Description

DESCRIPTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a rifle 5 semi-automatic.

[0002] In particular, with “semi-automatic rifle” you means a semi-automatic rifle for sporting use, for example example for hunting.

[0003] In known embodiments, the rifles 10 semi-automatics comprise a main body, also known as the carcass, in which they are housed or on which specific components are involved such as those of the firing mechanism or trigger assembly.

[0004] In particular, the main body is suitable 15 also to support a barrel group and a tube group reservoir.

[0005] According to a preferred embodiment, the semi-automatic rifle which is the subject of this The invention is of the type known as “gas-operated”. 20 This semi-automatic rifle uses gas energy. resulting from the explosion of gunpowder: a part of these gases is in fact tapped from the barrel through one or more holes in order to generate an expansion within a tank tube assembly 25 comprising a closed cylinder and a sliding piston. The thrust of the piston in turn generates an impulse which rearms the moving masses, ejects the cartridge case and loads the new ammunition.

[0006] Preferably, the semi-automatic rifle 5 The object of this invention is of the type known as “inertial”, in which inertial energy is exploited of a moving mass to perform the reset action.

[0007] Typical problem of weapons, and in particularity of rifles, is to have a well-made weapon 10 balanced, both in the firing phase and in the aiming phase. rifles, especially those for sporting use, long-barreled example, are designed and produced consequently. However, each user has specific needs and desires, therefore it is not said 15 that the balance of the rifle as produced meets everyone's needs.

[0008] To solve this problem, it is therefore known use special ballast elements, for example mountable on the rifle, for example on the rib of the 20 barrel, to change the balance according to these needs. However, these known elements are not always be easy to assemble and above all affect the overall aesthetics of the rifle.
