Description of the invention Title of the invention Seal with double-sided locking capability and no reuse after cutting the seal wire Technical background of the relevant invention The present invention can be classified according to the International Patent Classification (IPC) in the main section E under "Fixed structures" and in the sub-section E05 under "Keys, locks, door and window fittings, etc. ..." and more specifically in group E05B 39 / 00 which is specific to locks for sealing doors and devices that should not be opened without permission. In view of the characteristics used in the present invention, this invention can also be classified in group E05B 41 / 00 which is for locks having an indicator indicating that the lock has been opened. In addition to the above categories, this invention is classified in group E05B 45 / 00. Technical problem and stating the objectives of the invention Sealing means closing and preventing the continuation of the activity of a place or object. Seals are actually a type of legal prohibition that plays an important role in maintaining security and preventing tampering with equipment and places. These tools prevent unauthorized access to information and property by physically sealing them. Sealing actually means sealing or packaging an object in a way that prevents unauthorized access to it. This is usually done to maintain security, prevent fraud, or maintain the quality of goods. This is usually done by government agencies or regulatory bodies, especially in cases where a store, trade unit, or construction site is operating without the necessary license. The sealing order in these cases means closing down and preventing any illegal activity. In other words, this action indicates non-compliance with existing laws and regulations and can have negative effects on public safety and health. Sealing and sealing devices have a long history. In its original form, the sealing device consisted of a wire and a piece of lead, which was pressed onto the wire by a pressure device, and in this way, the lock could not be opened in an undetectable way. In other words, if the seal was opened by someone, it would be clear that the seal had been tampered with, due to the changes in the appearance of the lead. An example of such seals is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1: Prototype of lead seal With the advancement of technology and the increasing ability of industrial factories to manufacture plastic and metal parts, different and more advanced types of seals have become popular in the market, each of which uses different technologies and techniques to seal places. This tool has different forms, each of which has a different application. From simple and disposable seals to complex and electronic ones, each has unique features and applications, which we will briefly review below. Plastic Seal: Plastic seals are used to seal jumbo bags, crates, boxes, and even tankers. In some cases, they are also used in meters. This type of tool is made of durable plastic and is used as a disposable tool. The plastic type of this tool includes strap, mouse tail, bead, belt, and easy-open. Twist-on wire seals: Made of polycarbonate, ABS, and a thin, durable steel wire that twists together at both ends, providing greater resistance to tampering and cutting. Used to seal meters, computer cases, and tanks. Container seal: Made of ABS, iron, and aluminum, its only use is to be used on container doors. Security Label: This type of seal is a sticker that displays a security message if tampered with. This tool is mostly used to seal confidential letters, cartons and nylons, or to seal shutter doors. Electronic seals: They have advanced capabilities including remote tracking and monitoring and are known as RFID. Meter Seal: This type of seal is used for water, electricity, and gas meters. The purpose of using this type of tool is to prevent tampering and accurately record energy consumption. Barrel seal: Barrel lid seal is also one of the most widely used types of seals that is used to increase barrel safety and prevent other materials from penetrating into the barrel contents. This product is sold at the Kaveh Steel Store and has various models. Security Seal: Security seals are a type of security label used to identify and protect products and equipment. They can be used in areas where there is no compartment for the seal strap to enter and security labels must be used for sealing. The interesting feature of these labels is that they send a security message and have two types of effective and ineffective on the surface. Security labels include thermal, destructible and holographic labels. The following are some of the applications of this type of seal: Various types of industries: Used to protect equipment, products and shipments. Warehousing: Used to ensure that equipment and goods are not tampered with. Maritime, rail and road transportation: Used to protect containers and vehicles. Public services: Used to seal meters and infrastructure equipment. It is also used in banks and financial institutions to protect cash registers and banking equipment. Wire Rope Seal: Wire rope seals, also known as cable or wire seals, are one of the many types of seals that are very powerful and secure in preventing unauthorized access to products and equipment. These seals have attracted much attention due to their high strength, body material, and high safety. Examples of wire rope seals currently available are shown in Figure 2. Figure 2 - Examples of wire seals available on the market Cable seals are used as essential tools in various industries due to their high security and special capabilities. In the past, these seals were mostly used in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries to seal tankers, valves and discharge valves; but today, due to the increase in violations and the need to maintain security in various industries, such as the food industry, slaughterhouses and cold storage machines, the use of cable seals has been widely welcomed. The development of the use of these seals in various industries shows their value and importance in increasing the level of security and reducing violations. Wire rope seals offer great flexibility in size and length. These types of seals are manufactured in a variety of sizes and lengths, but one of their outstanding features is the ability to adjust the length based on the intended use. This feature allows the consumer to determine the length of the seal based on their specific needs and the environment in which it will be used. Various components in the design of wire rope seals are very important to increase their security and efficiency. These types of seals often consist of the following components: Seal body: The seal body is used to accommodate other components, which is mostly made up of two parts: a fixed body and a movable body, which provides the ability to open, close, and reset. Ball, gear or pulley: Having a ball, gear or pulley with the appropriate dimensions and in proportion to the dimensions of the seal body and the seal wire entry and exit chamber is one of the essential elements. The correct and accurate size of the balls can prevent the seal wire from reversing. Springs: The presence of two springs is also of great importance. The length and diameter of the springs and their proper placement in the seal body are decisive factors in preventing any intrusion into the cable seal. In this type of seal, the end of the seal wire is soldered. Precise and specific soldering of the end of the seal wire prevents the end of the seal wire from being exposed and of course is also considered a kind of indicator, because if the offender tears the wire and tries to reuse the seal wire, he will not be able to solder the wire under those specific conditions, and the absence of this sign indicates an intention to violate the seal. The seal wire must be fully pulled out after passing through the body to prevent the creation of a gap on the seal wire. This measure also helps with security measures and the strength of the seal. The functional mechanism of this type of seal is that one end of the wire is fixed in the seal by various methods. The second end of the wire is inserted through a hole in the seal body and using various mechanisms (ball, gear or pulley), the wire is locked and moves in one direction and does not move in the other direction. The technical problem with all the towbar seals on the market is that after cutting the wire, it is possible to reuse the seal with a similar wire or welding the previous wire, which is the main problem with these types of seals. Using methods such as soldering the end of the wire, using one or more balls to lock the wire, or using a gear or pulley does not solve the technical problem in a radical way. The methods of using a gear or pulley as a method of locking the wire are only in one direction and do not prevent the wire from moving in the other direction, and by using these methods, after cutting the wire, it is possible to re-pass through the wire entry hole and lock it again. Or, for example, the offender can neutralize the seal system by melting the solder and re-using the solder after opening and closing the seal. Therefore, the aforementioned methods do not solve this technical problem fundamentally and the violator can reuse the seal. Therefore, this invention attempts to address this technical problem and a type of back-up wire is presented in this disclosure that solves the existing technical problem fundamentally and completely and completely eliminates the reuse of the seal. In this invention, the seal is designed in such a way that, by using the movement mechanisms of the designed components, after attaching the seal, the movement of the seal wire in both directions becomes impossible and is completely locked. If in any case the seal wire is removed from the body, the activated mechanism prevents the wire from re-entering, making it impossible to reuse the seal. In a way, this seal is completely disposable; after the wire passes through the main body of the seal, the wire entry hole is blocked. A description of the state of the prior art and the history of developments related to the claimed invention. By browsing international and domestic databases using the invention title and the invention classification mentioned above, various types of wire or back-seals can be seen. Similar inventions are presented below and their differences from the present invention are explained. A similar patent is disclosed in the US Patent Office database under the title "Safety Seal for Use with Standard Cable" which is a type of seal using a stranded cable, in which a housing is provided with apertures for receiving the end of a cable so that a chain loop is formed from the body. As can be seen in the figure below, for economy of construction, the housing is formed from two pieces of sheet metal superimposed and suitably bonded together, said pieces being shaped to form conical apertures for receiving a locking member and cable. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the side walls of the housing are tapered inwardly towards the top of the housing, so that the chain loop extending from the top can be as short as possible to increase resistance to tampering. As is evident from the description provided, the locking mechanism is based on locking the two sides of the cable by means of a wedge and two cylindrical pieces. The locking is one-way and the passage of the wire is not blocked. Another similar invention entitled Cable Locking and Sealing Device was published by Bramall Company in 1993. The drawing of the said invention is shown in the figure below. The invention is a cable lock and seal device having a cable attached and the free end of the cable can be passed through a member to be locked. The free end of the cable then passes through a hole in the body of the lock and seal device in which there is a spring-loaded conical member carrying a ball mounted in a transverse opening. The ball rides on a sloping conical surface and is engaged and locked when the cable is attempted to be removed from the lock device in the opposite direction to that in which it was inserted. In this invention the locking mechanism is based on an intermediate piece, ball and spring and restricts the movement of the wire in one direction and allows movement of the wire in the other direction. A search of the PatentScope database yields the first similar record of the invention titled “Double-lever steel wire seal.” The present invention was disclosed by Huangshan Billion Company in the China Patent Office in 2021 and published in 2022. The components of the seal are as shown below. This invention discloses a double-latch steel wire seal, which includes a seal body, a seal cylinder, a wrench and a steel wire, the seal body having a steel wire fixed hole and a steel wire seal hole, the tail end of the steel wire inserted into the steel wire fixed hole to be fixed, the seal cylinder installed under the steel wire, and the wrench installed on the seal body. A threaded tip hole penetrating the seal body and communicating with the steel wire seal hole is formed at the top of the seal body, a threaded tip is provided at the end of the wrench, and a steel wire head passes through it. The steel wire seal hole and the upper part of the seal cylinder, the double-latch steel wire seal uses a structural device that the threaded tip, the spring seal and the two-way extrusion of the steel ball are closed in the steel wire slot hole, thereby achieving the double-latch steel wire seal mechanism. As is clear from the disclosure of the present invention, the said seal requires an accessory to operate the mechanism, and with the availability of a lock wrench, it is possible to open and close the said seal without being identified. Another similar invention in the Maralzhikr database is the invention entitled Disposable Broken Crankshaft Seal of Steel Wire, which was submitted to the China Patent Office by Zhang Shaohua in 2022. As shown in the figure below, this invention shows a disposable broken crankshaft lead steel wire seal, which is related to the technical field of logistics equipment. The invention includes a seal body, a steel wire and a seal crank, a steel wire end connected to one side of the upper end plate of the lock body, the other end of the upper end face of the lock body is equipped with a pull hole penetrating through the lock body, and the seal crank is inserted into the pull hole. The other end of the steel wire passes through the pull hole. There is a lead sealing hole on the end side face, close to the pull hole, of the lock body, the inside of the seal hole communicates with the pull hole, and internal threads are arranged in the seal hole. According to the disposable lead seal steel wire lock with broken crank wire, one end of the steel wire is fixedly connected to the lock body, the other end of the steel wire penetrates through the pull hole in the lock body, then the seal crank head is screwed into the seal hole, the steel wire is compressed and compressed through the seal. The seal head is screwed with a rotational force. Therefore, the steel wire cannot be automatically opened, and the safety of the goods is ensured. According to the explanations provided in the description of the aforementioned invention, it can be seen that this invention, similar to the previous invention, has a crank device that creates a seal closing mechanism, while in the present invention, no other accessory device is required for sealing. Another invention with a similar mechanism that can be seen in the Spacenet database is the "Three-hole Anti-theft Steel Wire Seal" which was disclosed in 2019 by Fuzhou Zitavar Company. The components and mechanism used in the aforementioned invention are as shown below. This invention discloses a three-hole steel wire anti-theft seal. Its components include a lock head shell, a first sealing strip on the left side of an upper end of an inner cavity of the lock head shell inserted through a limiting ball. A second sealing strip inserted through a limiting ball to the left side of the upper end in the lock head shell. A block which is fixedly connected to the end of an inner cavity of the lock head shell. A limiting connection groove formed in the lower part of an inner cavity of the fixed block. A clamping ring is movably arranged in the limiting connection groove. The upper and lower ends of the clamping ring are inserted through the insertion tubes into the limiting grooves at the upper and lower ends of the lock head shell, the limiting connection grooves are provided with baffles on the right side of the clamping ring. The first clamping teeth are fixedly connected to the outer side of the clamping ring, and the springs are fixedly connected to the right end. The baffles and the inner part of the lock head shell.Due to the steel wire sealing strip with three anti-theft holes, through the overall structure of the equipment, the movement of the clamp ring can be more stable. And through the structure of the second sealing strip and the second insertion lock hole, the lock head shell is prevented from being stolen. As can be seen in the description of this invention, this seal is not disposable and after the seal is opened, it can be used by the offender without its opening being detectable. Therefore, the technical technique used in this invention is different from the mechanism used in the present invention. The aforementioned inventions were similar to those found in international databases, and based on the descriptions provided in the inventions, the differences between the aforementioned inventions and the mechanism used in the present invention were stated. The following are similar inventions searched in the domestic database along with their differences from the present invention. The invention entitled Mechatronic Seal, registration number 93348, which was submitted to the Patent Office in 2016 to the applicant of the present application, is a mechatronic seal as shown in the figure below, which is a combination of mechanical and electronic parts. According to the disclosure made in the description and claims of the invention, the functional mechanism in this application is as follows: a wire rope with a coated conductive core is used. For this purpose, it acts as a circuit and by turning the handles of the seal, it acts as a switch and the electronic mechanism of the seal is activated. Using the electronic mechanism and electrical boards used in the aforementioned lock, its functional mechanism is electronic and indicators are embedded on the seal that show whether it is active or inactive. The industrial application of this type of seal is in places such as customs, where the ability to display the exit time and the possibility of checking and verifying the performance of the seal is provided easily and with great accuracy. The said invention differs from the mechanism claimed in the present invention in that in the said invention, protection is based on electronic devices. In other words, the wire rope of this seal is different from ordinary wires. This wire rope is coaxial and has a central strand of copper that is covered with a lacquer coating. After cutting the wire rope, this wire is also cut and as a result the electronic circuit is activated. By sending a message through the embedded electronic board, the manipulation is announced by an LED lamp. The lock used in this invention is a simple, one-way mechanical lock and does not use a multi-lock mechanism of mechanical movement. It should be noted that all its protection and safety mechanisms are based on electronic algorithms and have batteries and electronic components. In some models, mechanical positioning is also active in it and its basis is based on electronic protection. This is while the entire mechanism used in the present invention is entirely mechanical and the mechanism used in the present invention is completely different from the said invention. The invention entitled Mechanical Multi-Lock Seal with registration number 93635 owned by the owner of the present application is different from the present invention in that in this invention, in order to prevent the defect of the existing tow seals in the world, which is the movement in the free path of the wire and the cutting of the wire loop and the hiding of the cutting and welding location, as can be seen in the figure below, in this invention, the second and first locks operate separately, and its complex structure causes the percentage of errors and non-operation of the second lock to be high. In addition, the complexity of the parts has caused the cost price of the seal to be very high. In the new design, the first and second locks are connected and placed in one mold. Reducing the number of parts and tolerances has reduced its price. The separation of the parts in this design eliminates the possibility of precise movement and in some cases, the possibility of wire entry is not possible. Given the nature of the seal by which a place is protected, if a very small percentage does not operate, its security nature is lost. To address this shortcoming, the present invention has been presented, which ensures its performance by integrating the second lock, preventing the first lock from moving in the second lock, and reducing the number of parts. A similar invention is available in the Patent Office database under the name of electronic seal, registration number 88520. The electronic seal of this invention is in the field of electro-mechanical and is for the security and repeatability of the sealing process. This electronic seal can be used more than once and indefinitely, and its closing and opening codes are different. As is clear from the description and claims of the invention, this seal is reusable and its lock is an electric motor. While the invention subject of this application uses mechanical locks and its protection system is electric. Providing a solution to an existing technical problem along with an accurate, sufficient, and integrated description of the invention Due to the existing technical problem, there was a need for a seal that could provide two-way locking. Therefore, this technical problem has been solved in this invention, and this seal limits the movement of the wire in both directions, and after one use, the wire passage is blocked, and in this way, the seal will not close again after opening, and the opening of the seal is detected, and ultimately, with this mechanism, it provides the highest reliability among existing buckle seals. In other words, the operation of the present invention is that the seal, after being attached and the mechanical activation of the second lock, blocks the possibility of free movement of the wire in two directions. In case of tampering, the evidence of it will be detectable and there will be no possibility of reuse. Any tampering with the wire will be detectable and the ability to hide the tampering with the wire is eliminated. The possibility of the wire entering the seal for a second time is eliminated. The manufacture of the parts and assembly of the seal is much simpler and significantly reduces the price. The buckle seal disclosed in this invention is a seal with a two-way locking capability and non-reuse after cutting the seal wire, which consists of the following main implementation: The main body of the seal (1) which consists of protrusions and recesses suitable for positioning the main components of the seal, which, when placed in it, leads to the correct functioning of the seal. The buckle wire (9), one end of which is fixed to the main body of the seal and its free end is inserted by the user into the hole embedded in the main body of the seal (1) and leads to the seal lock. The seal of the present invention includes two first locks (2) and second locks (3). The first lock is responsible for performing the locking action in one direction and the second lock is responsible for performing the locking action in the opposite direction. The locks include a ball, a pin and movement springs (5). The locking balls (6, 7) (two locking balls) installed in the first (2) and second (3) locks are installed in the hole and perform the locking function. The locating pins are used to move the balls (6, 7) and the two-way locking function of the sealing wire. The movement springs (5) also move the balls according to the position of the seal wire. In which the two main lock pieces (2, 3) work with two locking balls (6, 7) and a movement spring (5) that are placed in the main lock body (1). The second lock (3) (opposite wire movement and wire re-passage) is placed in the main lock body by means of a ball and pin assembly. By placing the main locks (2, 3) inside the main body piece (1) and correctly placing the movement springs (5), the entire new assembly is placed inside the body. Finally, the door (4) is pressed into the main body. It is possible to engrave a logo and serial number on the body. This eliminates the possibility of unauthorized manipulation of the seal. A basic example of the present invention is presented in the drawing file. The functional mechanism of this example is as follows. One end of the seal wire (9) is fixed to the main body and the other end is inserted by the user into the hole in the seal body (1). As the free end of the seal wire (9) passes through the main body of the seal (1), two main lock pieces (2 and 3) are activated by two locking balls (6 and 7) and a spring (5) that are placed in the main lock body (2). In such a way that as soon as the seal wire enters the main body (1), the first lock (2) creates the necessary clamping in one direction to prevent the free end of the seal wire (9) from opening. In such a way that when the seal wire (9) enters the main body (1), the moving spring (5) moves and with the help of the ball (6) embedded in the first lock, a clamping action is created in one direction. By moving the seal wire (9) in the other direction, the second lock (3) is activated and the movement of the seal wire (9) in the opposite direction is prevented by the ball (7) and the spring embedded in the second lock (3). The second lock mechanism is such that if the seal wire (9) is removed from the seal for any reason, the previously open wire entry point is closed by the ball (7) and the wire cannot be re-entered. In addition, the lock body is designed in such a way that any tampering with the wire is visible and there is no place to hide the tampering. Therefore, using the aforementioned mechanisms, if the double-sided locking wire seal is cut, it will not be possible to reuse it, and if the wire is removed from the seal by any trick, the wire cannot be easily resealed into the body, and tampering with the seal will be completely obvious. The seals of the present invention can be made of zamak with stainless steel for the cable portion. Zamak is an alloy consisting of primary materials such as zinc, but also contains lead and aluminum. The choice of zamak grade can also affect the quality of the seal body. Higher quality grades provide greater resistance to impact and corrosion. The seals of the present invention can be made with a plastic-coated body made of ABS used with stainless steel. These types of seals are highly resistant and are suitable for certain applications, such as the transport of high-temperature molten materials. Depending on the specific requirements of the environmental conditions used, the appropriate material for the seal can be used. Explanation of shapes, maps and diagrams The components and parts of the invention are presented in full detail in the invention file. Considering the stated technical problem, the technical features of the present invention that solve the existing technical problem can be listed as follows: -Security and anti-fraud capabilities: No possibility of misuse and no possibility of re-using the lock if the wire is cut, due to the technical feature of the two-way lock using a ball. -Smart design and structure: With its strong and resistant structure, the wire rope seal provides high security against tampering and theft. Their special design allows for easy installation and at the same time high security. This technical feature has led to a high security factor of the seal with two-way locking capability compared to other existing wire rope seals. And in all places where the seal is used, the possibility of fraud and manipulation will be greatly reduced. -Affordable and economical price: One of the important advantages of the present invention is the significant reduction in price compared to before, which makes it practical and economical. Description of at least one implementation method for implementing the invention As mentioned in the previous section, one of the methods of implementing the invention is that the sealing wire is passed through the wire entry hole. The wire moves in one direction until it reaches the desired size. To activate the second lock, we pull the wire slightly in the opposite direction of movement, the second lock is activated. In this case, the wire does not move in any direction and is completely locked. The second locking mechanism is such that if the wire is removed from the seal for any reason, the previously open wire entry point is closed by a ball and the wire cannot be re-entered. In addition, the lock body is designed in such a way that any tampering with the wire is visible and there is no place to hide the tampering. Explicit mention of the industrial application of the invention This invention can be used in all areas where towbar seals are used. In addition, the main use of this seal can be very extensive due to its replacement for old towbar seals and the elimination of existing defects. These seals, due to the high safety they provide, can be used in various industries, including oil and gas, petrochemical, transportation (air, land and rail), shipping, pharmaceutical and food industries, banking, cement industry, water, electricity and gas industry and other industries.
