Description
MICRO WIND TURBINE FOR DUCTS The present invention relates to a micro wind turbine. The use of wind energy for electricity generation has seen rapid growth in recent years. As is well known, wind energy can be harnessed for centralized generation, producing MWh-scale power thanks to massive wind farms, but it can also be used for more localized and limited production. This is where the field of micro-wind power comes in, characterized by studies into harnessing wind energy in smaller applications, resulting in lower-scale power generation. A traditional micro-wind turbine is based on an electric current generator connected to a wind rotor assembly composed of a plurality of wind blades designed to be driven into rotation by the airflow that strikes the micro-turbine. The electric current generator assembly is typically supported by an external structure. The blades of the wind turbine rotor group are generally mounted angularly staggered from each other in the same plane of arrangement with their respective proximal ends fixed to a common hub, which rotates around an axis integral with the rotor of the electric current generator group. As is well known, the conversion of wind energy into electricity occurs through the rotation of the wind turbine rotor assembly by the airflow surrounding the turbine. The wind turbine rotor assembly, in turn, rotates the rotor of the power generator assembly, thus generating electricity. The electricity produced by the power generator assembly is fed into the grid after being appropriately transformed using a suitable transformer. There is a need to build wind turbines that are smaller in size than traditional wind turbines, especially to harness the energy of airflow indoors rather than outdoors. The main aim of the present invention is therefore to develop a new micro wind turbine solution that has smaller dimensions than traditional turbines. The other main purpose of the present invention is to exploit not the traditional wind energy in open environments, but rather a flow of air limited to a closed environment. Another object of the present invention is to create an energy recovery system in closed environments. Another object of the present invention is to provide a microwind turbine adaptable to different types of air flows in closed environments, of variable dimensions. Not least, the present invention aims to provide a microwind turbine that is easy to manufacture at competitive costs. These and other objects of the present invention are achieved by a microwind turbine comprising: - a support flange, made with a flanged tube to channel the air flow and fixed to a support bushing; - an electric current generating unit supported by such a support bushing and comprising at least one stator and at least one rotor; - at least one wind rotor group, connected to such at least one rotor of such at least one electric current generating group, such at least one wind rotor group being capable of being driven into rotation around its own axis of rotation by the flow of air surrounding it and designed to in turn drive into rotation, along the same axis, such at least one rotor of such at least one electric current generating group integral with it; characterized in that such at least one rotor is mounted rotatably around such at least one stator. Further features and advantages of the present invention will be better understood from the following detailed description of some currently preferred embodiments thereof, illustrated purely by way of example and not by way of limitation in the attached drawings, in which: Figure 1 shows a side view of the flanged tube (1) containing the microturbine, according to the present invention; Figure 2 shows a side sectional view (AA) of the flanged tube of Fig.1 and the microturbine; Figure 3 shows a complete side view of the microturbine of Fig. 2; Figure 4 shows a front perspective view of the microturbine of Fig. 2; Figure 5 shows a front view of the microturbine of Fig. 2. Figure 6 shows the electrical diagram of the microturbine according to the present invention. In the attached drawings, identical or similar parts or components have been identified with the same reference numbers. With reference first to the above figures, it will be noted how a micro wind turbine according to the present invention is enclosed in said support flange, which comprises a flanged tube (1), preferably of circular section, carrying a support structure, characterised by a plurality of rigid brackets (2), for an electric current generator unit (11). The electric current generator unit (11) is in turn connected to a wind rotor unit, comprising one or more mini wind blades (7) and is intended to convert the mechanical energy transmitted, in use, by the wind rotor unit into electrical energy. The wind rotor unit can be driven into rotation around a rotation axis CC substantially integral with the longitudinal axis of the support flange, by the effect of the air flow affecting the area of the flanged tube (1) surrounding the turbine. Advantageously, the electric current generator group (11) (with particular reference to Fig. 3) comprises a permanent magnet motor, preferably synchronous, equipped with a stator connected at the front, for example bolted, to a support bushing (3), by means of suitable engagement means. The support bushing (3) of the stator part of the electric current generator group (11) is fixed to the support brackets (2) of the support flange by means of a rigid, bolted connection. The stator of the electric current generator assembly (11) extends along the DC rotation axis of the wind rotor assembly. The rotor of the electric current generator group (11) is supported by means of support means comprising a plurality of rear support bearings (9), housed in the housing seat (4) with reference to Fig. 2. More specifically, the rotor is supported at the rear by a plurality of rear support bearings (9) in correspondence with a shaft (5), which is directly connected to the joint (10) of the electric current generator (11). The rotor, in use, rotates externally around the stator and around the DC axis of rotation of the wind rotor assembly of the microturbine according to the present invention. As will be noted, the rotor is permanently connected to the wind rotor assembly thanks to the connection between the shaft (5) and the coupling (10) of the electric current generator (11). The wind rotor assembly of the micro wind turbine according to the present invention, with particular reference to Figures 2 and 4, comprises a hub (6), for example of circular cross-section, the base wall of which is fixed, for example bolted, to the stator support bushing. On the wall opposite the base wall, the hub (6) has a corresponding front ogive cover (8), with particular reference to Figures 4 and 5. Both the hub (6) and the ogive (8) are obtained in an axis integral with the rotation axis CC. Furthermore, on the side wall of the hub (6) there are as many through openings (Fig. 2) as there are wind blades (7) carried by it, preferably uniformly spaced angularly from each other around the rotation axis CC. Finally, the micro wind turbine according to the present invention comprises, downstream of the electric current generator (11), a current transformer group (12) from direct to alternating current, for example comprising a sensorless inverter. The wind turbine and its operation described above are susceptible to numerous modifications and variations within the scope of protection defined by the claims that follow. Thus, for example, alternatively, the support bushing (3) can be drastically shortened, replacing it, for example, with a fixing plate between the wind rotor assembly and the electric current generator assembly (11). In this case, the wind rotor assembly can be attached directly to the joint (10) of the electric current generator assembly (11).
