Description

Patent Description for Industrial Invention entitled: “PRODUCT FOR COVERING SURFACE”. On behalf of: TECNOGRAFICA SpA, a company incorporated and existing according to Italian law, having its headquarters in 42014 CASTELLARANO (RE). Designated Inventor: LAMBERTI Paolo. DESCRIPTION The present invention relates to a product for the coating of surfaces. In the construction sector, the use of different types of products is well known which are placed on the walls and / or floors present in a given environment in order to cover and / or decorate them. A particular type of covering is made up of panels of coating, or sheet-shaped objects provided with a laying face, which is associated with the surface to be covered, and of a visible face, opposite to the laying face and which, in use, is turned towards the outside so as to be visible. The cladding panels can be of different sizes and be made of different materials including, for example, marble, granite and ceramic. Generally, the fixing of such cladding panels takes place via the use of glues, usually of the cement type, which are spread on the laying face and on the surface to be covered before making them adhere to each other of them. The cladding panels of the known type, however, have some drawbacks that are mainly related to the relevant methodologies of assembly. The use of traditional glues, in particular those based on cement, requires that they are laid out in a precise and even manner uniform, therefore requiring expert personnel and long lead times execution. Added to this is the fact that the use of the above-mentioned glues of the type traditional can generate huge amounts of dust and their application can be very noisy and interfere significantly with performing other activities. Generally, the glues that are used to fix the panels of coatings contain several components that can be harmful for the environment. Consequently, since the glues applied to the laying face adhere to it permanently, the disposal of the waste is complex end-of-life cladding panels. Always in relation to the assembly process of the decorative panels is It is important to underline how it is often difficult to adjust the position of the cladding panel once the latter has been laid due to of the drying of the glue. This means that the installation must be done precisely by hand. qualified and specialized personnel. Added to this is the fact that once the cladding panel is Once attached to the surface to be coated it can hardly be detached, for example to carry out maintenance work, without being damaged and therefore inevitably replaced. Another drawback that cladding panels of this type suffer from known is related to the fact that they are often very heavy, thus resulting difficult to handle both during transport and installation. Again, known type cladding panels cannot always be integrate, from an aesthetic and / or architectural point of view, with the components structural and / or furnishing elements already present in the installation environment. This aspect is mainly related to the fact that the panels of known type of coating has a high thickness and, therefore, a once laid, they do not always manage to align with the existing structures, in primarily taps and door and window frames. The main task of the present invention is to devise a product for covering surfaces that can be mounted in in a quick, practical and simple way, even by non-specialized personnel. Another purpose of the present invention is to devise a product for the coating of surfaces that can be applied through a working methodology that is minimally invasive towards the external environment. A further aim of the present invention is to devise a manufactured article for the coating of surfaces that allows the position of the same product once installed on the surface to be covered, so as to improve the quality and appearance of the finished work. Again, another object of the present invention is to devise a product for covering surfaces that can be moved and handled quickly and easily. A further aim of the present invention is to devise a manufactured article for surface coatings that can be recycled, at least in part, once its life cycle has concluded. Another object of the present invention is to devise a product for the surface covering that can be installed in an environment existing integrating satisfactorily with the structural components already present in the environment. Another purpose of this invention is to devise a product for the surface coating that allows the aforementioned to be overcome drawbacks of the prior art in the context of a simple solution, rational, easy and effective to use and low cost. The above mentioned purposes are achieved by this product for the surface coating having the characteristics of claim 1. Other features and advantages of the present invention will be found more evident from the description of some forms of execution preferred, but not exclusive, of a product for surface coating, illustrated for indicative but not limiting purposes in the attached tables of drawings in which: Figure 1 is an axonometric view of a product according to the invention and made according to a first embodiment; Figure 2 is an axonometric view of the artifact of Figure 1 according to a different angle than that in figure 1 and during the mounting on a surface to be coated; Figure 3 is an axonometric and exploded view of an artifact according to the found, made according to a second embodiment and during the mounting on a surface to be coated; Figure 4 is an axonometric view of an artifact according to the invention, made according to a third embodiment and during assembly on a surface to be coated. With particular reference to these figures, it has been globally indicated with the reference number 1 a product for covering surfaces. The artifact 1 according to the invention comprises: - at least one plate body 2 made of metallic material, having a reduced thickness and provided with at least one visible face 3 decorated and of at least one laying face 4 opposite the visible face 3 and intended to be directed, in use, towards a surface S to be covered; - fixing means 5 associated with the plate body 2 and suitable for fixing the artifact 1 to the surface S to be coated. In use, the artifact 1 is assembled by turning the installation face 4 towards the surface S to be covered and fixing the plate body 2 to the same surface S through the fastening means 5, according to methods that will be described in detail later. Thanks to the assembly of artifact 1 it is possible to cover, at least in part, the surface S and make the visible face 3 visible from the outside which is decorated, improving and / or personalising its aesthetic appearance surface S. With particular reference to the embodiments shown in the figures, a possible use of artifact 1 is shown which, specifically, it is used to cover the external surface of a vertical wall. This choice should be seen only as an example of a possible use of artifact 1 without excluding that the same artifact 1 can be installed on a surface S of a different nature such as, for example for example, the walking surface of a floor. In this regard, it is emphasized that artifact 1 is to be considered suitable for cover a surface S of a different nature which can be, for example, tiled, made of masonry or plasterboard. The artifact 1 can be used to cover a surface S positioned inside or outside a building. With particular reference to the figures, the plate body 2 has the following conformation: substantially rectangular and has a length of approximately 3000 mm and a width of approximately 1500 mm. However, alternative forms of implementation of the artifact 1 are not excluded. where the plate body 2 is dimensionally different from that shown in the figures and, for example, has a smaller length and / or width compared to those mentioned above. In this regard it is possible to specify how the dimensions of the body are plate 2 can be adapted to the surface S to be covered or to the specific assembly needs through simple cutting of the same slab body 2. Preferably, the metallic material is chosen from the list including: steel, aluminum, iron. Preferably, the thickness of the plate body 2 is between 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm, preferably between 0.6 mm and 1.4 mm, more preferably between 0.8 mm and 1.2 mm. The fact of making the body in metal plate 2, together with the fact of keeping the thickness of the same plate body 2 reduced, allows for obtain a lightweight artifact that can thus be easily handled and transported. It is thus possible to simplify the transport of product 1 from the factory to production at the construction site; in fact, since the artifact 1 is lighter and less bulky compared to the known type of cladding panels, it can be moved through cheaper transport systems and simplified compared to those used today. Added to this is the fact that such artifact 1 can be easily moved by the operators inside the construction site and laid with greater ease compared to what happens today for cladding panels known type. Furthermore, the fact of having a lighter product than the panels of known coating allows to reduce the health risk to workers, which handle lighter loads and which incur less frequently in accidents at work. An additional benefit of the reduced thickness of the plate body 2 is linked to the fact that the latter can be placed on the surface S in so as to integrate with any existing structures. For example, in the case where at the surface S there are if there are windows or doors or tap components it is possible install the plate body 2 substantially flush with the external profile of such components, without having to be modified. This aspect contributes to making artifact 1 highly versatile, as it can be mounted on both newly built S surfaces and on pre-existing S surfaces. Advantageously, the visible face 3 comprises at least one element of decoration 6 made via digital printing. Preferably, the decorative element 6 is made by printing high resolution digital. For example, the decoration element 6 can be representative of effects aesthetics typical of natural stones and / or have a three-dimensional effect. Again, the decoration element 6 is made using products of prints resistant to wear and / or cleaning products and / or attacks acids. These aspects further contribute to making artifact 1 highly versatile as it can be installed inside an environment with different intended uses as well as outside and is able to satisfy the particular aesthetic taste of different types of customers. Three different embodiments of the artifact 1 which differ, mainly, in the nature of the means of fixing 5. Figures 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the artifact 1 in which the fixing means 5 are of the adhesive type and include at least one adhesive layer 7 made of double-sided adhesive material and associated with pose face 4. The adhesive layer 7 is essentially of the type of a double-sided film provided with a first adhesive face, fixed to the laying face 4, and a second adhesive face, opposite to the first adhesive face and positionable, in use, on the surface S to be covered. When the second adhesive face adheres to the surface S from covering, the fixing of the plate body 2 to the same surface S is obtained. Usefully, the fastening means 5 made according to the first form of realizations include a coating film arranged on the second adhesive side and which is removed by a user when it is it is necessary to fix artifact 1 to surface S. It is evident that the presence of the adhesive layer 7 in material double-sided tape allows you to simplify and speed up the installation phase considerably installation of the artifact 1 compared to what occurs in the known art. In fact, the operator who is assembling the artifact 1 must simply make the second adhesive face adhere to the surface S, without performing any other operations, other than removing the film coating. The installation times of the artifact 1 thus created are significantly reduced compared to the case in which traditional glues are used which must dry for a long time before the artifact 1 is fixed stably on the S surface. Thanks to the presence of the adhesive layer 7, the artefact 1 can be installed by even non-specialized operators, as it is not required special training to perform the installation. In addition to this, this process is much less invasive than the known type of processes and the double-sided material turns out to be more cheaper than traditional glues. Furthermore, the double-sided material has less impact on the environment than the glues used today, thus facilitating the disposal phase of the artifact 1 when it is decommissioned. Advantageously and as can be seen in figure 2, the adhesive layer 7 is suitable for substantially cover the laying face 4. This last aspect helps to increase the portion of the face of pose 4 which adheres to the surface S, thus improving the seal of the fixing of artifact 1 to surface S. Preferably, the double-sided material is of the structural type. Thanks to this last particular technical device, the adhesive layer 7 can easily adapt and conform to the surface S to be coated which, in in some cases, it may present some irregularities. This allows to further improve the adhesion of the adhesive layer 7, limiting the occurrence of cases of detachment of artefact 1 from surface S. Figure 3 and Figure 4 show, respectively, a second and a third embodiment of the artifact 1, in which components identical to the first embodiment have the same reference numbers of the first embodiment to which detailed description is referred to in full. The second and third embodiments of artifact 1 are differ from the first form of realization of the artifact 1 mainly due to the fact that the fastening means 5 are of the magnetic type and comprise at least one film body 8, made of material magnetic and fixable to the surface S to be coated, and at least a portion fixing 9, made of ferromagnetic material, associated with the body plate 2 and magnetically coupled to the film body 8. Preferably, the film body 8 has a relative thickness between 0.2 mm and 0.8 mm, preferably between 0.3 mm and 0.7 mm, plus preferably between 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm. This aspect contributes to reducing the overall thickness of the product 1 once fixed to the surface S. For example, the thickness of film body 8 is 0.5 mm. Advantageously, the fastening means 5 made according to the third and the fourth embodiment comprises at least one fixing layer made of double-sided adhesive material and suitable for fixing the film body 8 to the surface S to be coated. Preferably, the fixing layer is made of double-sided adhesive material. structural type. Referring to figure 3 and figure 4, it is possible to notice how the means of fixing 5 comprise a plurality of film bodies 8 distributed and positioned on the surface S according to the size and conformation of the plate body 2 which must be fixed. With particular reference to the embodiment shown in figure 3, the fastening means 5 comprise at least one fastening plate 10 made of ferromagnetic material and provided with a first face, associated with the pose face 4, and a second face 11, opposite to the first face, the fixing portion 9 being substantially coinciding with the second face 11. According to the third embodiment, the fixing of the artifact 1 to the surface S occurs through electromagnetic interaction between the film bodies 8 and a support in ferromagnetic material, consisting of from the fixing plate 10, which is associated with the laying face 4. For example, the ferromagnetic material from which the plate is made Fixing 10 is iron. Preferably, the thickness of the fixing plate 10 is between 0.4 mm and 0.10 mm, preferably between 0.5 mm and 0.9 mm, more preferably between 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm. This aspect contributes to reducing the overall thickness of the product 1 once fixed to the surface S. According to the possible embodiment shown in figure 3, the coupling between the fixing plate 10 and the plate body 2 takes place in so as to delimit a perimeter edge on the laying face 4, shaped substantially framed, free, i.e. not covered by the sheet of fixing 10. In other words, the surface extension of the fixing plate 10 is slightly less than the surface extension of the laying face 4 of the slab body 2. Preferably, as provided in the embodiment shown in figure 3, the metal material with which the body is made plate 2 is aluminum. Still referring to the third embodiment, the fixing means 5 comprise at least one connecting layer 12 made of double-sided adhesive material, placed between the plate body 2 and the fixing plate 10 and is suitable for fixing the fixing plate 10 to the plate body 2. In detail, the connecting layer 12 is positioned between the laying face 4 and the first face of the fixing plate 10. Preferably, the double-sided material from which the layer is made connection 12 is of a structural type. The artifact 1 made according to the third embodiment is shown in figure 4 and differs from artifact 1 in figure 3 mainly for the the fact that the plate body 2 is made of ferromagnetic material, the fixing portion 9 being substantially coincident with the face of pose 4. In other words, as provided in the third embodiment, the fixing of the artefact 1 to the surface S occurs through interaction electromagnetic direct between the film bodies 8 and the laying face 4, without the interposition of any ferromagnetic support as instead occurs in reference to the second embodiment. Preferably, the ferromagnetic material from which the body is made plate 2 shown in figure 4 is chosen from the list including: iron, steel. The operator who is engaged in the installation of the artifact 1 equipped with means of magnetic type fixing 5 proceeds, initially, to fix to the surface S the film bodies 8, through the application of the layer of fixing in double-sided adhesive material. Subsequently, the operator proceeds to bring the film bodies 8 closer to the fixing portion 9 in ferromagnetic material. In particular, in the case in which the artifact 1 is made according to the second embodiment, the operator brings the second face 11 closer to the pellicular bodies. Instead, in the case where the artifact 1 is made according to the third form of realization, the operator directly approaches the laying face 4 to the pellicular bodies 8. It is evident that the presence of the fixing means 5 according to the second and third embodiments simplify and speed up significantly the assembly of the artifact 1 compared to the known technique and not necessarily requires the use of specialized manpower. In fact, it is sufficient to bring the fixing portion 9 close to the film bodies 8, without performing any other activity, other than the installation of the bodies film 8. Furthermore, thanks to the presence of the 5 type fastening means magnetic, the artifact 1 is connected to the surface S to be coated in substantially removable manner. By virtue of this aspect, to decouple the artifact 1 from the surface S it is simply detach the fixing plate 10 or the plate body 2 from the bodies film 8 exerting on the same plate body 2 a force opposite to the magnetic interaction force. It appears so clear how, thanks to the presence of the fixing means 5 of magnetic type, it is possible to adjust the position of the artifact 1 on the surface S and / or carry out any maintenance work on it artifact 1 or on surface S in a simple and fast way. Added to all this is the absence of glues applied to the artifact 1 allows you to completely and entirely recycle the product 1 when is being decommissioned. Furthermore, the magnetic fastening means 5 allow for reduce the overall installation cost of artifact 1 compared to as occurs in the known art. In practice, it has been found that the described invention achieves the objectives proposed and in particular it is emphasized that the particular arrangement technician who plans to make the body out of metal plate and with a reduced thickness allows for obtaining a light and easily manufactured product movable. This facilitates the transport and installation of the product itself, limiting the costs of installation and the number of people employed. Furthermore, the fact that the slab body has a reduced thickness allows to install the product on practically any type of surface since it can integrate satisfactorily with any existing structures in correspondence of this surface. Furthermore, the fact of providing a double-sided fixing layer or means magnetic fastening allows you to improve and speed up the assembly of this artifact. In fact, thanks to the above-mentioned fastening means, it is no longer necessary spread glues, which then have to dry, nor use only specialized personnel. Furthermore, the fastening means according to the invention define a connection removable between the artifact and the surface to be covered, thus allowing adjust the position of the same artifact once installed on the surface to be covered and / or dismantled to carry out any necessary work maintenance. Furthermore, the fastening means with which the product is equipped according to the found to have a low environmental impact, thus allowing for recycling artifact when it is decommissioned.
