Abstract

A method for the conversion of high-moisture avocado oil processing residues into stabilized, industrialgrade solid biofuels. The invention involves a stabilization process that reduces the moisture content of avocado pits, skins, and pulp to a level sufficient to inhibit microbial decomposition and enzymatic oxidation. The resulting desiccated material is processed into various physical formats-including loose sludge, pulverized powder, chunks, and densified pellets or briquettes-tailored for specific industrial combustion systems. These formats allow for the direct or co-fired replacement of fossil fuels in high-heat applications such as cementkilns, ceramic factories, and industrial boilers. The invention simultaneously addresses the environmental challenges of organic waste disposal while providing a renewable, high-calorific energy source for local industries.
