The aim of the invention is also a device for implementing this method, and also the therapeutic means thus obtained. Currently, therapeutic treatments are generally carried out by means of drugs administered in liquid or solid form, orally or rectally, or even by parenteral injection, in the case of liquids. These drugs are generally very effective, but often, due to their dosage and composition, they produce undesirable and even dangerous side effects. The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks. The aim of the present invention is in fact a method for obtaining a therapeutic means, characterized in that this method consists in diluting a gas, which serves as a remedy, in another gas, in a previously cleaned, sealed container, according to a decimal, centesimal or similar dilution ratio, and then in making the gas mixture thus obtained dynamic, for about 5 minutes, by mixing or agitating it, or by heating the container, or by circulating the mixture itself, in repeating the dilution and dynamic operations of the gas mixture, until the desired degree of dilution is reached, and finally in decanting the therapeutic means obtained into means of transfer and application, such as hermetically sealed syringes, watertight enema bulbs, or emetic containers intended to be used for inhalation or for feeding a syringe, or gelatinous pills that can be taken orally. According to a variant embodiment of the invention, in the case of a mixture of gases in liquid phase, the operation of transferring the therapeutic medium into the means of transfer and application is preceded by a phase of expansion of the mixture, intended to bring it to the gaseous state. The object of the invention is also a device for implementing the method described above, which is characterized by the fact that it is substantially constituted by a sealed container equipped with one or more connections for gas sources* from multiple gas sources, by a means for dynamizing the gas mixture* such as a fan*, an agitator*, a circulation pump connected to two ends of the container* or a device for heating the container, by a means for transferring the therapeutic medium to the means for transferring and applying the therapeutic medium and, in the case of a liquid phase preparation, by an expansion device mounted between the sealed container and the transfer means. Method for obtaining a therapeutic medium, characterised by the fact that this method essentially consists in diluting a gas used as a remedy in a previously cleaned, sealed container (1) in another gas, according to a decimal, centesimal or other dilution ratio, and then in making the gas mixture thus obtained dynamic for about minutes, by stirring or heating the container, or by circulating the mixture, in repeating the operations of dilution and of making dynamic the said mixture, until the desired degree of dilution is reached, finally in transferring the therapeutic medium obtained to means of transfer and application, such as hermetically sealed syringes, hermetically sealed enema bulbs, or hermetically sealed containers intended to be used for inhalation, or for 1 food, a syringe, or a gelatinous pill that can be taken orally.
