Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a pile connection device and a pile construction method using the same, which allows one end of a first pile and the top of a second pile to be accurately brought into contact without misalignment in order to perform welding work to connect the first and second piles to each other. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, when carrying out civil engineering or construction work on the ground, concrete piles are driven in to reinforce the ground, and foundation work is constructed on top of them.

[0003] Such concrete piles are widely used in the foundation work of buildings because they have a relatively low manufacturing cost and offer high resistance to vertical loads.

[0004] Also, the depth to which concrete piles must be driven varies depending on the ground conditions, and in the case of soft ground, two or more piles are driven in succession.

[0005] In other words, conventional concrete pile connection devices employ a method of installing steel plates at the ends of concrete piles and connecting them by welding.

[0006] This welding connection method joins steel plates to the ends of concrete piles in advance.

[0007] In other words, a plate must be installed at the bottom of the upper connecting concrete pile, plates must be installed at the top and bottom of the middle connecting concrete pile, and a plate must be connected at the top of the lower connecting concrete pile.

[0008] However, these many types of concrete piles required securing storage space at the pile manufacturing site, and there was a problem of increased costs due to unnecessary inventory of the plates.

[0009] In addition, this conventional welding-based pile connection device had a disadvantage in that when welding plates, concrete piles would move relative to each other, preventing them from maintaining accurate positions. If the piles became misaligned, the welding operation to connect them could not be carried out.

[0010] In addition, conventional connecting devices were large and heavy, making it difficult to transport and move products.

[0011] Therefore, in order to proceed with the welding work to connect the piles, there is a need for a device that accurately aligns the ends of the piles without any misalignment.

[0012] A prior art document related to the present invention is Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1562984 (published on October 23, 2015), in which technology regarding "a rapid connection device with upper and lower parts separated for irregular piles and a pile construction method using the same" has been disclosed. [0036] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 11, the pile connection device (100) may include first and second piles (11, 12), first and second connecting members (110, 120), a plurality of first and second bolt connection holes (130, 140), and a welding space (150). For example, the first and second piles (11, 12) may be made of concrete piles (11, 12), and the first and second piles (11, 12) made of concrete piles (11, 12) are configured to be driven into the ground to reinforce the ground and to construct foundation work on top of them when civil engineering or construction work is performed on the ground.

[0037] On one end surface of the first pile (11) described above, a plurality of first nut mounting grooves (not shown) may be formed to accommodate and embed a plurality of first fastening nuts (11a) that are fastened to a first bolt (160) described later. For example, a plurality of first fastening nuts (11a) may be accommodated and embedded in the plurality of first nut mounting grooves (not shown) of the first pile (11).

[0038] Additionally, a plurality of second nut mounting grooves (12b) may be formed on one end surface of the second pile (12) to accommodate and embed a plurality of second fastening nuts (12a) that are fastened to the second bolt (170) described later. For example, a plurality of second fastening nuts (12a) may be accommodated and embedded in a plurality of first nut mounting grooves (12b) of the second pile (12).

[0039] The first connecting member (110) may be disposed on the lower cross-section of the first pile (11). For example, the first connecting member (110) may form the plurality of first bolt fastening holes (110a) facing the plurality of first fastening nuts (11a) embedded in the lower surface of the first pile (11).

[0040] The second connecting member (120) may be positioned on the upper surface of the second pile (12) and may face the first connecting member (110). For example, the second connecting member (120) may form the plurality of second bolt fastening holes (120a) that face the plurality of second fastening nuts (12a) embedded in the lower surface of the second pile (12).

[0041] The plurality of first bolt coupling holes (130) may be formed in the first connecting member (110). For example, the plurality of first bolt coupling holes (130) may be screw-fastened to the first fastening nuts (11a) and the first bolt fastening holes (110a) and simultaneously coupled to the protruding first bolt head (161).

[0042] The plurality of second bolt coupling holes (140) may be formed in the second connecting member (120). For example, the plurality of second bolt coupling holes (140) may be screw-fastened to the second fastening nuts (12a) and the second bolt fastening holes (120a) and simultaneously coupled to the protruding second bolt head (171).

[0043] These plurality of first and second bolt connection holes (130, 140) can be combined with the first and second bolt heads (161, 171) when the first and second connecting members (110, 120) are facing each other to perform welding work to connect the first and second piles (11, 12) around the outer perimeter of the first and second connecting members (110, 120), thereby preventing the first end of the first pile (11) and the top end of the second pile (12) from being misaligned with each other.

[0044] That is, the shape of the first pile (11) and the shape of the second pile (12) can be aligned with each other without any misalignment. In this state, when welding is performed on the outer perimeter of the first and second piles, the welding of the first and second piles can be facilitated.

[0045] In this state, a welding space (150) may be formed at an angle on the outer circumference of the first and second connecting members (110, 120) to face the first and second connecting members (110, 120) and to join the first and second connecting members (110, 120) by welding (C1). The first and second connecting members (110, 120) can be connected by welding in the welding space (150) thus formed.

[0046] The first connecting member (110) may include first, second, and third connecting parts (111, 112, 113) that are formed in a donut shape when combined with each other or formed in a curve to facilitate transport and movement when separated.

[0047] For example, when the first, second, and third connecting parts (111, 112, 113) are combined with each other, they can be formed into a donut shape.

[0048] A joining surface (A1) for joining the first, second, and third connecting parts (111, 112, 113) to form the donut shape may be formed at both ends of the first, second, and third connecting parts (111, 112, 113).

[0049] The first, second, and third connecting parts (111, 112, 113) can be reduced in size and volume when separated from each other, thereby facilitating the transport and movement of the first connecting member (110).

[0050] The second connecting member (120) may include fourth, fifth, and sixth connecting parts (121, 122, 123) that are formed in a donut shape when combined with each other or are formed in a curve to facilitate transport and movement when separated.

[0051] For example, the 4th, 5th, and 6th connecting parts (121, 122, 123) can be formed into a donut shape when the 4th, 5th, and 6th connecting parts (121, 122, 123) are combined with each other.

[0052] The above-mentioned 4th, 5th, and 6th connecting parts (121, 122, 123) can be reduced in size and volume when separated from each other, thereby facilitating the transport and movement of the 2nd connecting member (120).

[0053] A joining surface (B1) for joining the 4th, 5th, and 6th connecting parts (121, 122, 123) to form the donut shape may be formed at both ends of the 4th, 5th, and 6th connecting parts (121, 122, 123).

[0054] The above-mentioned 4th, 5th, and 6th connecting parts (121, 122, 123) can be reduced in size and volume when separated from each other, thereby facilitating the transport and movement of the 2nd connecting member (120).

[0055] The pile construction method using the pile connection device (100) of the present invention described above is as follows.

[0056] First, a plurality of first nut mounting grooves (not shown) can be formed at the bottom of the first file (11) to accommodate and embed a plurality of first fastening nuts (11a). A plurality of first fastening nuts (11a) can be secured by mounting them in the plurality of first nut mounting grooves formed in this way.

[0057] In this state, a first connecting member (110) can be placed on the lower cross-section of the first file (11) and formed with a plurality of first bolt fastening holes (110a) facing a plurality of first fastening nuts (11a) embedded in the lower surface of the first file (11).

[0058] A plurality of second nut mounting grooves (12b) can be formed at the bottom of the second file (12) to accommodate a plurality of second fastening nuts (12a). A plurality of second fastening nuts (12a) can be secured by mounting them in the plurality of second nut mounting grooves (12b) formed in this way.

[0059] In this state, a second connecting member (120) can be placed on the upper cross-section of the second file (12) and formed with a plurality of second bolt fastening holes (120a) facing a plurality of second fastening nuts (12a) embedded on the upper surface of the second file (12).

[0060] In this state, the first bolt (160) can be screwed into the plurality of first fastening nuts (11a) and the plurality of first bolt fastening holes (110a). At this time, the first bolt head (161) formed on the first bolt (160) can protrude from the first bolt fastening holes (110a).

[0061] The second bolt (170) can be screwed into the plurality of second fastening nuts (12a) and the plurality of second bolt fastening holes (120a). At this time, the second bolt head (171) formed on the second bolt (170) can protrude from the second bolt fastening holes (120a).

[0062] In this state, the lower surface of the first file (11) and the upper surface of the second file (12) can be brought into contact with each other, and at the same time, they can be brought into contact with the first and second connecting members (110, 120).

[0063] At this time, the protruding first and second bolt heads (161, 171) can be coupled to the plurality of first and second bolt coupling holes (130, 140) of the first and second connecting members (110, 120).

[0064] At this time, when the first and second connecting members (110, 120) are facing each other, the first and second bolt coupling holes (130, 140) are coupled with the first and second bolt heads (161, 171) that protrude, thereby preventing the first end of the first pile (11) and the top end of the second pile (12) from being misaligned with each other. Accordingly, the welding work of the first and second piles (11, 12) can be facilitated, and the welding work can be improved as a result.

[0065] At this time, a welding space (150) may be formed at an angle around the outer circumference of the first and second connecting members (110, 120).

[0066] In this way, the first and second connecting members (110, 120) can be joined by welding (C1) in the welding space (150) while the first and second connecting members (110, 120) are accurately facing each other without misalignment.

[0067] At this time, the bottom of the first file (11) and the top of the second file (12) can also be connected and fixed to each other.

[0068] As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, a plurality of fixing fastening members (210) may be arranged around the outer surface of the first and second connecting members (110, 120) to face the inclined surface (110-1, 120-1) formed on the outer surface of the first and second connecting members (110, 120) and to fix the first and second connecting members (110, 120).

[0069] For example, the first and second connecting members (110, 120) may face each other, and screw holes (110-2, 120-2) may be formed simultaneously. At this time, screw fastening holes (211) that correspond to the screw holes (110-2, 120-2) formed in the first and second connecting members (110, 120) may be formed in the plurality of fixed fastening members (210). That is, a bolt (220) and a nut (221) can be screwed into the corresponded screw holes (110-2, 120-2) and the screw fastening holes (211). At this time, the plurality of fixed fastening members (210) can fix the first and second connecting members (110, 120) to each other by screwing the bolt (220) and the nut (221).

[0070] In these plurality of fixed fastening members (210), a detachment prevention surface (212) may be formed that faces an inclined surface (110-1, 120-1) formed on the outer circumference of the first and second connecting members (110, 120) and simultaneously prevents the first and second connecting members (110, 120) from detaching from the plurality of fixed fastening members (210).

[0071] For example, when the plurality of fixed fastening members (210) are fixed to the outer circumference of the first and second connecting members (110, 120), the anti-detachment surface (212) formed on the plurality of fixed fastening members (210) faces the inclined surface (110-1, 120-1) formed on the outer circumference of the first and second connecting members (110, 120), and at the same time, the first and second connecting members (110, 120) can be prevented from detaching from the plurality of fixed fastening members (210).

[0072] The above anti-detachment surface (212) may be formed at an angle so as to face the inclined surface (110-1, 120-1) formed on the outer circumference of the first and second connecting members (110, 120).

[0073] In this way, by configuring a plurality of fixing fastening members (210) that are positioned around the outer surface of the first and second connecting members (110, 120) and face the inclined surface (110-1, 120-1) formed around the outer surface of the first and second connecting members (110, 120) while simultaneously fixing the first and second connecting members (110, 120), the plurality of fixing fastening members (210) can easily connect and simultaneously fix the first and second connecting members (110, 120). Accordingly, the connection operation of the first and second piles can be further improved.
