Abstract

This image is designed to display information that supports real estate management operations. In real estate management operations (primarily settlement operations for billing and payment of rent, management fees, and advance payments), the calculation method for each expense item that needs to be settled differs depending on the property and the owner. Therefore, it is necessary to correctly link (settlement settings) the information for each expense item and its calculation method. This image reduces user settlement errors by displaying the information related to the settlement settings set in separate images all at once on a single screen. When using it, the user selects the expense item for which they wish to see detailed information such as settlement settings from the tree structure displayed in "Display Unit 1," and then "Display Unit 2" displays various categories such as taxes, and "Display Unit 3" displays the multipliers used for calculations.
