a molecular weight of 500 daltons or less and a hydrolysate containing 63.56-70.25 wt% of peptides having a molecular weight of 500 daltons or less, if the casein hydrolysate comprises both hydrolysates comprising a hydrolysate containing about 85.5-94.5 wt% of peptides having a molecular weight of 500 daltons or less and a hydrolysate containing 63.56-70.25 wt% of peptides having a molecular weight of 500 daltons or less, their weight ratio is 0.01-40:0.01-22.
6. The culture medium composition according to claim 1, wherein: the vegetable peptone or casein hydrolysate is treated with an enzyme.
7. The culture medium composition according to claim 1, wherein: the composition also comprises a carbon source and at least one mineral selected from the group consisting of K2HPO4 (dipotassium phosphate), NA2HPO4 (disodium phosphate), and KH2HPO4 (monopotassium phosphate).
8. The culture medium composition according to claim 7, wherein: the mineral substance is present in the culture medium composition in an amount of 0.05-3.5w / v%.
