Description

Improved midsole / insole DESCRIPTION The present invention has as its object a midsole / insole for footwear especially, but not exclusively, for sports footwear such as running shoes, tennis shoes, soccer shoes, and / or leisure and / or safety shoes. Nowadays the use of is widespread midsoles or insoles for footwear, of thickness generally contained, made with material elastically deformable in order to: - adapt / conform anatomically to the user's foot depending on the settings which it takes on while walking or running, - cushion the foot. The midsoles / insoles, in fact, must be able to adequately reduce the excessive load in the impact zone of the foot with the land and elastically return part of the energy received during the roll, while simultaneously decreasing muscle stress and the loads that damage the skeletal system muscular. To meet these needs, they are employed midsoles or insoles that allow absorption of the impact during rolling, the elastic yield for the transfer of loads from the heel to the tip and flexibility for the push phase. These midsoles or insoles are made, for example, for example, in expanded polyurethane (PU) or ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and have a single value of stiffness along the entire length of the midsole / insole, from heel to toe. A drawback that is found in the The known technique cited consists in the fact that EVA or PU midsole adapts slowly to the shape of the sole of the foot of the user and therefore is not able to ensure adequate anatomical fit during use, making the shoe uncomfortable. This inconvenience is felt most for users who suffer from overpronation. “Pronation” is a physiological phase that consists in the natural tendency of the foot to rotate inwards (so towards the other) foot) while walking or running, for absorb shock. “Overpronation” is defined as a excessive pronation, which continues even after the impact of the foot on the ground, which affects the running style and may increase the risk of injuries and generate tendinitis in both the foot and in the knees, plantar fasciitis and others muscle inflammation. To try to overcome these inconveniences, It is known to insert into the medial wall of the midsole, in correspondence with the arch plantar, rigid support elements, for example example in the form of vertical walls, more or less thick. Such rigid elements are uncomfortable and uncomfortable because they do not adapt to the shape of the sole of the foot since they are not shaped three-dimensionally and anatomically to the foot same. Furthermore, the midsoles of known type are often reinforced in the famice area by means of the use of added materials whose function is that of lightening and cushioning the midsole; the use of cushions is known, places in the heel area, which contain air and / or gel and / or similar materials, which increase impact absorption and are capable of deforming by elastically absorbing the energy of impact with the ground. A drawback of such known solutions consists of a loss of cushioning on impact, resulting in loss of elasticity, due to the fact that, following repeated compressions during use, the midsole / insole leaks over time the shock-absorbing properties and the elastic return of the push phase. These inconveniences may be due to both to the characteristics of the main material with which the midsole / insole is made, both to the use of cushions that can be deflated and break easily if subjected to repeated stress compressions that occur during activity sporty. To overcome these drawbacks it is known the midsole / insole covered by the Italian patent n. 102015000075744, by the same applicant. This midsole / insole comprises a body presenter: - an upper surface, in use, having a plantar shape, - a lower surface, in use, from which a plurality of protuberances protrude elastically compressible each presenting an axial cavity. In particular, in this insole / midsole of known type, the protuberances are arranged substantially on the entire plant and present different heights to allow for support differentiated for the various areas of the foot, depending on of the specific needs of the latter, in order to cushion the foot and reduce overpronation. In particular, these protuberances are: - higher and softer in the heel area and in the areas of the first and fifth metatarsal, corresponding to the areas of greatest protrusion of the bones of the foot, - lower and stiffer in the areas where it is more support is needed as the area of the plantar arch and that of the second, third and fourth metatarsal. This intersole / sole of known type, for as it turned out to be a commercial success and nowadays very popular, it presents some aspects that can be improved. In fact, the presence of bumps on substantially the whole plant, while determining significant cushioning and limiting overpronation of the foot, partly reduces the propulsion during the push phase of the foot with a consequent dissipation of muscular energy. The purpose of this invention is to make a shoe midsole / insole that is able to improve the known technique in one or more of the above aspects. Within this task, one purpose of the found is to create a midsole / insole for footwear that allows for a remarkable comfort for the user by improving the propulsion during the push phase of the foot compared to to similar midsoles / insoles of a known type. Another purpose of the invention is to develop a midsole / insole for footwear that allows the foot to be cushioned of the user while limiting / reducing at the same time overpronation compared to similar midsoles / insoles of known type. A further purpose of this invention is that of creating a midsole / insole for footwear that allows for the maintenance, over time, of the cushioning and thrust capabilities. Another purpose of the invention is to develop a midsole / insole that ensures the achievement of an adequate level of anatomical even for subjects with overpronation problems. Furthermore, the present invention aims to the aim of overcoming the drawbacks of the known technique as an alternative to any existing solutions. Not least, the aim of the invention is to make a midsole / insole that is high reliability, relatively easy production and at competitive costs. This task, as well as these and other purposes which will appear better later, are achieved from a shoe midsole / insole, comprising a body, shaped to contain the sole of a user's foot, called the body presenting an upper surface having plantar shape, and a surface lower, opposite to the previous one, called body presenting a plurality of areas suitable for correspond to areas and / or bones of the said foot, said areas of said body including, in order, at least: - an area of the heel, - an area of the tarsus which in turn includes a sub-area of the cuboid and a sub-area of the third cuneiform, called sub-area of the cuboid and said sub-zone of the third cuneiform being a close to an area of the metatarsal, - said area of the metatarsus including in its once a sub-area of the first metatarsal, a sub-area of the second and third metatarsal metatarsus, a sub-area of the fourth metatarsal and a sub-area of the fifth metatarsal, said midsole / insole is characterized by due to the fact that the said lower surface presents: - a first portion comprising a plurality of protuberances, called first portion developing in at least part of the said area of the heel and of the said sub-area of the fifth metatarsus, - a second portion of material full / continuous, called second portion developing at least in the said sub-area of the first metatarsus. Additional features and benefits of the found will result more from the description of a preferred form of execution, but not exclusive, of the midsole / insole for footwear according to the invention, illustrated, by way of example indicative and not limiting, in the attached drawings, in which: - Figure 1 shows a plan view of a foot in which the bones that make it are visible they compose; - Figure 2 shows a side view of the foot of figure 1 in which the bones are visible they compose it; - figure 3 shows a first view perspective of the midsole / insole, according to the found; - Figure 4 shows a second view perspective of the midsole / insole in figure 3; - Figure 5 shows a plan view, from below, of the midsole / insole of figure 3; - figure 6 shows a plan view, from above, of the midsole / insole of figure 3; - figure 7 illustrates a view according to the section plan VII-VII of figure 6; - figure 8 illustrates a view according to the section plan VIII-VIII of figure 6; - figure 9 illustrates a view according to the section plan IX-IX of figure 6. Among the bones of metatarsal B you can distinguish: - first metatarsal indicated with B1, - second metatarsal indicated with B2, - third metatarsal indicated with B3, - fourth metatarsal indicated with B4, - fifth metatarsal indicated with B5. The first metatarsal B1, the second metatarsal B2, the third metatarsal B3, the fourth metatarsal B4 and the fifth metatarsal B5 each have, a head, indicated respectively by H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, consisting of the near end to the respective proximal phalanx A1, A2, A3, A4, A5. Among the bones of the tarsus we can distinguish: - the first cuneiform C1, connected to the first metatarsal B1, - the second cuneiform C2, connected to the second metatarsal B2, - the third cuneiform C3, connected to the third metatarsal B3, - the cuboid C4, connected to the fourth metatarsal B4 and the fifth metatarsal B5. In the continuation of the description and in the claims refer to the various areas of the midsole / insole naming them with the names of the areas / bones of the foot suitable to correspond to they, as previously illustrated. With expressions like “superior”, “inferior”, “from below”, “from above” and the like, there refers to the usage configuration of the midsole / insole according to the invention which has an upper surface facing the user's foot and a surface lower, opposite to the previous one, facing towards the soil. With reference to the figures cited, a midsole / insole for footwear, according to the found, is indicated globally with the number of reference 10. The 10 midsole / insole comprises a body 11, shaped to contain the sole of a foot F of a user, and presenting in turn: - an upper surface 12 having plantar shape, surrounded by a border external perimeter 1 protruding / raised, - a lower surface 13, opposite to the previous. In construction variants, not illustrated in the figures, there is no perimeter border protruding / raised exterior. Body 11 has a plurality of zones suitable to correspond to areas and / or bones of the foot F. Such areas of the body 11 include, in order, at least: - a 16 heel zone, - a zone 21 of the tarsus comprising at its times a sub-zone 25 of the cuboid and a sub- area 26 of the third cuneiform, which are close of a 27th metatarsal area, - such area 27 of the metatarsal including a in turn a sub-zone 19' of the first metatarsal, a 19'' sub-zone of the second metatarsal and the third metatarsal, a 17'' sub-zone of the fourth metatarsal and a sub-zone 17' of the fifth metatarsus. One of the peculiarities of the midsole / insole 10 consists in the fact that the lower surface 13 in turn presents: - a first portion 14 comprising a plurality of protuberances 15 which develops at least in part of the heel area 16 and of the 17th sub-zone of the fifth metatarsal, - a second portion 18 of material full / continuous, which develops at least in the sub-zone 19' of the first metatarsal. In this description, with the expression “solid / continuous material” means that in such portion there are no protuberances, but there is continuity of material between points P1, P2, P1', P2', corresponding to the plane K1, K1', locally tangential to the upper surface 12 and the plane K2, K2', locally tangential to the lower surface 13, considering a section of the midsole / insole according to a plan orthogonal to that of the body 11, such as the one illustrated for example in figures 8 and 9. In particular, considering for example the figure 9, in which are indicated: - a point P1 of the plane K1 locally tangential to the upper surface 12, - a point P2 of the K2 plane locally tangential to the lower surface 13, corresponding to point P1. Between points P1 and P2 in figure 9, the material is full / continuous. Considering for example figure 8, in it are indicated: - a point P1' of the plane K1' locally tangential to the upper surface 12, - a point P2' of the plane K2' locally tangential to the lower surface 13, corresponding to point P1'. Between points P1' and P2' in figure 8, the material is discontinuous because in that area there are 15 bumps present. In particular, the first portion 14 is extends substantially from the 16th heel area at sub-zone 17' of the fifth metatarsal, mainly affecting the latter in part of the metatarsals up to a portion 28, fit corresponding to the H5 head of the fifth metatarsal B5 of foot F, crossing at least partially area 21 of the tarsus. In some embodiments, the first portion 14 may be of interest at least partially also the 17'' sub-zone of the fourth metatarsal and / or the 19'' sub-zone of the second metatarsal and the third metatarsal. Advantageously the first portion 14 is defined in a corresponding location 20 inside of the second portion 18, which therefore surrounds entirely. Preferably, the protuberances 15 They have a substantially truncated cone shape and / or truncated pyramid, with: - larger base facing, in use, towards the user's foot F, - and minor base 24 facing, in use, towards the ground. These protuberances 15 are elastically compressible and each has a cavity axial 22, blind, developing from a corresponding hole 23 arranged on the surface top 12. More precisely, the upper surface 12 has a plurality of holes 23, each of which which communicates with a respective axial cavity 22 which ends, near the smaller base 24 of a respective protuberance 15. The axial cavities 22 allow the respective protuberances 15 to collapse, elastically, when subjected to compression, when foot F is placed on the ground. The 23 holes have a variable diameter second of the upper surface area 12 in which they are arranged. Advantageously the holes 23 have a diameter preferably between 1 mm and 11 mm. Preferably, the holes 23 have: - a variable diameter and essentially between 4 mm and 11 mm in the zone 16 of the heel and in the sub-zone 17' of the fifth metatarsal, - a substantially constant diameter in the area 21 of the tarsus and between 1 mm and 6 mm, at least in correspondence with the part of interest mainly the sub-zone 25 of the cuboid and / or the sub-area 26 of the third cuneiform. For example, considering a midsole / insole 10 in size 9 UK, corresponding to a size 43 EU, holes 23 they have a diameter preferably between between 2 mm and 9 mm, and in particular: - a variable diameter and essentially between 5 mm and 9 mm in the zone 16 of the heel and in the sub-zone 17' of the fifth metatarsal, - a substantially constant diameter in the area 21 of the tarsus and between 2 mm and 4 mm, at least in correspondence with the part of interest mainly the sub-zone 25 of the cuboid and / or the sub-area 26 of the third cuneiform. Advantageously, the protuberances 15 they present volumes with variable trends. With particular reference to figure 5, the protuberances 15 present: - volumes with variable trend in zone 16 of the heel and in the 17' sub-zone of the fifth metatarsus, - substantially constant volume in the area 21 of the tarsus at least in correspondence with the part which mainly affects sub-zone 25 of the cuboid and / or sub-area 26 of the third cuneiform. Preferably, the 15 protuberances of the area 16 of the heel and sub-zone 17' of the fifth metatarsals have a larger volume than the protuberances 15 of the area 21 of the tarsus, at least in correspondence of the sub-zone 25 of the cuboid and / or of sub-area 26 of the third cuneiform. Advantageously, the protuberances 15 they have a variable height and essentially between 3 mm and 13 mm. With reference to figures 7 to 9, in the present description, with the expression “height” it means the size h of the protuberances 15 in a direction substantially orthogonal to the body 11 lying plane, measured at starting from the bottom g of seat 20. In particular, the protuberances 15 present: - variable height in zone 16 of the heel and in the 17' sub-zone of the fifth metatarsus, and essentially included: in the area 16 of the heel between 5 mm and 13 mm, and in the 17' area of the fifth metatarsal between 3 mm and 10 mm, - substantially constant height in the area 21 of the tarsus at least in correspondence with the part which mainly affects sub-zone 25 of the cuboid and / or sub-area 26 of the third cuneiform and is between 2 mm and 10 mm. For example, considering a midsole / insole 10 in size 9 UK, corresponding to a size 43 EU, the protuberances 15 have a height of variable trend and substantially between 4 mm and 11 mm, and in particular: - variable height in zone 16 of the heel and in the 17' sub-zone of the fifth metatarsus, and essentially included: in the area 16 of the heel between 6 mm and 11 mm, and in the 17' area of the fifth metatarsal between 4 mm and 8 mm, - substantially constant height in the area 21 of the tarsus at least in correspondence with the part which mainly affects sub-zone 25 of the cuboid and / or sub-area 26 of the third cuneiform and is between 3 mm and 8 mm. Preferably, the protuberances 15 of the heel area 16 and sub-area 17' fifth metatarsal have a greater height than the protuberances 15 of the area 21 of the tarsus, at least in correspondence of the part of interest mainly the sub-zone 25 of the cuboid and / or the sub-area 26 of the third cuneiform. Additionally, the 15 protuberances feature: - minor base 24 with variable trend in the zone 16 of the heel and in the sub-zone 17' of the fifth metatarsal, and essentially included between 2 2 19 mm and 132 mm, - minor base 24 substantially constant in area 21 of the tarsus at least in correspondence of the part that mainly concerns the sub-area 25 of the cuboid and / or sub-area 26 of the third cuneiform and substantially included between 2 2 0.8 mm and 29 mm. For example, considering a midsole / insole 10 in size 9 UK, corresponding to a size 43, the protuberances 15 present: - minor base 24 with variable trend in the zone 16 of the heel and in the sub-zone 17' of the fifth metatarsal, and essentially included between 2 2 28 mm and 95 mm, - minor base 24 substantially constant in area 21 of the tarsus at least in correspondence of the part that mainly concerns the sub-area 25 of the cuboid and / or sub-area 26 of the third cuneiform and essentially included between 3 2 2 mm and 13 mm . Preferably, the protuberances 15 of the heel area 16 and sub-area 17' fifth metatarsal have a smaller base of 24 larger size of the protuberances 15 of the area 21 of the tarsus, at least in correspondence with the sub-zone 25 of the cuboid and / or sub-zone 26 of the third cuneiform. The arrangement on the surface areas lower 13 of the midsole / insole 10 and the size of the protuberances 15 and their concentration are defined as a function of the shock absorber function, shock control function pronation, elasticity and propulsion desired, in correlation to the conformation anatomical of the user's foot F and type of activity carried out by the same. The 10 midsole / insole is made as single piece or in multiple elements; in the case of it is made in one piece using a material presenting elastic characteristics, to facilitate its return to original shape during use of the footwear, and presenting a density preferably between 0.07 and 0.14 g / cm and a hardness preferably between 30 Shore C and 60 Shore C. This material is preferably made of from, or based on, expanded polymer material with “supercritical foaming” technology such as: EVA and / or TPEE (Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer) and / or PEBA (polyether block amide) and / or polyamide and / or TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) made with expansion technology supercritical. In this description, with the expression “supercritical expansion technology” means that technology of material production expanded in an autoclave using fluids supercritical fluids (SCF) as blowing agents, in particular supercritical carbon dioxide (ScCO ) and / or supercritical nitrogen (ScN2). By “supercritical fluids” we mean fluids at a temperature higher than the temperature critical and at a pressure higher than the critical pressure. The “critical temperature” is defined as the temperature above which a substance It cannot exist in a liquid state. “Supercritical pressure” is defined as the pressure at which a substance can transform in vapor in the presence of the corresponding liquid. It is noteworthy that such a material presents a remarkable elastic rebound capacity, superior to similar materials of known type used to make midsoles / insoles known type, but with a material density significantly lower. It is also noteworthy that the use of such a material and the particular arrangement and configuration of the protuberances 15, allow to the midsole / insole 10 to ensure high deformation capacity to ensure significant cushioning and pronation control, while ensuring a high return elastic. It is also worth noting that the presence of protuberances in the first portion 14 allows to provide cushioning in the heel area and orient the movement of the foot in the area of metatarsal in order to minimize overpronation. Similarly the second portion 18, in solid / continuous material at least in the sub-zone of the first metatarsal, allows the foot to be guided getting the most out of the propulsion output. Furthermore, the material used for make the midsole / insole 10 is resistant to abrasion and can be glued effectively to the sole structure, thus being able to come out of it, and be visible from the outside of the shoe. In particular, since the material resistant to abrasion and therefore able to the midsole / insole 10 come out of the sole structure, it is possible to exploit the characteristics of this material throughout the support surface of the foot. In practice it has been found that the finding achieve the intended task and goals making a midsole / insole for footwear which allows the user considerable comfort improving propulsion during the push phase of the foot compared to similar midsoles / insoles of known type. With the invention, a midsole / insole for footwear that allows for cushion the user's foot while limiting / reducing overpronation compared to similar midsoles / insoles of the same type known. Furthermore, the invention has created a midsole / insole for footwear that allows the maintenance, over time, of the ability to cushioning and thrust. Furthermore, with the invention a new solution has been developed midsole / insole that ensures the achieving an adequate level of anatomical even for subjects with problems of overpronation. The invention, thus conceived, is susceptible to numerous changes and variants, all falling within within the scope of the inventive concept; furthermore, all the details may be replaced by others technically equivalent elements. In practice, the materials used, provided that compatible with the specific use, as well as the contingent dimensions and shapes, may be any depending on the needs and the state of the technique.
