Description
M528271_DESCRIPTION TITLE: LOCK DECODING DEVICE MAGNETIC COMBINATION. DESCRIPTION This application concerns a device for decoding locks magnetic combination. Nowadays there are known locks suitable for allow the closing and opening of a door or of a gate which include essentially an opening cylinder equipped with a place for inserting an appropriate key designed to allow the cylinder to be activated same and therefore the unlocking of the lock. Such cylinders of known type are usually made of brass or in any case of materials that they do not have high mechanical resistance, thus lending themselves to being easily broken into by drilling and / or breaking and / or tearing. In order to protect such type cylinders known from possible break-ins it is in use to fix to the lock, in a position to wrap a end of the cylinder, a special element of cover or base of various shapes, for example cylindrical, which has a front opening M528271_DESCRIPTION partially occluded by a stud, to it associated, in which a slit is made suitable for inserting the key. In this sense, the patent is known today Italian filed on 03.11.2020 with Application No. 102020000026113 in which a protection device (1) that can be coupled to a lock, comprising a base body (2), combinable with the said lock and equipped with a axial seat (3) suitable for housing a cylinder of said lock and presenting a first opening (4) for a patch protection disc (5), a protective stud (7) that can be coupled to the said basic body (2) provided with a second opening (8) substantially aligned, in use, with said first opening (4), a cursor (18) movable with respect to said base body (2) between a locked position, in which said cursor (18) occludes said first opening (4) to prevent, in use, access to said cylinder, and a position of unlocking, in which said cursor (18) allows to access to the said first opening (4) which is characterized by the fact that between the said stud of protection (7) and said base body (2) is M528271_DESCRIPTION interposed a fixed support (9), to which is attached slidably associated with said mobile cursor (18) and which houses a magnetic combinatorial group (22) interacting with a magnetic actuator, or key, (23) suitable for unlocking said cursor (18) from said locking position. While this solution is valid, it has a drawback: in the absence of the magnetic actuator, or key, which varies from lock to lock, it is impossible to open the lock itself which must thus be forced with special tools by particularly skilled personnel trained. The main task of the subject matter of the The present finding is therefore to solve the technical problems highlighted, eliminating the drawbacks of the aforementioned prior art and then devising a device that allows in a way quick and easy to decode a lock magnetic combination in the absence of the appropriate one and key specification. In the context of the above task, another important goal is to realize an invention which also has the same characteristics as the previous ones M528271_DESCRIPTION that of being usable also by staff not particularly trained. Another purpose is to obtain a finding which also has the same characteristics as the previous ones that of presenting low construction costs. Not least, the aim of the invention is to to create an invention that is structurally simple and that can be made with machinery and known type of systems. The task and purposes mentioned, as well as others which will appear more clearly later, are reached by a device (1,101) for the decoding magnetic combination locks (2), comprising a base body (3) housing a magnetic combinatorial group (8) equipped with first magnets (10a,10b,10c,10d,10e,10f), which are characterized by the fact that it includes a basis (13,113) to which at least one platelet is associated (16a,16b,16c,116) to which it is rotatably associated, according to an orthogonal plane, at least one rotor (25a,25b,25c,125a,125b,125c) equipped with seconds permanent magnets (28a,28b,128a,128b), called device (1,101) comprising means (31a,31b,31c,131a,131b,131c) acts to block M528271_DESCRIPTION selectively the angular position of the said at least one rotor (25a,25b,25c,125a,125b,125c). Additional features and benefits of the found will result more from the detailed description of particular forms of realization, illustrated for information purposes only and non-limiting in the attached drawing tables, in which: Fig. 1 illustrates, in a first view perspective, a first form of realization found and a magnetic combination lock; Figure 2 illustrates, in a second view perspective, the finding and a lock magnetic combination; Figure 3 illustrates the lock partially sectioned magnetic combination; Figure 4 illustrates the invention in an exploded view; Figure 5 illustrates the invention in a view plant; Figure 6 is a view taken according to the section plane VI-VI of fig. 5; Figure 7 illustrates a rotor with extracts i magnets; Figure 8 illustrates a rotor in a view M528271_DESCRIPTION from above; Figure 9 is a view taken according to the section plan IX-IX of fig. 8; Figure 10 illustrates a second form realization of the invention; Figure 11 illustrates the invention referred to in previous figure in an exploded view. With reference to the figures above cited, it is indicated with the number 1 a device for decoding locks magnetic combination 2, for example of the type illustrated in the aforementioned question no. 102020000026113, in which there is a body of base 3, preferably shaped but not exclusively cylindrical or truncated-conical or semicircular and equipped with a first seat 4 axial, substantially T-shaped, suitable for accommodate a cylinder (not shown) constituting said lock. In correspondence with the head of the said first axial seat 4 there is a first opening 5 and a stud is associated with the base body 3 protection 6 which is provided with a second opening 7 aligned, in use, with the first M528271_DESCRIPTION opening 5. The magnetic combination lock 2 It includes a combinatorial group within it magnetic 8 comprising two or more rotating cams; in the preferential, but not limiting, solution, illustrated three cams have been considered indicated with the numbers 9a,9b,9c in each of which are housed two first magnets 10a,10b,10c,10d,10e, 10f and corresponding to the surface of which lateral 40a,40b,40c are obtained from the first cavities 41a,41b,41c. Cams 9a,9b,9c interact with appropriate 11a,11b,11c mobile blocking means, in contrast with springs 12a, 12b, 12c, within the preset second cavities 42 obtained on said base body 3 and within said first cavities 41a,41b,41c. The blocking means have the function of inhibiting or enable rotation of the base body 3 and then arrange the first opening 5 and the second opening 7 to allow access of the key to the cylinder to open the lock, the same being activated via said device 1 for decoding or from special magnetic actuator (not shown). M528271_DESCRIPTION Device 1 for decoding locks magnetic combination 2 includes a base 13 having a preferably flat shape circular with a second one carved out in the center box-shaped seat 14 showing a plan substantially rectangular shape with rounded corners and closed at the bottom by a base 33 protruding below said base 13. From the base 13 protrude, on the opposite side to said bottom 33, prepared sleeves 15a,15b,15c, cylindrical in shape and internally threaded, the which are, in the particular embodiment illustrated, three in number and arranged approximately 120° between them. The mutual arrangement between said sleeves 15a,15b,15c may vary. In correspondence with each of the above sleeves 15a,15b,15c can be combined in the particular embodiment illustrated, a plate 16a,16b,16c showing a plan rectangular shape with a first side transverse 17a,17b,17c preferably arched and with the second opposite side 18a,18b,18c having a variously shaped conformation, M528271_DESCRIPTION for example lanceolate. On each of the said plates 16a,16b,16c is obtained, axially and in proximity to the first cross side 17a,17b,17c, one buttonhole 19a,19b,19c shorter than that of said plates 16a,16b,16c themselves. These buttonholes 19a,19b,19c have a size suitable to allow insertion into the same as the stem 20a, 20b, 20c of a screw 21a,21b,21c, said stem 20a,20b,20c being sirloin to said sleeves 15a,15b,15c. Between the head 22a,22b,22c of each of the said screws 21a,21b,21c have a washer between them 23a,23b,23c in diameter greater than width of the said buttonholes 19a,19b,19c. It is thus possible to fluently associate the said plates 16a,16b,16c to said base 13 so as to vary, with respect to the latter, their positioning. In correspondence with a stretch of the said plates 16a,16b,16c adjacent to said slots 19a,19b,19c is obtained, on each of them, a third seat 24a,24b,24c, preferably on plan circular, designed to rotatably accommodate a M528271_DESCRIPTION rotor 25a,25b,25c. The latter consists of a body cylindrical 26a,26b,26c corresponding to each of which is made into a housing 27a,27b for a pair of second magnets permanent 28a,28b capable of interacting selectively with said first magnets 10a,10b,10c. From each of the said cylindrical bodies 26a,26b,26c protrudes axially and on the opposite side to the aforementioned second permanent magnets 28a,28b, a nosepiece 29a,29b,29c counter-shaped to said third seats 24a,24b,24c. At the free end of each of the said nosepieces 29a,29b,29c is obtained a notch 30a,30b,30c to allow a user the rotation of each of called rotors 25a,25b,25c. The rotation of each of the said rotors 25a,25b,25c can be blocked by the use of pre-arranged threaded screws 31a,31b,31c combinable in correspondence with fourth counter-threaded seats 32a, 32b, 32c obtained on each of the said plates 16a,16b,16c in M528271_DESCRIPTION proximity of said second sides 18a,18b,18. In the assembled condition for the device 1 it is found that the lower extremities of the bodies cylindrical 26a,26b,26c rest in correspondence of fund 33 of the said second location 14. Furthermore, a projection protrudes from the said bottom 33 34 counter-shaped to said second opening 7 obtained in correspondence with the lock magnetic combination 2, so as to allow the temporary mechanical coupling of the decoding device 1 to said lock magnetic combination 2. The usage of the device is as follows: if the user does not have the key magnetic for opening the lock 2 a magnetic combination, just hold the device 1 by positioning the projection 34 in correspondence of the second opening 7 present in correspondence with the protective stud 6 of lock 2. By doing so the user will be able to act in correspondence of screws 21a, 21b, 21c by loosening them to the point of allowing, thanks to the presence of the slots 19a,19b,19c, the positioning of the rotors M528271_DESCRIPTION 25a,25b,25c corresponding to cams 9a,9b,9c 2 combination lock rotary switches magnetic. At this point the user will loosen the closing of grains 31a,31b,31c to allow therefore, through the use of suitable tools , such as a screwdriver, the installation rotation of rotors 25a,25b,25c thanks to the presence of the notches 30a,30b,30c present on the same. The user will then proceed to rotate each rotor 25a,25b,25c until the second permanent magnets 28a,28b of each rotor 25a,25b,25c in correspondence, respectively, of the first magnets 10a,10b,10c,10d,10e,10f. The position can be fixed thanks to the tightening of the grains 31a,31b,31c. By doing this the cams 9a,9b,9c will be arranged in such a way as to allow the accommodation, in correspondence of the first cavities 41a,41b,41c, of the blocking means 11a,11b,11c which will disengage then from the second cavities 41a,42b,42c so as allow the first one to be arranged in line with each other M528271_DESCRIPTION opening 5 and the second opening 7. Then removed device 1 for the decoding will give access to the cylinder lock. It was thus found that the finding had the task and objectives set have been achieved a device having been devised which allows, quickly and easily, to decode a magnetic combination lock in the absence of the appropriate and specific key. Furthermore, the device can also be used by not particularly trained staff and it has low production costs. Naturally the finding is susceptible to numerous changes and variants, all falling within within the scope of the same inventive concept. Thus, for example, in figures 10 and 11 it is illustrated a variant of a device 101 for decoding combination locks magnetic 2 comprising a base 113 having in plant a preferably circular shape with a second seat created centrally box 114 showing a plan substantially rectangular shape with M528271_DESCRIPTION rounded corners and closed at the bottom by a base 133 protruding below said base 113. From the base 113 protrude, on the opposite side to said bottom 133, prepared sleeves 115a,115b cylindrical in shape and internally threaded, the which are, in the particular embodiment illustrated, two in number and arranged diametrically opposed to each other. In correspondence with each of the above sleeves 115a,115b can be associated, in the particular embodiment illustrated, a screw 121a,121b whose stem 120a,120b is counter-threaded to said sleeves 115a,115b. Above the base 113 a plate 116 showing a plan view circular conformation of diameter substantially equal to that of the said base 113. On the perimeter edge of said plate 116 are obtained to allow positioning of the same above said base 113, a pair of diametrical grooves 135a,135b shaped like said sleeves 115a,115b. Between the head 122a,122b of each of the said screws 121a,121b and said plate 116 is interposed M528271_DESCRIPTION a washer 123a,123b with a diameter greater than the width of said diametrical grooves 135a,135b. Third seats are obtained on the said plate 116 124a,124b,124c, preferably circular in plan and arranged at approximately 120° to each other, suitable for to rotatably accommodate a rotor 125a,125b,125c, each of which consists of a body cylindrical 126a,126b,126c in correspondence with each of which is made into a housing 127a,127b for a pair of second magnets 128a,128b capable of interacting selectively with the first magnets 10a,10b,10c,10d,10e,10f present in called magnetic combination lock 2. From each of the said cylindrical bodies 126a,126b,126c protrudes, axially and to the side opposite to said second magnets, a nosepiece 129a,129b,129c counter-shaped to said third seats 124a,124b,124c. At the free end of each of said nosepieces 129a,129b,129c is obtained a notch 130a,130b,130c suitable for allow a user to put into operation rotation of each of said rotors M528271_DESCRIPTION 125a,125b,125c. The rotation of each of the said rotors 125a,125b,125c can be blocked by the use of pre-arranged threaded screws 131a,131b,131c associable in correspondence with fourth counter-threaded seats 132a,132b,132c obtained on said plate 116. In the assembled condition for the device 101 it is found that the lower extremities of the bodies cylindrical 126a,126b,126c rest in correspondence of fund 133 of the said second office 114. Even in this solution from the said fund 133 a projection 134 counter-shaped to the said protrudes second opening 7 obtained in correspondence of the magnetic combination lock 2, so to allow temporary mechanical coupling of the decoding device 101 according to magnetic combination lock 2 itself. The use of the device 101 is similar to the one illustrated for the previous solution. Naturally the materials used as well as the dimensions constituting the individual components of the found may be more relevant depending on M528271_DESCRIPTION of specific needs. So the number of the first magnets of the group magnetic combinatorics may vary and as a result, the number and shape will vary of the components of the 1,101 devices which must cooperate with the same, such as platelets, the rotors, sleeves, threaded pins, means acts to selectively block the position angular of each rotor. The features indicated as advantageous, appropriate or similar may also be missing or be replaced by equivalents.
