Description
DESCRIPTION of the Italian Patent for Industrial Invention entitled: “SQUARING MACHINE EQUIPPED WITH SOUNDPROOFING CASING” on behalf of BMR SPA with headquarters in 40026 IMOLA (BO). 5 * * * * * TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the field of sheet metal processing, preferably including but not limited to ceramic slabs, natural stone slabs, 10 glass or similar. In particular, the present invention relates to a squaring machine for the sheet metal processing. PRE-EXISTING TECHNIQUE As is known, slabs, such as ceramic slabs (floor tiles or cladding), natural stone slabs, glass slabs or similar, may require of squaring operations that serve to bring two opposing sides of the substantially parallel plate and the adjacent sides substantially square to the 20 first courses. This operation is generally performed using squaring machines, which they work on a plurality of plates that advance in succession on a movement plane mentality, for example horizontal. During the advancement on the movement plane each of the two sides con- 25 trapped plates meet a succession of rotating abrasive tools, which remove the excess material from the two opposing sides in order to realise to check their flatness and parallelism. Each square slab is generally worked on all four sides lateral. 5 To this end, each processing plant may generally comprise two squaring machines, which are placed in succession one after the other, one of which first squaring machine for the processing of two opposing sides and one second squaring machine for processing the other two sides opposed. 10 As is known, these squaring machines have a particularly impactful effect from the point of view from an acoustic point of view, both due to the various movements of the machine's abrasive tools squaring machine and more generally of all the moving elements of the same, both, and in via main, precisely because of the material removal process carried out, or the contact between the abrasive tools and the plate. 15 Due to such high noise emissions, squaring machines, both those the so-called wet ones and the so-called dry ones, are generally placed inside specially made sound-absorbing installations separated from the squaring machine and which essentially define a cabin delimiting a space in which the squaring machine itself is located. 20 A known drawback in the industry, however, is that the large size of such installations, which must contain the entire squaring machine inside them and provide additional space around it for the passage of various workers to the squaring machine, constitute an environmental constraint as well as a aggravating at an economic level. 25 Furthermore, the operators in charge are still forced to wear the devices personal protective equipment when inside such installations. These drawbacks are further accentuated where the system includes a plurality of squaring machines, often placed side by side and in function at the same time, inserted in a single soundproofing installation which therefore 5 presents very large dimensions and where, in fact, they are substantially one or more operators are constantly present to carry out normal tasks routine maintenance which are therefore exposed to pollution acoustically in an almost continuous manner. An object of the present invention is to solve one or more of the above 10 drawbacks. Another object of the present invention is to achieve this goal. within the framework of a simple, rational and effective solution. These aims are achieved by the features of the invention reported in the claim. independent dication. 15 Dependent claims outline preferred and / or particularly advantageous aspects joys of invention. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION 20 The invention, in particular, makes available a squaring machine for the sheet metal processing, including: - a basic frame; - a pair of side benches supported by said base frame and movable in mutual approach / detachment along a flanking direction 25 horizontal reciprocal chin, in which each lateral bank carries: or a series of mandrels each having a revolving abrasive tool around a respective axis of rotation; and or at least a carrier, in which said conveyors carried by the side banks make available a 5 mobile support surface suitable for receiving and moving along a di- orthogonal horizontal (or substantially horizontal) advancement final to the direction of juxtaposition at least one plate or a succession of slabs; - a fairing (e.g. in particular a soundproof fairing) so- 10 supported by the base frame and delimiting a working area, where they are welcomed at least some of the said spindles (i.e. at least a portion of some of said spindles, for example a predominant portion of each of said spindles, so as to attenuate and / or absorb the developing sound waves from a spindle-plate contact and / or limit the transmission to the outside of the 15 fairing, or in the environment surrounding the squaring machine, of the noise produced by the squaring machine and in particular by the contact spindle-plate). Thanks to this solution, the invention makes available a squaring machine which does not require external soundproofing structures for installation and demolition 20 acoustic impact assessment. Thanks to the presence of this fairing, which at least partially covers the spindles, it is possible to reduce the acoustic impact of the squaring machine by limiting the transmission of noise produced by the processing of the sheet metal. This fairing defines the said working compartment at least partially (for example example only partially) circumscribed (but which still remains open in the near future) the support surface to allow the slab to advance along the di- advancement direction so that it is gradually intercepted by the series spindles), and thus creates an acoustic barrier between the inside and the outside 5 of said working compartment, thus limiting the transmission of noise from inside the processing room to the outside. Another aspect of the invention provides that such fairing may have a body, which delimits said working space, presenting a thickness (intended as a dimension along a direction from the outside to the working compartment 10 inside the working compartment substantially perpendicular to the body, or to a wall of the same) at least equal to 4 cm, for example at least 5 cm, for example preferably at least 6 cm, even more preferably at least equal to 8 cm. For example, it is possible that the said fairing body may have a 15 thickness preferably between 4 and 10 cm, for example preferably com- taken between 7 and 10 cm. Thanks to this solution, the thickness of the fairing is optimal in order to limit effectively reduce the acoustic impact of the squaring machine and minimize the quantity of material for the construction, and therefore cost as well as weight, of the body 20 of the fairing. Another aspect of the invention provides that said fairing can be equipped of a body at least partially made of a sound-insulating material (i.e. sound insulating, and possibly also sound absorbing, in order to attenuate and / or absorb the sound waves developing from a mandrel-plate contact and / or limit- 25 place the transmission outside the fairing, i.e. in the surrounding environment the squaring machine, the noise produced by the squaring machine and in particular from the mandrel-plate contact). Thanks to this solution, the invention makes a machine practically available squaring machine with integrated soundproofing fairing, which allows both to make 5 faster and cheaper implementation of the squaring machine, avoiding at all stages of design and construction of soundproofing installations for reception of the squaring machine and separated from it, minimizing at the same time time the space required to have an operational squaring machine fo- noisolata. 10 By soundproofing material we can mean, in particular, a material present- many a density at least equal to 4kg / m . Another aspect of the invention provides that the soundproofing material of the care- nature may have a density higher than 20 kg / m, for example preferably 3 3 mind between 20 kg / m and 250 kg / m, for example preferably between 3 3 15 between 20 kg / m and 85 kg / m . Thanks to this solution, the soundproofing material is optimal from a weight / insulating power balance view. Another aspect of the invention provides that the body of the soundproof fairing may include: 20 - a support structure (rigid, i.e. non-deformable when subjected to the usual loads for which it is intended, for example substantially in the shape of a shell), - at least one layer of cladding made of (so-called) soundproofing material (i.e. acoustic insulation, possibly also sound-absorbing) which covers 25 ste (at least partially) the support structure (i.e. it covers at least partially, preferably at least a predominant portion or even entirely, at least one surface of the support structure facing the processing area). This coating layer can cover, in direct contact or not, the structure of 5 support preferably inside the working compartment, i.e. it can cover (partially or entirely, in direct contact or not) preferably at least one surface of the support structure facing the processing compartment. However, it cannot be excluded that this coating layer may be suitable for covering either a surface of the support structure facing the processing compartment or 10 a (opposite) surface of the supporting structure facing the opposite direction with respect to the working compartment (i.e. facing towards the outside of the working compartment) tion). This coating layer has a surface facing and at least partially overlooking the processing area. 15 Thanks to this solution, the body of the soundproof fairing has a structure solid and durable structure. A further aspect of the invention provides that the body of the fairing (i.e. of said soundproofing fairing) may also include at least one further covering layer made of flexible material (i.e. at least partially 20 elastically deformable) anti-vibration (i.e. with damping function vibrations), possibly also soundproof, which covers the support structure port. This additional coating layer can cover, in direct contact or not (for example example in direct contact), the support structure preferably internally to the 25 working compartment, that is, it can cover (partially or entirely, directly contact or not, for example in direct contact) at least one surface of the structure support frame facing the work area. Thanks to this solution, the fairing, in addition to acting as soundproofing, allows also to absorb vibrations due to the various movements of the moving elements of the machine 5 china and the material removal processing carried out by the same, ren- making the squaring machine even less impactful. Thanks to a single structure, namely the soundproof fairing, it is therefore possible at the same time both reduce the acoustic impact and reduce the impact in terms of vi- operations of the squaring machine. 10 A further aspect of the invention provides that the additional coating layer, or the one made of flexible anti-vibration material, can be interposed I am between the support structure and the cladding layer, that is, the one made in soundproofing material (i.e. acoustic insulation). Thanks to this solution, the arrangement of the cladding layer and the further 15 layer of coating is particularly rational and effective in order to allow reduce the acoustic impact of the squaring machine at the same time attenuating even the vibrations of the same. Furthermore, a further aspect of the invention provides that said coating layer ment (in soundproofing material, i.e. acoustic insulation) can be made 20 in, that is, that said soundproofing material (or acoustic insulation) can be evenings, polyurethane foam (optionally polyurethane foam). Preferably, said covering layer made of sound-insulating material (i.e. iso- acoustic insulation) can have a thickness between 60 and 120 mm, for example preferably between 70 mm and 100 mm, even more preferably so- 25 essentially between 78 mm and 85 mm, for example substantially equal to 80 mm. In particular, the thickness of the soundproofing material coating layer (ov- true sound insulator) can define most of the thickness of the body of the soundproof cabin. 5 Another aspect of the invention provides that said additional coating layer (in flexible anti-vibration material, optionally also soundproof) can be be made of, or that said flexible anti-vibration material can be, high density polymer material, such as the material known by the name commercial TECNODAMP, or alternatively high density laminate including 10 tooth a mixture of oxidized bitumen, plasticizers, elastomers and optionally variable grain size fillers. Preferably, said additional coating layer, made of flexible anti-vibration material brante, can have a thickness between 1 and 10 mm, for example preferably typically between 3 mm and 8 mm, for example substantially equal to 5 mm. 15 Yet another aspect of the invention provides for the body of the fairing (sound-insulating lante) may further comprise a layer of perforated sheet metal (i.e. for example a sheet metal with a mesh structure or alternatively a sheet metal provided with a plurality of distributed through holes, for example preferably uni- (formally, along the development of the sheet metal) superimposed on the coating layer 20 in soundproofing material (i.e. superimposed on a surface of the re- covering facing the working area, or placed between the covering layer chin and the processing area). Thanks to this solution, the layer of soundproofing material (i.e. acoustic insulation) (stic) is protected by perforated sheet metal (e.g. micro-perforated) from exposure to 25 straight to the abrasive dust that is released during the removal process of material from the plate, which could otherwise consume it suddenly. At the same time, being perforated, the sheet metal allows the passage of sound waves and thus allowing the absorbent material to carry out its function of breaking down noise impact assessment of the squaring machine 10. 5 One aspect of the invention provides that said perforated sheet metal layer, i.e. that the thickness of the said perforated sheet metal may be between 0.5 and 2 mm, example that may be substantially equal to 1 mm. In particular, one aspect of the invention provides that the perforated sheet metal layer can be fixed directly (e.g. welded or screwed, preferably 10 removable (e.g. screwed) to the support structure so as to de- finish with the same an envelope or cage inside which are inserted (i.e. con- (nuti) said layer of soundproofing material covering and, where present, said additional layer of coating in flexible anti-vibration material. Again, another aspect of the invention provides that the fairing (i.e. called 15 soundproofing fairing) may include a door system associated with a access opening to the machining compartment made in the body of the fairing soundproofing itself, for example a pair of door systems each of which it is made in correspondence with a respective side panel of the body of the soundproofing fairing, and that said door system can be selectively 20 operable in an opening configuration where it clears the access opening or in a closing configuration in which it occludes the access opening. Thanks to this solution, the fairing (or rather the so-called soundproof fairing) is do- equipped with a door system that allows access to the work area when necessary. ration. A further aspect of the invention provides that said door system can comp- takes a pair of sliding doors moving towards / away from each other (e.g. along a direction parallel to the direction of travel). Thanks to this solution, the size of the door system both in the opening phase 5 which remains minimal in the closing phase. Thanks to this sliding door system, in fact, the movement space of the themselves is minimized, as is the space required for the fairing (soundproofing) and overall for the squaring machine. Furthermore, a further aspect of the invention provides that the fairing (i.e. 10 said soundproofing fairing) can be rigidly fixed (i.e. fixed without residual degrees of freedom, for example screwed or welded or otherwise fixed, (e.g. preferably removable) to the base frame. Thanks to this solution, the soundproofing fairing is supported directly by the base frame of the squaring machine, avoiding weighing on other elements 15 of the squaring machine itself. Another aspect of the invention provides that the body of the fairing (i.e. of called soundproofing fairing) may comprise two half-shells, called half-shells being selectively closable to delimit said working area, each each semi-shell being fixed to a respective lateral and integral bank in 20 movement to the same. Thanks to this solution, even the overall dimensions of the fairing can vary according to the format of the plate being processed, in particular this can be minimized in the case in which the slabs being processed are of small dimensions and therefore the di- space between the side benches along the flanking direction is minimized. 25 Yet another aspect of the invention provides that the squaring machine may include an electronic control unit operationally connected to the spindles of the series to selectively operate them in rotation around the respective rotation axes and operationally connected to the door system, and that the electronic control unit can be configured to terminate the drive 5 of the series spindles and / or general an alarm signal if the door system switch from closed configuration to open configuration. Thanks to this solution, the squaring machine is particularly safe for the operators in charge of it, avoiding the possibility of accidents due to law- incidents / accidents. 10 In fact, every time the door system moves into the open configuration, all the spindles with their respective abrasive tools are stopped so that they can avoid injuring the operator. At the same time, thanks to the spindle stop, the noise emission of the machine is also reduced. squaring china decreases dramatically, preventing the operator or other users 15 people near the squaring machine could be harmed by emissions acoustics themselves. A further aspect of the invention provides that on each side bank it is pos- one or more protective barriers can be mounted to cover (or create) to place a barrier in a direction parallel to the user's axis of rotation 20 (abrasive tool) the abrasive tool of one or more of the spindles of the respective series, said protective barrier being provided with a body comprising: - a sheet of rigid material, and - a covering layer made of soundproofing material (i.e. insulating acoustic, possibly also sound-absorbing) which covers the sheet of ma- 25 rigid material (i.e. at least one surface of the same facing the plane of support). Thanks to this solution, the acoustic impact of the squaring machine is further further minimized. This protective barrier, in fact, is located right next to the tool 5 abrasive in processing, thanks to its sound-insulating structure (i.e. acoustic insulator stico) right in the vicinity of the source of greatest noise is able to attenuate effectively dampens the acoustic impact generated by the squaring machine. Furthermore, a further aspect of the invention provides that the body of each bar- protective fence can further provide for a second layer of coverage, 10 made of flexible anti-vibration material, preferably placed between the la- mine of rigid material and the covering layer (in soundproofing material (i.e. sound insulation)). Thanks to this solution, the protective barrier also allows to absorb (al- less partially) vibrations due to material removal processing 15 channel created by the same, making the machine even less impactful squaring machine, right next to the source making the damping effect particularly particularly effective. Thanks to this solution it is therefore possible to further reduce the impact in terms of vibrations of the squaring machine. 20 Another aspect of the invention provides that the body of each protective barrier the system may further provide for a layer of (or defined by) sheet metal perforated, for example a sheet metal with a mesh structure or alternatively native a sheet metal provided with a plurality of distributed through holes, for example preferably uniformly, along the length of the sheet metal) superimposed on the covering layer (in soundproofing material (i.e. acoustic insulation), i.e. so- placed on a surface of the covering layer facing the supporting plane Thu). Thanks to this solution, the soundproofing material covering layer (i.e. 5 acoustic insulation) is protected by the perforated sheet metal (e.g. micro-perforated) from the e- direct exposure to abrasive dust released during the processing of removal of material from the plate, which could otherwise consume it suddenly. At the same time, being perforated, the sheet metal allows the passage of sound waves and 10 thus allowing the absorbent material to carry out its function of breaking down reduction of the acoustic impact of the squaring machine. A further aspect the invention provides that the squaring machine may comprise a pair of fairings each of which defines a respective working compartment inside which the spindles (50) of a respective series of spindles are housed. 15 Thanks to this solution, the squaring machine is acoustically insulated keeping the overall bulk of the fairings minimized compared to the in- overall size of the machine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION With particular reference to these figures, it is globally indicated with a machine squaring machine 10 for processing slabs 15 such as, for example, ceramic slabs in marble or stoneware (for example single-fired or double-fired porcelain stoneware) or granite or other natural stone, or even 15 glass or similar slabs or wood or other material 5 achievable in sheets that can be subjected to rectification operations. Each plate 15 may substantially have the shape of a parallelepiped. pedo with reduced height (thickness) and a substantially quadrangular base (in plan), for example rectangular or square, or it can have two contrasting placed larger surfaces of which a smaller surface (generally for installation) and 10 an upper or visible surface, and four connecting sides between the surface upper and lower surface of which two first sides are opposite and substantially parallel mind and two second flanks adjacent to the first flanks and opposite each other and substantially parallel. This squaring operation is aimed at bringing two opposing sides of the la- 15 stra, for example the first flanks or the second flanks, substantially parallel. The squaring machine 10 comprises a base frame 20 which supports a 25 mobile support surface, preferably substantially horizontal, suitable for receive at least one slab 15 in support (for example a succession of slabs 15) and to make it advance (in a forward direction) along a forward direction 20 A (e.g. horizontal or substantially horizontal). This base frame 20 may comprise a platform, for example solid or framed, equipped with common means of support on the ground, for example a plurality of legs (vertical) supporting the ground fixed to the floor underneath it. Alternatively, for example as illustrated in the attached figures, such a basic frame 20 may comprise, a plurality of bridge supports G, preferably all homolog- ghi in shape and size, which are preferably aligned with each other with respect to the direction of advance A, and also arranged at a non-zero distance from each other on the other along the same direction of advancement A. 5 Each bridge support G is rigid, i.e. non-deformable when subjected to to the usual loads for which it is intended, for example metallic. Each bridge support G may comprise a pair of opposing and parallel uprights, vertical or substantially vertical, each of which has a lower end resting on the ground and an opposing upper end. 10 Each bridge support can then include a crosspiece (horizontal or su- (almost horizontal) connecting the uprights, which develops longitudinally ultimately orthogonally to them, or substantially horizontally and also orthogonally to the direction of advancement A, fixed to the uprights in cor- correspondence of the upper extremities of the same (for example above the 15 uprights). Each bridge support G may also comprise at least one crosspiece connecting reinforcement between the uprights, which (is parallel to the crosspiece or) is develops longitudinally orthogonally to the uprights or substantially horizontally and also orthogonally to the direction of travel A. 20 This reinforcement crosspiece is fixed to the uprights in correspondence or in any case in proximity to the lower end of the same, or is fixed to each of the said uprights at a distance from the lower end of the same greater than the di- space between said reinforcing crosspiece and the upper end of the upright. For example, the base frame 20 may comprise only two bridge supports G 25 each arranged at one end of the squaring machine 10 with respect to its development along the direction of advancement A or in al- alternative (at least) three bridge supports, for example only three bridge supports, alli- neat between them and at a non-zero distance from each other along the direction of advancement A, of which two end bridge supports are mentioned, and one (intermediate) bridge support 5 central, which is preferably equidistant from the two end bridge supports mity or is preferably placed in correspondence with a vertical plane me- diano of the squaring machine 10 orthogonal to the direction of feed A. The squaring machine 10 then comprises a pair of lateral benches 30 mutually parallel, which develop longitudinally along the direc- 10 feed action A, and which are supported by the base frame 20. The side banks 30 are, in particular, slidingly associated with the frame of base 20, or for example slidingly associated with the crosspieces of the supports G-bridge or for example slidingly associated with the floor of the basic frame 20 above the same, in a mobile manner in approaching and moving away re- 15 cyproco along a reciprocal flanking direction B orthogonal to the long axis legal of the lateral banks 30 themselves, or with respect to a direction of af- flank B horizontal or substantially horizontal (and parallel to the plane of support 25) and orthogonal to the direction of advancement A. The squaring machine 10 may comprise a translation unit for the side panels 20 side panels 30 (known in itself and not described in detail), configured to select effectively move them away from or towards each other along the said flanking direction B. By way of example only, said translation group may include a motor which is connected and selectively operates in reciprocal approach or retreat 25 proco, along the said flanking direction B, two associated trolleys (in such a way mobile) to the base frame (for example to the crosspiece of one of the said bridge supports G, and moveable along a guide extending along the said flanking direction B), each trolley of which is fixed to a respective side bank for movement move it along the flanking direction B. 5 As anticipated above, however, the translation group is generally known and, in in any case, it can be shaped in any way as long as it is suitable for the purpose of selectively move the side banks towards or away from each other 30 along the flanking direction B. The variation of the wheelbase of the lateral banks 30 defines (or entails) 10 the variation of the width of the support plane 25 defined according to the format of the 15 plates. Furthermore, the distance between the side banks 30 (i.e. the distance between them with respect to to the direction of flanking B) can be adjusted, from time to time depending on of the dimensions of the plates 15, in particular of the distance between the first sides (or in 15 alternatively the second sides) of the same, so that the first sides (or alternatively (the second sides) of the plates 15 protrude laterally, along one direction parallel to the direction of juxtaposition B, with respect to the support plane 25 or essentially cantilevered from it. In other words, the distance between the lateral banks 30 can be 20 adjusted from time to time so that the opposing sides of the plate 15 parallel to the direction of feed A are misaligned (with respect to a plan view) from the support surface 25. An example of a 20 base frame with the 30 side benches sliding on the The same is better visible in figure 14. 25 As mentioned above, the base frame 20 supports a movement group for the movement of the plates 15 which makes said support surface available Thu 25 mobile along the direction of advance A. In particular, the movement group is configured to move each plate 15 so that it lies (for example with the lower surface in 5 support) on said support surface 25, for example substantially horizontal, and advance along the direction of advancement A, with the first flanks (or alternatively the second flanks) to be ground parallel to the feed direction A. For example, the handling group may include a pair of transports 35 tactors, in particular of the belt or tape type, each of which is supported 10 ad (i.e. mounted on) a respective side bank 30. Said transporters 35, as will be better seen below, make available said mobile support surface 25 suitable for receiving and moving the plate 15 or the subsequent one transfer of plates 15. For example, each conveyor 35 may be of the belt or tape type. 15 However, it cannot be excluded that in alternative embodiments it may be different type as long as it is suitable for the purpose. For example, each conveyor 35 may comprise a flexible member infe- upper 40, in particular a belt or tape, which has an upper branch parallel to the direction of advancement A and defines a respective portion of the 20 support surface 25 mobile for the slabs 15. The lower flexible members 40 of the pair of conveyors 35, i.e. the respective branches superior, are substantially coplanar and, together, define (or ren- available gift) called support surface 25. For example, each lower flexible member 40 comprises said belt (or na- 25 stro) closed on itself in a ring and wrapped around at least one driving pulley, driven in rotation by a respective electric motor, and at least one pulley con- duct (in the example a plurality of driven pulleys). Each conveyor 35 (belt or tape) can then comprise a member upper flexible 45, which has a lower branch parallel to the direction 5 of advancement A and defines a portion of contact and mobile pressure with the plates 15. Each upper flexible member 45 is overlapped, for example at least partially mostly (or entirely) superimposed in plan and preferably aligned vertically mind, to the lower flexible member 40 of the respective conveyor 35. 10 For example, each upper flexible organ 45 can be associated with the re- side bank 30 in a height-adjustable manner (i.e. with respect to a direction orthogonal to the support plane 25), in order to vary the distance (i.e. the size of the gap) between the lower flexible member 40 and the flexible member upper sibile 45, especially between the upper branch of the lower flexible organ 15 40 and the lower branch of the upper flexible organ 45, depending on the thickness of the 15 plates. The upper flexible members 45 of the pair of conveyors 35, i.e. the respective lower branches, are substantially coplanar and, together, define a plane of contact and pressure (e.g. horizontal or substantially horizontal) act 20 to contact and press on the larger surface (e.g. the upper surface (above or in view) of the plates 15 opposite to the one resting on the ap- hill 25 (for example the lower or laying surface). For example, each upper flexible organ 45 may in turn comprise a strap (or ribbon) closed on itself in a ring and wrapped around at least one 25 drive pulley, driven in rotation by a respective motor (for example the same motor that drives the lower flexible member 40 of the conveyor 35), and at least one driven pulley (in the example a plurality of driven pulleys). The electric motors of both conveyors 35 are operated synchronously (i.e. at the same speed and in the same direction) to advance the plate 15 or the 5 succession of plates 15 along the direction of advancement A with the first sides (or alternatively the second flanks) parallel to the direction of advancement A itself. As can be better understood from the cross-section of figure 8, the lower flexible organs 40 pos- preferably have a greater length than their respective flexural organs. upper whistles 45, or the lower branches of the same, so that one end 10 of the lower flexible organs 40, in detail the upstream end with respect to the direction of the advancement of the plates 15 along the advancement direction A, is staggered with respect to the respective upper flexible organ 45 (i.e. misaligned in view in plant compared to the same). In practice, said staggered end of the lower flexible members 40 makes available 15 bile an entrance section on which the plate 15 rests before wedging itself between the lower flexible organs 40 and upper flexible organs 45, i.e. before incu- be located between the support plane 25 and said contact and pressure plane, and be pressed firmly between them. Each conveyor 35 may include a pressure device (not illustrated, 20 known in itself and therefore not described in detail), which is configured for push the upper branch of the lower flexible member 40 so as to keep it horizontal or substantially horizontal (i.e. avoiding it from collapsing under the weight of plate 15 or plates 15). If necessary, this pressure device can also be configured to push- 25 gere the lower branch of the upper flexible organ 45 approaching the plane of support 25. For example, the squaring machine 10 may preferably also comprise a centering assembly (not shown) configured to center, relative to a direc- centering action parallel to the direction of juxtaposition B, the plate 15 on the plane 5 supporting 25. The centering group may comprise, for example, a pair of sides, each each of which has a contact surface (suitable for contacting a respective side of plate 15 of the opposite sides of plate 15) parallel to the direction of advancement A, each one slidably associated with a respective 10 side bank 30 and can be operated, for example by an actuator preferably pneumatic, approaching and moving away from the support plane 25. The sides of the centering group, moved as they approach the support plane Thu 25, are each capable of contacting by means of their respective contact surface a respective side of the opposing sides of the plate 15 (for example each 15 a respective first flank or alternatively each a respective second flank), in so as to center the plate 15 so that a plane through the vertical of the plane of support 25 is at the same time a vertical median plane of the plate 15 (orthogo- (to the larger surfaces of the same) and the so-called opposing flanks (first or se- (condi) are arranged (substantially) parallel to the direction of advance 20 chin A imposed by the support plane 25. This centering group, where present, can be arranged in particular in corre- correspondence of the said entrance section of the movement group, or in corre- correspondence of said ends of the lower flexible organs 40 of the conveyors 35 staggered with respect to the respective upper flexible organs 45. 25 The squaring machine 10 then comprises a pair of series of spindles 50, each series of which (comprises a plurality of spindles 50 and) is (carried or mounted or) fixed to a respective of said lateral banks 30 and mo- bile with the same along the flanking direction B. Each set of spindles 50, comprises a plurality of aligned spindles 50 5 along an alignment direction parallel to the feed direction A of the plates 15. Each spindle 50 comprises, first of all, a support frame 55, substantially cylindrical example, hollow internally (i.e. equipped with a cavity passing from one axial end to the other of the supporting frame 55). 10 The support frame 55 is rigid, i.e. not deformable by torsion and / or bending and / or compression when subjected to the usual loads for which it is intended. The spindle 50 then comprises a drive motor, supported by the frame of support 55 (i.e. connected, for example indirectly, to the support frame 55 such as to be supported by the same) equipped with a crankshaft rotating around 15 to its own central axis of rotation. The drive motor is for example an electric motor equipped with a stator and of a rotor associated with the crankshaft and preferably coaxial with it. The crankshaft comprises a (rear) end and an opposite (rear) end. free (anterior) position, to which it is rigidly fixed, directly or indirectly. 20 mind, a tool holder plate to which an abrasive tool is attached, e.g. an abrasive wheel. Each spindle 50 is therefore equipped with an abrasive tool 60, i.e. with said abrasive wheel (e.g. disc type or cup type), connected to the shaft engine and rotatable (with the main drive shaft itself) around said central axis 25 rotation lines. For example, the grinding wheel of each spindle 50 is movable in approach and / or distance from the support surface 25, or it can be operated in translation along a translation trajectory (rectilinear and parallel, possibly coincident, to the axis of rotation R of the crankshaft) selectively in 5 moving the support plane closer or further away 25. In detail, each spindle 50 comprises an actuator group, known in itself and therefore not described in detail, configured to translate the crankshaft along said direction of translation and with it the abrasive tool 60 (i.e. said grinding wheel abrasive). 10 The actuator group is therefore able to move (for fine adjustment) the abrasive wheel approaching / moving away from the support surface 25 and then to the plate 15 placed on the support surface 25 itself. During use, the grinding wheel of each spindle 50, i.e. a surface thereof abrasive, is designed to be placed in a predetermined working position, in which 15 the abrasive surface of the grinding wheel is intended to come into contact with a first side (or alternatively second side) of plate 15 to be rectified. Furthermore, each set of spindles 50 comprises at least one spindle 50 facing connected to a 50 spindle of the other 50 spindle series, for example with the axes rotation centers of the spindle drive shafts 50 facing each other coaxially. 20 For example, each spindle 50 of a series can be (facing and) aligned to a spindle 50 of the other series with respect to a direction parallel to the plane of support 25 and orthogonal to the direction of advancement A. Each set of mandrels 50 comprises a plurality of mandrels 50 arranged with the central axis of rotation (of the crankshaft, and therefore of the abrasive wheel) oriz- 25 horizontal (or substantially horizontal, i.e. parallel to the support plane 25) and orthogonal to the direction of travel A. Each set of spindles 50 may further comprise at least one spindle 50, arranged with the main rotation axis R (of the crankshaft, and therefore of the grinding wheel abrasive) lying on a plane inclined with respect to the support plane 25 (i.e. 5 inclined with respect to a horizontal plane) and in any case orthogonal to the direction of advance A (suitable for carrying out a so-called chamfering operation). Each spindle 50 is rigidly fixed to a respective side bank 30, by means of the support frame 55, and further arranged so that the direction of translation imposed by the adjustment group on the crankshaft (and on the grinding wheel) 10 siva) is transversal, for example orthogonal, to the direction of advancement A im- placed on plate(s) 15. In particular, each spindle 50 of a series is fixed to the respective bank by means of the support frame 55 with the crankshaft protruding beyond the respective side bank 30 itself in the direction of the support surface 25. 15 As better visible in the enlargement of figure 11 and in figure 14, on each one or more protective barriers 65 are mounted on the side bank 30 to cover, the abrasive tool 60 (i.e. the abrasive wheel) of one or more of the spindles 50 of the respective series. Each safety barrier 65 is fixed (movable) to the respective side bank 20 30, so as to selectively occlude or free an access window (which can for example be made in the lateral bank 30 itself) which allows to an operator to reach the abrasive tool 60 of the spindle 50 for the ma- maintenance or replacement of the same. For example, as best visible in figure 14 each side bank 30 can 25 comprising a lower part by which it is slidably associated with the base frame 20, and which makes available a fixing bench for the spindles 50 of the series, and an upper part that essentially defines a structure bridge above the spindles 50 (i.e. at a higher vertical height than the same) and which defines with the lower part said access windows which allow 5 tone to an operator to reach the abrasive tool of one or more spindles. For example, each safety barrier 65 can be hinged to the respective tive side bank 30 (for example to the said upper part of the same) so to be rotated, especially about a preferably parallel hinge axis to the direction of advancement A and to the support plane 25, between a position of 10 closure in which it occludes such access window and covers the abrasive tool 60 and an open position in which it frees said access window to allow for reach the abrasive tool 60. Each protective barrier 65 is provided with a body which comprises, in na- first of all, a 70 mm plate (where plate can be understood as a body with a reduced thickness) 15 (where the thickness is the smallest dimension) of rigid material, preferably metallic, for example made of steel or aluminum. It is not excluded that alternatively said sheet 70 could be made of material rigid polymer material (possibly reinforced), or in any other material fit for purpose. 20 This plate 70 has two opposing larger surfaces, the first of which is su- larger surface facing the support surface 25 (i.e. towards the other bank lateral 30, i.e. towards the abrasive tools of the spindles 50) and a second su- larger surface facing away from the supporting plane 25. Said plate 70 is preferably flat and preferably continuous (i.e. without 25 view of holes passing from one larger surface to another). Said sheet 70 can preferably have a thickness, understood as dimension sion in a direction orthogonal to the larger surfaces of the same, between 1 mm and 3 mm, for example substantially equal to 2 mm. The body of the protective barrier 65 then comprises a covering layer 75 5 made of soundproofing material (i.e. acoustic insulation, and optionally also sound-absorbing) which covers, in direct contact or not (i.e. directly or indirectly), the plate 70, for example in particular (partially or preferentially (possibly entirely) at least the first major surface of the plate 70 (i.e. the largest surface facing the support plane 25). 10 The covering layer has two opposing larger surfaces, one of which is facing the foil and one facing, and at least partially overlooking, the the abrasive tool of the spindle 50 and the support surface 25. By soundproofing material we can mean, in particular, a material present- many a density at least equal to 4kg / m . 15 For example, said sound-insulating material of the protective barrier 65 can pre- feel a density greater than 20 kg / m , for example preferably between 3 3 between 20 kg / m and 250 kg / m, for example even more preferably between 20 3 3 kg / m and 85 kg / m . For example, said covering layer 75 may have a thickness, intended 20 as development in a direction orthogonal to the first major surface of the lamina 70, preferably between 20 mm and 40 mm, for example preferably between 25 mm and 35 mm, for example preferably substantially equal to 30 mm. Preferably said covering layer 75 can be made of (i.e. said 25 soundproofing material can be) expanded polyurethane. Alternatively, preferably, said covering layer 75 can be made of a soundproofing material (or said soundproofing material can be) chosen between: synthetic fiber (i.e. a composite material) made from a matrix in polyester and a reinforcement of polypropylene fibres, polyester fibre, resin 5 polyurethane foam, polymer foam (e.g. polyurethane or other). Furthermore, the body of the protective bulkhead may comprise a second layer of cover 80 made of flexible anti-vibration material (and for example, optionally (also soundproofing) which covers, in direct contact or not (i.e. directly mind or indirectly), the plate 70, or at least the first major surface 10 of sheet 70. For example, said second covering layer 80 may be interposed between the layer of covering 75 and the sheet 70, or interposed between the first larger surface of the sheet 70 and the covering layer 75 (in soundproofing material). The second covering layer 80 can then directly coat the foil 70, 15 or at least (for example only) said first surface larger than the same. Preferably, the second covering layer 80 is self-adhering to the foil 70, that is, self-adhesive, meaning it does not require external adhesives for gluing or co- anyway, attach to plate 70. Preferably, said second covering layer 80 can be made of (ov- 20 true said compliant anti-vibration material can be) high polymeric material density, e.g. in commercially available (high density polymer) material known by the name TECNODAMP. Alternatively, said second covering layer 80 can be made of (i.e. said compliant anti-vibration material can be) tar. For example, said second covering layer 80 can be made to span- mature of the material with which it is made on the plate 70 (or on at least said first larger surface of the same). Again, preferably said second covering layer 80 may have a 5 thickness, understood as development in a direction orthogonal to the first major surface greater than the 70 mm plate, preferably between 1 mm and 10 mm, for example preferably between 2 and 8 mm, for example preferably substantially mind equal to 5 mm. Further, the body of the protective barrier 65 may comprise a layer 10 of perforated sheet metal 85 which covers the covering layer 75 (i.e. at least one surface (the same facing the support surface). Perforated sheet metal refers to a sheet metal having a mesh or mesh structure. or alternatively a sheet metal provided with a plurality of through holes (in particular from a surface of the sheet metal facing the working compartment to a surface 15 of the sheet metal facing the covering layer, distributed, for example, preferably uniformly, along the length of the sheet metal. The covering layer 75 still remains partially exposed to the tools abrasives of the spindles through the passage lights made available by the holes of the perforated sheet metal 20 For example, the perforated sheet 85 can be made of steel or aluminum. For example, said perforated sheet 85 may preferably have a thickness between 0.5 mm and 3 mm, for example preferably substantially equal to 1 mm. Preferably, the foil 70 and the perforated sheet metal layer 85 may substantially 25 mind define a casing (or shell or cage, or they can be fixed to each other the other, for example in correspondence with a perimeter edge) inside which is con- keeping said covering layer 75 (made of soundproofing material) and, where applicable feels, said second covering layer 80 (made of anti-yielding material vibrating, optionally also soundproofing). 5 For example, as illustrated schematically in figure 15 (where the circumferential arcs concentric references schematically indicate the noise produced by the contact of the user abrasive material of the spindle / plate) the body of the protection barrier may present to proceed in succession along a direction approaching the plane of support 25, the foil 70, optionally called second covering layer 80 (in 10 (soft, anti-vibration material, preferably also sound-insulating), called layer of 75 covering (in soundproofing material, possibly also sound-absorbing) and said perforated sheet metal layer 85. As can be better understood from figure 10, the squaring machine 10 can comprise, possibly, at least one pair of platforms 90 each of which is arranged 15 in correspondence with a respective lateral bank 30 so as to be available is located in correspondence with a respective lateral bank 30, so as to be di- moves below one or more of said spindles 50 of a respective spindle series 50 at a distance (not zero) from them. For example, it is possible to foresee that each platform 90 can be directly 20 fixed to the base frame 20, or, alternatively, it is possible to provide that each platform 90 can be fixed externally to a respective bank lateral 30 (i.e. on the opposite side to the centre distance between the lateral banks 30, or fixed to a respective lateral bank 30 on the opposite side to the support plane 25) and move with it along the direction of juxtaposition B. Each platform 90, as will be better understood below, is designed to make available a substantially horizontal walkable surface, placed at a vertical height greater height than the support surface of the squaring machine 10, to facilitate the operator's reaching of the 50 spindles mounted on the la- 5 teral 30. Each platform 90 comprises a rigid or non-deformable platform 95. when subjected to the usual loads for which it is intended, and at least one pair of support legs 100 connected below to the platform 95. For example, each platform 90 may include three support legs 100 with- 10 connected below the platform 95, preferably homologous to each other, and also pre- preferably placed equidistant from each other. In case the platforms 90 are mobile with their respective lateral banks 30, each each of the support legs 100 rests on the ground by means of a rolling body, preferably a wheel having at least one horizontal and or- 15 perpendicular to the direction of the flanking B (i.e. parallel to the direction of the advance A). As, for example, better visible from figures 4, 6 and 7, the footboards 90 can even currently be surrounded by a casing C, preferably rigid. securely fixed to the base frame 20 of the squaring machine 10, which in turn 20 times can make available a substantially horizontal C1 walking surface horizontal and placed at a higher vertical height than the ground on which the machine rests china squaring machine 10. The squaring machine 10 further comprises a fairing 105 supported from the base frame 20. 25 This fairing 105, as will appear better later, is soundproof, that is, it is in capable of attenuating and / or absorbing sound waves developing from man- drino 50 plate 15 and / or limit the transmission of noise produced by the mandrel contact drino 50 slab 15. By supported by the base frame 20 it is meant that the fairing 105 is fixed di- 5 directly or indirectly to the base frame 20 so that its weight is at least partially (for example also entirely) supported by (or burdening on) base frame 20 of the squaring machine 10. The fairing 105 delimits a working compartment 115 (at least partially surrounded by conscript), where at least some of the said spindles are welcomed (at least partially) 10 50 (and for example at least partially the respective lateral bank 30 which door), for example preferably at least all 50 spindles of a series (i.e. at least a portion of each mandrel of a series and at least partially the side bank 30 which carries them) or all spindles 50 of both spindle series 50 (i.e. at least a portion of each spindle of each series and at least 15 partially each of the lateral banks 30). Although the fairing 105 defines a machining compartment 115, obviously, this this is not completely closed but remains open at the level of support 25 to allow the advancement of the plate 15 or succession of plates 15 (in the direction of advance) along the direction of advance A so that 20 this can be intercepted one after the other by the spindles 50 (i.e. by the abrasive tools of the same). It follows that each spindle 50 is at least partially protruding from the processing compartment 115, for example at least (preferably only) one portion of the abrasive tool 60 of the spindle 50 at the support surface 25 25 (for example only a portion of the abrasive tool 60 arranged at the height of the gap between the lower flexible member 40 and the upper flexible member 45 of the conveyor 35 proximal to it), to intercept the plate 15 in advance movement along the direction of advancement A moved by the support plane 25 same. 5 As, for example, illustrated in figures 1 and 4, said soundproofing fairing 105 can create a hood or lid or hat structure with the mouth of such hood or hat or cover that looks out over (and is for example superimposed on) plan view of the support plane 25 at a non-zero distance from it. The fairing 105, in practice, at least partially surrounds the spindles 50 of a 10 sets, i.e. at least partially (i.e. at least a portion of) all of the spindles 50 of at least one series or (at least a portion of) all spindles 50 of both series, and at least partially the respective side bank 30 that door, for example at least partially both side banks 30. Between the fairing 105 and the support surface 25, as shown in the figure for example 15 3 6 and 7, a continuous T tunnel remains defined along the forward direction movement A along which the plates 15 move (advancing along the direction advancement A) from an entrance E of the tunnel T (upstream) for the 15 slabs to be worked at a U exit of the T tunnel (downstream) for the 15 slabs which have been subjected to processing by means of spindles 50. 20 For example, the said tunnel T can have a width, understood as development along the flanking direction B, equal to or at most slightly higher (for example (maximum 5 cm higher) than the distance along the direction of juxtaposition B between the abrasive tools of the series spindles when the side banks are placed at the maximum mutual distance along the said flanking direction B. 25 This fairing 105 comprises a body 110 equipped with two opposing walls 120 laterals that develop longitudinally along the direction of advancement A and define the sides of the fairing 105, optionally a front wall 125 and an opposing rear wall 130 (which are vertical or substantially (vertically) connecting the side walls 120 each at 5 respective longitudinal ends of the same, and preferably also a wall of roof 135 (horizontal or substantially) which closes the compartment at the top processing 115 defined by the soundproofing fairing 105. The front wall 125 can define with the support surface 25 the entrance E of said tunnel T, while the rear wall 130 can define with the support surface 25 10 the exit U of the said tunnel T. As illustrated in figure 1 and 4, it is possible to foresee that the side walls 120 of the fairing 105 can each be arranged externally to a respective side bench 30 so that the side benches 30 are placed between the walls lateral 120 of the fairing 105, with the roof wall 135 which is superimposed 15 in (view in) plan of the lateral banks, the series of spindles 50 and the ap- hill 25 (as well as the space between the side benches 30). In other words, the fairing 105 may define a machining compartment 115 inside of which they are contained (at least partially, and move along the direction of af- flank B) both side banks 30 and both sets of spindles 50 20 (or a portion of each of them) brought by the same (with at least one portion tion of each spindle 50, for example of the abrasive tool 60 of the same which however remains external to the processing compartment 115 to intercept the side of plate 15).As can be better understood from figures 3, 6, and 7, in the case in which the hull ture 105 is suitable to cover both lateral banks 60 at the same time, the body 25 110 of the fairing 105 may further comprise a pair of walls of bottom W each of which includes a first section that surrounds the bottom at a distance (not zero) a respective lateral bank 30. Preferably, said back wall W may also comprise a second section, which develops vertically from the first section, in particular from a 5 ends of the same proximal to a vertical median plane of the machine squaring machine parallel to the feed direction A, and which develops preferibly up to a vertical height slightly lower than that where the transport is placed tatore 30, or the respective lower flexible organ. For example, each of the said back walls W can develop from one end 10 lower of a respective lateral wall 120 proximal to said lateral bank 30. Alternatively, as illustrated in figures 12 and 13, it is possible to foresee that the squaring machine 10 may comprise a pair of distinct charac- nature 105 each of which is able to define a respective working compartment 15 115 which houses (at least partially) a respective lateral bank 30 and the se- rie of 50 spindles (or a portion of each of them) brought by the same. In this case, the side walls 120 of each fairing 105 can be each slot arranged on one side of a respective side bank 30 so that said respective lateral bank 30 is placed between them, and the top wall 20 of the soundproofing fairing 105 is superimposed on the respective side bank 30 and the respective series of 50 spindles carried by the same. Furthermore, in such a case, each of said fairings 105 may comprise a single back wall that surrounds the respective lateral bank 30 at the bottom, as for example better visible in figure 15. 25 On the body of the fairing 105 (eventually of each fairing 105), as better understood from figures 1 and 4, one or more windows can be foreseen 140 closed by optically transparent panels, preferably made of material soundproofing (for example preferably in the widely known manner as double glazing, that is, occluded by a double glass panel or by a double pan- 5 plexiglass enclosure), which allow an operator to observe the work area tion 115 from outside the squaring machine 10. In any case (i.e. in any of the embodiments), the body 110 of the fairing 105 may preferably have a thickness (intended as dimen- sion along a direction that goes from the outside to the working compartment inside the 10 working compartment substantially perpendicular to the body 110, i.e. at least one wall of the same) at least equal to 5 cm, for example preferably at least 6 cm, even more preferably at least 8 cm. For example, it is possible that said body 110 of the fairing 105 may present to have a thickness preferably between 4 and 10 cm, for example preferably 15 mind between 7 and 10 cm. The body 110 (or cabin body) of the fairing 105 (for example of each fairing) nature 105 in case the squaring machine 10 includes two fairings 105), as will be better seen below, it is stratiform, that is, defined by a plurality of layers made of different materials and superimposed on each other. 20 The body 110 of the fairing 105 (in any of the illustrated embodiments and described) is at least partially made of a soundproofing material. By soundproofing material we can mean, in particular, a material present- many a density at least equal to 4kg / m . For example, said soundproofing material of the fairing 105 may have a 3 3 25 density greater than 19 kg / m , for example preferably between 20 kg / m and 3 3 250 kg / m (extremes included), even more preferably between 20 kg / m and 85 kg / m (extremes included). This soundproofing material, as will be better seen below, is at least partially mind overlooking the processing area. 5 In particular, the body of the fairing 105 comprises first of all a structure of rigid support 145 (i.e. non-deformable when subjected to the usual loads) whoever it is intended for), for example metallic, preferably made of aluminum or steel. However, it cannot be excluded that the support structure 145 of the soundproof fairing 10 insulator 105 can be made of polymeric material (possibly reinforced) rigid or in any other material suitable for the purpose of providing a structure rigid to the soundproof fairing 105. Such a support structure 145, for example, may substantially define a shell substantially box-shaped (for example substantially called support structure 15 can define a rigid frame of the fairing 105). In any case, the support structure 145 (for example said shell) has a surface facing the working compartment 115 defined by the fairing (phoni- 105, and a counter-surface facing outwards of the hull. soundproofing 105. 20 The body of the fairing 105 then comprises a coating layer 150 which covers (at least partially), in direct contact or not, the support structure 145, (preferably inside the processing compartment 115 or which it covers) for example (partially or at least a predominant portion or entirely, according to (whether or not in direct contact) said surface of the support structure 145 facing 25 the processing compartment 115. Said covering layer 150 is made of said sound-insulating material (i.e. sound insulation, possibly also sound absorbing). This coating layer can therefore have a density greater than 19 3 3 3 kg / m , for example preferably between 20 kg / m and 250 kg / m (extremes 3 3 5 included), even more preferably between 20 kg / m and 85 kg / m (extremes in- (excluding). For example, said coating layer 150 may be made of (i.e. said soundproofing material, or acoustic insulation, can be expanded polyurethane. For example, preferably, said coating layer 150 can be made 10 in a soundproofing material (i.e. said soundproofing material can be) chosen between: expanded polyurethane, synthetic fibre (i.e. a composite material) rea- made from a polyester matrix and a polypropylene fibre reinforcement, fibre of polyester, polyurethane foam resin, polymer foam (e.g. polyurethane or other). 15 Furthermore, said coating layer 150 may preferably have a thickness between 60 and 120 mm, for example preferably between 70 mm and 90 mm. The cladding layer 150 is superimposed on the support structure 145 (preferably appropriately to said surface of the support structure facing the work compartment 20 ration), for example in direct contact or not, and can be fixed to the same (directly or indirectly) or it can simply be supported in position. The said coating layer 150 therefore has a (larger) surface facing towards the support structure (i.e. the surface of the same facing the 25 working compartment) and a (larger) opposite surface facing and at least partially overlooking the processing area. The body of the soundproofing fairing 105 may further comprise at least one additional coating layer 155 made of flexible material (i.e. at least partially elastically deformable) anti-vibration (i.e. with a damping function) 5 vibration damping, possibly also soundproofing) which covers the support structure 145, preferably internal to the processing compartment 115 or which preferably covers said surface of the support structure 145 facing the processing area. For example, said additional coating layer 155 can be made of (ov- 10 true said compliant anti-vibration material can be) high polymeric material density, for example in the material known by the trade name TECNODAMP, or alternatively, a high density laminate comprising a mixture of oxy-bitumen data, plasticizers, elastomers and optionally fillers with variable grain size. Furthermore, said further coating layer 155 may preferably have a 15 thickness between 1 and 10 mm, for example preferably between 3 mm and 8 mm. Preferably, as best visible from the diagram in fig. 16, the additional layer of coating 155 may be interposed between the support structure 145 and the layer of 150 coating (made of soundproofing material). 20 For example, the additional coating layer 155 can be placed in direct con- touch on the support structure 145 (i.e. on said surface of the same face on the processing compartment 115). In other words, this additional layer of coating can have a surface facing outwards from the working area which it covers, preferably directly 25 contact, the surface of the support structure facing the processing compartment. The additional coating layer 155 can then have a surface facing the working area which overlooks, for example in direct contact with, a surface surface of the coating layer 150 facing outwards from the working compartment tion (i.e. facing the support structure). 5 Preferably, the additional covering layer 75 is self-clinching to the structure of 145 support, i.e. self-adhesive, i.e. does not require external adhesives for glue or otherwise fix to the support structure 145 of the sound fairing sunny 105. For example, said additional coating layer 155 can be made for 10 spreading of the material with which it is made on the support structure 145 (i.e. on at least said surface of the same facing the working compartment 115). Furthermore, the body 110 of the soundproofing fairing 105 may further comprise a perforated sheet metal layer 160 superimposed on the cladding layer 150 (i.e. on the layer of soundproofing material), or rather the said layer of perforated sheet metal is superimposed 15 to a surface of the coating layer 150 facing the processing compartment and which overlooks it through the holes in the sheet metal). Perforated sheet metal refers to a sheet metal having a mesh or mesh structure. or alternatively a sheet metal provided with a plurality of through holes (in particular from a surface of the sheet metal facing the working compartment to a surface 20 of the sheet metal facing the coating layer 150, distributed, for example pre- preferably uniformly, along the length of the sheet metal. In any case, the said sheet metal layer has a plurality of openings which allow said surface of the covering layer (in soundproofing material) facing the processing area overlooking the same. Preferably, the support structure 145 and the perforated sheet metal layer 160 pos- are essentially defined as a casing or shell (i.e. they can be fixed each other, for example at a perimeter edge, so as to de- finish said casing or shell delimiting a reception compartment) inside which is 5 content said coating layer 150 and, where present, said additional layer of 155 lining (made of flexible anti-vibration material). The cladding layer 150 (i.e. the layer of sound-insulating material) can then be arranged (for example simply placed) to cover the structure of support 145 (i.e. the surface of the same facing the working compartment 115), 10 possibly with the interposition of the additional coating layer 150, and es- be held in place by the perforated sheet metal layer 160. For example, as illustrated schematically in figure 16 (where the circular arcs concentric ones schematically indicate the noise produced by the tool contact abrasive plate) the body 110 of the fairing can present in succession 15 from outside the processing compartment 115 towards the inside of the processing compartment, the support structure 145, optionally called additional cladding layer 155 (in flexible anti-vibration material, preferably also soundproof), called 150 covering layer (in sound-insulating material, possibly sound-absorbing) (bent) and said perforated sheet metal layer 160. 20 As mentioned above, the soundproof fairing 105 is supported by the chassis base 20 of the squaring machine 10. For example, it is possible to foresee that said soundproofing fairing 105 can be rigidly fixed directly to the base frame 20, e.g. the body 110 of the soundproofing fairing 105 (by means of the support structure 145) can 25 be welded, screwed or otherwise fixed directly to the base frame 20 of the squaring machine 10. The body 110 of the soundproofing fairing 105 can be made of (i.e. include) two half-shells 165, which make available (at least partially or entirely) the body 110 of the soundproofing fairing 105. 5 In this case each half-shell 165 makes available a respective side wall 120, a respective section of the anterior wall, a respective section of the po- wall exterior 130 and a respective section of the roof wall 135. Each of said half-shells 165 of the body 110 of the soundproofing fairing 105 It can then be fixed, for example directly fixed, to the base frame 20 10 of the squaring machine 10 so as to be supported by the same. Alternatively, as in the case illustrated in figures 4-10, it is possible to predict that each of said half-shells 165 can be fixed to a respective bank lateral 30 and integral with the same in movement along the flanking direction B. 15 In this case, therefore, the soundproofing fairing 105 is fixed to the side banks 30 and supported by the base frame 20 by means of the same. The two half-shells 165 of the body 110 of the soundproofing fairing 105 (in any case, that is, whether they are fixed directly to the base frame 20 or whether they are each fixed to a respective lateral bank 30) can have the following shape: 20 substantially homologous. Preferably, however, the two half-shells 165 may have a slightly larger size. germly different. In particular, one of the two half-shells 165 may have smaller dimensions of the other so that it is at least partially inserted, with reduced play 25 (i.e. so that between the respective sections of the front wall and rear wall 130 and wall of the said remains defined as a small cavity of for example maximum 3 cm, possibly closed with gaskets), inside the other half-shell 165. Thus, in case each half-shell 165 is fixed to a respective side bank 30, when the side banks 30 move along the direction of 5 side by side B, a half-shell 165 (the smaller one) can slide along the said direction of advancement A inserted with reduced play inside the al- three semi-shell 165, for example preferably remaining in every position of the lateral banks 30 with respect to the direction of the partially inserted B flanking (with reduced play) inside the other half-shell 165. 10 In case the squaring machine includes two fairings, such as example illustrated in figures 12 and 13, it is possible to foresee that each of the said fairings 105 can be fixed to a respective side bank 30 and so- give them moving to the same along the flanking direction B. In this case, therefore, each soundproofing fairing 105 is supported by the frame of 15 base 20 using the respective side bank. As better visible in the attached figures, the soundproofing fairing 105 can comprise take a 170 door system associated with an access opening to the compartment machining 115 (lying on a plane parallel to the feed direction A A) made in the body 110 of the soundproofing fairing 105 itself, said system 20 of door 170 being selectively operable in an opening configuration in which it frees the access opening or in a closing configuration in which it occludes the access opening. For example, said door system 170 may comprise a pair of doors 175 sliding doors that move towards / away from each other, manually operated or 25 automated, e.g. sliding along a parallel flow direction to the direction of travel A. For example, one of said doors 175 may be fixed along said sliding direction. while the other cabinet or both doors can be sliding along the said direction of flow. 5 Each of said doors 175 makes available a respective portion of the body 110 of the soundproofing fairing 105 and can therefore present the layered structure described above. For example, as illustrated in figure 10, it is possible to foresee that if the ma- squaring machine 10 comprises said platforms 90, at least one door 175 of the si- 10 door system 170 (possibly both doors) can present a plurality a set of wheels rotatable at the bottom of the same which are in app- I lean and slide inside a 180A guide with parallel longitudinal development to the sliding direction of the door 175, and that said guide 180A can be placed in correspondence with the platform 95 (above it) of a re- 15 perspective of said platforms 90. Furthermore, alternatively or possibly in addition, in the event that the body 110 of the fairing 105 comprises two half-shells, it is possible to foresee that at least one door 175 of said door system 170, for example each door 175, can pre- feel a plurality of wheels rotatable associated with the same in correspondence 20 of the top of the door 175, which are supported and slide inside a 180B guide with longitudinal development parallel to the sliding direction of the door 175, and that said guide 180B can be fixed to a respective side bank 30 above the same. For example, as best illustrated in figures 2 and 5, the soundproofing fairing 105 25 may comprise a pair of door systems each of which is made of correspondence of a respective side panel of the soundproofing fairing 105. The squaring machine 10 may further comprise an electronic control unit control 185 (only schematically illustrated), equipped with a memory unit, and 5 which can be operationally connected to a machine user interface squaring machine 10 by which the electronic control unit 185 can emit one or more signals, for example of a visible and / or audible type, perceptible by a user operator or possibly receive one or more inputs. For example, the user interface could be defined by a PC with a monitor and, 10 for example, be fixed to the base frame 20 of the squaring machine 10 or alternatively positioned remotely or still be of the type of a mobile device bile. The electronic control unit 185 can be configured for the management and control of checking the operation of the squaring machine 10. 15 In particular, the electronic control unit 185 can be operationally connected connected to the drive motor (of each spindle 50) to control its activation tion and deactivation, thus activating and deactivating the rotation of the relevant abrasive tool 60, or the relative abrasive wheel, around the axis of rotation tion R. 20 The electronic control unit 185 can also be operationally connected to the regulation group (of each spindle 50) to control its activation and deactivation so as to selectively adjust the position of the grinding wheel along the direction of translation. Furthermore, the electronic control unit 185 can be operationally connected to the 25 side bank translation group 30 to control their activation and deactivation in order to adjust the relative position of the side banks 30 along the flanking direction B. The electronic control unit 185 can also be operationally connected to the system of door 170 to detect its configuration, i.e. to detect (for example) 5 perhaps through a sensor, such as a proximity sensor or other type of sensor still suitable for the purpose) if the 170 door system is in the closing configuration or in the opening configuration. The electronic control unit 185 can then be configured to terminate the operation of the 50 series spindles and / or generate an alarm signal if 10 (i.e. when) the door system 170 switches from the closed configuration to the con- open figuration. The invention thus conceived is susceptible to numerous modifications and variations all falling within the scope of the inventive concept. Furthermore, all details are replaceable with other technically equivalent elements. 15 In practice the materials used, as well as the contingent shapes and dimensions, po- can be any depending on the needs without leaving the am- protection of the following claims.
