Description
Coat hanger DESCRIPTION This invention concerns a coat hanger. More specifically, the invention concerns a coat hanger made of cardboard. As is known, coat hangers are normally made of plastic with a hanging hook made of iron or possibly also made of plastic. However, these types of hangers are not easily recyclable and in any case require the use of plastic, a solution that is increasingly opposed for ecological reasons. Furthermore, plastic hangers have a certain weight that is added to the weight of the garment they support and therefore leads to higher transport costs if the hangers are used to hang clothes in transport boxes with hanger systems. There are also coat hangers made of pressed cardboard on the market, which, however, have the drawback of not being particularly robust and therefore not B177828 to be able to support the weight of some particular items. Furthermore, the deformation that a known type of cardboard hanger undergoes is such that the item of clothing may, during transport, be subject to detachment from the hanger and therefore fall into the box. The main aim of the present invention is to create a cardboard coat hanger that has a structure suitable for supporting the weight of any type of garment. Within the scope of this task, an object of the present invention is to provide a coat hanger in which the coat hanger hook is stably anchored to the coat hanger. Another aim of this invention is to create a coat hanger that can be easily disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. Not least, the present invention aims to create a coat hanger that is highly reliable, relatively simple to manufacture and at competitive costs. This task, as well as these and other aims which will become clearer later, are achieved B177828 from a coat hanger, comprising an internal body suitable for being internally coupled to an external body, a hanging hook being provided coupled to the coupling between the internal body and the external body, characterised in that said internal body is provided with a central region defining within it a groove for receiving the stem of said hanging hook. Further characteristics and advantages of the invention will become clearer from the description of preferred, but not exclusive, embodiments of the coat hanger according to the present invention, illustrated by way of example and not by way of limitation in the attached drawings, in which: Figure 1 illustrates an exploded perspective view of the hanger according to the present invention in accordance with a first embodiment thereof; Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the hanger in Figure 1; Figure 3 shows a front view, in longitudinal section, of the hanger shown in Figures 1 2; B177828 Figure 4 shows a longitudinal section view of the hanger according to a variant of the first embodiment; Figure 5 shows a longitudinal section view of the hanger according to the variant illustrated in Figure 4. Figure 6 illustrates an exploded perspective view of the hanger according to the present invention in accordance with a second embodiment thereof; figure 7 figure 2 illustrates in perspective view the hanger of figure 6; figures 8-10 illustrate a partial perspective view of a detail of the hanger according to the present invention in accordance with its second embodiment; figure 11 shows a front view, in longitudinal section, of a detail of the hanger in figures 6-10; Figures 12a-12e illustrate in perspective view different embodiments of hooks applicable to the hanger according to the present invention. With reference to the figures, the hanger B177828 coat hanger according to the present invention, in accordance with a first embodiment thereof, globally indicated by the reference number 1, comprises an internal body 2 suitable for being snap-fitted to an external body 3, the external body 3 has a hole 6 for the passage of a hanging hook 5 blocked internally by a nut 8 (or by other locking systems as can be seen in figures 12a-12e). Conveniently, both the inner body 2 and the outer body 3 are made of cellulose pulp, paper, cardboard or other paperboard materials. Conveniently, the inner body 2 is made as a closed box-like body that couples (and / or is glued) internally to the outer body 3 which is a hollow body. The internal body 2 is suitably equipped with a central portion 2a which is provided with a T-shaped groove 2b, to accommodate the stem of the hanging hook 5. The T-slot partially affects the thickness of the central portion 2a of the internal body 2. B177828 Figure 2 illustrates the coupling of the internal body 2 within the external body 3, by interlocking and / or gluing with the hanging hook 5 inserted into the hole 6, housed in the groove 2b and blocked by the nut 8 within the groove 2b and possibly glued. The present invention may be suitably equipped with an additional horizontal element 4, designed to support trousers or other items of clothing. This element may be made of paper or cardboard of various cross-sections and is glued or inserted into elements 2, 3, or both. A closing element 15 may be provided, which may be equipped with holes 15a for the passage and anchoring of the horizontal element 4. Figure 3 illustrates a variant of the first embodiment illustrated above, in which the central portion 2a of the internal body 2 is provided with a flap 13 that can be folded up, as illustrated in figure 5, so as to occlude the cavity 11 and therefore allow the hook 5 to be kept totally submerged throughout. B177828 the central portion 2a. Figure 4 illustrates the variant described above, with the flap 13 in the closed condition, i.e. folded over to close the groove 2b, while figure 5 illustrates the same variant with the flap 13 in the open condition, with the hook 5 therefore visible. Figure 6 illustrates a second embodiment of the coat hanger according to the present invention. This embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that it includes an additional element 15 designed to close the coupling between the internal body 2 and the external body 3, thus creating a completely closed shell. The element or body 15 can be equipped with holes 15a for the passage and anchoring of the horizontal element 4. The element 15 is internally hollow and is suitable for accommodating the protruding portion 2c of the internal body 2. In this way, the internal body 2 combined with the B177828 body 15 becomes a closed shell which is housed entirely within the external body 3 which is, as mentioned, hollow. The body 15 can be made in one piece or two or more pieces. Figure 7 illustrates the second embodiment of the coat hanger according to the invention in the assembled condition. Figure 8 illustrates a first embodiment of the central portion 2a of the coat hanger according to the present invention, in accordance with what has already been illustrated in the first embodiment of figures 1-5 and in accordance with what has been illustrated in figure 6. The central portion of the hanger according to the invention can also be made according to the variant illustrated in figures 9 and 10, i.e. with a foldable portion 20 which is internally equipped with a groove portion 2b, with the remaining groove portion 2b being defined in correspondence with the fixed part of the central region 2a of the hanger. In this way, the hook 5 is housed within this groove, as in the previous one B177828 embodiment, with the folding portion 20, which is comparable to the flap 13 of the previous embodiment, which closes on the fixed portion of the central region 2a, thus keeping the hook 5 firmly anchored between the two portions of the central region 2a. In this way, the hook is completely hidden and incorporated and possibly glued into the central region 2a. Figures 12a-12e illustrate different types of hook 5, which differ in the particular type of hook fastening, obtained by means of a washer 21, as illustrated in figure 12a, a pair of washers 22 with stop 23, as illustrated in figure 12b, a pair of washers 22 with stops 23 in a position underneath, as illustrated in figure 12c, the nut 8 already previously described in the other embodiments (figure 12d) and a single washer 24 blocked by a stop 25 integrated in the hook 5 (figure 12e). These types of hooks can be used interchangeably for both embodiments described above. B177828 In practice, it has been found that the coat hanger according to the present invention fully fulfills the intended task and purposes, since it can be made entirely of recyclable material and allows the hanging hook to be robustly coupled to the body of the coat hanger. Furthermore, the hanger according to the invention is made in such a way as to be a completely closed shell by virtue of the coupling between the various elements and components. The coat hanger thus conceived is susceptible to numerous modifications and variations, all of which fall within the scope of the attached claims. Furthermore, all details may be replaced by other technically equivalent elements. In practice, the materials used, as well as the contingent dimensions and shapes, may be any depending on the needs and the state of the art.
