Description
DESCRIPTION Attached to a patent application for an INDUSTRIAL INVENTION having by title CONTAINER CAP, MOLD FOR MAKING 5 A CAP FOR CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR TRANSFER INFORMATION THROUGH A CAP FOR CONTAINER. On behalf of: SACMI COOPERATIVA MECCANICI IMOLA SOCIETA' COVERAGE SELICE PROVINCIAL STREET, 17 / A 40026 IMOLA (BO) ******* The present invention relates to a container cap, a 10 mold for making a container cap and a method for transferring information via a container cap. The technical field of the present invention concerns caps to which is associated an identification code to create an identification system that is able to provide information regarding the products contained or the 15 caps or containers containing such products. Such identification systems they are also used for the purpose of authenticating the origin of the products (as well as the origin of the caps and / or containers). Patent document WO2019 / 025916 describes a crown cap for container, to which an identification code is applied; in particular, 20 This document focuses on how to read and identify the code identifier. Patent document US2016 / 0027021 describes a product authentication system in which the container or cap is attached a label with the identification code. In such examples, since the identification code is applied to the printed cap, they present 25 the inconvenience that the label bearing the identification code can easily detach from the cap. Patent document JP2015020801 illustrates a cap equipped with a information code on its surface; this cap is made up of a plastic material containing pigments which, under the irradiation of a laser beam, they change color, thus creating the identification code. 5 However, this type of cap may present some drawbacks; for example for example, prolonged exposure to sunlight or other sources of radiation may cause deterioration of the plastic material and pigments, making the code less readable over time; furthermore, the use of pigments special and laser technologies could increase the production costs of the 10 cap. Document US20170349343 deals in general with various types of caps, for example example crown caps and plastic caps, equipped with a code identifier; in most of the embodiments described, it is involves applying a layer of ink, which is 15 subsequently worked by laser to create the pattern of the identification code. In the embodiment illustrated in figures 16 and 17 in the same document, the possibility of produce the identification code by injection molding, in which the identification code is created together with the plastic cap. However, the 20 document does not provide further indications or details on the appearance of the identification code or how it can be created. The purpose of this invention is to make available a cap for a container, a mold for making a container cap and a method for transfer information through a container cap that exceeds the 25 drawbacks of the prior art cited above. In particular, it is the purpose of this invention to provide a container cap, a mold for making a container cap and a method of transferring information via a container cap in able to create an effective and easily accessible identification system 30 achievable. It is also the purpose of this invention to provide a cap for container, a mold for making a container cap and a method of transferring information via a container cap with the cap identification function. This purpose is fully achieved by the container cap, one 5 mold for making a container cap and a method for transferring information through a container cap which is the subject of this invention, which is characterized by what is contained in the claims below reported. In particular, the container cap is made of plastic using 10 molding. The cap comprises a body including a side wall extended around a longitudinal axis between a first and a second ends. Preferably, the side wall is internally threaded. The body of the cap comprises a transverse wall, joined to the first end of the side wall. 15 The body can be made of one of the following materials: PE (HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE), PP (Homopolymer, Copolymer, Random Copolymer), PET (and its copolymers) or PLA. The body includes a textured surface. The textured surface is extends along a reference surface. The surface has a plurality 20 of reliefs, facing the reference surface. The structured surface defines a coding pattern, representing information. Preferably, the information is derivable through a tool reading. Therefore, the present invention provides a system capable of fulfilling 25 different functions. The coding pattern may be used to identify the cork, for example to verify its authenticity; in other words, the information may include a parameter representative of a authenticity of the cap. The coding pattern can have a function informative, for example to obtain information related to the cap; in other 30 words, information may include cap-related information such as the origin of the cap, information on the mould, a composition of the cap, a cap manufacturer, and other types of information. The coding pattern can have a decorative function; in this case, the textured surface not only defines a coding pattern, but also a character that is readable by a user, such as a logo. 5 reading tool can be configured to communicate with a database, containing the information. In particular, the textured surface is made in the body of the cap by stamping; in other words, the textured surface is created together with the cap body in a mold. 10 It is observed that the cap (together with the textured surface) can be made by compression or injection molding or injection- compression. This description provides a cap whose pattern of coding can be done according to one or more of the examples described by 15 patent documents US863847B2 and US8331608B2, incorporated herein by reference reference. The present invention can also be applied to any type of cap, for example caps comprising a body and a band of guarantee combined with the body, with tethered type caps (in which the body is 20 joined to the guarantee band via a stable connection zone) and other types of caps. In one embodiment, the plurality of reliefs comprises a first group of reliefs. The reliefs of the first group are arranged along a pre-established trajectory. The reliefs of the first group are placed at distances 25 pre-established reciprocals. In other words, the reliefs of the first group are arranged in a predetermined configuration along a trajectory. first group of findings can constitute the coding pattern or at least part of it coding pattern. In one embodiment, the plurality of reliefs comprises a second 30 group of reliefs. The reliefs of the second group are arranged according to a pre-established criterion within an area of the cap body so as to define a QR code or a Data Matrix. The second group of surveys can constitute the coding pattern or at least part of the coding pattern. It is emphasized that with the expression “QR-code or Data Matrix” we mean to generically indicate a coding pattern or graphic code that 5 comprises a plurality of white modules and dark modules, such as example a QR code, a Data Matrix, a barcode and the like. In a for example, the encoding pattern may contain alphanumeric characters or The encoding pattern can be an alphanumeric code. The coding pattern may or may not be visible to 10 naked eye from a user. Preferably, the coding pattern is repeated n-times with a given periodicity, so as to define a plurality of coding patterns. In this way, it is possible to create an aesthetic surface finish on the cap, especially when the coding pattern is not identifiable by eye 15 nude from a user. Furthermore, thanks to the fact that the encoding pattern is repeated n-times, it is sufficient to read just one coding pattern to detect the information related to the cap. This aspect is particularly advantageous in case the textured surface were to get damaged in its own area. 20 According to one example, the coding patterns of the plurality of patterns of encoding are partially juxtaposed (with each other). In one example, the coding pattern, especially the QR-code or the Data Matrix, is of the scrambled typology. In one embodiment, the textured surface defines a 25 characters readable by a user (with the naked eye). In particular, the textured surface is placed on the cross wall. Therefore, the reliefs appear facing the transverse wall, along the axis longitudinal. The reference surface is a perpendicular plane to the longitudinal axis. 30 The transverse wall comprises a central zone and a peripheral zone surrounding the central area. In one embodiment, the plurality of reliefs comprises a first group of reliefs, in which the reliefs of the first group are placed at distances pre-established mutual and arranged around the longitudinal axis in the area peripheral, so as to form a first part of the structured surface. 5 In one embodiment, the plurality of reliefs comprises a second group of reliefs, in which the reliefs of the second group are arranged according to a pre-established criterion within an area of the body, so as to define a QR-code or a Data Matrix; the reliefs of the second group are placed in the central area so as to form a second part of the surface 10 structured. In one embodiment, the cap comprises the first set of reliefs defining the first part of the structured surface and the second group of reliefs defining the second part of the structured surface; the first part of the textured surface can define an angular reference for the 15 second part of the textured surface. Therefore, the first part of the structured surface can constitute it itself a structured surface (i.e. a coding pattern) representative of information and / or a reference system for reading of the second part of the textured surface. 20 The reference system is particularly advantageous in the case where the coding pattern is repeated n-times, when it is of the type scambled, that is, in the case where the coding pattern is system prime of reference. In one example, the cross wall includes an outer face and a 25 internal face, opposite to the external face and facing the container when the cap is placed on the container; preferably, the surface structured is placed on the external face of the cross wall. According to one example, the encryption pattern can be encrypted. Therefore, the coding pattern can be detectable by a reading tool and 30 readable by a reading key. The fact that the encoding pattern is encrypted is an additional level of encoding of the information cap, protecting information even in the event of a counterfeiter manages to reproduce the geometry of the structured surface of the cap. This description also provides a mold for make a container cap, where the cap is made of plastic and 5 may include one or more of the features of this Description: The cap is made of PE, PP, PET, or PLA plastic. The mold is movable between an open configuration and a closed. In the open configuration, it allows the cap to be removed printed. In the closed configuration it defines a forming cavity 10 delimited by a stamping surface. The forming cavity includes a lateral recess, internally threaded. The lateral recess extends around a longitudinal axis between a first end and a second end. The forming cavity includes a transverse recess, connected to the first end of the lateral recess. 15 The transverse recess extends transversely to the longitudinal axis. The molding surface includes a textured mold surface. The textured surface of the mold extends along a surface of reference molding. The textured mold surface has a plurality of recesses so as to imprint a coding pattern on the cap. 20 coding pattern is representative of information that can be derived through one reading tool. So, the coding pattern is associated with the cap inside the mold and is then made together with the body in the mold. mold can be a compression mold, injection mold or injection mold 25 compression. In one example, the plurality of recesses includes a first group of recesses, arranged along a pre-established trajectory. The recesses of the first group are placed at pre-established mutual distances. In other words, the recesses of the first group are arranged according to a pre-established configuration along 30 a trajectory. The first set of recesses can be configured to imprint the coding pattern or at least part of the coding pattern. In one embodiment, the plurality of recesses comprises a second group of recesses. The recesses of the second group are arranged according to a pre-established criterion within an area of the molding surface, in to define a QR code or a Data Matrix. The second group of findings 5 can be configured to imprint the coding pattern or at least part of it of the coding pattern. In one example, the transverse recess comprises a central portion and a peripheral portion surrounding the central portion with respect to the axis longitudinal. The peripheral portion and / or the central portion can form 10 a portion of the textured surface of the mold. In other words, the portion peripheral and / or central portion can be configured to imprint the coding pattern or at least part of the coding pattern. The peripheral portion can form a first part of the surface structured in mould and the central portion can form a second 15 part of the textured surface of the mold. The central portion can be configured to imprint a code graphic and / or an alphanumeric code, i.e. a QR code or a Data Matrix. The peripheral portion can be configured to imprint a reference angle for the first part of the textured surface of the mold. In 20 particular, the first group of recesses defines the first part of the textured surface of the mold and the second group of recesses defines the second part of the textured mold surface. Preferably, the textured mold surface is made by laser processing of the transverse recess. 25 The mold may comprise an upper group and a lower group. The upper group and lower group can be movable reciprocally between a distant position and a brought closer position. In the removed position, they define the open configuration of the mold. In the closed position, they define the closed configuration 30 of the mold. The upper group and the lower group work together to define the surface of molding. In particular, the upper group or the lower group can include the textured molding surface. Preferably, the lower assembly comprises a body and a pusher (or a bottom). The pusher can be movable with respect to the body between a 5 retracted positions and one forward position. In the retracted position it cooperates with the body to form a recess. In the advanced position it occupies at least in part the recess. The pusher can be configured to move from the retracted position to the advanced one to crush a positioned dose in the recess, forcing it to occupy the forming cavity. 10 According to an example, the pusher (or bottom) defines the surface structured molding. This way, when you want to change the coding pattern to be printed on the cap, simply change the pusher of the mold. Preferably, the textured mold surface extends along a 15 reference plane transverse to the longitudinal axis. In other words, the transverse recess defines the textured surface of the mold molding surface. This description also provides a method for transfer information via a container cap, where the cap is 20 made of plastic by molding and is made according to one or more than the features described. Preferably, the cap is made of PE, PP, PET or PLA plastic. The cap comprises a body including a side wall, internally threaded and extended around an axis longitudinal between a first and a second end, and a wall 25 transverse, joined to the first end of the side wall. The method includes a phase, by a reading tool, of reading of a textured surface of the cap body, the surface structured having a conformation defining a coding pattern, for derive reading data. The reading device could be a smartphone 30 or a dedicated code reader. Preferably, the method involves a database access phase containing information associated with the coding pattern, by a control unit. The control unit can be included in the instrument reading or it can be remote from the reading instrument. database contains information associated with the coding pattern. 5 In one embodiment, the database may be divided into a plurality of sections and the plurality of sections may be accessible to a corresponding plurality of control units; for example, the plurality of sections may include a first section, a second section and a third section, where the first section is accessible (only) from a first 10 control units, the second section is accessible (only) from one second control unit and the third section is accessible (only) from a third control unit. In this way, by creating partitions of the database, only a part of the information contained in the database are accessible, depending on the user of the 15 reading tool. For example, a section containing information relating to the drink contained or relating to a prize competition may be accessible to a final consumer. Information in the database may include one or more of the following information: information regarding a machine used for work 20 the cap; information regarding a mold to produce the cap; a production date of a mold to produce the cap; a location on the site production of the cork; a type of cork. According to one example, the method comprises a forming step in one mold. The mold defines a forming cavity having the shape of the 25 caps to be made. In general, the mold can be made according to one or more aspects of this description. In the forming phase it is made the cap body and the textured surface. Therefore, the body of the cap and the textured surface are made in the same molding phase. 30 This and other features will be more highlighted from the following description of a preferred embodiment, illustrated in purely illustrative and non-limiting title in the attached drawing tables, in which: - Figures 1A-1D illustrate a cap 1 according to one or more aspects of the present found; 5 - Figures 2A-2D illustrate a cap 1 according to one or more aspects of the present found; - figure 3 illustrates a portion of a mold in section according to one or more aspects of this finding.
