DESCRIPTION of the patent for invention entitled: “Optimized mounting system for panels photovoltaic systems with EAST-WEST orientation” 5 * * * The present invention relates to a system of optimized mounting for photovoltaic panels with EAST-WEST orientation. In particular, the present invention relates to a 10 Optimized mounting system for photovoltaic panels even large ones, of the type used for the installation of latest generation panels or having higher power and large dimensions, with EAST-WEST orientation. 15 Various mounting systems are currently known photovoltaic panels. Examples of panel mounting systems photovoltaics are described in the document EP3161390B1, and in EP2297790B1, 20 However, the currently known mounting systems do not are optimized for panels with large dimensions and specifically for panels that have an EAST orientation WEST. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system of optimized mounting for photovoltaic panels with EAST-WEST orientation which also allows for fixing 5 large photovoltaic panels maximizing their the yield even in conditions of EAST-WEST exposure, in optimized, safe and practical way, and therefore having characteristics that overcome the limits that still exist influence the mounting systems of photovoltaic panels 10 in reference to the prior art. With reference to these figures, and in particular to the Figure 1, an optimized mounting system for panels photovoltaic systems with EAST-WEST orientation are shown, according to the invention. 5 In more detail, a 100, 200 mounting system optimised for photovoltaic panels with EAST orientation WEST, suitable for the assembly of a plurality of panels, each panel having a frame, a minor side, or side short, L1 and a longer side, or long side, L2, on a 10 base surface such as of a roof or the ground. The 100, 200 system includes: - at least one first ballast block 1, 1', placed in correspondence of the first row of panels - at least one second ballast block 2', 2 placed in 15 correspondence of the rows of panels following the first. The 100, 200 system is suitable for assembling a plurality of panels 10, 11,12,13 placed in series with each other and possibly on several parallel and contiguous rows, in which each panel (10, 11,12,13) includes a frame of 20 longer side L2 and shorter side L1. The 100, 200 system includes: - at least one first ballast block 1, 1', placed in correspondence of the first row of panels supporting at least one first panel 10 corresponding to its side major L2; - at least one second 2',2 ballast block placed in correspondence of the rows of panels following the first, 5 in correspondence with their longer side L2. The 100, 200 system allows the assembly of panels large with EAST-WEST orientation. The fixing of panels 10, 11, 12, 13 takes place in correspondence of their long side by using the 10 central terminal 8 shown for example in fig.12. The same Clamp 8 is used to lock two panels adjacent (Fig. 12 detail C) both to block the panel terminal 10 (detail D). The central clamp 8, is made of material 15 metallic preferably aluminum. When used in the central position between two adjacent panels (Fig. 12 detail C), the two lower inclined walls 8c, 8d are necessary to guide the position of two adjacent panels bringing themselves into contact with the two frames respectively 20 panels 11a, 10b. While the two side flaps 8g, 8h they are needed to block the two frames 11a, 10b at the top after the mechanical tightening of screw 7 whose head is door abutting the upper surface of the compartment central (8e). The two upper inclined projections 8a, 8b have the function of containing the screw head avoiding 5 shadows in the case of central fixing (Fig. 12 detail C). In the case of terminal fixing (Fig. 12 detail D) one of the two protrusions 8a, 8b is necessary for lock the position of the frame laterally panel 10a. In this terminal fixing condition, 10 in fact the same terminal 8 is used coupled with a vertical block (15) which ensures its stability. Compared to in the central condition, the central terminal 8 is rotated 180° and the head of screw 7 mates with the lower surface 8f of clamp 8. 15 An early variant of the 16' terminal clamp (shown in figure 13) is made up of an upper piece (16) in metallic material and a lower one with a triangular section 17 made of metal or plastic material. The lower surface 17b of the lower triangular section piece 17, goes in 20 adhesion on the inclined surface 1b of the first block ballast 1. The inclined surface instead of the same piece lower triangular section 17 is formed by a series of semicircular rooms (17a) in which it is possible to create a slip-on coupling with the final circular protrusion (16a) present on the upper piece 16. The frame 10a of the panel 10 is brought into contact with the vertical fin 16c and is blocked by the upper inclined flap 16b after 5 having tightened the screw (7). It is possible even the assembly of the terminal clamp itself assembled (16,17) at the surface inclined front (2'f) of the second ballast block (2'). A second variant of the 18' terminal clamp (fig. 10 14) is characterised by the terminal monoblock piece in metallic material preferably in 18 aluminium which comes pre-assembled with a 7mm socket head screw, the which mates with the 1e bushing on the first block ballast 1. The 18' terminal clamp includes a wall 15 lower inclined 18b which during assembly is brought to struck with the frame of panel 10a. The horizontal fin 18a fits snugly against the top of the frame panel 10 and the final protrusion 18f increases stability after tightening. The lateral vertical wall 18c goes in 20 adhesion with the cylindrical surface of the screw head preventing it from unscrewing after contact with the horizontal surface 18e. At the end of the tightening the stem of screw 7 remains parallel to the lateral surface 18d ensuring the clamp-on operation of the terminal clamp 18'. It is also possible to mount the same clamp 18' terminal at the front surface inclined 2'f of the second ballast block 2'. 5 According to one aspect of the invention, the inclination of the panels with respect to the ground is between 5° and 30°, preferably equal to 10°, but it is possible to implement others corners by changing the geometry of each ballast block 1, 1', 2', 2. 10 As shown in figure 1, the system 100 according to a first embodiment includes two types of ballast (2', 1): at least one first ballast block 1 and at least a second ballast block (2'), a pair of second blocks ballast 2' is placed to support two opposite sides of the 15 same panel, while a first ballast block 1 is used individually to block the last row of panels along one of their long sides. The second ballast block 2', in the first form realization of the 100 system, is composed of two surfaces 20 rear inclines 2'a, 2'b interspersed with a central groove 2'c in the middle of which a 2'e threaded bushing required for connection bolted with screw 7 of the central clamp 8. In the part front of the second ballast block 2' there are two inclined surfaces 2'f, 2'd interspersed with a groove (2'h) in the middle of which a necessary bushing is drowned for the bolted connection with screw 7 of the terminal both 5 central 8) that terminal 16', 18'. The first pair of second ballast blocks 2', 2, is allocated in correspondence with the first panel 10: on the two 2' ballasts, 2 placed parallel to each other, support the sides lengths of the frame of the second panel 11 and one long side 10 of the frame of the first panel 10. The second pair of second ballasts 2', 2 comes placed between the third panel 12 and the fourth panel 13, on the two ballast blocks 2', 2 parallel to each other rest the frames 12b, 13a of the two long sides respectively of the 15 third panel 12, and the fourth and last panel 13, and the other long side 13b of the fourth panel 13. The same consideration must be repeated for all the rows. successive panels. The last ballast, or at least a first ballast block 20 1, 1', is placed in correspondence with the first panel 10: on the first ballast block 1, 1' rests one long side of the frame 10a. The first ballast block 1, 1' is the end block of a row of panels placed in series, corresponding to a first panel 10, in both embodiments of the system 100, 200. 5 In the figures, a row is shown as an example of panels in series composed of a first panel 10, a second panel 11, at least one third panel or panel next 12, and a last or fourth panel 13.
