[0041] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a safety helmet equipped with a fog removal device for a safety helmet face shield according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 2.
[0042] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the safety helmet (10) having a fog removal device (1) for a safety helmet safety face (20) of the present embodiment comprises a safety face (20) that is detachably coupled to a safety helmet body (11) and a fog removal device (1) that is detachably coupled to the safety face (20).
[0043] The safety face (20) is equipped with a transparent cover (21) and a clip (22) that supports the transparent cover (21) and is detachably coupled to the safety helmet body (11).
[0044] The transparent cover (21) may be formed with a curved surface to wrap around the worker's face. The clip (22) is formed to wrap around the upper part of the transparent cover (21), and both ends of the clip (22) may be fitted into the mounting part (12, see FIG. 1) of the safety helmet body (11) to be mounted.
[0045] FIG. 4 is a configuration diagram of a fog removal device for a safety face of FIG. 3, FIG. 5 shows a general straight wiper, FIG. 6 shows a curved wiper part of an embodiment, FIG. 7 is a configuration diagram of area "B" of FIG. 4, FIG. 8 shows the operation of a fog removal device for a safety face for a safety helmet according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 9 shows the wiping section of the wiper part of FIG. 8.
[0046] With reference to FIGS. 4 to 9, the fog removal device (1) of the security face (20) of the embodiment will be described in detail.
[0047] The fog removal device (1) of the security face (20) of the embodiment may be configured to include a main body part (100), a security face attachment / detachment part (200), and a wiper part (300).
[0048] The main body (100) is coupled with a wiper part (300) that cleans the transparent cover (21), and can be attached to and detachably coupled to the clip (22) of the security face (20) through the security face attachment / detachment part (200).
[0049] The main body (100) may include a motor (110) that rotates the wiper part (300) as shown in FIG. 7, and a battery (120) connected to the motor (110).
[0050] For example, the motor (110) is composed of a small motor that operates the wiper unit (300), and the battery (120) is composed of a 12V small lithium battery and can be used as an energy source for the motor (110).
[0051] The motor (110) can be controlled to operate for 3 to 5 seconds or stop for 3 to 5 seconds. This is to appropriately distribute the cleaning and stopping operations of the wiper part (300) that removes fogging from the transparent cover (21). Of course, the operation control of the motor (110) can be modified to have different time ranges as needed.
[0052] Although the main body (100) is not illustrated in detail, it may further include a power button that controls the operation of the motor (110). For example, the power button may be implemented in the form of a button protruding from the front or side of the safety helmet (10). Thus, if fogging occurs on the safety face (20) during operation, the operator can start or stop the fogging removal operation by pressing the power button to control the operation of the motor (110).
[0053] The security face attachment / detachment part (200) can detachably fix the main body part (100) to the security face (20). For example, the security face attachment / detachment part (200) may have a hook or clip shape that is located on the rear of the main body part (100) and can be hooked and inserted into the central area of the clip (22) of the security face (20).
[0054] Of course, the security face attachment / detachment (200) can be modified to include various types of fastening means such as Velcro, buttons, magnets, wires, sliders, etc.
[0055] The wiper part (300) is coupled to the main body part (100) and serves to automatically remove fogging from the transparent cover (21) through the driving force of the main body part (100) described above.
[0056] The wiper part (300) may be implemented alone, or may be coupled to the main body part (100) by being configured as a pair facing the main body part (100) as in the embodiment. The pair of wiper parts (300) may include the same configuration.
[0057] For example, as illustrated in FIG. 7, each wiper part (300) may include a link part (310) coupled to the shaft of the motor (110) and a cleaner (320) connected to the link part (310) and cleaning the transparent cover (21).
[0058] The link portion (310) may include, more specifically, a drive link (311) connected to the shaft of the motor (110) and a diffraction link (312) coupled to the drive link (311) in a diffraction manner and supporting the cleaner (320).
[0059] The drive link (311) can move back and forth over a certain distance depending on the forward and reverse rotation of the shaft of the motor (110), and the diffraction link (312) can transmit power so that the cleaner (320) moves along the surface of the transparent cover (21) as the central area is coupled to the end of the drive link (311).
[0060] The cleaner (320) may be made of a material capable of removing fogging that forms on the surface of the transparent cover (21). For example, the cleaner (320) may be composed of at least one of a cloth, leather, sponge, and plastic.
[0061] Here, the cleaner (320) may have a predetermined thickness to clean the transparent cover (21) while deforming according to the curved shape of the security surface (20). For example, as shown in FIG. 5, in the case of a standard wiper (30) that cleans the glass of a car, the curvature of the glass window is gentle and almost horizontal. Therefore, since the cleaner (32) cleans the horizontal surface, the thickness (t1) is very small.
[0062] On the other hand, the cleaner (320) of the present embodiment may have a greater thickness (t2) compared to a standard wiper (30), while forming a curved wiper with a greater curvature as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7.
[0063] Accordingly, as illustrated in FIG. 7, the cleaner (320) of the wiper part (300) of the embodiment can stably remove fogging from the transparent cover (21) of the security surface (20) by deforming so that its thickness decreases or increases in some areas according to the curved shape of the security surface (20).
[0064] Meanwhile, the wiping section of the wiper part (300) described above may be located within the operator's field of vision. That is, the wiper part (300) can have the efficiency of removing only the fogging within the field of vision without cleaning the front surface of the transparent cover (21).
[0065] Additionally, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the cleaner (320) may have a range in which it rotates 90 degrees from a horizontal position in the horizontal direction of the transparent cover (21) and is positioned in the vertical direction. This wiping range can be implemented through a method of rotating the motor (110) in the forward and reverse directions and controlling the time as described above.
[0066] Thus, according to the fog removal device for a safety helmet and the safety helmet equipped with the same of the present invention, fogging can be automatically removed during work, so the worker does not have to go through the hassle of manually removing the fogging.
[0067] Although the present invention has been described in detail through specific embodiments, this is for the purpose of specifically explaining the invention and is not limited thereto. It is evident that modifications or improvements to the present invention are possible by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the invention.
[0068] All simple variations or modifications of the present invention fall within the scope of the present invention, and the specific scope of protection of the present invention will be clarified by the appended claims. Explanation of the symbols
