Claim 1 A neck band using a wrinkle-reducing agent having cooling, moisturizing, and whitening functions, comprising: a body (100) formed to have a predetermined width and length, with a wrinkle-reducing agent (200) applied to the outer surface and worn to wrap around the neck; and an adhesive part (300) provided on one side of the body (100) and detachably attached to fix the body (100) that has been shaped to wrap around the neck; wherein the body (100) includes a waterproof layer (110) and a pair of breathable brushed fabric layers (120) that are respectively adhered to the surface and the back surface to wrap around the waterproof layer (110), and wherein a wrinkle-reducing agent (200) that can be exposed to the outside by separating a release liner (210) is applied to the outer surface of at least one of the pair of brushed fabric layers (120).
