Abstract

Disclosed herein is a high-throughput optical scanning system for generating super-resolution images, and a method for using the same. The optical scanning device and method for using the same provided herein enable high-throughput scanning of continuously moving objects with high resolution, even with variations in stage speed. This can support high-throughput scanning of substrates, such as biological chips containing fluorophores. Also provided herein are improved optical relay systems and scanning optics.
