Abstract
A display device according to one embodiment comprises: a substrate including a first subpixel, a second subpixel, and a third subpixel; a first reflective electrode disposed on the substrate in the first subpixel; a first insulating layer on the first reflective electrode; a second reflective electrode disposed on the first insulating layer in the second subpixel; a second insulating layer on the second reflective electrode; and a third reflective electrode disposed on the second insulating layer in the third subpixel, wherein the thickness of the first reflective electrode is greater than the thickness of the second reflective electrode and the thickness of the third reflective electrode.
