To provide an optical film which is excellent in antiglare property and from which fingerprint is excellently wiped.SOLUTION: An optical film is provided, including a first surface and a second surface which is the surface opposite to the first surface, the optical film includes an antireflection layer and an antiglare layer in this order from the first surface to the second surface, where the first surface has a recessed and projected shape. An arithmetic mean height Sa of the first surface, defined by ISO 25178-2: 2012 is 0.05 μm or more, and the first surface satisfies the following Expression 1. Sw×Vmp≤2.00 (Expression 1) [In Expression 1, "Sw" is an inclination angle (degree) when 30 μl droplets of pure water flow down on the first surface.
