Description
DESCRIPTION of a patent application for a utility model having title: “Awning of a boat” 5 in the name of BATTAGLIA Armando * * * * * FIELD OF INNOVATION This invention relates to a boat awning. 10 In particular it refers to a boat awning supported, at least partially, by removable poles. STATE OF THE ART The curtains of the well-known boat awnings are normally tied to fixed structures, designed to support the 15 loads, even significant ones, to which the tent must be able to withstand subjected to being appropriately tensioned. When the awnings need to be removed, the structures fixed remain present on the deck of the vessel, creating hindrance. Furthermore, they can deteriorate, remaining uselessly 20 subject to atmospheric phenomena and the marine environment. SUMMARY OF INNOVATION The purpose of this invention is to provide a awning that is improved with respect to the known art. A further object of the invention is to provide a awning that is easily and completely removable for the 5 stowage, winter storage, or simply to free up space on deck. This and other purposes are achieved by an awning. made in accordance with the technical teachings of the annexed claims. 10 Advantageously, the awning of the present invention is very stable. Furthermore, it is made of few pieces mutually assembled and easily made. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES 15 Additional Features and Benefits of Innovation will be evident from the description of a preferred form but not exclusive to the device, illustrated by title exemplary and therefore not limiting in the attached drawings, in which: 20 Figure 1 is a simplified, perspective view and partially sectioned, of a part of the awning of the present found; Figure 2 is a perspective view of part of a pole of the present invention; Figure 3 is a perspective view of a base, in which insert the pole in figure 2; 5 Figure 4 is a perspective view of an insert which, fixed to a tubular element, forms part of the pole figure 2; Figure 5 is a perspective view of the base of figure 3, taken from another angle; and 10 Figure 6 is an axial section showing a phase in which the pole is inserted into the base. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INNOVATION With reference to the figures cited, a awning indicated overall with the number of 15 reference 1. The awning is equipped on boats, preferably high-end. As visible in figure 1, the awning comprises a tent 50 and at least one pole 2 that supports it. 20 Specifically, pole 2 has a first end 3 connected to a corner of the tent 50 and a second end 4 removable inserted into a base 5 configured as a glass. The cup base 5 is stably fixed to the bridge 60 of a vessel, or any other structure suitable for support the pole and the tent. For example the base can be glued to the bridge, or 5 drowned in fiberglass or the material it is made of the bridge itself. Obviously other means of suitable fixings, such as screws, flanges, etc. The tent 50 is advantageously fixed to the said first end 3 of pole 2 by means of a rope 51 (fixed for example 10 at one corner of the tent) which slides, at least for a stretch, inside pole 2 and which is fixed, in tension, by one choke 52 connected to post 2. The 51 line can be single or with a parachute. Of course, other fixing methods are possible between 15 the end 3 of the pole 2 and the tent, but the use of a top It is advantageous to be able to properly tension the tent 50. In the image in figure 1 only one corner of the tent 50, fixed to pole 2. But obviously they can be 20 more poles are planned as needed, depending on the configuration and type of fastening of the awning, which it may also have a part of it fixed to another structure fixed part of the vessel. For example, the tent 50 can have a configuration triangular, with one side inserted into a special channel arranged on a hard top of the boat and a single pole that supports it. 5 Most typically the tent will have a square configuration, with one side inserted into the channel and two poles, each one it constrains its free corners. Of course, other tent configurations will be possible. 50, supported by an appropriate number of poles 2, even all 10 identical or different from each other. For example, the tent could have a shape rectangular, trapezoidal (both symmetrical and asymmetrical) or it could have shapes with an indefinite number of sides and corners, and consequently with a number of poles and attacks of 15 blankets that follow their geometry etc. According to the finding, the pole 2 and the base 5 are mutually fixed in a removable manner by means of undercut 7, 8, which can be coupled and uncoupled from each other rotating pole 2 around its vertical axis A. 20 Advantageously, as visible in figure 6, pole 2 comprises a tubular element 2A (preferably in carbon, but also in vinyl-ester fiberglass, polyester, etc..) and an extreme insert 9 fixed to the tubular element 2A. The tubular element 2A and the insert 9 can be between they glued together. Advantageously, the insert 9 has ribs 19 (fig. 4) which facilitate a bonding between 5 the tubular element 2A and the insert 9. Insert 9 defines at least a first part 7 of the said undercut means, said first part 7 comprising a shaped hollow 10. As clearly visible in figures 5 and in the section of figure 10 6, the base 5 comprises, made of one piece, an element protruding 11 that extends from the bottom of the glass, and which is insert into said shaped slot 10. The protruding element 11 may have an upright central 11A (very solid) from the top of which 15 extend a first and a second fin 11B. These fins they are sufficiently massive and can be aligned diametrically. The shaped slot 10 of the insert 9 can define a seat 10B which presents, in plan, a shape corresponding to 20 that, always in plan, of the protruding element 11. The shaped slot 10 may also have a groove 10A in which they are inserted, following a rotation of the pole 2 the first and second fins 11B of the protruding element 11. In this way the pole, following the centering of the shaped recess 10 on the protruding element 10 (so that the latter fits into the slot) and a rotation of the pole 2 (for example about 90 degrees), it is perfectly 5 bound to the base. For the discharge of water such as rainwater, which could pour inside the base 5, especially when the pole 2 it is dissociated from it, right at the base of the upright central 11 there may be at least one exhaust passage 10 12 (but preferably two) flowing into a conduit 13 made axially to the central upright 11A, the duct 13 flowing out externally at base 5. The duct can be associated with a rubber holder or a any other channeling system intended to 15 evacuate, in a known manner, the water that could accumulate in the base 5 per glass. It should be emphasized that, in order to minimize any possible oscillations of pole 2 with respect to base 5, the tolerances of coupling between circumference that defines the glass 20 of the base and the external one of the pole 2 have very high tolerances precise. For this reason, inserting the pole into the base causes a 'piston' effect that compresses the air present in the glass, which needs to be vented. This air can be vented from the ducting provided for the water outlet, through passages 12 and channel 13. But to make the insertion maneuver of pole 2 even more easier, the base 5 can present, on one of its 5 surface facing the pole 2 (when the pole is inserted in the base 5) at least one air vent 15 (see figure 5) trapped between pole 2 and base 5 when the pole 2 is inserted into base 5. To complete the description, it is noted that the base 5, 10 on its external surface, may present reliefs 18. An important feature of the invention is that the base 5 and / or insert 9 can be made by 3D printing, preferably in photo-polymerized resin, preferably 15 with DLP or MSLA (LCD) technology. Resins are preferably standard or ABS. It must be said, however, that in addition to the photo-resin polymerized, it is also possible to obtain the base and / or the insert via 3D filament printing. 20 It has been seen how an awning like the one described, both easily installable and uninstallable, simple to produce and structurally strong and lightweight. This finding also relates to a pole, a base, an insert and a choke as described above. Various embodiments have been described of innovation, but others may be conceived 5 using the same innovative concept.
