Abstract

A method for producing a liquid mixture, comprising a first mixing step, in which fine particles are mixed with a hydroxy compound to obtain the hydroxy compound coated with the fine particles, and a second mixing step, in which the hydroxy compound coated with the fine particles is mixed with a solvent to obtain a liquid mixture in which the fine particles coated with the hydroxy compound are dispersed in the solvent.
