Description
Patent Description for Industrial Invention entitled: “SUPPORT DEVICE FOR CURTAIN ROLLER”. On behalf of: NYX SRL, a company incorporated and existing under the law Italian, with headquarters in 35020 BRUGINE (PD). Designated Inventor: FRISO Filippo. DESCRIPTION The present invention relates to a support device for rollers curtain. In the field of roller blinds, curtain systems are known which generally comprise a support device that can be fixed to a mounting area of the curtain itself, i.e. on the adjacent wall or structure to an opening to be screened, and a roller, on which the curtain is rolled up, which is mounted on the support device. Known support devices comprise at least a fixed body and means of support defining between them a seat for the support of the roller. The means of support can be positioned between at least one support position, in which support the roller and at least one operating position, in which they allow the assembly / disassembly of the roller with respect to the seat. In detail, the means of support generally comprise a body rotatable with respect to the fixed body to allow access of the roller to the seat and which is fixed to it, for example by threaded members, to maintain the roller in its seat. During installation, the roller is then positioned in its seat, after which the rotatable body is brought into the support position and fixed to the fixed body by, for example, a screw. On the contrary, in case of roller replacement or maintenance, first the screw must be removed and, subsequently, the rotating body tends to move into the operating position behind the gravity push of the roller. The installation of curtains of the known type therefore requires the use of two operators, one who supports the roller and keeps it in position or prevents it the fall, and the other one that applies / removes the threaded organ and blocks / unblocks the rotatable body. It is easy to understand, therefore, that in restricted assembly areas, the installation of the known type of curtain systems is not very easy and potentially risky for operators. These difficulties are even more evident due to the considerable bulk given from the moving parts during their movement which often makes them installation impossible. The main task of the present invention is to devise a support device for curtain rollers that allows the installation and quick and easy roller removal. Another object of the present invention is to devise a device for curtain roller support that is practical and safe to use even by part of a single operator. A further object of the present invention is to devise a device curtain roller support that allows the installation of the curtain even in confined assembly areas. Another aim of the present invention is to devise a device for curtain roller support that allows you to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks of the prior art in the context of a simple solution, rational, easy and effective to use and low cost. The above mentioned purposes are achieved by this support device for curtain rollers having the characteristics of claim 1. Other features and advantages of the present invention will be found more evident from the description of a form of execution preferred, but not exclusive, of a roller support device curtain, illustrated for illustrative purposes, but not limited to, in the attached tables of drawings in which: Figure 1 is an axonometric view of a support device according to the finding; Figure 2 is an exploded axonometric view of the support device according to the invention; Figure 3 is a partial axonometric view of the support device according to the invention; Figures 4-7 are partial front views of the support device in different operating configurations. With particular reference to these figures, a globally indicated 1 has been indicated support device for curtain rollers. The support device 1 comprises: - at least one fixed body 2 fixable to a mounting area A for a curtain; and - support means 3 associated with the fixed body 2, defining a seat with it 4 for supporting a curtain roller T, and can be positioned between at least a support position, in which they are able to support the T roller and at least an operating position, in which they allow the assembly / disassembly of the roller T with respect to seat 4. Specifically, mounting area A is defined on a wall or a structure adjacent to an opening to be screened by curtains, for example for example a window. The fixed body 2, which will be described in more detail later in the this treatment, can be fixed to the assembly area A by means of screws or similar fastening organs. The support means 3 are intended to support the rotation of the roller T, the which comprises an elongated body around which a curtain is wrapped. During use, the roller T rotates on itself supported by the support means 3 and determines the rolling and unrolling of the curtain with respect to the body elongated. In detail, the support means 3 are designed to support the roller T through a respective end of the elongated body. Usefully, the support means 3 comprise at least one element of support 5 associated with the fixed body 2 rotatable around an axis of rotation R between the support position and the operating position. In detail, the support element 5 comprises a portion of connection 6 through which it is connected to the fixed body 2. The support element 5 also comprises a working portion 7, adjacent to the connecting portion 6 which defines the seat 4. In accordance with the embodiment shown in the figures, the element of support 5 has a fork shape and includes an arm lower 8 and an upper arm 9 partly defining the seat 4. In the context of this discussion, the terms “superior” and “inferior” refers to the respective position of the arms with the support element 5 positioned in the support position. The arms 8,9 constitute the working portion 7 and develop in a substantially parallel to each other starting from the connecting portion 6. Seat 4 is open at an installation opening 10 through which the roller T can be inserted / removed from seat 4. In the support position, the installation opening 10 is arranged laterally to the seat 4 and the weight of the roller T rests on the lower arm 8. In the operating position, however, the installation opening 10 is facing downwards and determines the exit of the roller T from seat 4. According to the invention, the device 1 comprises locking / unlocking means quick 11 actuated to position the support means 3 between the position of support and operational position. In practice, the quick locking / unlocking means 11 allow for rapid and easy positioning of the support element 5 between the two positions and practical installation of the T-roller even by a single operator. In detail, the quick locking / unlocking means 11 are configured for prevent / allow rotation of the support element 5 around to the axis of rotation R. The operator's intervention on the quick locking / unlocking means 11, in fact, allows the positioning of the support element 5 in the position operational. On the contrary, the positioning by the operator of the support element 5 towards the support position allows to lock the latter in this position using the locking / unlocking means quick 11. Usefully, the quick locking / unlocking means 11 comprise at least one release element 12 positionable between a locking position, where is configured to cooperate with the support element 5 and maintain it in the support position, and an unlocked position, in which it is free the support element 5 in rotation around the rotation axis R. The unlocking / locking of the support element 5, therefore, does not require the removal of the release element 12 but its simple positioning in the unlocked position or in the locked position. In the support position, the support device 1 defines at least one horizontal V-shaped volume. In the context of this discussion, the expression “volume of “horizontal footprint” means the volume occupied by the device support 1, in the support position, with respect to a horizontal plane and defines the minimum width of the mounting area. Advantageously, in the operating position, the support means 3 and the means quick lock / unlock 11 are positioned inside the volume of bulk V. In other words, the movement of the support vehicles 3 and / or the means of quick lock / unlock 11 is not affected by the size of the lock zone assembly and this allows for practical installation of the device support 1 and its easy use even in restricted assembly areas. Usefully, the release member 12 is rotatably associated with the fixed body 2. around a working axis W between the locking position and the position of unlocking. The working axis W is substantially parallel to the rotation axis R. Furthermore, the release element 12 and the support element 5 have a substantially flat conformation and are arranged substantially on a same plane orthogonal to the W,R axes. In detail, the release element 12 and the support element 5 are preferably made of metallic material and are obtained by means of carving from a precursor panel Advantageously, the release member 12 comprises a portion of feedback 15 designed to cooperate with the support element 5 to maintain the latter in the support position. In this case, the abutment portion 15 comprises a surface of contact surface 14 and support element 5 comprises a contact surface 13 suitable, in the support position, to match the contact surface 14. The interaction between the contact surface 13 and the contact surface 14 allows to prevent the rotation of the support element 5 and to lock it in the support position. The contact surface 13 is defined at the free end of the arm top 9. Usefully, the contact surface 13 is inclined with respect to the development longitudinal of the upper arm 9. In the support position, the contact surface 13 is, therefore, arranged resting on the contact surface 14. In this position, therefore, the weight of the roller T is also partially unloaded on the release element 12 and the corresponding part of the fixed body 2. The release member 12 also comprises a locking surface 16 adapted to close the installation opening 10 in the support position. In this way, in the support position, seat 4 is closed and avoids the accidental fall of the T-roller. The release member 12 also includes an actuating pin 17 protruding from the fixed body 2 and operable by the operator for determine its positioning between the locking position and the position of unlocking. Usefully, the quick locking / unlocking means 11 comprise at least one elastic retaining member 18 associated with the release element 12 and configured to keep the latter in the locked position. In detail, the elastic retaining member 18, of the type for example of a spring, is interposed between the fixed body 2 and the release element 12. Once positioned in the unlocked position, the elastic organ of retainer 18 tends to return the release element 12 to the release position blocking. This means that, in the absence of external forces, the release element 12 is always in the position suitable for blocking the support element 5. Usefully, the support member 5 comprises a thrust portion 19 fit, in the movement from the operating position to the position of support, to detect the release element 12 and to determine a movement relative to the locking position. In practice, in the locked position, the release element 12 does not allows the positioning of the support element 5 in the position of support; the thrust portion 19 therefore has the function of inducing the rotation of the release element 12 to a position where it allows the correct positioning of the support element 5. At that point, the elastic retaining member 18 returns the release element in the locking position, locking the support element 5. Similarly, the support means 3 comprise an elastic element of retainer 20 associated with the support element 5 and configured to maintain the latter in the operating position. The elastic retaining element 20, such as a spring, is interposed between the fixed body 2 and the support element 5. Once the release element 12 has been positioned in the position of unlocking, the elastic retaining element 20 tends to carry the element of support 3 in the operating position, for the removal of the roller T. The elastic retaining element 20 allows the seat 4 to be accessible for the installation of the T roller avoiding unnecessary repositioning of the various components of the support device 1. However, it cannot be excluded that the means of support 3 are devoid of the element retaining elastic 20. Usefully, the support device 1 also comprises at least one member safety 21 designed to prevent movement of the release element 12 from the locked position to the unlocked position. The safety device 21 has the function of preventing an accidental impact to the actuating pin 17 can induce the rotation of the element release 12 and, therefore, unlocking the support element 5. The safety device 21 is of the type of, for example, a screw, which can be screwed into a relative hole defined on the fixed body 2 and is designed to block the rotation of the release element 12. In accordance with the embodiment shown in the figures, the means of support 3 includes an installation bushing 22 inside the which the end of the roller T can be inserted. The installation bushing 22 is suitable to be inserted into seat 4. The installation bushing 22 is made of polymeric material and has the function of reducing friction between the walls of the seat 4 and the end of roller T, facilitating the rotation of roller T itself. However, it cannot be excluded that the support means 3 are without the bushing of installation 22. Always with reference to the form of implementation shown in the figures, the fixed body 2 comprises a first portion 23 fixable to the area of assembly A and defining the installation locations of the additional components of the support device 1 and a second portion 24 associated with the first portion 23. In detail, the first portion 23 comprises the rotation pins for the release element 12 and the support element 5 and defines the surfaces of the working of the elastic retaining organ 18 and / or of the elastic element of retainer 20. The first portion 23, moreover, also defines the hole of the organ safety 21. The second portion 24, on the other hand, is substantially flat and allows for keep the various components in place on the first portion 23. Preferably, the second portion 24 is made of metallic material by carving from a precursor panel. The first portion 23, Instead, it is made of plastic material, for example by printing additive or injection. In practice, it has been found that the described invention achieves the objectives proposed and in particular it is emphasized that the support device according to the invention for curtain rollers it allows the installation and quick and easy roller removal. Furthermore, this support device is practical and safe to use. even by a single operator. Finally, this support device allows the installation of the curtains even in confined assembly areas.
