Description
Tensioning device, especially for textile machinery and similar DESCRIPTION The present invention has as its object a tensioning device, particularly for textile machinery and the like. Currently the devices normally used for warp tension in the field textile, provide for the movement of the various Wire return cylinders via linear movements and straight lines, usually not automated, manuals and with the aid of systems for the handling of loads external to the machine production, such as overhead cranes or hoists. In particular, in the sector of industrial textile machinery, for technical fabrics “heavy” metallic and synthetic, it is said that the fabrics must be stretched with much higher tensions higher than what happens in the processes of traditional weaving and the various cylinders employees, as well as the machine components, they have considerable dimensions and weights in order to resist the stresses generated during the weaving process. This leads to the use of more operators and machinery at the same time, in order to be able to “thread” / prepare the loom for weaving. More specifically, the devices tensioners of known type are usually composed of two or three cylinders that make a S-shaped path to the warp threads so to keep them in tension. The “S” shaped paths remain very closed, this is because they move with systems linear ones that allow the cylinders to move on straight lines as mentioned above. The fact of having closed spaces, leads to have little space to pass the wires between the various cylinders during threading operations. Furthermore, the rectilinear movement does not allow to sufficiently “strangle” the wires between the cylinders; if not using three cylinders and keeping them very close to each other, which however further worsens the inconvenience of the lack of space reported above. The main purpose of this invention is consists in making a device tensioner, particularly for textile machines and similar, capable of overcoming the inconveniences complained above. Within this task, one aim of the This invention consists in the fact of realizing a particularly suitable tensioning device for industrial weaving with heavy fabrics. One purpose of this invention is to made to make a tensioning device in able to guarantee correct tension of the threads of warp, while allowing to perform the easy threading operations. A further purpose of this invention consists in making a device tensioner capable of offering the widest range guarantees of reliability, efficiency and operation. A further purpose of this invention consists in making a device tensioner that can be made with technology known in the technical sector of interest and therefore be produced at competitive costs. This task, as well as these and other purposes which will appear better later, are achieved from a tensioning device, particularly for textile and similar machines, according to the claim 1. Additional features and benefits of the found will be more evident from the description of a preferred embodiment, but not exclusive, of a tensioning device, particularly for textile and similar machines, illustrated for illustrative and non-limiting purposes only with the aid of the attached drawings in which: – Figure 1 is a front perspective view of a tensioning device according to the invention, in its weaving configuration; – Figure 2 is a top plan view of the tensioning device represented in figure 1; – Figure 3 is a rear perspective view of the tensioning device represented in the previous figures; – figure 4 is a bottom plan view of the tensioning device represented in the previous figures; – Figure 5 is a side elevation view from left of the tensioning device represented in the previous figures; – Figure 6 is a side elevation view from right of the tensioning device represented in the previous figures; – Figure 7 is a section of the device tensioner shown in the previous figures and executed according to the section plan VII-VII represented in figure 5; – Figure 8 is a section of the device tensioner shown in the previous figures and executed according to the section plan VIII-VIII represented in figure 6; – Figure 9 is a side elevation view of the tensioning device represented in the previous figures applied to a machine textile and partially transparent in order to show the internal components, as well as the path of warp threads; – figures 10 and 11 are two elevation views side of the tensioning device represented in figure 9, illustrating in sequence the passage from said weaving configuration to a threading configuration. With reference to the figures, the device tensioner, particularly for textile machines and similar, is indicated globally with the number of reference 1 and includes a load-bearing structure 2 associable with a textile machine or similar, indicated globally with the reference number 100, at its wire entry of the warp of a cloth to be woven. More specifically, in the form of proposed realization of the warp threads above mentioned come from two distinct coils such as define upper warp threads 3 and threads of lower warp 4. Furthermore, as will be better described in followed, as will be better described later, the supporting structure 2 includes two shoulders laterals 2a and 2b placed laterally to the tensioning device cylinders 1 and configured to be supported directly on ground, using special supports 5, frontally to the textile machine or similar 100 in correspondence of the entrance of the warp threads 3 and 4. Conveniently, the tensioning device 1 comprehends: – a main cylinder 6 of the motorized type, for example by means of a servomotor with a 7-speed reducer, rotatable associated with the supporting structure 2 around a principal rotation axis 6a according to a direction transversal to the sense of crossing of warp threads 3 and 4 in the textile machine or similar 100; – a first return cylinder 8, for example rubberized type, kinematically associated with the load-bearing structure 2 and mobile between a weaving configuration, in which it is placed posteriorly, parallelly and in contact, respectively, ae with the master cylinder 6 with respect to the direction of crossing of the wires warp 3 and 4 in the textile machine or similar 100 in such a way as to be in solidarity in the rotation to the main cylinder 6, and a configuration of threading, in which the first cylinder of transmission 8 is distant from the main cylinder 6 for allow the threading of warp threads 3 and 4 in the textile machine or similar 100; – a second return cylinder 9, for example chrome type, also kinematically associated to the supporting structure 2 and mobile between the weaving configuration, in which it is placed frontally and parallel to the cylinder main 6 with respect to the direction of crossing of warp threads 3 and 4 in the textile machine or similar 100, and to the threading configuration, in which the second return cylinder 9 is away from the main cylinder 6 to allow threading of warp threads 3 and 4 into the textile machine or similar 100. Appropriately, each lateral shoulder 2a and 2b has a through hole for mounting a respective bearing suitable for supporting the main cylinder shaft 6 and externally to one of the said lateral shoulders is placed the servomotor with reducer 7. Equally fittingly, both the first return cylinder 6 that the second cylinder of 9-point linkages are freely rotatable, respectively, around a first axis of 6th rotation and around a second 9a return rotation axis. In the proposed embodiment, during the weaving setup, the main cylinder 6 controls the wire pulling of order 3 and 4 by directly moving the first return cylinder 8 and moving indirectly the second return cylinder 9 by pulling of the threads of order 3 and 4. In fact, two initial profiles are foreseen 10 toothed, defined externally and laterally to the main cylinder 6 and integral in the rotation with the same around the axis of main rotation 6a, and two second profiles 11 toothed, defined externally and laterally to the first return cylinder 8 and integral in the rotation with the same around the first axis of 8th gear rotation. Appropriately, the first and second profiles teeth 10 and 11 are configured for their mutual meshing in said configuration of weaving. According to the invention, the device tensioner 1 includes a pair of levers 12 eccentrics rotatably associated with the cylinder main 6 around an axis of rotation eccentric 12a and parallel to the axis of main rotation 8a. In figures 9 to 11, such eccentricity between the eccentric rotation axis 12a and the axis of main rotation 8a is represented by the share “e”. Advantageously, the eccentric levers 12 they rotate the first return cylinder 9, so that this is movable between the said weaving configuration and said configuration threading following the rotation of the levers eccentric 12, and they are configured and they are shaped, respectively, to interfere and to engage with the second return cylinder 9 in the transition between said weaving configuration and said threading configuration in such a way to completely clear the area before the master cylinder 6 from the second cylinder of postponement 9. Always according to the invention, the following are foreseen: 13 eccentric lever movement means 12 of the motorized type. In fact, the 12 eccentric levers are integral in the rotation of two respective gear wheels 14 crazy with respect to the main cylinder 6 around to the eccentric rotation axis 12a and the means of movement 13 include a control shaft 15 motorized and equipped with two 16 pinions in meshing with the 14 gear wheels for the rotation of the eccentric levers 12 around to the eccentric rotation axis 12a. More specifically, the drive shaft 15 it is supported by the lateral shoulders 2a and 2b via bearings and is driven by a servomotor with reducer 17. In this way, it is possible to realize the passage of the first return cylinder 8 from said weaving configuration to said configuration of threading and vice versa. In the proposed embodiment, internally to each lateral shoulder 2a or 2b is an 18 eccentric circular centering is foreseen with respect to the main rotation axis 6a which supports a 19 compass on which it is installed in a crazy way the respective gear wheel 14 meshing with the respective pinion 16. This freedom of rotation is achieved thanks to to the fact that each gear wheel 14 is associated to the respective compass 19 by means of a plastic skate / bearing. In this manner, each compass 19 acts to support the respective gear wheel 14. Furthermore, in each compass there is a eccentric hole 20 for drain passage “free” of the master cylinder pin 6. Advantageously, the second cylinder of referral 9 is rotatably associated with the structure load-bearing 2, or to said lateral shoulders 2a and 2b, by means of two support elements 21 associable to the load-bearing structure 2 in a manner removable so as to allow the release of this from the load-bearing structure 2 in the passage between said weaving configuration to said configuration for threading and to allow repositioning of the same second return cylinder 9 on the load-bearing structure 2 in the passage between said threading configuration according to weaving configuration. In fact, the eccentric levers 12 include each a shaped end portion 22 essentially cradle-like and suitable for hooking on and support the second return cylinder 9, in correspondence of the shaft 23 of the second cylinder of referral 9. This end portion 22 is suitably equipped with a type 24 fastening element removable, substantially shaped like a saddle, capable of temporarily binding the second return cylinder 9 to eccentric levers 12. How the tensioning device works 1, according to the invention, is described below. Starting from the weaving configuration, represented in figure 9, by operating the shaft of command 15, the eccentric levers 12 rotate around to the eccentric rotation axis 12a doing make an elliptical movement to the first cylinder of referral 8 around the axis of rotation main 6a. Once the eccentric levers 12 are joined with their end portions 22 to second return cylinder 9, as shown in figure 10, these attach to shaft 23 of the second return cylinder 9. At this point, the operator stops the machine in order to constrain the shaft 23 to the eccentric levers 12 by means of the elements of fixing 24 and releasing the second cylinder of return 9 from the supporting structure 2 by unbolting the 21 support elements from the lateral shoulders 2a and 2b. Once these operations have been carried out, by doing rotate the eccentric levers 12 clockwise, compared to the figures represented, the cylinders of 8 and 9 are moved away from the cylinder main 6, completely freeing the area of threading of warp threads 3 and 4 and allowing their easy threading into the textile machine 100 through tensioning device 1. Conversely, by rotating in the opposite direction counterclockwise the eccentric levers 12, with respect to the figures represented, the return cylinders 8 and 9 are brought closer to the main cylinder 6. Similarly to what was described previously, in an intermediate position of the race between the threading configuration and that of weaving, the operator will make a stop machine for releasing the second cylinder of referral 9 from the eccentric levers 12 and for tie it to the side shoulders 2a and 2b. Appropriately, the placement of the second return cylinder 9 in this intermediate position, represented in figure 10, is facilitated by the presence of two 25 bars of feedback for the support elements 21. Continuing with the race, once at contact the two cylinders 6 and 8, these will engage between them via the gears made up of the toothed profiles 10 and 11, mounted integrally with them, whose meshing is guaranteed thanks to the fact that the first return cylinder 8 is free to rotate on its own axis. In this way, warp threads 3 and 4 undergo optimal tension thanks to the elliptical movement described above. In practice it has been found that the tensioning device, according to this found, fulfills the task, as well as the purposes pre-set, allowing you to tension the threads of optimally woven and, at the same time, allow for easier threading operations. The tensioning device thus conceived is susceptible to numerous modifications and variations all falling within the scope of the claims attached. Furthermore, all the details can be replaced by other technically elements equivalents. In practice, the materials used, provided that compatible with the specific use, as well as the contingent dimensions and shapes may be any depending on the needs and the state of the technique.
