Sunshade slats are devices used to partially or completely screen totally the light rays filtering through the windows, and based on the Their inclination allows you to adjust the brightness level of an environment 5 internal. Sunshade slats are part of a sunshade system. A system The sunshade also includes a movement mechanism, configured to attach to the slats via connecting elements, and an actuator to move the slats. 10 The sunshade slats are devices that can be oriented around a tilt axis, parallel to a longitudinal direction, along the which present their maximum extension. The lamellae can be oriented between a first limit position (maximum opening position), in which are parallel and perpendicular to the vertical direction, and a second 15 limit position (closed position) in which they are substantially parallel to each other and parallel to the vertical direction. In the second limit position the slats are also in contact with each other. The sunshade slat comprises an extended base wall in longitudinal direction between a first end and a second end. 20 The base wall of said lamella comprises an external surface and an internal surface. In one embodiment, the second protrusion 12 is made in the flat lamella 2 is equivalent to the second protrusion 12 present in the bent blade 1, so we refer to the manufacturing forms 10 previously illustrated for a detailed description of the characteristics related to the second protrusion 12 According to one embodiment, at the end of the second phase folding of the lamella, the inner surface 402 and the outer surface 401 of the flat plate 2 coincide with the respective internal surface 15 102 and the respective external surface 101 of the bent blade 1. Advantageously, the method for making a bent lamella 1 reduces production waste. Advantageously, the method for making a bent lamella 1 optimizes, facilitates and speeds up the mechanical processing of the 20 lamella itself. Advantageously, the method for making a bent lamella 1 allows for a connection to be created between the blade and the element very strong connection. THE AGENCY Eng.
