Abstract

To provide a door closer device for a vehicle that is capable of suppressing an increase in size, and suppressing a door from being unintentionally brought into an unlatched state by an impact when the vehicle collides or when the door is suddenly closed, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A door closer device 3 for a vehicle that includes: a lock mechanism section 30 provided in a back door 101 of a vehicle 100 and engaged with, in a disengaging manner, a striker 103 provided in a vehicle body of the vehicle 100; and an actuator section 50 for operating the lock mechanism section 30. The actuator section 50 includes: an output shaft 51; an output lever 52 fixed to the output shaft 51 to operate the lock mechanism portion 30; a reduction gear 55 fixed to the output shaft 51; and an actuator case 60 pivotally supporting the output shaft 51 and accommodating the reduction gear 55. A counterweight 57 is provided inside the actuator case 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
