Description

DESCRIPTION Attached to a patent application for an INDUSTRIAL INVENTION having by title “Lighting device” On behalf of: LED ITALY SRL Via Cesare Luda 2 10022 CARMAGNOLA TO 5 ******* The present invention relates to a lighting device with LED strip. Electrified lighting tracks are known to be connected to them. spotlights; for example, a typical application is found in shops. They are also known applications in which rigid sheaths are placed along the tracks 10 modular LED strip housings. They are therefore placed side by side more sheaths so as to cover the desired length of the tracks. Spotlights are placed in correspondence with any curves. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device of lighting that allows maximum flexibility and possibility of 15 customization to meet specific needs of the interior designer. Another purpose is to facilitate and speed up assembly. The task technically specified and the specified purposes are substantially achieved by a lighting device comprising the technical characteristics 20 set forth in one or more of the attached claims. Further features and advantages of the present invention will appear. made clearer by the indicative, and therefore non-limiting, description, of a preferred but non-exclusive embodiment of a device of lighting as illustrated in the attached drawings where: 25 - figure 1 shows an application of the lighting device according to the present invention; - figure 2 shows a cross-sectional view of a first solution of the lighting device according to the present invention; - figure 3 shows a series of applications of the lighting device figure 2 with some parts broken off to better highlight others; - figure 4 shows a perspective view of the lighting device of figure 2 with some parts removed to better highlight others; 5 - Figure 5 shows a cross-sectional view of a second solution of the lighting device according to the present invention; - figure 6 shows a series of applications of the lighting device figure 5 with some parts broken off to better highlight others; - figure 7 shows a perspective view of the lighting device of 10 figure 5 with some parts removed to better highlight others. In the attached figures with the reference number 1 a device is indicated of lighting. This device 1 comprises lighting means 2 LED. The 2 means of LED lighting appropriately they include / coincide with a 20 LED strip. 15 The device 1 also comprises a longitudinal sheath 3 which defines a housing 30 of the 2 LED lighting means. Conveniently the sheath 3 also defines a longitudinal slot 35 which allows the exit outside the housing 30 of the light produced by the means 2 of lighting. Conveniently, this slot 35 is rectilinear. 20 The device 1 also comprises means 4 for supporting the sheath 3. Conveniently the 4 support means comprise a profile 400 longitudinal. Appropriately the 400 profile is rigid. Appropriately the profile 400 is metallic, for example aluminum or aluminum alloy. for example the 4 support means in technical jargon are also called 25 track. Typically the 4 support means are hung from the ceiling (see (for example figure 4 or 6) or constrained along the wall (see for example figure 1). The 4 support means (in particular the 400 profile) appropriately define a longitudinal seat 40 intended for accommodate the sheath 3. In particular the support means 4 embrace the 30 sheath 3. The support means 4 and the sheath 3 comprise, one a protrusion 61 and the other a cove 62 intended to connect mutually. Conveniently such protrusion 61 and inlet 62 are engageable / disengageable by elastic deformation. Sheath 3 is flexible. This way it can adapt to the flow of the longitudinal development of the support means 4. Guide 3 is therefore 5 flexible along the longitudinal development. Therefore the sheath 3 along the longitudinal development is suitable to assume a non-configuration rectilinear or in any case to change its longitudinal development line. This allows us to better adapt to specific needs and longitudinal development of the 4 support means. Furthermore, the flexibility facilitates 10 storage. For example, sheath 3, for storage, can be rolled up on itself, reducing the bulk. Preferably the sheath 3 is a single monolithic body. Preferably the Sheath 3 is made of PVC. Sheath 3 is, appropriately, an extruded profile. Sheath 3 is removable from the support means 4. In particular, sheath 3 15 is removable from the longitudinal seat 40. And for example it can be repositioned in another point of the longitudinal seat 40. Along the longitudinal development of the 4 support means there is a sheath only 3. In particular along the entire longitudinal development of the vehicles 4 there is only one support sheath 3. 20 The 2 LED lighting means (in particular the 20 LED strip) are connected to a single sheath 3 and not to multiple sheaths in succession. Advantageously, the device 1 comprises a protective resin 5 placed in said housing 30. The 20 LED strip is in contact with the resin 5 protective. Typically the protective resin 5 covers the 20 LED strip. The 25 strip 20 LEDs is therefore drowned in the protective resin 5. Appropriately the protective resin 5 allows the light to pass through produced by the lighting means 2. Conveniently the resin 5 is transparent. Advantageously, but not necessarily, resin 5 protective is a polyurethane resin. 30 Appropriately the sheath 3 comprises a defined cross-section at least from one back wall 31 (and appropriately from two walls 32, 33 lateral ones that develop from opposite sides of the back wall 31). LED strip 2 is applied to said back wall 31. The back wall 31 bottom is preferably opposite to said slot 35. In the solution exemplified in figure 2, the sheath 3 has a cross-section 5 transversal to C. Conveniently in this solution the means 2 of LED lighting is powered by 220V. Conveniently in this case solution the sheath 3 has a cross-section (or rather orthogonal to the predominant development direction of the sheath 3) which can be inserted into a imaginary square with sides 20 mm. Advantageously, the sheath 3 10 is symmetrical. Appropriately between the back wall 31 and at least one (preferably each) of the two lateral walls 32, 33 there is a throat 36. In the solution exemplified in figure 5, the cross-section of the sheath 3 is asymmetrical. Advantageously the bottom wall 31 and a 15 of the two lateral walls 32 33 are connected. In particular, wall 31 of the bottom and one of the two lateral walls 32, 33 develop without discontinuity. In particular, the sheath 3 comprises a first chamber 34 behind said back wall 31. 20 The sheath 3 may also include a second chamber 341 behind it to the said back wall 31. Conveniently in the solution of figure 5 the housing 30 is shaped “V” shaped. Conveniently in this solution the 2 LED lighting means are powered at 48V. Conveniently in this solution the sheath 3 has the 25 cross-section (or rather orthogonal to the direction of development predominant sheath 3) which can be inserted into a rectangle imaginary of sides 15x30 millimeters. In the preferred solution, device 1 is applied in a room (indoor applications). In particular it is applied externally to water or 30 from outside areas where it would be exposed to the elements. The object of the present invention is a method of manufacturing a lighting device 1 having one or more of the characteristics indicated above. Appropriately in a first implementation mode the method includes 5 the phase of making (preferably by extrusion) said sheath 3 longitudinal of the predetermined length; thus the sheath 3 it fits to measure, occupying a dedicated area of the development entirely longitudinal of the 4 support means. The method also includes the phase of positioning the 2 means of 10 LED lighting inside the housing 30 of the sheath 3. This phase is followed by the insertion of the protective resin 5 into the means 4 of support. The method also includes the step of applying said sheath 3 to the means 4 supportive. 15 Appropriately in a second implementation modality the method includes the step of cutting a piece of a longer sheath 3 previously obtained; in this way it is possible to obtain a fragment of a desired predetermined length. Conveniently, but not necessarily, the method includes the step of obtaining the sheath from which 20 the piece is cut by extrusion. The method then involves positioning the 2 LED lighting devices inside the housing 30 of the sheath 3. This phase is followed by the insertion of the protective resin 5 into the means 4 of support. 25 The method also includes the step of applying said sheath 3 to the means 4 supportive. The present invention achieves important advantages. First of all, it makes it easier to assemble the sheath as being flexible it is more easily adaptable to the support to which it is attached 30 applied compared to the use of modular rigid sections. A further important advantage is linked to the fact that it can be rolled up for minimize space requirements during storage. An additional advantage is that the product can be removed and repositioned at a later time in different parts of the support means (track). The invention thus conceived is susceptible to numerous modifications and 5 variants, all falling within the scope of the inventive concept that the characterizes. Furthermore, all the details can be replaced by other elements technically equivalent. In practice, all the materials used, as well as the dimensions, they can be any, depending on the needs.
