Film roll unit

Abstract

This article is a film roll unit used in the manufacturing process of laminated substrates for mounting, unwinding, and winding carrier films. This article is used with the film shaft supported by a bearing (closed state) to unwind a wound carrier film (i.e., a film roll) or to wind a carrier film placed on a laminate. When setting the unwound carrier film onto the film shaft or removing the wound carrier film from the film shaft, the bearing is pulled out from the film shaft to the left in a front view, and then the bearing is rotated around the bearing rotation mechanism (open state).
