Abstract

The present invention relates to a floor mat and a method for manufacturing the floor mat. It collects standing water in a dust removal member and discharges it cleanly, and maintains the surface of the dust removal member dry at all times to prevent bacterial proliferation, while simultaneously preventing the unique odor of the floor mat and ensuring the health of the user. In the configuration of the fixing clip, a ratchet projection is formed on the side of the channel portion and a ratchet groove is formed on the side of the fixing clip. When the fixing clip is slid into the space between the channel portions, the ratchet projection is configured to elastically engage within the ratchet groove, thereby allowing the fixing clip to be assembled simply and securely, elastically connecting each unit mat frame and effectively absorbing external shocks.

Claim 1 A floor mat comprising: a plurality of unit mat frames (110) formed in the shape of a bar having a certain length, having a pair of guide rails (112) formed along the longitudinal direction of the frame body (111) and having a guide groove (112a) on the upper side, and having a channel section (115) on the lower side, and installed on the entrance floor; a dust removal member (120) (220) inserted into the guide groove (112a) and detachably installed within the guide rail (112) to separate and remove foreign substances attached to the bottom of shoes; and a fixing clip (130) (230) installed between the channel sections (115) of the unit mat frames (110) to elastically connect each adjacent unit mat frame (110) and absorb external shock. Claim 10 A first step (S10) of forming a plurality of unit mat frames (110) that are formed in a bar shape and include a pair of guide rails (112) formed along the longitudinal direction of the frame body (111) and having a guide groove (112a) on the upper side; a second step (S20) of cutting the unit mat frames (110) to a suitable size using a cutting machine and then aligning them; a third step (S30) of marking a line for fixing a fixing clip (130) at equal intervals on the lower surface of the unit mat frames (110); a fourth step (S40) of installing the fixing clip (130) between the unit mat frames (110) in alignment with the line using a compression roller to elastically connect each unit mat frame (110) adjacent to each other; and a fifth step (S50) of inserting a dust removal member (120) into the guide groove (112a). A method for manufacturing a floor mat comprising: a sixth step (S60) of assembling a finishing material (140) to both ends of the unit mat frame (110). Claim 11 A floor mat comprising: a plurality of unit mat frames (110) formed in the shape of a bar having a certain length and formed along the longitudinal direction of the frame body (111), and having a pair of guide rails (112) having a guide groove (112a) on the upper side, and installed on the entrance floor; a dust removal member (120) inserted into the guide groove (112a) and detachably installed within the guide rail (112) to remove foreign substances stuck to the bottom of shoes; and a fixing clip (130) installed between the unit mat frames (110) to elastically connect each adjacent unit mat frame (110) and absorb shock; wherein the dust removal member (120) is composed of a plurality of unit blocks (120A) so that they can be inserted into the guide groove (112a) and then sequentially slid along the guide rail (112) to be joined, and the unit blocks (120A) are made of a metal material. Claim 12 A floor mat characterized in that, in claim 11, the dust removal member (120) is made of stainless steel (SUS). Claim 13 In claim 11, the floor mat is configured such that the unit block (120A) comprises: a body portion (121) positioned between a pair of guide rails (112); and wing portions (122) extending from both sides of the body portion (121) to be inserted into the guide groove (112a). Claim 14 A floor mat according to claim 11, characterized in that an anti-slip portion (121a) is formed on the upper surface of the body portion (121) or a variety of colors are coated.
