Abstract

This product is a cushioning material used for neck pillows and neck pillows. The back part of this product is made of cloth, and the surface part is made of TPE (ThermoPlastic Elastomer) material, which is very flexible, highly elastic, durable and soft. In addition, between the back part and the surface part is made of highly cushioned urethane, which firmly supports the head, neck and shoulders. The surface part is also made of a triangular and diamond lattice structure with high pressure dispersion based on ergonomics. Triangular lattice points that distribute pressure more are placed on the cervical vertebrae and bones on the surface part, and spacious diamond lattice points are placed on wide areas such as the cheeks and around the face, increasing the contact area and supporting pressure dispersion.
