[0021] To make the objectives, solutions, and advantageous effects of the invention clearer and more comprehensible, the invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and exemplary embodiments.
[0022] This disclosure provides an embodiment of the invention of a burner for a gas cooktop. As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the burner includes a burner head and a burner head base 3. The burner head base 3 is configured to support the burner head. A gas accommodating cavity is formed at intervals between the burner head and the burner head base 3.
[0023] The burner head base 3 includes a first Venturi tube 16, a second Venturi tube 17, a support plate 18, a first annular gas supply groove 1, and a second annular gas supply groove 2 that surrounds the first annular gas supply groove 1. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the first annular gas supply groove 1 and the second annular gas supply groove 2 are located above the support plate 18, and the first Venturi tube 16 and the second Venturi tube 17 are located below the support plate 18. The first Venturi tube 16 is in communication with the first annular gas supply groove 1. The second Venturi tube 17 is in communication with the second annular gas supply groove 2.
[0024] The burner head is provided with cooktop support legs 7. Specifically, the cooktop support legs 7 are integrally formed on the burner head. Slots 4 are disposed on a side wall of the burner head base 3. As shown in FIG. 1, when the burner head is placed on the burner head base 3 from top to bottom, bottom ends of the cooktop support legs 7 are partially inserted into the slots 4.
[0025] When the burner head is placed on the burner head base 3, bottom ends of the cooktop support legs 7 are partially inserted into the slots 4, so that the burner head cannot rotate circumferentially, and the burner head will not fall off from the burner head base 3 easily. Therefore, the burner head and the burner head base 3 may be better fastened, and the cooktop support legs 7 may support the cooktop more stably.
[0026] A quantity of the slots 4 and a quantity of the cooktop support legs 7 are the same, and are both four. The slots 4 are in a one-to-one correspondence with the cooktop support legs 7. Bottom ends of the cooktop support legs 7 are partially inserted into the corresponding slots 4. It should be noted herein that, in this embodiment, "the slots 4 are in a one-to-one correspondence with the cooktop support legs 7" does not mean that a specific cooktop support leg 7 can only match a specific slot 4, but instead, any cooktop support leg 7 is adapted to match any slot 4. However, when the burner head is placed on the burner head base 3, one cooktop support leg 7 matches one slot 4.
[0027] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, the burner head includes an inner ring portion 14 and an outer ring portion 8 that surrounds an outer side of the inner ring portion 14. The cooktop support legs 7 are integrally formed on the outer ring portion 8. In this embodiment, the inner ring portion 14 and the outer ring portion 8 are made of different materials. A material of the inner ring portion 14 has better high-temperature resistance than that of a material of the outer ring portion 8. Specifically, the inner ring portion 14 is a copper inner ring portion, and the outer ring portion 8 is a cast iron outer ring portion.
[0029] An inner wall of the outer ring portion 8 includes a top surface 10 and a side surface 9 that are connected, and the top surface 10 is provided with an inner positioning surface. A top portion of the inner ring portion 14 is provided with an outer positioning surface. Both the inner positioning surface and the outer positioning surface are in circular ring shapes. The inner positioning surface squeezes and fits in with the outer positioning surface from top to bottom. When the inner positioning surface squeezes and fits in with the outer positioning surface, the two are sealed to each other, and there is no airflow channel disposed between the two for gas to pass through.
[0030] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the inner ring portion 14 includes a fire-gathering ring and an annular wall 15 that is connected to an outer wall of the fire-gathering ring. The annular wall 15 is integrally formed on the fire-gathering ring.
[0031] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the fire-gathering ring is disposed in a shape of a side wall of an inverted truncated cone, so that the heating efficiency is improved. As shown in FIG. 4, the outer wall of the fire-gathering ring and an inner wall of the annular wall 15 enclose a first gas channel 21. When the burner head is placed on the burner head base 3, the first gas channel 21 is in communication with the first annular gas supply groove 1. As shown in FIG. 4, the inner wall of the outer ring portion 8, the outer wall of the fire-gathering ring, and an outer wall of the annular wall 15 enclose a second gas channel 22. When the burner head is placed on the burner head base 3, the second gas channel 22 is in communication with the second annular gas supply groove 2.
[0032] The fire-gathering ring is provided with a plurality of first fire holes 11 in communication with the first gas channel 21 and a plurality of second fire holes 12 in communication with the second gas channel 22. The first fire holes 11 are located below the second fire holes 12. The fire-gathering ring is provided with a ring of flame-stabilizing groove 13. As shown in FIG. 3, some first fire holes 11 are disposed in the flame-stabilizing groove 13.
[0033] The gas accommodating cavity includes an inner cavity and an outer cavity independent of each other. The outer cavity surrounds the inner cavity. The first gas channel 21 and the first annular gas supply groove 1 are stitched together to form the inner cavity. The second gas channel 22 and the second annular gas supply groove 2 are stitched together to form the outer cavity. The first Venturi tube 16 is configured to supply gas to the first annular gas supply groove 1. In other words, the first Venturi tube 16 is configured to supply gas to the inner cavity. The second Venturi tube 17 is configured to supply gas to the second annular gas supply groove 2. In other words, the second Venturi tube 17 is configured to supply gas to the outer cavity.
[0034] The burner head is an inner-flame burner head. Fire holes of the burner head are all disposed in the inner ring portion 14. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the fire holes of the burner head are all disposed in the fire-gathering ring.
[0035] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the burner head base 3 is provided with four legs 5, and each leg 5 is located above the support plate 18. An air supplement channel 6 is disposed at an interval between two adjacent legs 5. The four slots 4 are in a one-to-one correspondence with the four legs 5. Each slot 4 is disposed in a corresponding leg 5. The support plate 18 is configured to support the four legs 5. The support plate 18 and the legs 5 are both configured to enclose the air supplement channel 6. The air supplement channel 6 is located above the support plate 18.
[0036] The legs 5 are provided with gas channels configured to supply gas to the gas accommodating cavity. Gas channels of some legs 5 are configured to supply gas to the inner cavity, and specifically, are in communication with the first Venturi tube 16. Gas channels of other legs 5 are configured to supply gas to the outer cavity, and specifically, are in communication with the second Venturi tube 17.
[0037] The above is only one embodiment of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims. Other embodiments may be obtained by adding, deleting, modifying, or replacing some technical features. For example, not as an embodiment of the present invention, the burner head may alternatively adopt an integral structure, that is, the inner ring portion and the outer ring portion are no longer disposed separately, but are integrally formed.
[0038] In another example, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the cooktop support legs 7 may alternatively adopt other structures, and the slots 4 on the side wall of the burner head base 3 do not extend to the support plate 18. FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 show diagrams of effects achieved when the burner is applied to a gas cooktop. The gas cooktop is adapted to be provided with two burners, where one burner on the left side is mounted, and the other burner on the right side is not mounted yet. The gas cooktop includes a panel. The bottom ends of the cooktop support legs 7 are located above the panel. The bottom ends of the cooktop support legs 7 are spaced apart from the panel by a specific distance. The panel includes a glass cooktop panel 19 and a drip pan 20. The drip pan 20 is snugly disposed on the glass cooktop panel 19. Specifically, the drip pan 20 is adhesively fixed to the glass cooktop panel 19. An upper surface of the drip pan 20 is a plane, so that the drip pan 20 is easy to clean. As shown in FIG. 5, the bottom ends of the cooktop support legs 7 are located above the drip pan 20, and the bottom ends of the cooktop support legs 7 are spaced apart from the drip pan 20 by a specific distance. Different embodiment components may be combined with each other in any feasible manner within the definition of the appended claims, to achieve the objectives of this invention.
