Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a management device and a management method for integrated management of multiple documents associated with the National Construction Standards Center and the National Construction Safety Manual. Background Technology

[0002] In the existing structural design and structural review processes, there were difficulties in individually verifying and applying design standards specified in various documents. These design standard documents varied by country, region, or industry, and overlaps or conflicts frequently occurred between them. As a result, designers had to spend a significant amount of time interpreting and applying design standards, and there was inefficiency in having to manually analyze the correlations between documents.

[0003] Furthermore, there was a lack of a system to automatically reflect or integrate changes made to items in a single design standard document, even if the same content was included in other related documents. Designers had to review each document individually to identify changes, and this process carried a high risk of omissions or errors. Consequently, there was a risk that design changes could have a negative impact on the safety and quality of the structure.

[0004] Existing technologies provided basic management capabilities through Document Management Systems (DMS), limited to digitizing and storing design reference documents or offering text search functions. However, these systems were unable to automatically extract or analyze complex correlations between documents, and their ability to update or adjust related documents in real-time when changes occurred was limited.

[0005] Furthermore, design standard documents were managed individually, resulting in inefficiency where designers had to manually interpret and apply the contents. Consequently, changes made in one document were not reflected in others, leading to a lack of consistency.

[0006] Accordingly, a technical solution was required to systematically manage multiple documents related to structural design standards and to create and maintain integrated design standards. The problem to be solved

[0007] Embodiments of the present invention provide a management device and a management method for integratedly managing multiple documents associated with the National Construction Standards Center and the National Construction Safety Manual, which improve the consistency and accuracy of design work by extracting correlations between structural design standards specified in multiple different documents and automatically generating and managing integrated design standards for each construction element based thereon.

[0008] Embodiments of the present invention provide a management device and a management method for managing multiple documents related to the National Construction Standards Center and the National Construction Safety Manual, which maximize the efficiency of design work by analyzing the relationships between related items and immediately reflecting the changes to update the latest integrated design standards when changes occur in the item-specific contents of the structural design standards. means of solving the problem

[0009] A management server for integrated management of a plurality of documents associated with the National Construction Standards Center and the National Construction Safety Manual according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a memory for storing at least one command and a processor for performing an operation according to said at least one command. The processor extracts correlations between related items and items specified in a plurality of different documents applied to structural review of a structure, generates integrated design standards for each construction element that match based on the related items and items specified in a plurality of correlated documents through an artificial neural network model, and, if there is a change in the items specified in any one of the plurality of documents, updates the integrated design standards for each construction element by interpreting the changed items by referring to the items and items of other documents that are correlated with the changed items for each construction element.

[0010] In one embodiment, the integrated design standard for each construction element may be managed by accumulating change information and grounds for change according to a plurality of document-specific change histories.

[0011] In one embodiment, when the processor receives a request for information regarding integrated design criteria for a target construction element, it can generate and output integrated design criteria for the target construction element by weighting the items changed in association with the target construction element in order of most recent updates through the artificial neural network model.

[0012] In one embodiment, the processor can extract at least one target construction element as a design task target on a user's structural design project and automatically generate an integrated design standard for each extracted target construction element.

[0013] A management method for managing multiple documents associated with the National Construction Standards Center and the National Construction Safety Manual according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of extracting correlations between related items and items specified in multiple structural design standards specified in different documents applied to structural review of a structure; a step of generating integrated design standards for each construction element that match based on the related items and items specified in multiple documents associated with the correlation through an artificial neural network model; and a step of updating the integrated design standards for each construction element by interpreting the changed items specified in any one of the multiple documents by referring to the items and items of other documents that are correlated with the changed items specified in each construction element, when there is a change in the items specified in any one of the multiple documents. Effects of the invention

[0015] The management server and management method according to the present invention provide the following effects by integrally managing a plurality of different documents related to structural design standards.

[0016] First, by effectively extracting correlations between structural design standards and generating integrated design standards using artificial neural network models based on these correlations, issues of standard conflicts that may occur during design work can be minimized. As a result, designers can reduce the burden of complex regulation interpretation and integration tasks, enabling them to perform design work more accurately and efficiently.

[0017] Second, if the standard content in any one of the multiple documents is changed, the content of other documents related to the changed item is automatically referenced, and the integrated design standard can be updated based on this, allowing the change to be immediately reflected in the design. This reduces design errors and provides the efficiency to maintain the design according to the latest standards.

[0018] Third, by cumulatively managing change history and justifications, changes to design standards can be systematically tracked. This enables designers and reviewers to easily identify the causes and impacts of standard changes, contributing to improved design quality and legal compliance.

[0019] Fourth, convenience and productivity in the design process can be significantly improved through the ability to provide integrated design standards for specific construction elements based on user requests, or to automatically extract target construction elements from the project and generate standards.

[0020] Fifth, in the current design environment where regulations related to design standards are continuously revised and diversified, the present invention plays an important role in ensuring design quality and maximizing work efficiency by providing an integrated and flexible standards management system.

[0021] In conclusion, the present invention is useful for improving the quality, accuracy, and productivity of the entire design process through the integrated management and efficient utilization of design standards. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0030] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0031] FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a network environment according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0032] Referring to FIG. 1, the network environment may include at least one user device (100) and a management server (200) for managing multiple documents associated with the National Construction Standards Center and the National Construction Safety Manual. The network environment may further include a construction information providing device (300) that can provide to the management server (200) for providing structural design standards. The construction information providing device (300) may be the National Construction Standards Center or the National Construction Safety Manual providing device, etc.

[0033] The National Construction Standards Center is an organization responsible for the systematic management and operation of construction standards, carrying out the enactment, revision, dissemination, and support for the utilization of national construction standards. The National Construction Standards Center plays a role in establishing technical standards for the construction industry and ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects.

[0034] Furthermore, the National Construction Safety Manual is a guideline that systematically organizes safety management standards and procedures for construction sites. It helps prevent potential risks during the construction process and enables a swift and appropriate response in the event of an accident. This manual includes safety rules that construction site personnel must observe and provides guidelines for efficient construction safety management.

[0035] The management server (200) may include a processor, memory, and network communication hardware. In some embodiments, the management server (200) may be implemented as a hardware server. The management server (200) is coupled to the network (10) so as to be communicative through a signal line (14).

[0036] The signal lines (12, 14) may be wired connections such as Ethernet, coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, etc., or wireless connections such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or other wireless technologies. In some embodiments, the management server (200) may transmit and receive data with one or more user devices (100) through the network (10).

[0037] The user device (100) may be a computing device including memory and a hardware processor. For example, the user device (100) may include a desktop computer, a mobile device, a tablet computer, a mobile phone, a wearable device, a head-mounted display, a mobile email device, a portable game console, a portable music player, a reader device, or other electronic devices capable of accessing the network (10).

[0038] Each component of FIG. 1 is generally connected through a network (10). For example, as shown in FIG. 1, at least one user device (100) can be connected to a management server (200) through the network (10). And, the management server (200) can be connected to at least one user device (100) through the network (10).

[0039] Here, a network refers to a connection structure capable of exchanging information among each node, such as multiple terminals and servers. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, RF, 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) networks, LTE (Long Term Evolution) networks, 5GPP (5th Generation Partnership Project) networks, WIMAX (World Interoperability for Microwave Access) networks, the Internet, LAN (Local Area Network), Wireless LAN (Wireless Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), PAN (Personal Area Network), Bluetooth networks, NFC networks, satellite broadcasting networks, analog broadcasting networks, and DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) networks.

[0040] In the following, the term "at least one" is defined as a term including both singular and plural forms, and it will be obvious that even if the term "at least one" is absent, each component may exist in a singular or plural form and may mean singular or plural. Furthermore, whether each component is provided in a singular or plural form may be changed according to the embodiment.

[0041] The user device (100) may be a terminal of a user who wishes to receive information regarding multiple structural design standards related to a design drawing. The user device (100) may receive services provided by the management server (200) after the user communicates with the exercise map generating device (200) via the network (10) in the form of a web, an application, or a web app, performs membership registration, inputs information required by the management server (200), and receives services provided by the management server (200).

[0042] The above computer includes, for example, a desktop, laptop, tablet PC, etc. equipped with a web browser, and the above portable terminal is a wireless communication device that ensures portability and mobility, and may include all kinds of handheld-based wireless communication devices such as a smartphone, PCS (Personal Communication System), GSM (Global System for Mobile communication), PDC (Personal Digital Cellular), PHS (Personal Handyphone System), PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), IMT (International Mobile Telecommunication)-2000, CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access)-2000, W-CDMA (W-Code Division Multiple Access), Wibro (Wireless Broadband Internet) terminal, etc.

[0043] Construction is broadly divided into civil engineering and architecture; civil engineering includes social infrastructure structures such as roads, bridges, tunnels, and ports, while architecture includes civil engineering and architectural structures.

[0044] Furthermore, structures are classified into temporary and permanent structures based on their purpose and duration. Temporary structures are those used temporarily during construction, such as formwork, shoring, and scaffolding, while permanent structures include buildings or civil engineering structures that are used continuously after completion. This distinction is a crucial factor in determining safety management and structural requirements during the design and construction processes.

[0045] Numerous design standards exist for various sectors of construction. These standards serve as significant legal constraints not only in structural design but also during the construction process. Design standards refer to technical regulations and guidelines established to ensure the safety, functionality, efficiency, and environmental sustainability of structures. Multiple structural design standards can be obtained from the National Construction Standards Center and the National Construction Safety Manual. Design standards present specific requirements to ensure the structural safety of structures. They provide guidelines necessary for designing structures to withstand appropriate load combinations (dead load, live load, weathering load, impact load, special load, etc.) and serve as fundamental standards for protecting human lives and property. Furthermore, design standards prevent the use of unsuitable materials by clearly defining the types, quality, and usage methods of construction materials. This enhances the durability of structures and ensures long-term safety.

[0046] In conclusion, design standards are not merely technical guidelines referenced during the design process; they also serve as legal constraints and compliance requirements during the construction and maintenance phases of structures. Therefore, construction stakeholders must thoroughly understand and adhere to these standards to prevent legal issues and ensure the completion of safe and sustainable structures.

[0047] The process of verifying whether these design standards are properly reflected in the drawings is a very challenging task. Design standards include complex technical regulations and legal requirements, so applying them to all construction elements and verifying their accuracy takes a considerable amount of time. In particular, difficulties arise in ensuring that each standard is reflected in the drawings without conflict, as standards across various domains—such as structural, material, and environmental requirements—intersect and are interconnected.

[0048] Furthermore, the continuous updating of design standards and regionally varying regulations complicate the review process. If relevant laws or standards are revised after design drawings have been created, additional review and modification are required to reflect these changes. This process necessitates a thorough examination of how the changed standards interact with the existing design, which increases the difficulty and time required for the task. This complexity raises the risk of human error during the design review process and can consequently degrade design quality and efficiency.

[0049] For example, in design work, standards conflict issues arise when standards or guidelines specified in various documents contain differing content or contradict each other. This can occur at various stages, such as structural design, structural design, and construction planning.

[0050] For example, regarding shoring installation standards, structural design standards stipulate that spacing between shoring must be maintained at 1.2m or less. This is a guideline that prioritizes structural stability. On the other hand, construction standards allow spacing of shoring at 1.5m or less to enhance efficiency at the work site. This discrepancy in standards can cause confusion between designers and contractors and makes it unclear which standard should be followed.

[0051] Another example concerns the timing of formwork removal. Structural design standards stipulate that formwork should be removed after the concrete reaches 70% of its design strength. This is a safety guideline intended to maintain the stability of the structure. However, construction standard documents state that formwork removal is permissible even before reaching a certain strength, provided that initial hardening is deemed sufficient. This contradiction increases the likelihood of project delays or safety issues.

[0052] As such, the existing structural design and structural review processes faced the difficulty of having to individually verify and apply design standards specified in various documents.

[0053] A management server (200) according to embodiments of the present invention can analyze the correlation between design standards included in each of the multiple different design standard documents and provide an optimal standard by matching it through an artificial neural network model.

[0054] Specifically, the management server (200) can extract the correlation between the interrelated items and the items specified in the structural design standards specified in multiple different documents applied to the structural review of the structure.

[0055] The management server (200) performs the function of extracting correlations necessary for structural review based on various structural design standard documents. For example, the following cases can be cited.

[0056] Assuming that design documents and construction design documents exist during the design process of a structure, the design documents specify the loads the structure can withstand and the installation spacing, while the construction design documents may specify minimum design conditions for the safe installation of the structure.

[0057] In this case, the management server (200) can extract the correlation between the mutually related items and the items specified in the design standards for each of the structures (permanent structures, temporary structures).

[0058] The management server (200) can verify whether the allowable load and design conditions for the design criteria of the structure are consistent with each other. Additionally, the processor (230) can verify the review criteria and stability review criteria for the appropriate structure (permanent structure, temporary structure).

[0059] In this way, the processor (203) can extract correct design standards and construction standards during the process of reviewing the structure.

[0060] Next, the management server (200) can generate integrated design standards for each construction element that match based on multiple correlated documents, related items, and items defined in the artificial neural network model.

[0061] Figure 2 illustrates, as an example, multiple correlated documents, related items, and items defined by each item.

[0062] Referring to Figure 2, the allowable stress standards for timber and plywood are specified differently in the KDS 21 30 00 Design Standard for Temporary Earth Retaining and the KDS 21 50 00 Design Standard for Formwork and Shoring. Previously, when designing temporary earth retaining, the allowable stress for cedar or spruce among conifers was set to 7, but in subsequent standards, it is possible that this will be integrated with or adjusted to the Design Standard for Formwork and Shoring.

[0063] Meanwhile, design standards for building structures may change over time, and consequently, there may be cases where existing design drawings fail to meet the new standards.

[0064] When such changes in standards occur, structures designed under past standards may fail to meet the new regulations. In particular, if seismic design standards are strengthened, situations may arise where existing designs cannot ensure safety. Therefore, architects must conduct structural reviews reflecting the latest design standards and proceed with designs that take into account the possibility of standard changes.

[0065] In other words, changes may occur to the itemized contents of structural design standards specified in any one of the multiple documents applied to the structural review of a structure. For instance, this could occur when seismic design standards for a structure are strengthened, causing design drawings and other materials designed according to existing standards to fail to meet the new regulations.

[0066] For example, this can occur when building energy efficiency standards change, leading to higher requirements for insulation thickness or window performance. In such cases, consistent updates must be made not only to architectural design drawings but also to related documents, such as material lists and construction cost estimates.

[0067] As another example, while existing design documents specify conventional seismic performance requirements, new regulations may change requirements regarding the strength of major structural members or the configuration of support systems. These changes will also affect other related documents, such as construction plans or material specifications.

[0068] In this way, when a change occurs in the item-specific content of the structural design standard, the management server (200) can update the integrated design standard for each construction element by interpreting the changed item-specific content by referring to the related items and item-specific content of other documents.

[0069] Meanwhile, the management server (200) efficiently manages the change history occurring in various documents related to the design of the structure, and through this, can maintain and update the integrated design standards for each construction element.

[0070] In the structural design process, items specified in different design standard documents are interrelated; therefore, changes to the content of a specific document can affect other related documents. For example, if seismic design standards are changed, modifications are required in documents regarding structural member design, foundation design, and equipment system design. If these changes are omitted or not accurately reflected, design conflicts may occur. To prevent this, a management server can centrally manage the change history of each document.

[0071] The management server (200) can record changes to each document and store the reason and basis for the change. For example, along with a change stating that seismic performance standards have been strengthened, it specifies that the change is in accordance with new laws or regulatory requirements. In this way, the management server (200) can ensure transparency regarding the changes and provide a basis for reviewing the validity of the changes.

[0072] When a change occurs in a specific document, the management server (200) automatically identifies and updates items associated with other related documents. For example, if seismic design standards are strengthened, related items in structural design, foundation design, and non-structural element design documents affected by the change are automatically updated, or a notification requiring review is generated.

[0073] This management approach maintains consistency during the design process and minimizes design conflicts caused by changes. Furthermore, by clearly providing designers and stakeholders with the rationale for changes, it enhances the reliability of the design process and facilitates smooth communication.

[0074] In conclusion, the management server (200) can perform a key role in maintaining consistency of design standards and supporting efficient design work by accumulating and managing change history to maintain integrated design standards for each construction element and linking change information with other related documents.

[0075] According to one embodiment, when a management server (200) receives a request for information regarding integrated design criteria for a target construction element, it can generate and output integrated design criteria for the target construction element by assigning weights to items that have been changed in association with the target construction element in order of most recent updates through the artificial neural network model.

[0076] The management server (200) may provide a report containing details and changes to the requested design criteria. In this case, the management server (200) may provide a graph or diagram showing the change history of the relevant items and criteria. Additionally, the management server (200) may provide a notification regarding the latest changes to the design criteria related to the requested construction elements.

[0077] For example, when structural design standard information is requested, the management server (200) may output the following information. The management server (200) may provide the minimum strength required for the structure according to the recently updated seismic design standards, the allowable stress value due to changes in steel usage standards, the details of changes in related load design standards and their effects, etc.

[0078] In conclusion, the management server (200) comprehensively analyzes design standards associated with target construction elements based on the latest information and change history, thereby efficiently providing the user with optimal information necessary for design work. This contributes to maintaining the consistency and accuracy of design standards and improving the quality of design work.

[0079] In addition, the management server (200) can extract at least one target construction element from the design work target in the user's structural design project and automatically generate an integrated design standard for each extracted target construction element.

[0080] Specifically, the management server (200) can automatically extract target construction elements designated as design work targets in a structural design project being performed by the user, and generate integrated design standards for each element based on this. For example, when the user intends to perform design work on specific elements (e.g., permanent structures, temporary structures, etc.) during the process of carrying out a structural design project, the management server (200) analyzes design project data and related documents to extract target construction elements that are the subject of the design work. For example, it can recognize specific structural elements from design drawings or BIM (Building Information Modeling) data, or perform extraction work based on elements separately designated by the user.

[0081] Subsequently, the management server (200) searches for multiple design standard documents associated with the target construction element and verifies the items and regulations related to the element. For example, seismic design standards, load design standards, durability standards, etc. may be included. In this case, the management server (200) utilizes an artificial neural network model to analyze the correlations between the items specified in each document and generates an integrated design standard suitable for the target construction element. During this process, change history and the latest updates are reflected, ensuring the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the standard.

[0082] In this way, the management server (200) automatically extracts the necessary target construction elements based on project data without the user having to separately specify the design work target elements, and generates and provides integrated design standards for each element. This shortens the process of the designer reviewing multiple standard documents one by one and contributes significantly to increasing the accuracy and efficiency of the design work.

[0083] FIG. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a management device for managing a plurality of documents associated with the National Construction Standards Center and the National Construction Safety Manual according to one embodiment of the present invention.

Additionally, the processor (230) can perform inference for a specific purpose using a model implemented in an artificial neural network manner. The processor (230) can analyze the correlation between design standards included in each of multiple different design standard documents and provide the optimal standard by matching it through an artificial neural network model (240).

[0093] Specifically, the processor (230) can extract the correlation between the interrelated items and the items specified in the structural design standards specified in multiple different documents applied to the structural review of the structure.

[0094] The processor (230) performs the function of extracting correlations necessary for structural review based on various structural design standard documents. For example, the following cases can be cited.

[0095] Assuming that design documents and construction design documents exist during the design process of a structure, the design documents specify the loads the structure can withstand and the installation spacing, while the construction design documents may specify minimum design conditions for the safe installation of the structure.

[0096] In this case, the processor (230) can extract the correlation between the interrelated items and the items specified in the design standards for each of the structures (permanent structures, temporary structures).

[0097] The processor (230) can verify whether the allowable load and design conditions for the design criteria of the structure are consistent with each other. In addition, the processor (230) can verify the review criteria and stability review criteria for the appropriate structure (permanent structure, temporary structure).

[0098] In this way, the processor (203) can extract correct design standards and construction standards during the process of reviewing the structure.

[0099] For example, in the design process of a structure, if there are design documents related to building insulation and design documents related to ventilation equipment, the processor (230) can extract the correlation between the mutually related items and the item-specific defined contents between the design documents related to building insulation and the design documents related to ventilation equipment.

[0100] Building insulation standards mandate the installation of insulation materials on exterior walls, windows, roofs, etc., to improve energy efficiency and reduce heat loss. They specify the thickness, thermal conductivity, and airtightness of the insulation, and require a design that minimizes the exchange of air between the interior and exterior of the building.

[0101] Ventilation system standards specify ventilation volume, ventilation method (natural / mechanical ventilation), and air circulation cycle to maintain indoor air quality and remove pollutants. Ventilation systems must continuously supply fresh outside air to prevent indoor air pollution.

[0102] The processor (230) can extract correlations between building insulation standards and ventilation equipment standards, such as airtightness and ventilation volume, insulation material and air circulation path, minimization of heat loss and ventilation efficiency, and prevention of condensation:

[0103] Next, the processor (230) can generate integrated design standards for each construction element that match based on multiple correlated document-specific related items and item-specific defined content through an artificial neural network model (240).

[0104] For example, the processor (230) can propose a design plan in which the insulation standards and ventilation equipment standards do not conflict. That is, the processor (230) can generate an optimized integrated design standard that reduces energy loss while maintaining ventilation efficiency. Accordingly, a design standard that simultaneously satisfies energy efficiency and a comfortable indoor environment can be provided. In this case, the processor (230) can provide a report containing the requested design standard and related details.

[0105] Meanwhile, changes may occur to the itemized contents of structural design standards specified in any one of the multiple documents applied to the structural review of a structure. For example, this could occur if seismic design standards for a structure are strengthened, causing design drawings and other materials designed according to existing standards to fail to meet the new regulations.

[0106] For example, this can occur when energy efficiency standards for a structure change, leading to higher requirements for insulation thickness or window performance. In such cases, consistent updates must be made not only to the structural design drawings but also to related documents, such as material lists and construction cost estimates.

[0107] As another example, while existing design documents specify conventional seismic performance requirements, new regulations may change requirements regarding the strength of major structural members or the configuration of support systems. These changes will also affect other related documents, such as construction plans or material specifications.

[0108] Changes in seismic performance requirements affect various aspects of structural design. Since seismic performance is a critical factor related to structural safety, changes in related design standards may affect the following items.

[0109] If seismic design standards are strengthened, the size and strength of major structural components, such as main and auxiliary members, may need to be higher than those stipulated by existing design standards. For example, to better withstand seismic loads, the cross-sectional area of the structure may need to be increased or the placement of reinforcement bars may need to be reinforced. These changes must be reflected not only in structural analysis drawings but also in reinforcement plans and construction drawings.

[0110] If the weight of the structure itself increases to enhance seismic performance, the building's load increases, affecting the foundation design as well. For example, a review of the foundation's bearing capacity is necessary, and in some cases, the addition of pile foundations or ground reinforcement work may be required.

[0111] Seismic design standards also affect non-structural elements such as curtain walls, windows, and ceiling systems. To prevent non-structural elements from falling or being damaged in the event of an earthquake, reinforced connection methods or the use of high-performance materials may be required.

[0112] To prevent damage to equipment and piping systems due to seismic loads, their support and connection methods may be reinforced. Depending on changes in seismic design standards, pipe fixing methods and support placement may vary.

[0113] Seismic design standards have a direct legal impact on the approval of use and certification of structures. When standards change, existing designs that do not meet them must be reviewed or require additional redesign.

[0114] Changes in seismic design standards are highly likely to inevitably lead to increased construction costs and revisions to construction plans. The use of high-strength materials and the addition of processes may also affect the overall project schedule and budget.

[0115] For example, in existing designs, foundations were designed to withstand a magnitude 7 earthquake in a specific region in accordance with seismic performance requirements, but if standards are strengthened to prepare for a magnitude 9 earthquake, the size of the foundation must be increased or stronger materials must be used. Accordingly, other construction elements and documents must also be updated collectively.

[0116] In this way, when a change occurs in the item-specific content of the structural design standard, the processor (230) can update the integrated design standard for each construction element by interpreting the changed item-specific content by referring to the related items and item-specific content of another document.

[0117] Meanwhile, the processor (230) efficiently manages the change history occurring in various documents related to the design of the structure, thereby maintaining and updating the integrated design standards for each construction element.

[0118] In the construction design process, items specified in different design standard documents are interconnected; therefore, changes to the content of a specific document can affect other related documents. For example, if seismic design standards are changed, modifications are required in documents regarding structural member design, foundation design, and equipment system design. If these changes are omitted or not accurately reflected, design conflicts may occur. To prevent this, a management server can centrally manage the change history of each document.

[0119] The processor (230) can record changes to each document and store the reason and basis for the change. For example, along with a change stating that seismic performance standards have been strengthened, it specifies that the change is in accordance with new laws or regulatory requirements. In this way, the processor (230) can ensure transparency of the changes and provide a basis for reviewing the validity of the changes.

[0120] For example, the processor (230) accumulates and records each change in chronological order. This allows the processor (230) to track the history of how design standards have changed and to verify continuity with past changes. For example, if regulations related to basic design have been changed twice in the past, the processor (230) ensures that the history of such changes is accumulated and reflected in the current design standards. This not only helps the designer understand the changes and reflect them in the design, but also enables the design to review its suitability based on the past history when new changes occur.

[0121] When a change occurs in a specific document, the processor (230) automatically identifies and updates items associated with other related documents. For example, if seismic design standards are strengthened, related items in structural design, foundation design, and non-structural element design documents affected by the change are automatically updated, or notifications requiring review are generated.

[0122] This management approach maintains consistency during the design process and minimizes design conflicts caused by changes. Furthermore, by clearly providing designers and stakeholders with the rationale for changes, it enhances the reliability of the design process and facilitates smooth communication.

[0123] In conclusion, the processor (230) can perform a key role in maintaining consistency of design standards and supporting efficient design work by accumulating and managing change history to maintain integrated design standards for each construction element and linking change information with other related documents.

[0124] According to one embodiment, when the processor (230) receives a request for information regarding integrated design criteria for a target construction element, it can generate and output integrated design criteria for the target construction element by weighting the items that have been changed in association with the target construction element in order of most recent updates through the artificial neural network model (240).

[0125] For example, when a user (designer, reviewer, etc.) requests design standard information for a specific construction element, the processor (230) can receive the design standard information request. For example, the designer may request the latest information regarding "design standards for structures." The requested information is provided based on integrated design standards and includes items defined in various documents. The processor (230) can analyze the design standards related to the requested target construction element through an artificial neural network model (240).

[0126] The artificial neural network model (240) can extract changed items from multiple design standard documents associated with the requested construction element. For example, seismic design standards, steel usage standards, load design standards related to structural design may apply. The artificial neural network model (240) gives high weight to recently updated items among the extracted changes. This is because the latest standards have a significant impact on the design. For example, recent seismic design reinforcement standards can be applied as an important factor in the design of the structure.

[0127] The artificial neural network model (240) evaluates the correlation between the changed items and forms integrated design criteria with highly related items. For example, if seismic performance and load distribution criteria are highly related, they are included together in the integrated design criteria.

[0128] Based on the results of this analysis, the processor (230) generates integrated design criteria suitable for target construction elements. These criteria can be provided in various forms depending on the information requested by the user.

[0129] The processor (230) may provide a report containing details and changes to the requested design criteria. In this case, the processor (230) may provide a graph or diagram showing the history of changes to the relevant items and criteria. Additionally, the processor (230) may provide notifications regarding the latest changes to the design criteria related to the requested construction elements.

[0130] For example, if structural design standard information is requested, the processor (230) may output the following information. The processor (230) may provide the minimum strength required for the structure according to the recently updated seismic design standards, the allowable stress value due to changes in steel usage standards, and the details of changes in related load design standards and their effects.

[0131] FIG. 4 is a drawing illustrating an example of an integrated design standard provided to a user according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0132] Referring to FIG. 4, if a user wants to know about formwork and shoring design standards, they can enter a search term (320) of “formwork and shoring design standards” into a search box (310) through the user device (100).

[0133] The processor (230) of the management server (400) can search for construction design documents or structural design documents including formwork and shoring design standards. The relevant construction design documents and structural design documents may be stored in a database (250).

[0134] In FIG. 4, the database (250) includes construction standards, professional specifications, and structural classification documents. Embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto, and the database (250) may include any documents that are obvious to those skilled in the art.

[0135] The processor (230) of the management server (400) can extract correlations between related items and item-specific specified contents between the shoring-related design standards and the formwork-related design standards through an artificial neural network model (240). For example, it extracts correlations between load standards and spacing standards, which are related items between the shoring-related design standards and the formwork-related design standards.

[0136] For example, the processor (230) can check whether the allowable load of the shoring and the weight of the concrete for which the formwork is designed correspond to each other with respect to the load standard. In addition, the processor (230) can check whether the installation spacing of the shoring and the support spacing for the stability of the formwork do not conflict with respect to the spacing standard.

[0137] That is, the processor (230) can extract the correlation between the shoring-related design standards and the formwork-related design standards through an artificial neural network model (240) so that the installation of the shoring and the formwork does not contradict each other.

[0138] Next, the processor (230) can output to the user design standards related to shoring, design standards related to formwork, and the correlation between them.

[0139] For example, in FIG. 4, design standard items related to shoring and design standard items related to formwork are displayed on the screen (330) of the user device (100). When each design standard item is selected by the user through a click or the like, the processor (230) can display the details of the corresponding design standard items in a pop-up window (352, 254). In addition, the design standard item for which details are provided can be notified to the user through a specific display (different color, different font, etc.).

[0140] In conclusion, the processor (230) integrately analyzes design standards associated with target construction elements based on the latest information and change history, thereby efficiently providing the user with optimal information necessary for design work. This contributes to maintaining consistency and accuracy of design standards and improving the quality of design work.

[0141] Additionally, the processor (230) can extract at least one target construction element from the design work target in the user's structural design project and automatically generate an integrated design standard for each extracted target construction element.

[0142] Specifically, the processor (230) can automatically extract target construction elements designated as design work targets in a structural design project being performed by the user, and generate integrated design standards for each element based thereon. For example, when the user intends to perform design work on specific elements (e.g., main members and auxiliary members, etc.) during the process of carrying out a structural design project, the processor (230) analyzes design project data and related documents to extract target construction elements that are the subject of the design work. For example, it can recognize specific structural elements from design drawings or BIM (Building Information Modeling) data, or perform extraction work based on elements separately designated by the user.

[0143] Subsequently, the processor (230) searches for multiple design standard documents associated with the target construction element and identifies items and regulations related to the element. For example, seismic design standards, load design standards, durability standards, etc., may be included. In this case, the processor (230) utilizes an artificial neural network model (240) to analyze the correlations between the items specified in each document and generates an integrated design standard suitable for the target construction element. During this process, change history and the latest updates are reflected, ensuring the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the standard.

[0144] The integrated design criteria generated through the above process are automatically organized by target construction element. For example, the integrated design criteria for "Structure A" include seismic performance, materials used, and load distribution criteria, and this information can be provided to the designer immediately.

[0145] In this way, the processor (230) automatically extracts the necessary target construction elements based on project data without the user having to separately specify the design work target elements, and generates and provides integrated design standards for each element. This shortens the process of the designer reviewing multiple standard documents one by one and contributes significantly to increasing the accuracy and efficiency of the design work.

[0146] Below, we will look at FIG. 5. A management method for managing multiple documents related to the structural design standards illustrated in FIG. 5 can be performed by a management device (200) including a processor (230).

[0147] Meanwhile, FIG. 5 is merely illustrative, and the concept of the present invention is not to be interpreted as being limited to that shown in FIG. 5. For example, each step may be configured in a different order than that shown in FIG. 5, at least one of the steps shown in FIG. 5 may not be performed, or one or more steps not shown in FIG. 5 may be additionally performed.

[0148] Below, a management device and a management method for integrated management of multiple documents related to structural design standards are described. Since the operation (function) of the management device and the management method for integrated management of multiple documents related to structural design standards according to the embodiment is essentially the same as the function of the system, descriptions that overlap with FIGS. 1 and FIGS. 2 will be omitted.

[0149] FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a management method for integrating and managing a plurality of documents associated with the National Construction Standards Center and the National Construction Safety Manual according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0150] Referring to FIG. 5, in step S110, the management server (200) collects various documents required for structural review of the structure. These documents include seismic design standards, load design standards, fire prevention standards, energy efficiency standards, etc. The management server (200) retrieves the documents from a data source, such as a server of a law-providing agency, or obtains them based on data uploaded by a user. Each document contains prescribed standards and detailed information by item, and this information is used as key data in subsequent processing.

[0151] In step S120, the management server (200) analyzes the acquired documents to extract associations between the documents. To this end, the management server utilizes text mining and natural language processing (NLP) technologies. For example, if the same item (e.g., "allowable stress of a structure") is defined in different ways in a seismic design standard document and a load design standard document, it is recognized as an associated item. Correlations are derived based on the similarity of detailed contents defined for each item or cross-reference relationships, thereby ensuring connectivity between the documents.

[0152] In step S130, the management server (200) generates integrated design criteria for each construction element based on the extracted correlations. The management server (200) uses an artificial neural network model (240) to comprehensively analyze correlated items and content from multiple documents. For example, it generates integrated design criteria for a specific structure by combining various criteria such as seismic performance, load-bearing capacity, and durability. In this process, the reliability of the results is enhanced by reflecting the priority or importance of items in each document.

[0153] In step S140, the management server (200) checks whether changes have occurred in the item-specific contents included in the structural design standards. For example, if a user changes the seismic design standards in a specific document, or if the item contents are modified to reflect the latest laws or standards, the management server (200) can detect the changes. The changes can be identified through comparison with existing records in the database.

[0154] In step S150, the management server (200) updates the integrated design standards for each construction element based on the changed item-specific content. In this case, the management server (200) interprets how the changed information affects the design standards by referring to items and content of other documents that are correlated with the changed items. For example, if the minimum allowable strength required in seismic design standards has increased, other related standards (e.g., load design standards) must be adjusted to reflect this. In this process, the artificial neural network model (240) comprehensively analyzes the changes to derive appropriate update results.

[0155] In step S160, the management server (200) provides the updated integrated design standards for use by the user. The methods of provision include visually displaying them through a user interface (UI) or integrating data through linkage with design tools. For example, when a designer selects a specific construction element (e.g., "Structure A"), the latest integrated design standards for that element are displayed on the screen, and if necessary, they can be downloaded or used for additional work.

[0156] In this way, the management server analyzes the correlations between structural design standards and generates and updates integrated design standards based on this analysis, thereby playing a role in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of design work.

[0157] The present invention can significantly improve the accuracy and consistency of design work by extracting correlations between structural design standards specified in multiple different documents during the structural design process and generating integrated design standards based on this. Previously, conflicts or inconsistencies between design standards had to be resolved manually, but the present invention can save time and effort by automatically processing this.

[0158] The present invention enables the immediate updating of integrated design standards by cross-referencing the changed content with related items in other documents when changes occur in the design standards for each item. This ensures the timeliness and reliability of the design standards and minimizes errors that may occur during the design process.

[0159] The present invention provides integrated design criteria generated by analyzing changes through an artificial neural network model and reflecting weights, which offer more rational and practical design guidelines. As a result, designers can apply optimized design criteria to specific construction elements, thereby improving design quality.

[0160] The present invention enables the systematic recording of the grounds and processes for changes in design standards by accumulating and managing change histories for multiple documents. This supports clear communication between designers and stakeholders and can be utilized as important reference material for future design reviews or legal disputes.

[0161] This invention can maximize work efficiency in the design process by automatically extracting target construction elements for design work and generating and providing integrated design standards for them. Through this, designers can be freed from repetitive and complex tasks and focus on more creative and important design work.

[0162] In conclusion, the present invention enhances the efficiency and accuracy of structural design standard management and design work, and can significantly improve the quality of structural design by providing an environment that allows for the immediate reflection of the latest design standards and integrated management.
