AI Technical Summary
Existing lateral sliding screen movement systems require the height of the screen to be greater than its width to fit within the handle bar, limiting their installation on openings where the width exceeds the height.
A telescopic movement system comprising a chain of alternating first and second elements that can slide reciprocally between open and closed positions, allowing the screen to be wider than its height by telescoping when collected, guided by a cam mechanism.
Enables installation on larger openings by reducing the chain length when stored, while maintaining the necessary width in the open position.
Description
DESCRIPTION of the patent for industrial invention entitled: “Telescopic movement system for screens “side-scrolling” * * * The present invention relates to a system telescopic movement for sliding screens 10 lateral, with lower trolley guide, of the type used for moving a screen or mosquito net installed in a door or window compartment and in particular of shields where the width of the shield is particularly large or greater than its height. 15 Different types of shielding are known or mosquito nets, preferably in case of sliding lateral having a floor guide, a box fixed laterally to the compartment to be screened and in which it is collected a screening panel or a mosquito net, a guide 20 upper horizontal, in which the edges of the shield so as to prevent transverse movements of the same, and a handle bar for handling. However, the handling systems for screens 25 known, and especially for sliding mosquito nets side with lower tank, present the problem of always having to maintain the height of the shield greater than its width. Only in this way, in fact, is it it is currently possible to ensure that the lower tank 5 can fit into the handle bar, or into the profile vertical from which the shielding is moved is that it has height approximately equal to the shield itself. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system for handling lateral sliding screens 10 which allows installation on particularly large openings wide, where the width exceeds the height of the shielding itself. According to the present invention, a telescopic movement system for screens 15 lateral scrolling, as defined in claim 1. For a better understanding of this invention an embodiment is now described preferred, by way of example and not limited to, with reference to the attached drawings, in which: 20 - figures 1.a-1.b show a view respectively three-dimensional schematic of the lower tank in open and closed position of a system telescopic movement of a shield, according to the invention; - figures 2.a-2.b show a view respectively lateral in open position and in closed position of the lower tank of a movement system of a lateral sliding shield, according to the invention; 5 - figures 3.a-3.b show a view respectively front and detail schematic of a system handling according to the known art; - figures 4.a-4.b show respectively a front view and a detail view of a system 10 handling according to the known art. With reference to these figures, a system is shown telescopic movement for sliding screens lateral, according to the invention. In particular, Figure 1 shows system 100 15 telescopic sliding screen movement lateral, consisting of a chain or tank composed of a plurality of interconnected tracks. In particular, the system 100 comprises a chain composed of the alternation of first elements 101 and second elements 20 elements 102, linked together and able to slide mutually between a first open position shown in figure 1.ae a second closed position shown in figure 1.b. Each first element 101 comprises: - on its upper surface, a first groove 101a, or slot; - two substantially flat protrusions 101c, 101d each having a second groove 101b and placed on a 5 lateral surface, orthogonal to the upper surface of the first element. Each second element 102 presents, on its own upper surface a groove 102a and has shape and dimensions such that, in the closed position, they are 10 inserted inside a first contiguous element 101, as shown in figures 2. In use the 100 system allows you to move a shield whose width is greater than its height, a once installed inside a profile, since the first 15 and second elements 101,102 that form the chain can close in a telescopic way, effectively reducing the total length of the chain when it is collected in the handle bar when the shield is fully closed wrapped in the profile of the box. 20 The mutual sliding of the elements 101, 102 which make up the chain, is ensured by a cam guide so that the telescopic movement is guided. The 100 handling system is applicable in use to a side-scrolling screen, comprising: - a side box placed laterally and vertically, to which a net is attached or shielding; - a vertical closing profile fixed to the 5 vertical wall of the window or frame, to which the shielding is applied and that serves for the blocking of the net during its extraction from the side box; - the lower moving chain or carriage, formed 10 from a plurality of first and second elements 101, 102 concatenated to which a second is attached lower portion of the net, opposite to the first portion; - a handle bar, parallel to the box 15 lateral, lateral and vertical which allows the user to slide the net, extracting it from inside the box lateral and making it stop against the vertical profile. 20 Figure 3 shows how, according to the art note, when the shield is closed, i.e. completely turn and out of the profile of the box, the chain or tank is almost completely out of the handle bar or sliding profile. In figure 4, it is 25 shows the position of the chain in the handlebar when the shield is fully open, i.e. collected in the profile of the container. It is evident that according to the art knows the measurement of the height of the handlebar is binding on the length of the chain and therefore 5 on the width of the shield. Advantageously, the system according to the invention It helps to overcome this problem by allowing to reduce the length of the chain when collected inside of the handlebar and to exploit its full width 10 required when it is in the open position. It is clear that the telescopic system of movement for side-sliding screens here described and illustrated, changes may be made and variants without thereby leaving the protective scope 15 of the present invention, as defined in claims attached.
