Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a shot blasting device for H-beam surface treatment, and more specifically, to a shot blasting device for H-beam surface treatment that includes balls of different sizes and can selectively spray one of them according to the degree of surface treatment of the product. Background Technology
[0003] Generally, to treat the surface of an H-beam, the processes of shot blasting, painting, and drying are performed.
[0004] Shot blasting is a process of removing rust, impurities, and oxides present on a metal surface by colliding small particles at high speed with the surface, painting is a process of applying a coating suitable for special environments such as fire resistance and heat resistance, and drying is a process of changing a liquid into a solid while the paint is uniformly adhered with a certain film thickness.
[0005] Specifically, in a shot blast operation, a shot of steel grit or rounded hard particles travels at high speed through a connection such as a long hose in a blast device, and this shot is sprayed through a nozzle connected to the tip of the hose. The nozzle enables surface treatment of the product to be processed by controlling the spray position and speed.
[0006] However, the existing shot blast method has several limitations.
[0007] First, shot blasting operations can utilize different shot sizes to effectively treat blind spots, such as the bottom, interior, corners of narrow spaces, and angled parts of products to be processed, like H-beams. If unsuitable shot sizes are used, there is a high likelihood that the uniformity of the surface treatment will be compromised or that specific areas will be treated incompletely.
[0008] However, conventional shot blasting devices have limitations in that they cannot immediately respond to various surface treatment requirements because they cannot quickly replace or adjust shots of different sizes during operation.
[0009] In addition, there is a possibility of loss during the process of recovering the ejected shot, and it is difficult to precisely control the position and direction of ejection of the ejected shot after it collides with the workpiece.
[0010] As such, existing shot blast nozzles are designed with a structure that makes it difficult for the operator to accurately spray a shot of the desired size at the desired location. This results in problems such as prolonged working time, increased work intensity, and reduced work efficiency. Prior art literature

[0020] At this time, the storage unit may include a control unit in which the connection part is selectively connected to the first receiving part or the second receiving part.
[0021] And the nozzle unit may include a spraying part having a spray hole for spraying the first shot or the second shot, and a recovery part provided inside the spraying part and having a recovery port for recovering the first shot or the second shot, and sliding in the longitudinal direction of the spraying part.
[0022] At this time, it may include a spray control unit coupled to the spray unit and slidably configured in the longitudinal direction of the spray unit to adjust the firing angle of the first shot or the second shot.
[0023] Alternatively, the recovery unit may include a recovery hole that enables the first shot introduced through the recovery port to move in both directions relative to the outside. Effects of the invention
[0025] The shot blast device of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem has the following effects.
[0026] First, since first and second shots of different sizes can be selectively sprayed, precise work is possible to meet the surface treatment requirements of the product.
[0027] Second, the sprayed first shot and second shot can be recovered and stored separately, making management easier and increasing the efficiency of reusing the first or second shot.

[0035] FIG. 1 is a drawing of a shot blast device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a drawing of a storage unit (10) of a shot blast device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a drawing of a nozzle unit (20) of a shot blast device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a drawing of a driving method of a spray control unit (230) of a shot blast device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0036] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the shot blast device of the present invention includes a storage unit (10), a nozzle unit (20), and a connecting part (300).
[0037] The storage unit (10) of the present invention stores a first shot (S1) and a second shot (S2) of different sizes in the shape of balls for product surface processing.
[0038] Specifically, the first shot (S1) is formed with a smaller diameter than the second shot (S2) and can be used for localized surface treatment, such as blind spots like the bottom, interior, narrow spaces, corners, and angled parts of the target product, and can be used in areas where precise surface treatment is required.
[0039] The above storage unit (10) may include a first receiving section (111), a second receiving section (112), and a separation section (120).
[0040] The first receiving portion (111) can receive the first shot (S1) recovered through the connecting portion (300), the second receiving portion (112) can receive the second shot (S2) recovered through the connecting portion (300), and the separation portion (120) can be provided to separate the first receiving portion (111) and the second receiving portion (112).
[0041] As a result, the mixing of the first shot (S1) and the second shot (S2) can be minimized, and shot blasting can be performed so that a shot of the size desired by the user can be used.
[0042] The above separation part (120) may include the partition member (121), the inclined plate (122), the filter plate (123), the stopper (124), and the separation hole (125).
[0043] The above partition member (121) may be configured to separate the first receiving portion (111) and the second receiving portion (112) from each other, such that the first receiving portion (111) is movable relative to the second receiving portion (112).
[0044] The above inclined plate (122) provides a path for the first shot (S1) and the second shot (S2) to flow into the receiving portion, and can adjust the angle formed with one side of the receiving portion.
[0045] At this time, the recovery speed of the first shot (S1) and the second shot (S2) recovered by adjusting the angle of the inclined plate (122) can be adjusted, and the position of the partition member (121) can be varied as the angle of the inclined plate (122) is adjusted.
[0046] A separation hole (125) may be formed in the above inclined plate (122) or the above partition member (121) to have a diameter larger than the diameter of the first shot (S1) and smaller than the diameter of the second shot (S2).
[0047] Through this, the first shot (S1) passes through the separation hole (125) provided in the inclined plate (122) and is received in the first receiving portion (111), and the second shot (S2) does not pass through the separation hole (125) and can be received in the second receiving portion (112).
[0048] Additionally, the first shot (S1) introduced into the second receiving portion (112) can be introduced into the first receiving portion (111) through the separation hole (125) provided in the partition member (121).
[0049] The above filter plate (123) can provide a space in which the first shot (S1) and the second shot (S2) passing through the inclined plate (122) are temporarily accommodated, and the above catch (124) can be formed so that the upper part of the partition member (121) protrudes more than the lower surface of the inclined plate (122).
[0050] Specifically, the height of the stopper (124) is formed to be larger than the diameter of the first shot (S1) and smaller than the diameter of the second shot (S2), so that the first shot (S1) passing through the inclined plate (122) remains in the filter plate (123) and the second shot (S2) flows into the second receiving portion (112), and can be provided to protrude from the upper part of the partition member (121).
[0051] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the partition member (121), the inclined plate (122), or the filter plate (123) can vibrate in different directions, thereby allowing the first shot (S1) and the second shot (S2) to be effectively introduced into the first receiving portion (111) and the second receiving portion (112), respectively.
[0052] Additionally, the above partition member (121) and the above inclined plate (122) may be provided to be detachable, and the size of the separation hole (125) may be replaced with one of a different size.
[0053] If the size serving as the classification criterion changes according to the type of the first shot (S1) and the second shot (S2), the first shot (S1) and the second shot (S2) can be stored in the storage unit (10) respectively according to the classification criteria desired by the user by replacing the partition member (121) and the inclined plate (122) with different sizes of the separation hole (125).
[0054] The above storage unit (10) may include a control unit.
[0055] The control unit above can selectively connect the connection unit (300) to the first receiving unit (111) or the second receiving unit (112) so that the user can freely spray the first shot (S1) or the second shot (S2) according to the material, location, degree of surface treatment, and shape of the target product.
[0056] At this time, when the connection part (300) is connected to the second receiving part (112) through the control part, the first short (S1) may be partially introduced.
[0057] When performing localized surface treatment, the second shot (S2) must be managed so that it is not mixed into the first shot (S1), but in shot blasting operations that treat a relatively wide area of the surface, the first shot (S1) and the second shot (S2) may be used together.
[0058] Accordingly, the first shot (S1) and the second shot (S2) recovered after surface treatment of the product can be separated and received into the first receiving section (111) and the second receiving section (112), respectively, through the separation section (120), and when surface treatment of the product, the first shot (S1) or the second shot (S2) can be selectively sprayed according to the user's choice.
[0059] The nozzle unit (20) sprays and recovers the first shot (S1) or the second shot (S2).
[0060] The nozzle unit (20) may include a spraying section (220), a recovery section (210), and a spray control section (230).
[0061] The above injection part (220) may be provided with an injection hole (221) for injecting the first shot (S1) or the second shot (S2).
[0062] The above recovery unit (210) is provided on the inner side of the injection unit (220), and a recovery port (211) for recovering the first shot or the second shot is formed, and can slide in the longitudinal direction of the injection unit (220).
[0063] Specifically, the nozzle unit (20) may be provided in the shape of a double tube, in which the inner side is a recovery section (210) and the outer side is a spraying section (220).
[0064] Additionally, the injection holes (221) may be provided to be spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the injection section (220) and may be formed larger than the diameter of the second shot (S2).
[0065] The above injection control unit (230) is coupled to the injection unit (220) and is provided to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the injection unit (220) so as to be able to adjust the firing angle of the first shot (S1) or the second shot (S2).
[0066] As shown in FIG. 4, the injection control unit (230) is formed to surround the injection unit (220) and may include injection control holes (231) that are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the injection control unit (230).
[0067] Accordingly, the size and angle of the holes formed by the injection hole (221) and the injection control hole (231) can be adjusted by sliding the injection control part (230) according to the user's choice.
[0068] In an embodiment of the present invention, the recovery unit (210) may be provided in a double-pipe shape including an outer recovery pipe (213) and an inner recovery pipe (212).
[0069] The above outer recovery pipe (213) and the above inner recovery pipe (212) can provide a path for the first shot (S1) and the second shot (S2) introduced through the recovery port (211) to move to the connection part (300), respectively.
[0070] At this time, the recovery unit (210) may include a recovery hole (214) that allows the first shot (S1) to move in both directions.
[0071] Specifically, the recovery holes (214) may be provided to be spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the recovery section (210), and may be formed to be larger than the diameter of the first shot (S1) and smaller than the diameter of the second shot (S2).
[0072] Accordingly, the first shot (S1) passes through the recovery hole (214) and flows into the outer recovery pipe (213) of the recovery unit (210), while the second shot (S2) does not pass through the recovery hole (214) and remains in the inner recovery pipe (212) of the recovery unit (210).
[0073] That is, the shot blast device of the present invention can separate the first shot (S1) and the second shot (S2) through the recovery hole (214) of the nozzle unit (20) in the first step, and separate the first shot (S1) and the second shot (S2) through the separation hole (125) of the storage unit (10) in the second step.
[0074] At this time, the first shot (S1) separated through the recovery hole (214) can be directly fed into the first receiving portion (111) of the storage unit (10) because the second shot (S2) cannot be mixed with it.
[0075] The above connection part (300) forms a path through which the first shot (S1) or the second shot (S2) travels between the storage unit (10) and the nozzle unit (20).
[0076] Additionally, the connection part (300) may be provided in a double-tube shape including an outer tube, which is a path through which compressed air moves from the storage unit (10) to the nozzle unit (20) along with a first shot (S1) or a second shot (S2), and an inner tube that flows from the nozzle unit (20) to the storage unit (10), just like the nozzle unit (20).
[0077] The above connecting part (300) may include a guide tube (310).
[0078] The above guide tube (310) can provide a path for the recovered first shot (S1) and second shot (S2) to flow into the storage unit (10), and may include a first inflow path (311) and a second inflow path (312).
[0079] The first inlet path (311) is connected to an outer recovery pipe (213) that provides a path for the first shot (S1) separated through the recovery hole (214) to move, thereby providing a path for the first shot (S1) to flow into the first receiving section (111).
[0080] Additionally, the second inlet path (312) is connected to an inner recovery pipe (212) that provides a path for the second shot (S2) that did not pass through the recovery hole (214) to move, and thus can provide a path for the first shot (S1) and the second shot (S2) to flow into the inclined plate (122).
[0081] As described above, preferred embodiments according to the present invention have been examined. It is obvious to those skilled in the art that, in addition to the embodiments described above, the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from its spirit or scope. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be regarded as illustrative rather than restrictive, and accordingly, the present invention is not limited to the description above but may be modified within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.
