Description

DESCRIPTION Attached to a patent application for an INDUSTRIAL INVENTION having by title “DISTRIBUTION PACKAGING OF ONE DOSE OF PRODUCT” On behalf of: CP ITALY SRL VIA PERSICETANA 20 / B 40012 CALDERARA DI RENO BO ******* The present invention relates to a distribution package of a dose of product. The product type has no limitations in its form, understood for example as granular, or liquid without any limitation in 5 degrees of density, and in the type of product, intended for example as food, pharmaceutical, non-food. This distribution package, in English “dispenser package”, is included among the packages can be opened with one hand. There are known “dispenser package” type packages consisting of a 10 support shaped to define a pocket to contain a product, granular or liquid, coupled to a flexible sheet of material heat-sealable that encloses the product within a compartment. This flexible sheet is made a pre-cut in such a way that, when folding the package, a break occurs at the 15 the latter to allow the product to escape. However, such solutions are not without drawbacks, given the thinness of the flexible sheet, such as accidental breakage and the difficult management of the pre-cutting which during the construction phase could cut the barrier layer that prevents product contamination with the environment 20 outside. In this technical sector, it is required that the packages are practical use, ensuring the user a positive experience in opening, which allow for optimal extraction of the product, so that it can be take advantage of the entire dose contained therein, and that preserve the integrity of the product contained therein. To meet these needs the Applicant has developed a packaging for dispensing one dose of product as reported in the 5 independent claim 1. Further features and advantages of the present invention will appear. made clearer by the following description which is indicative, and therefore not limiting, of a preferred embodiment of a packaging for dispensing one dose of product as illustrated in the 10 joined drawings, in which: - Figures 1 to 6 illustrate in a schematic perspective view different variants of a single dose distribution package product of the present invention in a closed configuration; - figure 7 illustrates in a schematic perspective view a package of 15 distribution of a dose of the product object of the present invention in an open configuration; - figure 8 shows a schematic section of the package in figure 1; - figure 9 illustrates a detail of figure 8; - figure 10 illustrates a variant embodiment of the detail in figures 8 and 9; 20 - figure 11 illustrates a further embodiment of the detail of figure 8 and 9. Reference 1 indicates a single dose distribution pack. of product according to this description. Package 1 is preferably rectangular or quadrangular in shape. 25 whose sides have a length ranging from 40 mm up to 100 mm. For example, package 1 has the following formats: 40x40 mm, 100x100 mm, 50x80 mm, and others. Package 1 includes a rigid or semi-rigid support 2 at least partially shaped to define at least one concave portion 3 and 30 a flat portion 4 perimeter of the concave portion 3. The concave portion 3 defines a housing for a dose of product. The flat portion 4 around the concave portion 3 gives resistance to opening of the package 1 as will be better clarified in followed. Package 1 includes a flexible sheet 5 attached to the support 2 5 at least in correspondence with the flat portion 4 defining in corresponding to the concave portion 3 a cavity 6 containing a dose of product. In other words, the flexible sheet 5 closes the concave portion 3 in which it is the dose of product is prepared. 10 On one side of the package 1 there is the rigid or semi-rigid support 2 and on the opposite side the flexible sheet 5. The cavity 6 is defined in part by a portion of an internal surface 3a of the concave portion 3 and from a portion of an internal surface 5a of the flexible sheet 5. 15 The flexible sheet 5 and the support 2 have respective external surfaces 5b,2b facing the external environment. The external surface 2b of the support 2 comprises both the portion concave 3 is the flat portion 4. In order to open the package 1 to be able to extract the contents, the support 20 2 has at least one notch 7 located in correspondence with the internal surface 3a of the concave portion 3. In use, grasp package 1 along the opposite end edges and bringing these ends closer together, referring to the side of the package 1 where the flexible sheet 5 is arranged, the support 2 yields in correspondence 25 of the notch 7, opening the cavity 6 and allowing the dose to come out of product. Following the collapse of notch 7 and the total bending of the package 1, cavity 6 is presented in the form of two open chambers 8 each having an outlet mouth 9, as clearly visible in figure 7. 30 The chambers 8 being partly shaped by concave portions 3 of the support 2 allow for complete emptying of the product contained therein. This feature is advantageously suited to granular products which They are dispensed without leaving traces in package 1. For pharmaceutical products, packaging 1 according to this The invention is therefore particularly advantageous since 5 the complete release of the product dose is guaranteed. In the illustrated embodiment, the notch 7 is arranged in a position central part of the internal surface 3a of the concave portion 3 of the support 2. The arrangement of the notch 7 facilitates the folding of the package 1 in 10 correspondence of it, consequently if placed in a position central part of the internal surface 3a of the concave portion 3 of the support 2 favors the use of folding the package 1 in its middle, as clearly visible in figure 7. Please note that with notch 7 we mean a single stroke 15 continuous or a plurality of continuous lines. Notch 7 is rectilinear or curvilinear. With reference to the concave portion 3, it has a head wall 10 and a plurality of side walls 11 connecting the head wall 10 with the perimeter flat portion 4. 20 The side walls 11 are inclined with respect to the head wall 10 of a angle between 0° and 90°. In particular, the side walls 11 are inclined with respect to the wall of head 10 of an angle between 10° and 60°, more specifically 45°. The distance between the external surfaces 5b of the flexible sheet 5 and the 25 external surface 2b of support 2 in correspondence with the wall of head 10 defines the thickness of the package, variable in a range between 3 mm and 10 mm. The notch 7 is arranged at least in correspondence with the head wall 10 with reference to the internal surface 3a of the concave portion 3. 30 According to the illustrated embodiment, the notch 7 is arranged in correspondence of the head wall 10 and a pair of side walls 11 opposite each other with respect to the head wall 10 with reference to the internal surface 3a of the concave portion 3. According to the illustrated construction variants, the head wall 10 is flat having a plurality of edges 12. 5 In relation to the conformation of the head wall 10, in corresponding to each edge 12 of the head wall 10 a branch starts side wall 11 of trapezoidal shape. According to the embodiments of figures 1 to 5, the head wall 10 is rectangular in shape. 10 The notch 7 is located in correspondence with the centre of one side length of the rectangle, transversely to that long side. According to a variant embodiment of figure 6, the head wall 10 is of hourglass shape featuring a pair of polygonal heads between their symmetrical and a connecting portion of such heads. 15 The connecting portion is rectangular. The notch 7 is located in correspondence with the centre of this portion of connection, transversally with respect to the development of that portion. In order to achieve a gradual opening of the package 1, in correspondence of the notch 7, the extension of each flat portion 4, to 20 sides of the concave portion 3, is greater than the extension of the concave portion 3. This is because the flat portion 4 is larger than the concave portion 3. resists bending of package 1 following failure of the carving 7. 25 In order to make a snap opening of the package 1, in correspondence of the notch 7, the extension of each flat portion 4, on the sides of the concave portion 3, is smaller than the extension of the concave portion 3. This is because the flat portion 4 is less extensive than the concave portion 3. 30 does not pose any particular resistance to the folding of the package 1 following of the failure of the notch 7. It is possible to appreciate the difference in extension between flat portion 4 and concave portion comparing figures 1 and 2. Nothing takes away the fact that any conformation of the concave portion 3 can be combine with 4 flat portions of smaller or larger size. 5 According to a variant embodiment, the flexible sheet 5 comprises at least a heat-sealable layer 13 intended to join to the support 2 at least in correspondence of the flat portion 4. As illustrated in figure 8, the heat sealable layer defines the surface internal 5a of the flexible sheet 5. 10 The flexible sheet 5 comprises a layer 18 of printable material adherent to the heat-sealable layer 13. This layer 18 defines the external surface 5b of the flexible sheet 5. As illustrated in figure 8, the support 2 comprises at least three layers of which a first layer 14 intended to be joined to the flexible sheet 5 a 15 second layer 15 barrier and a third layer 16. The notch 7 passes through at least the first layer 14, as visible in figure 9. The first layer 14 defines the internal surface 2a of the support 2. The first layer 14 is made of polymeric material, such as “PS”, “CPP”, “PBS”. 20 The thickness of the first layer 14 depends on the material it is made of. In one embodiment, this thickness varies within a range of 200 to 400 µm, for example if made of “PS”. In one embodiment, this thickness varies in a range from 30 to 90 µm, for example if made in “CPP” and “PBS”. 25 The second layer 15 is made of a material of metallic origin, such as for example “ALU”, “DOPP ALOX”, “MET PLA”. The thickness of the second layer 15 depends on the material it is made of constituted. In one embodiment, this thickness varies in a range from 7 to 30 13 µm, for example if made of “ALU”. In one embodiment, this thickness varies in a range from 10 to 30 µm, for example if made in “DOPP ALOX”, “MET PLA”. The third layer 16 is made of printable material, such as “LLDPE”, “BOPP”, “PLA”. 5 The third layer 16 defines the external surface 2b of the support 2. The thickness of the third layer 16 depends on the material it is made of. In one embodiment, this thickness varies in a range from 30 to 90 µm, for example if made of “LLDPE”, “BOPP” In one embodiment, this thickness varies within a range of 200 10 to 400 µm, for example if made of “PLA”. In one embodiment, a fourth layer 17 is provided interposed between the second layer 15 and third layer 16, see figure 10. This fourth layer 17 is a support layer. The thickness of the fourth layer 17 varies in a range from 200 to 400 15 µm. In this embodiment, the notch 7 cuts two layers, the first layer 14 and the second layer 15. If the support 2 consists of a single first layer 14, as illustrated in figure 10, the notch 7 partially cuts the layer itself. THE AGENCY Eng. Barbara Casadei
