Abstract
To provide a corrosion control surface treatment method and a corrosion control surface treated steel material in which advancement of corrosion due to anode reaction and expansion of a cathode region is electrochemically suppressed, so that excellent corrosion resistance can be exhibited.SOLUTION: Corrosion control surface treatment is performed. In the treatment, on a surface of a black skin ferrous material in which a surface to be used by being coated is covered with black skin, a plurality of strings of black skin removal parts are formed in which a part of black skin has been removed by irradiation of pulse laser light, and the black skin removal part having high electrical resistance and the black skin removal part having low electrical resistance are intentionally arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
