Description

Description of the Industrial Invention having for title: “Lighting body with rigid LED filament or flexible and modular connection system electrical lighting comprising such body enlightening” in the name of: CATELLANI Enzo of Italian nationality Designated Inventors: Enzo CATELLANI Filed under no. DESCRIPTION The present invention relates, in general, to a lighting body with LED filament rigid or flexible, and to a modular system of electrical connection for lighting including such LED lighting body. In particular, the invention relates to a body LED filament light equipped with a system integrated electromagnetic connection. In the art, there are no known modular lamps which use LED filaments; the known LED filaments are contained in LED filament bulbs in which there is an inert gas that allows to the filament not to burn, since it is not present -1- inside the LED filament bulbs a heat sink made of thermoplastic material conductive. When used with modular systems of electrical connection for lighting, the known type LED filament bulbs feature the problem of being relatively heavy and bulky, not allowing the production of products of different shapes, with self-supporting volumes characterized by a significant lightness, which do not require dissipating large amounts of heat. The purpose of this invention is to solve said problems of the prior art, providing a light fixture with LED filament rigid or flexible, and a modular system of electrical connection for lighting including such a light fixture which can be used without the presence of inert gas heat-conductive and without the need for dissipation heat, with reduced size and weight to be used with electrical connection systems having self-supporting volumes characterised by a significant lightness. The above and other purposes and benefits -2- of the invention, as will result from the following of the description, are achieved with a light fixture with rigid LED filament or flexible, and a modular connection system electrical lighting comprising such body illuminating as those described in their respective independent claims. Embodiments favorites and non-trivial variants of this one inventions form the object of the claims employees. It is understood that all claims attached form an integral part of this document. description. It will be immediately obvious that one can make countless variations to what has been described and changes (for example relating to shape, size) sions, arrangements and parts with equi- functionality (valid) without departing from the protection field of the invention as it appears from the claims attached. The present invention will be better described from some preferred embodiments, provided by way of example and not limitation, with reference to the attached drawings, in which: - Figures 1, 2 show schematic views of -3- a light fixture with a rigid LED filament or flexible according to the present invention; - Figure 3 shows a view of a system modular electrical connection for lighting comprising a body LED filament light according to the present invention; - Figures 4, 5 show schematic views of a module for a modular system of electrical connection for lighting comprising a lighting body with LED filament according to the present invention. Referring to the Figures, the body illuminant 50 according to the present invention includes a 51 LED filament, of the type used inside the filament type LED bulbs known, which is used in an innovative way in the absence of heat-conducting inert gas. LED filament 51 can be rigid (shown in Figure 1) or flexible (shown in Figure 2) and includes, integrated with each of the two positive and negative poles, a system of electromagnetic connection 52 which includes a first wire 53 in electrically conductive material fixed, preferably superimposed, to a second -4- 54 wire made of ferritic material, such as iron galvanized, for magnetic conductivity, said wires being inserted into a 55 mm tube made of material electrically conductive (e.g. brass). Preferably the lighting body 50 includes a 58 resistor isolated towards the outside, connected to the LED filament 51, preferably at the positive pole, to regulate the lighting fixture supply voltage 50; preferably the LED filament 51 is covered with a glass or translucent insulating material 56. The 100 modular connection system electric for development lighting two / three-dimensional in accordance with this invention comprises a plurality of modules two-dimensional 10, each module comprising 10 two distinct polarities 11, 12 connectable to a power supply, a negative pole 11 and a positive pole 12, each pole 11, 12 being made of a wire made of electrically conductive material externally insulated, for example in enamelled copper, comprising connecting portions 14, 15, 16 not insulated to connect the two poles 11, 12 between them via electrical contact elements 31, 32 connected to the 50 light fixture with LED filament -5- 51. Preferably, a first element 31 of electrical contact is connected to two portions 14, 15 end connections, non-insulated externally, of the two wires that make up the negative pole 11 and positive pole 12, and a second electrical contact element 32 is connected to a connecting portion intermediate 16 not externally insulated wire that constitutes the positive pole 12. Preferably, the lighting body 50 is connected to the wires via contact elements 31, 32 electric magnetic in preferred way each comprising a connecting element 33, for example including brass details with mechanical tightening to the wires, to which it is fixed, example with a screw, a magnetic disk made preferably nickel-plated neodymium. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the modular system 100 of electrical connection for development lighting two / three dimensional is made by weaving network form the two-dimensional modules 10 creating a interweaving of threads, obtained with a process similar to handloom weaving, which -6- connect a plurality of lighting bodies 50 with LED filament 51 of the invention, preferably ELV type LEDs at very low voltage, and form a self-supporting three-dimensional volume. Advantageously, the lighting body with rigid or flexible LED filament of the invention, can be used without the presence of gas inert heat-conductive and without the need for dissipate heat, with reduced size and weight and with electrical connection systems having volumes self-supporting characterized by a significant lightness. Preferred forms of have been described implementation of the invention, but of course they are subject to further changes and variations within the scope of the same inventive idea. In In particular, experts in the field will find it clear numerous variants are immediately evident and modifications, functionally equivalent to the previous ones, which fall within the scope of protection of the invention as highlighted in the attached claims in which, if any reference marks placed in brackets are not can be interpreted as limiting the claims themselves. Furthermore, the word -7- "comprising" does not exclude the presence of elements and / or phases other than those listed in the claims. The article "a", "one" or "una" preceding an element does not exclude the presence of a plurality of such elements. The simple fact that some features are mentioned in different dependent claims between them indicates that a combination of these characteristics cannot be advantageously used. -8-
