Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a shear reinforcement for a flat slab, and more specifically, to a shear reinforcement for a flat slab that improves constructability by applying a height-adjusting bolt to a section of thickness variation of the flat slab. Background Technology

[0003] Recently, the flat-slab structure, a structural form that does not use beams, is being widely applied in various buildings such as apartment complexes, offices, and high-rise buildings due to its advantages in constructability and architectural planning.

[0004] In other words, the flat slab structure allows for cost reduction due to its simple structural system, and further reductions in construction time and costs are possible because the formwork, which accounts for about 50% of reinforced concrete construction costs, is simplified. In addition, the floor height of high-rise buildings can be lowered, increasing the utilization rate of indoor space; the flexibility and variability of floor plan planning are increased due to fewer constraints caused by plumbing; and improvements in sound insulation and fire resistance can be achieved through increased slab thickness.

[0005] However, in these flat-slab structures, the slab and column are directly connected without beams, so localized stress concentration occurs around the column, making it prone to punching shear. Punching shear is caused by increased load around the column-slab connection, construction defects, and design defects, and to compensate for these defects, reinforcing the slab around the column using shear reinforcement is widely used as a practical method.

[0006] Representative methods for installing shear reinforcement in a slab include the stirrup method, studrail method, shearhead method, and truss method, depending on the form of the shear reinforcement installed.

[0007] Among them, the stud rail method is the most widely used method abroad, and it is a shear reinforcement method in which studs are welded vertically to a narrow, long plate to provide shear strength, and round plates are welded to the stud heads to increase anchorage.

[0008] However, since this stud rail method uses pre-fabricated hardware on-site, there was a problem in that it was difficult to apply in areas with non-uniform site conditions or sections with varying slab thicknesses. Prior art literature

[0010] (001) Republic of Korea Registered Patent No. 10-2737142 (002) Republic of Korea Published Patent No. 10-2012-0018622 The problem to be solved

[0011] The present invention has been devised to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a flat slab shear reinforcement that can be effectively applied to sections with varying slab thickness.

[0012] In other words, the present invention aims to provide a shear reinforcement for flat slabs that allows the shear reinforcement height to be adjusted on-site to suit non-uniform site conditions. means of solving the problem

[0014] One aspect of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned purpose relates to a shear reinforcement for a flat slab structure, which is a shear reinforcement embedded within a slab to reinforce the shear strength of a slab-column joint, and is characterized by comprising: a base rail that is arranged horizontally between a lower main reinforcement bar and an upper main reinforcement bar arranged in the slab and is integrally embedded within the concrete; and a plurality of height adjustment members that are fixed vertically to the base rail along the base rail and are capable of height adjustment.

[0015] In a shear reinforcement member for a flat slab according to one embodiment of the present invention, the height adjustment member may be configured to include a lower body formed in a rod shape, with the lower end fixed to the base rail; and an upper body movable in an up-and-down direction along the lower body.

[0016] Additionally, the lower body may be configured to include a lower fixing part that is fixed to the base rail; and a coupling part that extends upward from the fixing part and has screw threads formed on its outer surface.

[0017] In addition, a plurality of through holes are formed in the base rail, and the fixing part may be fixed to the through holes by riveting.

[0018] In addition, the shear reinforcement may be arranged in multiple radially in a direction perpendicular to the vertical axis of the column at the slab-column joint.

[0019] And the upper body may be formed in a cylindrical shape that surrounds the joint of the lower body, and may have screw threads formed on its inner surface so as to be screw-coupled with the screw threads of the joint and move up and down along the joint.

[0020] In addition, a plurality of horizontal through holes may be formed in the longitudinal direction in the joint portion of the lower body, and a fixing pin may be inserted into the through holes to limit the lowering height of the upper body.

[0021] And in each of the above-mentioned through holes, an identification mark distinguished by a unique color according to the height of the through hole may be displayed to identify the height of the through hole.

[0022] In addition, the through hole may be formed in a direction parallel to the base rail, and a wide fixing pin may be inserted and arranged to communicate with a plurality of lower body through holes mounted on the base rail.

[0023] In addition, an uneven surface may be formed on the outer surface of the upper body to enhance adhesion with concrete.

[0024] In addition, a vertical indicator line may be marked on the outer surface of the upper body and a horizontal indicator line may be marked on the upper surface of the base rail, and the alignment of the upper body may be determined by the orthogonality of the vertical indicator line and the horizontal indicator line.

[0025] In addition, the upper body may have a connecting slit formed by cutting the side of the upper body so that the inner and outer sides of the cylinder are connected, allowing the poured cement mortar to flow into the inner side of the cylinder of the upper body. Effects of the invention

[0027] The shear reinforcement for flat slabs according to the present invention, having the above-described configuration, has the effect of allowing the same shear reinforcement to be applied to various construction sites by applying a height-adjustable height adjustment device to the base rail, thereby adjusting the shear reinforcement height on-site according to the section of slab thickness change.

[0028] Furthermore, the present invention has the effect of allowing the installation and use of the required number of height adjustment members according to the degree of shear reinforcement required at the site by mounting the height adjustment members to the base rail at the site using a riveting method.

[0029] In addition, the present invention has the effect of allowing the height of the height adjuster to be adjusted consistently regardless of the operator's skill level by forming a through hole in the lower body of the height adjuster and inserting a fixing pin into the through hole to limit the lowering height of the upper body. [0036] Hereinafter, the shear reinforcement for flat slabs according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to preferred embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

[0037] The present invention relates to a flat slab shear reinforcement embedded within a slab to reinforce the shear strength of the slab-column joint of a flat slab structure.

[0038] In this regard, FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a flat slab shear reinforcement according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a height adjustment device (200) applied to the flat slab shear reinforcement of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the state in which the flat slab shear reinforcement of the present invention is installed.

[0039] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the flat slab shear reinforcement (1000) of the present invention may be largely composed of a base rail (100) and a height adjustment member (200).

[0040] The above base rail (100) has a plate shape and can be placed horizontally between the lower main reinforcing bar and the upper main reinforcing bar that are arranged in the slab, and can be embedded integrally in the concrete.

[0041] The height adjustment member (200) may be installed in a vertical direction on the upper surface of the base rail (100) along the base rail (100).

[0042] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the height adjustment member (200) may include a lower body (210) fixed to the base rail (100) to enable height adjustment, and an upper body (220) configured to be movable in an up-and-down direction along the lower body (210).

[0043] In the present invention, the lower body (210) may be formed in a rod shape and configured so that its lower end is fixed to the base rail (100).

[0044] Here, the lower body (210) may be configured to include a lower fixing part (211) fixed to the base rail (100) and a coupling part (212) extending upward from the fixing part (211) and having screw threads formed on its outer surface.

[0045] Additionally, the upper body (220) may be formed in a cylindrical shape that surrounds the coupling portion (212) of the lower body (210). At this time, screw threads are formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical shape and screw-coupled with the screw threads of the coupling portion (212) of the lower body (210), allowing it to move up and down along the coupling portion (212).

[0046] Accordingly, according to the present invention, by applying a height-adjustable height adjustment device (200) to the base rail (100) as described above, the shear reinforcement height can be adjusted on-site according to the section of slab thickness change, thereby enabling the same shear reinforcement to be applied to various construction sites.

[0047] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of through holes (110) may be formed in the base rail (100).

[0048] At this time, the through holes (110) are formed at a certain distance from each other and may have the same cross-sectional shape so that the fixing part (211) of the height adjustment member (200) can be inserted. Accordingly, the fixing part (211) can be fixed to the through holes (110) by riveting.

[0049] Accordingly, according to this embodiment, by mounting the height adjustment member (200) to the base rail (100) on-site by a riveting method, it is possible to install and use the required number of height adjustment members (200) according to the degree of shear reinforcement required on-site.

[0050] Of course, the height adjustment member (200) may also be fixed to the base rail (100) by means such as welding.

[0051] In addition, an uneven surface may be formed on the outer surface of the upper body (220).

[0052] By doing so, the worker can easily rotate the upper body (220) to connect it to the lower body (210), and by strengthening the adhesion between the height adjustment member (200) and the concrete, the effect of further strengthening the shear reinforcement function of the shear reinforcement body can be obtained.

[0053] The construction of the shear reinforcement (1000) according to the present invention will be described below.

[0054] As shown in FIG. 3, the shear reinforcement can be arranged in multiple radially in a direction perpendicular to the vertical axis of the column at the slab-column joint.

[0055] In detail, a formwork plate for a slab can be placed around a column (P) and lower main reinforcing bars for a slab can be installed thereon. Subsequently, at the slab-column joint around the column (P), a shear reinforcing member (1000) of the present invention, in which a height adjustment member (200) is fixed to a base rail (100) as described above, can be placed on the lower main reinforcing bars, and then upper main reinforcing bars for a slab can be placed thereon.

[0056] Meanwhile, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a height adjustment member (200) applied to a flat slab shear reinforcement of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a front view of a lower body (210) applied to the height adjustment member (200) of the present invention.

[0057] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, a plurality of horizontal through holes (230) may be formed in the longitudinal direction in the connecting portion (212) of the lower body (210). At this time, a fixing pin (240) may be inserted into the through hole (230) to limit the lowering height of the upper body (220).

[0058] Accordingly, according to the present invention, by limiting the lowering height of the upper body (220) by the fixing pin (240), the height of the height adjustment device (200) can be adjusted consistently regardless of the operator's skill level.

[0059] Meanwhile, when the lowering height of the upper body (220) is limited by inserting a fixing pin (240) into the through hole (230) as described above, since multiple through holes (230) are formed in the longitudinal direction of the coupling part (212), it may be difficult to uniformly insert the fixing pin (240) into the through holes (230) formed at the same height in multiple height adjustment parts (200) in complex and chaotic field conditions.

[0060] According to the present invention, in order to identify the height of the through hole (230), identification markers (A, B, C) distinguished by unique colors according to the height of the through hole (230) may be displayed on each of the through holes (230).

[0061] Accordingly, by inserting a fixing pin (240) into a through hole (230) marked with an identification mark (A, B, C) of the same color in a plurality of height adjustment members (200), it becomes possible for the worker to install all height adjustment members (200) at the same height.

[0062] According to another embodiment of the present invention, a vertical indicator line (not shown) may be marked on the outer surface of the upper body (220), and a horizontal indicator line (not shown) may be marked on the upper surface of the base rail (100).

[0063] According to the present embodiment, the operator can determine whether the upper body (220) is aligned by the orthogonality of the vertical guide line and the horizontal guide line, thereby making it possible to adjust the height of the height adjustment device (200) more precisely.

[0064] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the through hole (230) is formed in a direction parallel to the base rail (100), so that a long fixing pin (not shown) can be inserted and arranged in communication with a plurality of lower body (210) through holes (230) mounted on the base rail (100).

[0065] Accordingly, according to the present embodiment, the long-width fixing pin formed in a straight line is inserted into the through holes (230) of the lower body (210) mounted on the base rail (100) in communication with each other, thereby making it possible for the multiple height adjustment members (200) to maintain the same height.

[0066] That is, the worker may accidentally install the height adjustment members (200), and according to this embodiment, a wide fixing pin can support the height of the height adjustment members (200) equally.

[0067] Therefore, it becomes possible to fix multiple height adjustment members (200) to the base rail (100) at the same height.

[0068] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the upper body (220) may have a connecting slit (not shown) formed by cutting the side of the upper body (220) so that the inner and outer sides of the cylinder are connected, and the cement mortar being poured flows into the inner side of the cylinder of the upper body (220).

[0069] Accordingly, air inside the cylinder is discharged to the outside of the cylinder through the above-mentioned slit, allowing the poured cement mortar to flow stably into the inside of the cylinder of the upper body (220).

[0071] Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, those skilled in the art may modify and change the present invention in various ways by adding, changing, deleting, or adding components, etc., without departing from the spirit of the invention as described in the claims, and such modifications and changes are also to be included within the scope of the rights of the present invention.

[0072] For example, each component described as a single unit may be implemented in a distributed manner, and components described as distributed may likewise be implemented in a combined form. The scope of the invention is defined by the claims set forth below rather than by the above detailed description, and all modifications or variations derived from the meaning and scope of the claims and equivalents thereof should be interpreted as being included within the scope of the invention. Industrial applicability

[0074] The present invention relates to a shear reinforcement for a flat slab that improves constructability by applying a height-adjusting bolt to a section of thickness variation of the flat slab. According to the present invention, by applying a height-adjustable height adjustment device to a base rail, the height of the shear reinforcement can be adjusted on-site according to the section of slab thickness variation, thereby enabling the application of the same shear reinforcement to various construction sites.
