Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of construction technology, and more specifically, to a waterproof sheet for tunnels. Background Technology
[0002] In tunnels constructed for roads, underground facilities, etc., a waterproof structure is installed on the inner walls to prevent groundwater from flowing into the tunnel.
[0003] Basically, as shown in FIG. 1, a conventional waterproof structure for tunnels has a drainage member (1) and a waterproof membrane (2) laminated between a shotcrete layer (11) and a lining concrete layer (12) formed on the excavation surface of a tunnel (10).
[0004] The drainage member (1) is formed by a non-woven fabric material as a structure for forming a drainage channel between the shotcrete layer (11) and the lining concrete layer (12), and the waterproof membrane (2) is formed by a synthetic resin (thermoplastic) material such as PE as a structure for preventing moisture from flowing into the lining concrete layer (12).
[0005] FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3 are partial combined cross-sectional views showing the installation state of the drainage member (1) and waterproof membrane (2) before and after pouring the lining concrete layer (12).
[0006] As shown in FIG. 2, before pouring the lining concrete, a fixing member (4) is fixedly installed on the back of the waterproofing membrane (2), and the above fixing member (4) and the drainage member (1) are fixed to the shotcrete layer (11) by fixing nails (3).
[0007] This is a temporary fixed structure, and when the lining concrete layer (12) is subsequently poured, the drainage member (1) and the waterproof membrane (2) are attached to the shotcrete layer (11) by the pressure of the concrete, and after the concrete is cured, a waterproof layer and a drainage layer are formed between the shotcrete layer (11) and the lining concrete layer (12).
[0009] Meanwhile, the lining concrete layer (12) is generally formed by plain concrete, but in the case of a large cross-section tunnel or when the surrounding ground in a part of the tunnel (10) is not solid, a reinforced concrete area is formed by partially installing a reinforcing assembly (13) and pouring lining concrete. (Fig. 4)
[0010] The installation work of the rebar assembly (13) involves various rebar work including welding, and there is a high risk that the waterproof membrane (2) may be damaged due to carelessness during the work.
[0011] In particular, when sparks from welding work come into contact with the PE waterproof membrane (2), rapid ignition occurs and the fire spreads, causing damage to a significant area of the waterproof membrane (2).
[0012] Since the waterproof membrane (2) is a key component for preventing moisture from penetrating the lining concrete layer (12) and causing cracks, it must be re-constructed if damage occurs due to fire.
[0013] In other words, the conventional waterproof membrane (2) has been pointed out as having problems such as the risk of damage during rebar work due to its weak impact resistance, and the fact that it lacks flame retardant performance, so if a fire occurs, damage occurs to a large area of the waterproof membrane (2) as the fire spreads, and the area requiring reconstruction is too large.
[0015] The drawing symbols of the above prior art are limited only to the description of the said prior art. Prior art literature

[0018] To solve the above problem, the present invention provides a tunnel waterproofing sheet (100) installed between a shotcrete layer (11) and a lining concrete layer (12) inside a tunnel (10), and joined by heat fusion to a one-sided waterproofing sheet (100a) installed on one side and a other-sided waterproofing sheet (100b) installed on the other side, comprising: a drainage member (110) formed by a non-woven fabric; a waterproofing membrane (120) formed by a flexible material and having heat fusion portions (121) formed on both edges to be joined to the front surface of the drainage member (110) and joined by heat fusion to the waterproofing membrane of an adjacent waterproofing sheet; and a protective member (130) formed by a flame-retardant material and joined to the front surface of the waterproofing membrane (120); wherein the protective member (130) comprises a central joining portion (131) formed in a structure joined to the waterproofing membrane (120) in the central portion. A waterproof sheet (100) for a tunnel is provided, comprising: a cover portion (132) formed with a structure that does not combine with the waterproof membrane (120) at the edge; wherein, during a heat fusion operation on the heat fusion portion (121), the cover portion (132) is opened to expose the heat fusion portion (121), and after the heat fusion operation on the heat fusion portion (121), the cover portion (132) is closed to cover and protect the heat fusion portion (121).
[0019] In order to prevent the heat fusion work on the heat fusion portion (121) of the waterproof membrane (120) from being hindered, a workspace portion (122) that is not combined with the protective member (130) is formed on the inner side of the heat fusion portion (121) of the waterproof membrane (120), and it is preferable that the cover portion (132) opens or covers and protects the workspace portion (122).
[0020] It is preferable that the width of the above workspace (122) is greater than the width of the above heat fusion part (121).
[0021] The above cover portion (132) comprises a one-sided cover portion (132a) formed on one side of the protective member (130); and a other-sided cover portion (132b) formed on the other side of the protective member (130); and preferably, a rear adhesive portion (133a) is formed on the rear side of the one-sided cover portion (132a), and a front adhesive portion (133b) is formed on the front side of the other-sided cover portion (132b).

FIG. 5 and below illustrate embodiments of the present invention, Figure 5 is a flowchart of the tunnel construction method. Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a waterproof sheet. Fig. 7 is a front view of the waterproof sheet. Fig. 8 is a side view of the waterproof sheet. Figures 9 and 10 show the usage state of the waterproof sheet. FIGS. 11 to 13 are process diagrams of a construction method for a waterproof sheet using a folded portion. Specific details for implementing the invention
[0027] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0028] As illustrated in FIG. 5 and below, the present invention basically relates to a waterproof sheet (100) for a tunnel that is installed between a shotcrete layer (11) and a lining concrete layer (12) inside a tunnel (10), and is joined by heat fusion with a waterproof sheet (100a) installed on one side and a waterproof sheet (100b) installed on the other side.
[0029] This is configured to include a drainage member (110), a waterproof membrane (120), and a protective member (130).
[0030] The drainage member (110) is formed by a non-woven fabric as in the past.
[0031] The waterproof membrane (120) is formed from a flexible material (synthetic resin such as PE) as in the past and is attached to the front surface of the drainage member (110).
[0032] This is formed with heat-fused portions (121) on both edges so as to be joined by heat fusion with the waterproof membrane of other waterproof sheets (100a, 100b) installed adjacently.
[0033] The protective member (130) is formed from a flame-retardant material (synthetic resin mixed with a flame retardant (PE, TPU, etc.), fabric (tarpaulin), etc.), is bonded to the front surface of the waterproof membrane (120), and is configured to include a central bonding part (131) and a cover part (132).
[0034] The central joint (131) is formed with a structure (thermal fusion, etc.) combined with a waterproof membrane (120) in the central part.
[0035] Since the waterproof membrane (120) and the protective member (130) do not necessarily need to form a rigid bonding structure, it is sufficient to have a point fusion structure for multiple areas.
[0036] The cover portion (132) is formed in a structure that does not combine with the waterproof membrane (120) at the edge.
[0037] That is, the central part of the protective member (130) is joined to the central part of the waterproof membrane (120) (central joining part (131)), and the edge of the protective member (130) is not joined to the edge of the waterproof membrane (120) (cover part (132)).
[0038] On both edges of the waterproof membrane (120), a heat-fusion portion (a) is formed to be joined by heat fusion with the waterproof membrane (120) of another waterproof sheet (100a) installed adjacently, but if that portion is covered by a protective member (130), the heat fusion operation is hindered.
[0039] Therefore, the two edges of the protective member (130) do not join with the heat-fused portion (a) of the waterproof membrane (120).
[0040] When performing a heat fusion operation on the heat fusion part (121), the cover part (132) is opened to expose the heat fusion part (121).
[0041] After the heat fusion operation on the heat fusion part (121), the cover part (132) is closed to cover and protect the heat fusion part (121).
[0042] Conventional waterproof membranes (2) have been pointed out as having problems such as having poor impact resistance, which poses a high risk of damage during rebar work, and lacking flame retardant performance, which causes damage to a large area of the waterproof membrane (2) as the fire spreads when a fire occurs, and thus requiring too much rework.
[0043] The waterproof sheet according to the present invention has the effect of preventing damage to the waterproof membrane due to carelessness during the installation of the reinforcing bar assembly (13) by covering and protecting the front surface of the waterproof membrane (120) with a separate protective member (130), thereby preventing re-construction even if a fire occurs, or minimizing the area requiring re-construction of the waterproof sheet.
[0045] Since the shotcrete layer (11) inside the tunnel (10) has a very uneven structure, it is difficult to form a uniform bonding surface for adjacent waterproofing sheets (100a, 100, 100b), and as a result, it is also difficult to perform a uniform heat fusion operation on the heat fusion part (121).
[0046] Accordingly, so that the heat fusion work on the heat fusion portion (121) of the waterproof membrane (120) is not hindered, it is preferable to form a workspace portion (122) that is not combined with a protective member (130) on the inner side of the heat fusion portion (121) of the waterproof membrane (120).
[0047] This cover portion (132) opens the workspace portion (122) during the heat fusion process and covers and protects the workspace portion (122) after the heat fusion process.
[0048] In particular, in the case of a long tunnel, many cross-sectional change sections are formed, such as evacuation connecting passages, emergency parking areas, and various disaster prevention facilities. In order to allow the size of the heat-fused section (121) to vary in such cases, it is desirable to form the width of the work space section (122) larger than the width of the heat-fused section (121).
[0050] The cover portion (132) is formed by including a one-sided cover portion (132a) formed on one side of the protective member (130); and a other-sided cover portion (132b) formed on the other side of the protective member (130).
[0051] A front adhesive portion (133b) (double-sided tape, Velcro tape, etc.) is formed on the front surface of the other side cover portion (132b). (Fig. 8)
[0052] When performing a heat fusion operation on the heat fusion part (121), in order to maintain the heat fusion part (121) in an exposed state, the other side cover part (132b) is folded to one side, and the front adhesive part (133b) is temporarily attached to the front of the central coupling part (131) of the protective member (130). (Fig. 9)
[0053] After the heat fusion operation on the heat fusion part (121), the other side cover part (132b) covers the heat fusion part (121) again, and while the one side cover part (132a) of the other side waterproof sheet (100b) covers the other side cover part (132b), the rear surface of the one side cover part (132a) of the other side waterproof sheet (100b) is bonded to the front adhesive part (133b). (Fig. 10)
[0054] A rear adhesive portion (133a) (double-sided tape, Velcro tape, etc.) is formed on the rear surface of one side cover portion (132a). (Fig. 8)
[0055] When performing a heat fusion operation on the heat fusion part (121), in order to maintain the heat fusion part (121) in an exposed state, the rear adhesive part (133a) is temporarily attached to the front surface of the central coupling part (131) of the protective member (130) while the one-sided cover part (132a) is folded to the other side. (Fig. 9)
[0056] After the heat fusion operation on the heat fusion portion (121), the other cover portion (132b) of the one side waterproof sheet (100a) covers the heat fusion portion (121), and while the one side cover portion (132a) covers the other cover portion (132b) of the one side waterproof sheet (100a), the front surface of the other cover portion (132b) of the one side waterproof sheet (100a) is bonded to the rear adhesive portion (133a). (Fig. 10)
[0058] As described above, the cover portion (132) of the protective member (130) is folded to expose the heat-fused portion (121) during the heat-fused process (Fig. 9), and after the heat-fused process, it covers and protects the heat-fused portion (121) again (Fig. 10). Since the length of the waterproof sheet (100) for the tunnel reaches tens of meters, if the cover portion (132) is formed integrally along the longitudinal direction, the heat-fused process may be hindered.
[0059] To prevent this, a plurality of cuts (c) are formed in the cover portion (132) at intervals along the longitudinal direction (Figs. 11 to 13).
[0060] By the above cut portion (c), the cover portion (132) is divided into a first cover portion (132A), a second cover portion (132B), and a third cover portion (131C). Since the first cover portion (132A), the second cover portion (132B), and the third cover portion (131C) are folded independently, some parts may be in a folded state (a state in which the heat-fused portion (121) is exposed) and other parts may be in a covered state (a state in which the heat-fused portion (121) is covered).
[0062] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the construction method of a waterproof sheet (100) for a tunnel according to the present invention will be described. (Figs. 11 to 13)
[0063] A first waterproof sheet (100A) and a second waterproof sheet (100B) are prepared to be installed adjacent to each other.
[0064] The first cover portion (132A) of the second waterproof sheet (100B) is folded (opened) to the other side to expose the heat-fused portion (121) of the waterproof membrane (120). (Fig. 11)
[0065] The heat-fused portion (121) of the first waterproof sheet (100A) and the heat-fused portion (121) of the second waterproof sheet (100B) are heat-fused.
[0066] The first cover portion (132A) of the second waterproof sheet (100B) is covered to one side so that the heat-fused portion (121) is covered again, and the first cover portion (132A) is attached to the upper surface of the other edge of the protective member (130) of the first waterproof sheet (100A). (Fig. 12)
[0067] The second cover portion (132B) of the second waterproof sheet (100B) is folded to the other side to expose the heat-fused portion (121) of the waterproof membrane (120).
[0068] The heat-fused portion (121) of the first waterproof sheet (100A) and the heat-fused portion (121) of the second waterproof sheet (100B) are heat-fused.
[0069] The second cover portion (132B) of the second waterproof sheet (100B) is covered to one side so that the heat-fused portion (121) is covered again, and the second cover portion (132B) is attached to the upper surface of the other edge of the protective member (130) of the first waterproof sheet (100A). (Fig. 13)
[0070] This process can be repeated for the third cover portion (131C) of the second waterproof sheet (100B), etc., to stably form a combined structure of the first waterproof sheet (100A) and the second waterproof sheet (100B) (a heat-fusion combined structure of the waterproof membrane (120), a combined structure of the protective member (130)).
[0072] The foregoing merely describes some preferred embodiments that can be implemented by the present invention. As is well known, the scope of the present invention should not be interpreted as being limited to the above embodiments, and all technical concepts that share the fundamental principles with the technical concept of the present invention described above shall be considered to be included within the scope of the present invention.
