[0032] A preferred embodiment of the present invention, in which the objective of the present invention can be specifically realized, will be described below with reference to the attached drawings.

[0033] First, the electric vehicle (V) fire spread prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention can be described in its entirety through FIGS. 1 to 6.

[0034] Specifically, FIG. 1 is a drawing illustrating an overall description of an electric vehicle fire spread prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a drawing illustrating an arrangement of pad modules of an electric vehicle fire spread prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a drawing illustrating a water supply module and a drainage module of an electric vehicle fire spread prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a drawing illustrating a compartment module of an electric vehicle fire spread prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a drawing illustrating a support member of an electric vehicle fire spread prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a drawing illustrating a control module of an electric vehicle fire spread prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0035] First, the electric vehicle (V) fire spread prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention is positioned on a parking space (PA) where the electric vehicle (V) is parked as shown in FIG. 1, and includes a partition module (100) that partitions the parking space (PA) while moving up and down, a water tank section that contains water, a water supply module (200) that supplies water from the water tank section to a partitioned space (QA) partitioned by the partition module (100), a drainage module (300) that drains the water supplied to the partitioned space (QA), and a control module (400) that detects a fire in the parking space (PA) and controls the partition module (100), the water supply module (200), and the drainage module (300).

[0036] At this time, prior to the specific description of the composition, features, and functions of the invention, the background of the electric vehicle (V) fire spread prevention device according to the embodiment of the present invention is specifically explained as follows: In addition to the conventional electric vehicle (V) which generally operates through the driving force of an engine and discharges various gases generated during the process of the engine generating driving force to the outside, the invention relates to an electric vehicle (V) that drives the electric vehicle (V) by securing driving force through electric energy in an eco-friendly manner to prevent air pollution.

[0037] Here, since electric vehicles (V) secure driving power through electric energy, a large-capacity battery capable of storing electricity is essential to ensure driving endurance. Generally, electric vehicles (V) utilizing large-capacity lithium batteries are rapidly becoming widespread due to issues regarding high storage capacity, mass production feasibility, and efficiency.

[0038] However, the large-capacity battery of the electric vehicle (V) is sensitive to external temperature, humidity, dust, etc., and fires may occur due to various factors such as overcharging, heat generation within the large-capacity battery itself, leakage caused by humidity, or overheating caused by temperature. Furthermore, due to the material properties of lithium and the characteristics of the large-capacity battery, even if firefighting water is used to suppress the fire, the fire must be suppressed continuously with firefighting water until the energy accumulated in the lithium and the large-capacity battery is depleted. Consequently, there may be problems such as a large amount of firefighting water being used and the fire lasting for a long time. Accordingly, the electric vehicle (V) fire spread prevention device according to the embodiment of the present invention can effectively solve the aforementioned problems, which will be explained in more detail through the drawings and descriptions to be described later.

[0039] First, as illustrated in FIG. 1, a partition module (100) is placed on a parking space (PA) where an electric vehicle (V) is parked. The partition module (100) may be placed along the parking lines of the parking space (PA) or in the space immediately inside the parking lines, taking into account the general size of the electric vehicle (V). Here, the partition module (100) may form a partition space (QA) within the parking space (PA) to minimize the heat from the electric vehicle (V) where the fire occurred and to minimize damage to other adjacent electric vehicles (V).

[0040] In addition, a pad module (500) is positioned inside the partition space (QA), more specifically inside the partition module (100), and the pad module (500) is positioned below the parking space (PA). The pad module (500) includes a water supply module (200) that supplies water from the water tank to the partition space (QA) and a drainage module (300) that drains water from the partition space (QA). The water supply module (200) can spray water toward the lower battery of the electric vehicle (V).

[0041] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 2, the pad module (500) has a first length (L1) in a first direction and a second length (L2) in a second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular, and the first length (L1) may be longer than the second length (L2). Alternatively, the first direction may be a direction that includes both directions toward the front and rear of the electric vehicle (V) based on the state in which the electric vehicle (V) is placed in a parking space (PA), and the second direction may be a direction that is perpendicular to the first direction described above and includes both directions toward the left and right of the electric vehicle (V).

[0042] Here, the first length (L1) is shorter than the length from the front to the rear of the electric vehicle (V), and may have a length corresponding to the distance between the front and rear wheels of the electric vehicle (V), or may be greater than the distance between the front and rear wheels. That is, the first length (L1) may be equal to or greater than the distance between the front and rear wheels of the electric vehicle (V). In addition, the second length (L2) is smaller than the distance between a pair of rear wheels and the distance between a pair of front wheels, and may be positioned in the lower area of the electric vehicle (V) to prevent the injection unit from being damaged or blocked by the front and rear wheels during the parking process of the electric vehicle (V).

[0043] At this time, the water supply module (200) and the drainage module (300) may be positioned on the pad module (500). More specifically, the water supply module (200) includes a first spraying section (210) and a second spraying section (220) spaced apart in a second direction with the drainage module (300) in between, and the spraying sections are arranged in a first direction, and the drainage module (300) may be positioned between the first spraying section (210) and the second spraying section (220). Here, the drainage module (300) may include a pair of first drainage holes (310) spaced apart in the first direction and positioned at both ends of the pad module (500) in the first direction, and a second drainage hole (320) positioned between the pair of first drainage holes (310) in the first direction.

[0044] Meanwhile, the control module (400) includes a first sensor unit (410) for sensing the lower temperature of the electric vehicle (V) and a second sensor unit (420) for sensing the temperature of water supplied to the partition space (QA). The first sensor unit (410) and the second sensor unit (420) are positioned with the second drain (320) in between in the first direction. Specifically, the first sensor unit (410) is positioned between the first drain (310) and the second drain (320) in the first direction, and the second sensor unit (420) is positioned between the first drain (310) and the second drain (320) in the first direction, so that the second drain (320) can be positioned between the first sensor unit (410) and the second sensor unit (420) in the first direction.

[0045] At this time, the first sensor unit (410) may be a non-contact sensor because it senses the lower temperature of the electric vehicle (V), and the second sensor unit (420) may be a contact sensor because it senses the temperature of the water supplied to the partition space (QA).

[0046] That is, on the pad module (500), a first row in which a first injection unit (210) is arranged based on the first direction of FIG. 2, a second row in which a drainage module (300), a first sensor unit (410), and a second sensor unit (420) are arranged, and a third row in which a second injection unit (220) is arranged may be formed. If this is viewed in a different direction based on the second direction of FIG. 2, a first row is formed on the pad module (500) in which a first drain (310) is arranged between the first injection part (210) and the second injection part (220), a second row in which a first sensor part (410) is arranged between the first injection part (210) and the second injection part (220), a third row in which a second drain (320) is arranged between the first injection part (210) and the second injection part (220), and a fourth row in which a second sensor part (420) is arranged between the first injection part (210) and the second injection part (220), and the first row described above can be formed again by repeating it after the fourth row. That is, in the first direction, various arrangements may be made, such as being arranged sequentially in the order of the first row, second row, third row, fourth row, and first row, or having multiple third rows arranged in the first direction, but they may be arranged based on the arrangement of the first column, second column, and third column and the arrangement of the first row, second row, third row, and fourth row described above.

[0047] This is the most desirable arrangement in which a non-contact sensor is positioned facing the space where the lower battery of the electric vehicle (V) is placed to quickly detect heat generated from the lower battery of the electric vehicle (V), and the second sensor unit (420) is positioned relatively spaced apart with the second drain (320) in between, so that it can quickly detect when the water temperature becomes excessively high and the efficiency of fire suppression is reduced, and is positioned adjacent to the first sensor unit (410) with the second drain (320) in between in the first direction, thereby enabling high efficiency in sensing the water temperature more clearly.

[0048] In addition, since the first spray unit (210) and the second spray unit (220) are spaced apart in the second direction and spray water toward the bottom of the electric vehicle (V), it is easy to suppress the entire bottom space of the electric vehicle (V), where fire is likely to spread. Since they are arranged with the drainage module (300) in between, the temperature of the water that rises rapidly upon contact with the bottom space of the electric vehicle (V) where the fire has occurred can be quickly sensed by the second sensor unit (420). Depending on the increased water temperature, water is quickly drained from the second drain (320) and the first drain (310), and by supplying new low-temperature water from the first spray unit (210) and the second spray unit (220), the spread of fire in the electric vehicle (V) can be effectively prevented.

[0049] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 3, a first pipe (211) in which a first spraying unit (210) receives water from a water tank and a second pipe (221) in which a second spraying unit (220) receives water from a water tank are arranged on the inner side of the pad module (500) described above, and a drain pipe in which water is drained from a first drain (310) and a second drain (320) may be arranged. Additionally, although not illustrated, the pad module (500) may be configured to be able to be raised and lowered as needed, so that in the case of an electric vehicle (V) with a high minimum ground clearance between the floor of the electric vehicle (V) and the ground, the pad module (500) may be raised to increase accessibility to the sprayed water. However, this is merely one example and is not necessarily limited to what has been mentioned.

[0050] Here, the first injection unit (210) and the second injection unit (220) are arranged to be exposed on the pad module (500), and the first injection unit (210) and the second injection unit (220) include a plurality of nozzle members. Referring to FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3, the first injection unit (210) may have a plurality of nozzle members arranged in a first row in a first direction, and the second injection unit (220) may have a plurality of nozzle members arranged in a third row in a first direction.

[0051] At this time, although the nozzle members of the first injection unit (210) and the second injection unit (220) are shown as being exposed to the outside in FIG. 3, they may be positioned on a waterproof pad so as not to be exposed to the outside, or positioned in a manner that is raised and exposed in the event of a fire. In this case, the case where they are not exposed to the outside or are raised and exposed in the event of a fire may have the advantage of having a low risk of damage during the parking process of the electric vehicle (V) and during the process of moving out after parking.

[0052] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the partition module (100) may be positioned below the ground surface of the parking space (PA) and below the deployment module (600) which opens when the first sensor unit (410) of the control module (400) detects a fire. At this time, an underground space (UA) is formed in the lower space of the parking space (PA), more specifically below the deployment module (600), and the partition module (100) may be positioned on the underground space (UA). Here, the underground space (UA) may be positioned inside the parking space (PA) or may be formed along the parking line of the parking space (PA).

[0053] Here, the partition module (100) may include a support member (110) positioned at the periphery of the partition space (QA) and a development member (121, 122, 123) coupled to the support member (110) and unfolded as the support member (110) moves up and down. Here, the support member (110) may be positioned at the vertex of the partition module (100). Additionally, the development member (121, 122, 123) may form a sealed space with an open top around the support member (110) to form the inner partition space (QA), thereby preventing water supplied through the water supply module (200) from being drained to the outside.

[0054] At this time, the unfolding section (121, 122, 123) includes a waterproof sheet member (121) that forms a partition space (QA) by being unfolded upward as the supporting section (110) is raised and lowered, a fixing member (122) that is coupled to one side of the waterproof sheet member (121) and buried in the lower ground of the underground space (UA), and a roller member (123) that is coupled to the other side of the waterproof sheet member (121) and the end of the supporting section (110) and is raised and lowered together with the supporting section (110), and the roller member (123) is raised and lowered according to the raising and lowering of the supporting section (110) and the waterproof sheet member (121) can be unfolded. That is, simply put, in a state prior to the lifting of the support member (110), one side of the waterproof sheet member (121) is connected to the fixing member (122), and the other side is connected to the roller member (123), and the other side of the waterproof sheet member (121), excluding the one side, may be in a form rolled up around the roller member (123). Accordingly, the roller member (123) can rotate as the support member (110) is lifted, thereby allowing the waterproof sheet member (121) to unfold.

[0055] Meanwhile, the support member (110) includes a buried member (111) that is fixed by being embedded in the floor of the underground space (UA), and a lifting member (112) that is coupled to the buried member (111) and is raised by a control module (400). The lifting member (112) may include a first part (112a) that is fixed to the buried member (111) and a second part (112b) that is coupled to the roller member (123). Here, the buried member (111) is fixed by being embedded and is not raised, and the first part (112a) and the second part (112b) are raised by the control module (400) and may be raised by receiving a separate drive or by utilizing a linear motor. This is merely an exemplary description and is not necessarily limited thereto.

[0056] Additionally, during the unfolding process, the first part (112a) and the second part (112b) are raised and lowered such that the distance between the second part (112b) and the bottom surface of the embedded member (111) gradually increases based on the distance between the bottom surface of the first part (112a), the bottom surface of the second part (112b), and the bottom surface of the embedded member (111), while the distance between the second part (112b) and the bottom surface of the first part (112a) can be maintained. Furthermore, when the distance between the second part (112b) and the bottom surface of the embedded member (111) becomes the maximum separation distance, the first part (112a) can be raised and lowered so that the distance between the bottom surface of the second part (112b) and the bottom surface of the first part (112a) increases. That is, the second part (112b) can be raised first, and the first part (112a) can be raised later.

[0057] However, this is just one example, and the distance between the bottom surface of the first part (112a) and the bottom surface of the second part (112b) and the distance between the bottom surface of the second part (112b) and the bottom surface of the embedded member (111) may be raised and lowered so that they become far apart at the same time, and are not necessarily limited thereto.

[0058] Meanwhile, to explain the control module (400) in detail, refer to FIG. 6. As shown in FIG. 6, the control module (400) includes a first sensor unit (410), a second sensor unit (420), a third sensor unit (430), a fourth sensor unit (440), a judgment unit (450), and an alarm unit (460). The first sensor unit (410) senses the lower temperature of the electric vehicle (V) and transmits the sensing information to the judgment unit (450). The second sensor unit (420) senses the temperature of the water supplied to the partition space (QA) and transmits the sensing information to the judgment unit (450). The third sensor unit (430) senses the water level of the water supplied to the partition space (QA) and transmits the sensing information to the judgment unit (450). The fourth sensor unit (440) senses the sensing information regarding smoke sensed at the top of the partition space (QA), or alternatively, at the top of the parking space (PA). It can be transmitted to the judgment unit (450).

[0059] The judgment unit (450) can determine whether a fire has occurred through the first sensor unit (410) and the fourth sensor unit (440) described above. More specifically, the temperature of the lower part of the electric vehicle (V) generated by the first sensor unit (410) is compared with a preset threshold temperature, and if the threshold temperature is exceeded, it is determined to be a fire. When a fire occurs, the fourth sensor unit (440) can sense various information such as the amount of smoke generated and the components of the smoke to determine the degree of the fire.

[0060] In this manner, when the control module (400) determines that there is a fire, the partition module (100) is operated to form a partition space (QA), and at the same time, the water supply module (200) is operated to spray water from the water tank onto the lower part of the electric vehicle (V), and a notification of the fire occurrence can be transmitted to the outside through the alarm unit (460). Here, the fire occurrence alarm to the outside presented by the alarm unit (460) may be of various methods such as broadcasting, text messages, or warning sounds, and is not necessarily limited to the methods mentioned.

[0061] Meanwhile, when the water supply module (200) is operated to supply water to the partition module (100), water continues to fill the partition space (QA) by means of the waterproof sheet member (121), and the control module (400) controls the water supply module (200) so that only the lower part, which is important for suppressing fire in the electric vehicle (V), is submerged in water based on sensing information regarding the water level supplied through the third sensor unit (430), and when the water temperature rises through the second sensor unit (420), the drainage module (300) and the water supply module (200) are controlled simultaneously to lower the water temperature while maintaining the water level of the partition space (QA).

[0062] Meanwhile, based on the above, reference may be made to FIGS. 7 to 10 to explain the flow of the electric vehicle (V) fire spread prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention when a fire occurs.

[0063] Specifically, FIG. 7 is a drawing illustrating an opening module of an electric vehicle fire spread prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 8 is a drawing illustrating a situation regarding the lifting and lowering of a support member of an electric vehicle fire spread prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 9 is a drawing illustrating a state in which a waterproof tarp member of an electric vehicle fire spread prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention is unfolded, and FIG. 10 is a drawing illustrating a fire suppression process of an electric vehicle fire spread prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0064] First, as illustrated in FIG. 7, the control module (400) controls the partition module (100) to raise and lower the first part (112a) and the second part (112b). In the event of no fire, the waterproof tarp member (121) and the first part (112a) and the second part (112b) can be raised from the underground space (UA) closed by the deployment module (600) to the space opened by the deployment module (600) in the event of a fire. Here, referring to FIG. 1, the deployment module (600) can be arranged along a straight line connecting the support member (110) and the support member (110). Although not depicted in other directions, the first part (112a) may be placed in the underground space (UA) and a groove may be formed in the unfolding module (600) such that only the uppermost surface is exposed to the outside, and the waterproof sheet member (121) may not be exposed to the outside. This is merely one example of other directions and is not necessarily limited thereto.

[0065] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIGS. 8 and 9, the deployment module (600) is deployed, the first part (112a) and the second part (112b) are raised and lowered, and the waterproof sheet member (121) coupled to the roller member (123) can be deployed. During the deployment process, one side of the waterproof sheet member (121) is fixed and sealed by a fixing member (122), and the first part (112a) and the second part (112b) are fixed by a buried member (111) so that they can effectively resist water pressure generated as water fills inside. Here, the area of the space partitioned by the waterproof sheet member (121) of the partition module (100) may be smaller than the area of the parking space (PA), and this may be because the parking line of the parking space (PA) is larger than the size of a typical electric vehicle (V). However, depending on the situation, the parking space (PA) may be placed inside the partition space (QA) due to insufficient parking of the electric vehicle (V), the length of the electric vehicle (V), the location of the rear speed bump, etc.

[0066] However, when a parking space (PA) is placed inside a partition space (QA), adjacent parking spaces (PA) must be spaced apart from each other, so it may be preferable for the partition space (QA) to have a smaller area than the parking space (PA). In addition, the third sensor unit (430) is placed on the waterproof tarp member (121), and the waterproof tarp member (121) can be unfolded and exposed toward the partition space (QA) as the first part (112a) and the second part (112b) are raised and lowered. Because it is exposed toward the inside of the partition space (QA) in this way, it can come into direct contact with water and sense the water level. Accordingly, it may be preferable for the third sensor unit (430) to be placed as a flexible sensing sensor.

[0067] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 10, when the waterproof tarp module is fully deployed, the water supplied through the water supply module (200) can be controlled by the control module (400) according to the sensing information of the third sensor unit (430) so that only the lower part of the electric vehicle (V) is submerged in water. This allows for the use of less firefighting water than the method of generally spraying firefighting water into the fire zone to suppress the fire, making it economically effective. Additionally, since the fire zone is submerged in water to prevent the spread of the fire, the energy of the large-capacity battery is consumed quickly, allowing for rapid fire suppression. Furthermore, as the first sensor unit (410) is positioned facing the placement area of the large-capacity battery, the fire can be detected more quickly, effectively preventing the fire from spreading widely.

[0068] Furthermore, although not explicitly stated, the water tank section may be supplied with water from a separate tank, utilize existing piping, or be a separate tank for storing firefighting water; however, to minimize modifications to the existing parking space (PA) and enhance rapid supply and economic efficiency, it may be most desirable to establish the water tank section by utilizing the existing piping. However, this is merely one example of the most economically desirable method and is not necessarily limited to this.

[0069] We have examined preferred embodiments according to the invention, and it is obvious to those skilled in the art that, in addition to the embodiments described above, the invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or scope thereof.

[0070] Therefore, the embodiments described above should be regarded as exemplary rather than limiting, and accordingly, the present invention is not limited to the description above but may be modified within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents. Explanation of the symbols
