Description
DESCRIPTION Attached to a patent application for an INDUSTRIAL INVENTION having by title “Transport system for the disabled” ******* The present invention relates to a transport system for disabled people. In other words, the present invention falls within the technical field of means of transport for people with motor disabilities. The present invention further relates to a vehicle comprising such 5 system. In more detail, the system according to the present invention finds specific use in the preparation of vehicles suitable for the transport of disabled people, and more in detail in vehicles equipped with a compartment or a portion of the passenger compartment of sufficient size to accommodate a disabled person while sitting on it 10 a wheelchair suitable for transporting the disabled person himself. Nowadays there are vehicles specially adapted for the transport of disabled people, who have structural characteristics, such as the body and internal structures of the passenger compartment, different from other vehicles traditional type. 15 In other words, traditional vehicles are known, suitable for the transport of people without motor disabilities that determine the need for a wheelchair wheelchairs, and vehicles specially adapted for the transport of disabled people who require a wheelchair. Therefore, nowadays the family of a disabled person is forced 20 upon purchase of a vehicle specially adapted for the transport of disabled people. Disadvantageously, this type of vehicle has a higher cost compared to the cost of a traditional vehicle. In order to save money, it would be possible to use a vehicle 25 traditional equipped with a compartment (or a portion of the passenger compartment) of dimensions sufficient to accommodate a disabled person while sitting on a wheelchair, such as a minivan, by modifying its structure inside the compartment (or passenger compartment) to make it suitable for transporting the disabled. However, this solution is disadvantageously difficult to implement, 5 since the regulations currently in force define the unavoidable need to carry out, following the modifications, a new vehicle approval, the outcome of which cannot be defined a priori. Furthermore, as is known, an approval procedure is affected from the inconvenience of the long time it takes to obtain it. 10 The above-mentioned drawbacks are reflected in a notable difficulty in access the taxi transport service for a disabled person. First, a disabled person who needs a taxi ride must specify their condition, requesting a suitable vehicle for the its transport. 15 Secondly, since a taxi rank receives calls from non-disabled people (who do not need a wheelchair to be able to walking) in significantly greater quantities than calls from disabled people (who need a wheelchair to be able to walking), nowadays taxi ranks are not equipped with vehicles adapted for 20 the transport of disabled people. In other words, a disabled person is subject to waiting times for the arrival of a taxi, extremely long. The technical task of the present invention is therefore to provide a transport system for disabled people that is capable 25 to overcome the drawbacks that have emerged from the prior art. An object of the present invention is to provide a system of transport for disabled people that is able to allow, in the same traditional vehicle, both the transport of disabled people and the transport of non-disabled people. 30 An object of the present invention is to provide a system transport for disabled people that allows you to change the configuration of a traditional vehicle depending on the presence or absence of a person disabled person to be transported. The specified technical task and the specified purposes are essentially reached by a system for the transport of disabled people including the 5 technical features set out in one or more of the attached claims 1 to 10 and from a vehicle including the technical characteristics set out in one or more of the attached claims 11 to 14. Dependent claims correspond to possible forms of realization of the invention. 10 Further features and advantages of the present invention will appear clearer from the indicative, and therefore non-limiting, description of an embodiment of a system for the transport of disabled people and of a vehicle for the transport of disabled people. This description will be presented below with reference to the united 15 drawings, provided for indicative purposes only and therefore not limiting, in which: - Figure 1 shows a schematic perspective view of a system for the transport of disabled people mounted within the compartment of a vehicle and in a unused configuration; - Figure 2 shows a schematic perspective view of the system in Figure 20 1 in a usage configuration; - figure 3 shows a schematic view of a detail of figure 2; - Figure 4 shows a schematic perspective view of a component of the system for transporting disabled people mounted within the compartment of a vehicle; - Figures 4A and 4B show a schematic view of respective details of the 25 figure 4. With reference to the attached figures, with the numerical reference 1 it is indicated a system for the transport of disabled people as a whole which, in the context of this description, it will be referred to for simplicity as “system 1”. 30 The system 1 can be housed within a compartment “V” of a vehicle 100, such as for example a minivan. The “V” compartment can be, for example, a portion of the vehicle's passenger compartment 100, or may be defined by the trunk space of the vehicle 100. In detail, system 1 comprises a fixed platform 2 stably connectable to a floor 101 of the vehicle 100 delimiting at least 5 partially the “V” compartment. The platform 101 is therefore a component of the vehicle 100 with development substantially horizontal configured to support internal components of the vehicle 100 itself such as, for example, passenger seats 201. The fixed platform 2 is configured to receive a wheelchair as support. 10 wheels on which the disabled person to be transported sits. In detail, the fixed platform 2 defines a respective surface of support “A”, configured to receive the wheelchair as support, and a respective base surface, opposite and preferably parallel to the support surface “A”, connectable to the platform 101. 15 In order to allow safe transportation of the disabled person, the system 1 comprises a reception region 3 to which the following can be constrained: rear attachment means for a wheelchair, fixed to the platform fixed 2. Rear attachment means include traditional hooks and straps 20 suitable for permanently connecting a wheelchair to the fixed platform 2. System 1 comprises a mobile platform 4, connected to the fixed platform 2. In detail, the fixed platform 2 extends between a first side 2a, connected to the movable portion 4, and a second side 2b, opposite to the first 25 side 2a and preferably parallel to the first side 2a. The mobile platform 4 is more movable than the fixed platform 2 between an extended position, in which it is placed next to the fixed platform 2 for define an extension of the fixed platform 2 itself, and a closed position, in which it is at least partially overlapped by the 30 fixed platform 2. In other words, the mobile platform 4 defines a respective surface mobile 4a which, in the extended position, is arranged as an extension of the support surface “A”. Advantageously, when system 1 is in an unused condition (schematically illustrated in figure 1), that is when the platform 5 mobile 4 is in the closed position, system 1 is space-saving, allowing greater usability of the spaces within the “V” compartment for further passengers. A user can therefore move system 1 between a unused configuration (schematically illustrated in figure 1), 10 placing the mobile platform 4 in the closed position, and a usage configuration, (schematically illustrated in figure 2), placing the mobile platform 4 in the extended position according to the needs of the passengers to be transported. For example, in accordance with an embodiment not illustrated in the 15 united figures, the fixed platform 2 can be equipped with a cavity suitable for receive the mobile platform in sliding insertion and removal 4, which is therefore extracted from the fixed platform 2 in the extended and retracted configuration within the fixed platform 2 in the closed configuration. 20 With reference to figure 3, the mobile platform 4 is hinged to the fixed platform 2 along a rotation axis “R”. Therefore, the mobile platform 4 is rotatable with respect to the fixed platform 2 around the rotation axis “R” between the closed position and the position extended. 25 In detail the mobile platform 4, when in the closed position, is folded onto the fixed platform 2 as shown in figure 1. In other words, in the closed position the movable surface 4a of the mobile platform 4 is at least partially in contact with the surface of support “A” of the fixed platform 2. 30 Advantageously, system 1 allows an operator a easy movement of the mobile platform 4 between the position extended and closed position, and vice versa. Preferably, the mobile platform 4 is rotatable about the axis of rotation “R” by an angle of at least 180°. Preferably, the mobile platform 4 defines with the fixed platform 2 5 an angle between 0° and 5° when in the closed position and a angle between 175° and 180° when in the extended position. In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, the fixed platform 2 It has a substantially sheet-like shape that extends along a respective prevailing development plan. 10 By “substantially sheet-like conformation” we mean that the fixed platform 2 has a prevalent width and length with respect to a thickness and is equipped with faces with superficial extension greater (defining the support surface “A” and the base) between them parallels. 15 In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, the mobile platform 4 has a substantially sheet-like shape that extends along a respective prevailing development plan. Preferably, the fixed platform 2 has a first extension surface and the mobile platform 4 has a second extension 20 superficial, lower than the first superficial extension. In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, with reference to the figure 3, system 1 comprises at least one support element 5, connected to the fixed platform 2, which can be placed on a platform 101 of a vehicle 100 or connectable to the same. 25 In detail, the support element 5 connected to the base surface (opposite to the support surface “A”) of the fixed platform 2 and is placed between the first and second side 2a, 2b. The support element 5 has an extension, measured along the plane of prevalent development of the fixed platform 2, lower by an extension 30 of the fixed platform 2 measured along the prevailing development plane same. More preferably, the support element 5 has an extension, measured along the prevailing development plane of fixed platform 2, less than half of an extension of the fixed platform 2 measured along the prevailing development plan itself. 5 Therefore, the support element 5 in cooperation with the second side 2b of the fixed platform 2 defines a support base of the platform fixed 2 capable of supporting the fixed platform 2 in an inclined position with respect to the support base itself. Preferably, the support element 5 has a conformation 10 substantially elongated and is arranged parallel to the first side 2a and / or to the second side 2b of the fixed platform 2. Preferably, the support element 5 has an extension, measured parallel to the first side 2a, substantially equal to a extension of the first side 2a itself. 15 Preferably, the support element 5 has an extension, measured parallel to the second side 2b, substantially equal to a extension of the second side 2b itself. Advantageously, thanks to the positioning and extension of the support element 5 it is possible to support the weight of a chair 20 wheels in an improved way. In order to provide greater resistance to stresses of the system 1, in accordance with an aspect of the present invention, and with Referring to figure 3, system 1 comprises a plurality of elements of support 5 arranged in succession along the fixed platform 2. 25 Advantageously, the support elements 5 allow to ensure a support base with increased stability for the fixed platform 2 and support the weight of a wheelchair, placed on the fixed platform 2, in a further improved manner. Preferably, the support elements 5 have an extension, 30 measured across the platform's main development plan fixed 2, increasing along the sequence. In other words, the 5 support elements (preferably in cooperation with the second side 2b) define a support base of system 1 in able to support the fixed platform 2 in an inclined position with respect to to the support base itself and, therefore, to the floor 101 of a vehicle 100. 5 In detail, an extension, measured transversely to the plane of prevalent development of the fixed platform 2, of a support element 5 preceding and proximal to the first side 2a, is greater than an extension, measured transversally to the prevailing development plan, of an element of support 5 next and distal to the first side 2a. 10 With reference to figures 1 and 2, system 1 can be inserted into the compartment “V” of a vehicle 100 can be placed on a platform 101 of the vehicle 100 itself thanks to the support element 5. The vehicle 100 comprises at least one seat 201, connected to the floor 101, comprising a seat 201a, connected to the platform 101, and a 15 backrest 201b, hinged to the seat 201a and moveable between a operational position, in which it is transversal to the 201st seat, and a tipped position, in which it is folded and rests on the seat 201a. In detail, when the backrest 201b is in the folded position it is possible place the mobile platform 4 in the extended position so that the 20 mobile platform 4 overlaps, and is at least partially in contact with, the backrest 201b. In more detail, when the backrest 201b is in the folded position is raised above the 101 platform and, thanks to the elements of support 5, it is possible to place and / or connect system 1 within compartment “V” 25 so that the fixed platform 2 is positioned flush with the backrest 201b in tilted position. In other words, thanks to the support elements 5 it is possible to rest and / or connect the fixed platform 2 to the floor 101 of a vehicle 100 so that at least the first side 2a of the same (which is connected to the 30 mobile platform 4) is raised above the platform 101 and flush with the backrest 201b of a seat 201 in the folded position. It follows that, thanks to the support elements 5, it is possible to have the system 1 within the compartment “V” so that the mobile platform 4, when in the extended position, defines a discontinuity-free extension of the fixed platform 2. 5 In other words, when the mobile platform 4 is in the extended position, the movable surface 4a is arranged as an extension of the surface of support “A” so as to define with the support surface itself “A” a flat corner. With reference to figure 4, in order to allow a connection 10 stable for a wheelchair placed on the fixed platform 2, the system comprises a coupling bar 6 to which means of fastening are attached or attachable front attachments for a wheelchair.
