Description
“LEVELLING TIE ROD INCLUDING AN ADAPTABLE UNIVERSAL BASE WITH TIE RODS OF ANY SHAPE” DESCRIPTION TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the field of leveling for tiles and more specifically it consists of a leveling tie rod to be used also, but not only, in emergency conditions for the installation of elements sheet-like materials for surface covering comprising a universal base adaptable to both device tie rods wedge leveling spacers for both other types of leveling spacer devices, such as screw-type leveling spacers or more generally the leveling spacer devices having a partition or lamella vertical rising from a base of said spacer. STATE OF THE ART It is known in the state of the art that, very often, during the assembly phase and therefore initial levelling of a floor or of a coating, with common leveling systems occurs in the breaking of the leveling tie rod when this goes under pressure. There are not many technical solutions to this problem operational, and therefore we normally proceed with: - 1 - - dismantling of the levelling elements mounted up to that moment; - lifting the tile from the support to cover; - removal of broken tie rods and adhesive layer previously laid out and only then does the entire assembly procedure begin from the beginning, that is, from the application of the assembly adhesive, for move on to the arrangement of the tie rods adjacent to the tiles already laid, when repositioning the tile previously removed until the execution of the phase of leveling. All these steps cause a high waste of time for the editor, which translates to: - an economic waste resulting from the waste of materials used in the first draft as: - the waste of assembly adhesive as mentioned adhesive may have deteriorated in contact with the support no longer providing the appropriate features resistence; - the tie rod is broken and needs to be replaced; - tiles may need to be replaced as during disassembly and reassembly operations, it could happen potentially create chips or microfractures on the surface of the tile itself; - 2 - - an economic expenditure in terms of hourly cost of the labor caused by wasted time. The same sequence of work is created in the case in which, instead, of a break, the assembly of a slipped out due to forgetfulness tie rod or it was not inserted at a point that presents a flatness defect. It may therefore happen that, only after the leveling begins, you will notice that a certain area presents an irregularity in the linearity of the surface of the tile and therefore requires a correction for by means of a leveling tie rod but at this point it's too late for insertion, since, at the moment you start to level the tile, it is assumed that it is now perfectly positioned on the support. This brings back to the procedure indicated above, which consists in dismantling the tile and in the remaking from the beginning of the procedure of assembly. Among the known systems that have tried to solve this problem problematic we find the system protected by Raimondi SpA of which at the following link https: / / www.youtube.com / watch?v=MxkZGUoOAK0. This system consists of an emergency system comprising a tie rod pin and a knob that tightens the tie rod by screwing. The Raimondi system pin tie rod has a base which, before screwing, it must be rotated underneath of the tiles so that the tie rod is locked underneath - 3 - of the said tiles. The disadvantage of this system is that the tie rod requires a special knob which does not coincide with the knob used during the first operation leveling. Even more so this knob does not coincide with the moment when the first leveling system is a system wedge. Therefore, this system is not a system adaptable to every situation. Further attention must be paid to the the fact that the base of the tie rod has completed the correct and complete rotation under the tile so that it is locked to the below this one. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The purpose of the present invention is to provide a universal base in shape and adaptable to a tie rod whatever form it may take for spacing devices wedge levelers whether for other types of spacers leveling devices, such as spacers screw levelers or more generally spacer devices levelers having a vertical partition or blade rising from a base of said spacer. A further object of the present invention is to provide a tie rod for use in emergency situations but not only to recover and complete the work done up to the moment before the tie rod used in broke a first leveling procedure. A further object of the present invention is to - 4 - provide a tie rod that can be used in conjunction with the components of the first leveling device without having to resort to the use of a pressure device to tighten on the tie rod that is additional and completely different from the medium first leveling pressure. A further object of the present invention is to provide a tie rod that can be inserted inside a joint present between two adjacent tiles without the coating must be removed first. A further object of the present invention is to provide a tie rod that can also be used as a real first leveling device, by inserting it between the joints when the covering has already been laid using to the use of the well-known cross-shaped tile spacers. The tie rod in this it can be used to potentially speed up the exposure times. These purposes are achieved by means of a leveling tie rod for the installation of sheet-like elements for the cladding of surfaces including: - at least one partition configured for: - be joined to a base by means of a surface narrow section; - to rise from that base; - contact only one of the two facing sides of two adjacent and side-by-side sheet-like elements with respect to - 5 - a direction of support; - a base configured for: - be positioned below the surface lower than at least two adjacent plate-shaped elements; - be inserted inside an existing escape previously prepared during an operation first leveling; - move from a first position of non-use in which lies substantially orthogonal to the said at least one septum to a second position in which it results substantially parallel to said at least one septum in the moment when it is inserted into a fugue placed between two adjacent plate-shaped elements and snap back into a position orthogonal to said at least one septum at the time it is placed outside below the lower surface of at least two elements adjacent slabs; - at least one fold line configured to define the movement between the said first, second and third positions of the base. From a first point of view, the above problem is solved by a leveling tie rod for the installation of elements sheet-like as defined in claim 1 and its forms of preferential realization, defined by the claims employees 2-9. - 6 - According to another aspect, the present invention has as its object a leveling spacer device defined by the claim 10. DETAILED DESCRIPTION While the invention is susceptible to various modifications and alternative constructions, some forms of embodiment details are shown in the drawings and will be described here followed in detail. In this description, elements or similar or identical components will be indicated in the figures with the same identifying symbol. The subject of this patent application is a tie rod leveling agent 1 for the installation of slab-shaped elements 2 for surface coating including: - at least one septum 3 configured for: - be joined to a base 4 by means of a surface narrow section; - rise from said base 4; - contact only one of the two facing sides of two 2 adjacent and side by side plate-shaped elements to a flanking direction; - a base 4 configured for: - be positioned below the surface lower than at least two plate-like elements 2 adjacent; - be inserted inside an existing escape 5 previously prepared during an operation - 8 - first leveling; - move from a first position of non-use in which lies substantially orthogonal to the said at least one set 3 to a second position in which is substantially parallel to the said at least one septum 3 when it is inserted inside of a 5 escape and snap back into position orthogonal to said at least one septum 3 in the moment when it is placed below the surface lower than at least two plate-like elements 2 adjacent; - at least one fold line 6 configured to define the movement between the said first, second and third positions of base 4. Thanks to this tie rod 1 it is possible to reduce labor costs to complete a first leveling operation of a surface to be covered while making available a convenient tie rod to use in case of emergency, but not only, for the completion of said operations. It is to be understood that with "first leveling operation" means the entire set of operational steps that are required for two or more adjacent plate-shaped elements are leveled carefully. It follows that the first operations leveling must be conducted by using a device defined as a “first leveling device”. - 9 - Said tie rod 1 will constitute an additional and helpful element to use in synergy with the first aid spacer device leveling which includes a first leveling tie rod and a first leveling presser. Said presser of first leveling is also configured to coincide or less with the press tool to be used to tighten the tie rod emergency 1 on the slab surface to be leveled. The bending line 6 of the said tie rod 1 is made by a substantially “L” shaped carving made at the point of union between the base 4 and the at least one septum 3. Said line of fold 6 is suitable to define and preferably coincide with a predetermined breakout zone or line that allows for the separation of the base 4 from the at least one septum 3. In practice, the “L” notch in the non-use position presents both sides of the “L” which are placed along a same line in which therefore the “L” notch is in position open while in the use position the sides of the “L” they come into contact with each other essentially closing the carving. Advantageously the base 4 and at least one septum 3 when they are arranged parallel to each other have the same thickness which is preferably less than 1 mm. This provides the advantage of to be able to insert the emergency tie rod 1 which is the subject of the question of patent inside a gap 5 whose dimensions are have already been previously outlined in a first operation - 10 - leveling or by means of spacer devices known crosses. Folding line 6 is made inside the thickness of the base 4 / septum 3 and the “L” orientation of the notch defines the direction of bending of an emerging part of the emergency pull cord 1. Furthermore, the folding line 6 in use is arranged below at the level of the upper surface of the plate-like elements 2 adjacent ones to be leveled so as to remain within the thickness of said plate-like element 2. Advantageously, base 4 constitutes the extension of at least one septum 3 of the tie rod 1. In other words, the at least a septum 3 and the base 4 are made in a single piece by means of molding of plastic materials for example and they are joined together by means of a defined narrow-section surface from the “L” notch. The part of the tie rod projecting from the sheet-like elements 2 (also referred to below as tile(s) 2) has a height greater than that of the 2 tiles so such that the said projecting part protruding upwards can receive a pressurized medium (not shown) configured for press the surface of the sheet-like elements 2 towards the base 4 of the tie rod 1 so as to level them. The base 4 of the tie rod 1 which is the subject of this application for patent can take two different forms of embodiment, of which: - 11 - - a first embodiment in the case where the tie rod is for a leveling spacer device having a septum or vertical blade rising from a base of said spacer; - a second embodiment in the case where the tie rod It is for a wedge leveling spacer device. According to the first embodiment, the base 4 comprises compared to septum 3 a first extension 4a and a second extension 4b starting near the septum 3 occupying the negative space of the septum 3 and end protruding from the septum 3 in both directions orthogonal to the septum 3 itself, when this is orthogonal to base 4. In other words, the first 4a and the second extension 4b are found from part diametrically opposed to each other with respect to the septum 3 which it appears to be in a substantially central position with respect to said extensions. Furthermore, the base 4, between the first 4th and the second extension 4b, includes a central portion 4c having preferably curved shape to recognize the side of insertion inside the gap 5 facilitating the entry of said central portion 4c inside said gap 5. Said central portion 4c is configured to protrude from the septum 3 in a single direction orthogonal to the septum 3 itself when this is in an orthogonal position with respect to the base 4. According to the first embodiment the folding line 6 “L” is one and extends the entire length of the portion central base 4. - 12 - According to the second embodiment, the base 4 comprises a first extension 4a and a second extension 4b in correspondence of each of the two sets 3 and which begin in proximity of the beginning of each of the 3 septa themselves and end with the end of the seven 3 themselves. Both extensions 4a and 4b protrude from the septum 3 in a single direction orthogonal to the septum 3 same, when this is in an orthogonal position with respect to the base 4. Similarly to the first embodiment, the base 4, between the first 4a and the second extension 4b, includes a central portion 4c preferably having a similar curved shape to that of the first embodiment. Said portion central 4c, in the second embodiment, is configured to protrude from the septum 3 in both directions orthogonal to the septum 3 itself when this is in an orthogonal position with respect to at base 4. According to the second embodiment the folding lines 6 “L” shaped are two and extend for the entire length of the first 4a and second extension 4b. In both embodiments the bending line 6 defines the direction of rotation of tie rod 1 for its insertion inside the escape 5. In both embodiments the tie rod 1, in the non-use position, in which the base 4 and the at least one septum 3 are in a substantially orthogonal position to each other, must be inserted inside a gap 5 whose dimensions are - 13 - were prepared during the first leveling operation or they were arranged using common cross spacers for tiles. It should be noted that tie rod 1 has a base thickness of 4 and of at least one septum 3 smaller than the size of the escape 5. Therefore, when inserting the tie rod 1 into the escape 5, at least one septum 3 will contact only one of the two lateral surfaces of two adjacent plate-shaped elements 2 resulting in easier insertion of the base 4 underneath of tile 2. The base 4 before its insertion inside a gap 5 is with respect to at least one septum 3 in an orthogonal position with respect to to the latter. By applying manual pressure downwards (represented by the direction of the arrow), at least a first part THE 4c or the entire part of the central portion 4c of the base 4 and II at least a first part 4a, 4b or the whole part respectively of the first extension 4a and of the second extension 4b, crossing a 5 escape, they fit into an existing space between the lower surface of a first plate-like element 2 and the upper surface of the support to be coated. In this so the base 4 and the at least one septum 3 are substantially in a parallel position to each other. THE Once you have inserted a first part 4c or the whole part of the II central portion 4c, a first part 4a, 4b or the entire part of the first extension 4a and of the second respectively - 14 - extension 4b of the base 4 in said space, acting with a force opposite, that is, pulling upwards (represented by the direction II of the arrow) the possible second part 4c of the portion II II central 4c of base 4 and the possible second part 4a and 4b of the first extension 4a and of the second extension 4b they will snap into place underneath the second sheet-like element 2 adjacent to the first. In this way the tie rod 1 is firmly anchored underneath of the two adjacent plate-shaped elements 2. After this phase, it will be possible to proceed with the commissioning pressure of the tie rod 1, and with the normal procedure of leveling. Going into the specifics of the leveling operations of the tie rod 1 according to the first embodiment, the entire part of the central portion 4c of the base 4 together with a first II part 4a of the first extension 4 and to a first part 4b of the second extension 4b must be inserted in the space existing between the lower surface of the first element plate 2 and the upper surface of the support from to cover. Then acting with a counter force, that is, II lifting the tie rod, a second part 4a of the first II extension 4a and a second part 4b of the second extension 4b snap into the space below the lower surface of the second plate-like element 2. The tie rod 1 according to the first embodiment, in this - 15 - way is perfectly anchored below the surface lower of two adjacent plate-shaped elements 2, having the gap between the two tiles one dimension smaller than the size of base 4. Going into the specifics of the leveling operations instead of the tie rod 2 according to the second embodiment, as visible in Fig. 5, the base 4 before its insertion inside a gap 5 is with respect to at least one septum 3 in orthogonal position with respect to the latter. By impressing a downward force (depicted with the direction of the arrow), THE see Fig. 6, the first part 4c of the central portion 4c II together with the first part 4a, 4b respectively of the first 4a and the second extension 4b, crossing a 5th escape, must be inserted into the space existing between the surface lower part of the first plate-like element 2 and the surface top of the support to be covered. In this way the base 4 and septum 3 are substantially in a parallel position between them. After that acting with a counter force, that is lifting (shown with the direction of the arrow) of the tie rod 1, a II second part 4c of the central portion 4c of the base 4 yes snaps into the space below the surface lower part of the second plate-like element 2 (see Fig. 7 and 8). The tie rod 1 according to the second embodiment, in this way is perfectly anchored below the surface - 16 - lower of two adjacent plate-shaped elements 2. The tie rod 1 which is the subject of this patent application is part of a leveling spacer device which comprises pressure means (not shown) that can be associated with said tie rod 1 and suitable for pressing the surfaces in view of the elements slabs 2 towards said base 4 so as to level them. The pressure device can be of any type, with a knob or wedge-shaped, as known to those skilled in the art. The knob must be used in conjunction with the tie rod according to the first embodiment while the wedge must be used in conjunction with the tie rod according to the second embodiment. Going into specifics, the knob is screwed onto a threaded surface of a known screw bolt or is removably connected to a tie rod comprising extensions wingtips of the known type following a rotation impressed on a handle, by means of which rotation the handle hooks the tie rod and locks it on the upper surface of the tile. The wedge instead must be inserted inside a window passerby represented by the two 3-seater partitions in the extreme position with respect to the base 4 of the second embodiment of the tie rod 1 which is the subject of this patent application. Said wedge, assisted by the help of a governed clamping pliers manually, it must slide in support on the surface - 17 - top of the 2 tiles and facilitate the push of said tiles 2 towards the base 4 of the tie rod 1, thus facilitating their leveling. For both embodiments, once the tie rod 1 is put under pressure by a known knob or by a wedge known, the breaking of tie rod 1 occurs by means of a blow in the direction of the thickness of the septum 3. In both forms of realization the breaking of tie rod 1 will occur along the line of 6 “L” fold leaving it incorporated underneath the lower surface of the 2 adjacent plate-shaped elements central portion 4c, the first 4a and the second extension 4b of base 4. The tie rod according to the first and second embodiments it is produced with the base 4 in an orthogonal position with respect to at least one septum 3. The material with which the tie rod is produced 1 The subject of this patent application is a material rigid or semi-rigid plastic but which also has properties of elastic compliance. This material promotes deformation elastic of the base 4 and of at least one septum 3 of the tie rod 1 and the rotation of the base 4 with respect to at least one septum 3. Thank you the flexibility of the material helps to facilitate insertion of the base 4 inside the gap 5 placed between two 2 adjacent tiles and favor the movement of the base 2 with respect to set 3 between the said first, second and third positions. The first and second embodiments have been described - 18 - depending on the leveling device having a blade vertical rising from a base and the device of wedge leveling but nothing prevents the base 4, the extensions 4a and 4b and the fold line 6 can be intended / adapted to any other known tie rod shape to the state of the art. In other words, a tie rod of emergency, but not only, will have the elevated part, compared to at base 4, which will have the same shape as the part in elevation of a first leveling tie rod while the base 4 will be the one described in this patent application. The advantage you get is that for each device you levelling known, it would be possible to have a first tie rod use in first leveling operations, of an element presser of the first tie rod and of an emergency tie rod from use in combination with the same pressure element used in initial leveling operations. Implementation variations to the non-limiting examples are possible. described, without however leaving the scope of protection of the present invention, including all embodiments equivalent for a technician in the field, to the content of the From the description above the technician in the field is able to to realize the object of the invention without introducing further construction details. - 19 - LEGEND OF THE COMPONENTS OF THE FIGURES 1 leveling tie rod 2 plate-shaped elements 3 at least one tie rod septum 4 tie rod base 4th first extension THE 4th first part of the first extension II 4th second part of the first extension 4b second extension THE 4b first part of the second extension II 4b second part of the second extension 4c central portion 5 escape 6 fold line - 20 -
