Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a separator for a secondary battery and a lithium secondary battery including the same. Specifically, the present invention relates to a separator for a lithium secondary battery having significantly improved excellent heat resistance, excellent adhesive strength, excellent breathability, and excellent high-temperature shrinkage characteristics, which has an inorganic particle layer formed on one or both sides of a porous substrate layer, the inorganic particle layer being made from a slurry containing inorganic particles and a hydrolysis condensate of a silane-based compound with suppressed condensation, which has excellent bonding strength between organic and inorganic substances, and a lithium secondary battery including the same.
