The fixing of the components of the tube bundle conveying device (1000) can be achieved through known fixing members such as bolts, screws, pieces, and clamps, or through welding methods, and a redundant description thereof is omitted.

[0038] The tube bundle transport device (1000) may include a tube hanging part (1100), a tube fixing part (1200), a lifting part (1300), and a transport part (1400). The tube hanging part (1100) may allow the tube bundle (200) to be mounted by penetrating the tube bundle (200) along the longitudinal direction of the tube bundle (200).

[0039] The tube fixing part (1200) is installed on the tube hanging part (1100) and can be combined with or separated from the tube bundle (200). The tube fixing part (1200) is made up of multiple parts and can be spaced apart from each other along the longitudinal direction of the tube bundle (200). Thus, the tube bundle (200) can be evenly fixed to the tube hanging part (1100).

[0040] The lifting unit (1300) is installed at the lower part of the tube hanger (1100) and can raise or lower the tube hanger (1100). The transfer unit (1400) is installed on the lifting unit (1300) and can move the tube hanger (1100).

[0041] That is, the operator can drive the transfer unit (1400) to mount and fix the tube bundle (200) on the tube hanger unit (1100), and then stably move the tube hanger unit (1100) into the inside of the steam generator (100).

[0042] Therefore, the tube bundle (200) can avoid unnecessary contact, which reduces the possibility of damage to the surface of the helical tube (210), and the process of transporting the tube bundle (200) can be carried out in place of the worker's labor, thereby improving work efficiency.

[0044] FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of a tube fixing part, FIG. 6 is a plan view of the tube fixing part shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 7 is a section A-A shown in FIG. 6, FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a second embodiment of a tube fixing part, and FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of the fixing clip shown in FIG. 8.

[0045] As illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2, 5 to 9, the tube hanger (1100) may include a base frame (1110), a column frame (1120), a horizontal frame (1130), a fixed frame (1140), and a connecting frame (1150).

[0046] The lower end of the base frame (1110) is fixed to the upper end of the lifting unit (1300) and can be inserted into the inner side of the tube bundle (200) along the longitudinal direction of the tube bundle (200) or into the inner side of the steam generator (100) along the longitudinal direction of the steam generator (100).

[0047] The base frame (1110) is in the form of a plate or block, and a worker can step onto the base frame (1110) and move along the base frame (1110) to combine or separate the tube bundle (200) and the tube fixing part (1200).

[0048] The column frame (1120) can be fixed to the top of the base frame (1110). The column frame (1120) is formed in an arch shape so that a worker can pass through it and corresponds to the circular circumference of the tube bundle (200), allowing the tube bundle (200) to be mounted more stably on the tube hanger (1100). The column frame (1120) is made up of multiple pieces and can be spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the base frame (1110).

[0049] A horizontal frame (1130) is installed on the top of a column frame (1120) along the longitudinal direction of a base frame (1110) so that a tube bundle (200) can be mounted thereon. A fixed frame (1140) is a medium for fixing a tube fixing part (1200) to a column frame (1120) or a base frame (1110). The fixed frame (1140) may be positioned between the column frames (1120) or on the top of the base frame (1110) so that the tube fixing part (1200) can be installed thereon.

[0050] The connecting frame (1150) is a medium for connecting frames. The connecting frame (1150) may be installed between the column frame (1120) and the fixed frame (1140), or between the base frame (1110) and the fixed frame (1140).

[0051] A first embodiment of the connecting frame (1150) is in the form of a block (1151), and after being joined in a state where the tube fixing part (1200) is installed and wraps around the perimeter of the fixing frame (1140) or the column frame (1120), a bolt (B) can be screwed through the block (shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6).

[0052] A second embodiment of the connecting frame (1150) is in the form of a plate (1152), which is inserted through both ends of the fixed frame (1140) and placed on the base frame (1110), after which a bolt can be inserted through the block and screw-coupled to the base frame (1110) (shown in FIG. 8).

[0053] A third embodiment of the connecting frame (1150) is in the form of a ring (1153), and can be positioned through the fixing frame (1140) while the tube fixing part (1200) is hinge-connected (shown in FIG. 8).

[0054] The tube fixing part (1200) may include a body part (1210, 1210') and a fixing clip (1220). A cylinder may be used for the first embodiment of the body part (1210) (shown in FIG. 6). A wire winch (1213) may be used for the second embodiment of the body part (1210') (shown in FIG. 8).

[0055] One end of the body part (1210, 1210') can be installed on the connecting frame (1150). A fixing clip (1220) can be installed on the other end of the body part (1210) to be combined with or separated from the tube bundle (200).

[0056] As described above, the manufactured tube bundle (200) can be introduced into the interior of the steam generator (100), and each helical tube (210) can be sequentially inserted into a slot formed in the tube supporter (110) to be assembled.

[0057] In order for the helical tube (210) to be inserted into the slot, the tube bundle (200) must be compressed outside the steam generator (100) and then introduced into the steam generator (100) with a reduced diameter so as to avoid unnecessary contact between the tube bundle (200) and the tube supporter (110).

[0058] A hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder is used for the cylinder (1211), and the diameter of the tube bundle (200) can be adjusted by extending or compressing the cylinder (1211). A locking lever (1212) is installed on the cylinder (1211) to prevent changes in length caused by the extension or compression of the cylinder (1211). Alternatively, the diameter of the tube bundle (200) can be adjusted by winding or unwinding the wire (1214) using a wire winch (1213).

[0059] The fixing clip (1220) may include a first fixing plate (1221) and a second fixing plate (1222). The first fixing plate (1221) may be hinge-connected to the other end of the body part (1210). The second fixing plate (1222) may be positioned opposite the first fixing plate (1221).

[0060] The helical tube (210) is arranged in a line between the first fixing plate (1221) and the second fixing plate (1222), and a bolt (B) can be screwed through the first fixing plate (1221) and the second fixing plate (1222).

[0061] During the repeated joining and separating of the bolt (B), the first fixing plate (1221) and the second fixing plate (1222) may wear out or bend due to excessive tightening.

[0062] To prevent this, the fixing clip (1220) may further include a spacer (1223) and a reinforcement member (1224). The spacer (1223) may be placed between the first fixing plate (1221) and the second fixing plate (1222). The reinforcement member (1224) may come into contact with the sides of the first fixing plate (1221) and the second fixing plate (1222).

[0063] The spacer (1223) is in the form of a block, and the reinforcement member (1224) is in the form of a plate. The reinforcement member (1224) can come into contact with the head of the bolt (B) in place of the first fixing plate (1221) and the second fixing plate (1222). The spacer (1223) can be interposed between the first fixing plate (1221) and the second fixing plate (1222).

[0064] That is, the spacer (1223) and the reinforcement member (1224) can reinforce and support the rigidity of the first fixing plate (1221) and the second fixing plate (1222), thereby reducing the possibility of damage to the first fixing plate (1221) and the second fixing plate (1222).

[0066] FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the lifting unit shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 11 (a) is a front view of the lifting unit shown in FIG. 10, and FIG. 11 (b) is a side view of the lifting unit shown in FIG. 10.

[0078] The conveyor wheel (1430) is configured to assist in the movement of the drive unit (1420). The conveyor wheel (1430) can be rotatably fixed to the bottom of the support frame (1410).

[0079] The tube hanger (1100) is formed with a long length so that it is inserted into the tube bundle (200) and the steam generator (100), and the lifting member (1300) is positioned so that the tube bundle (200) is mounted on the tube hanger (1100), so that the lifting member (1300) is positioned towards the end of the tube hanger (1100).

[0080] As a result, the tube hanger (1100) may tilt to one side due to the weight of the tube hanger (1100) and the tube bundle (200), or in severe cases, the entire tube bundle transport device (1000) may be overturned.

[0081] To prevent this, a weight (1440) can be installed on the upper part of the support frame (1410) to balance the weight with the tube hanger (1100). Specifically, the weight (1440) is in the form of a block and can be made up of multiple units and stacked.

[0082] And, an anchor bolt (1441) can be fixed to the base frame (1110) by penetrating the weight (1440) along the stacking direction of the weight (1440), and a nut (1442) can be screwed into the anchor bolt (1441) to fix the weight (1440).

[0083] The level adjustment unit (1450) is installed on the side of the support frame (1410) and can be in contact with or separated from the ground. The level adjustment unit (1450) is configured to fix the position of the conveying unit (1400) or to adjust the horizontal level of the tube hanging unit (1100) during the process in which the tube bundle (200) is combined with or separated from the tube hanging unit (1100).

[0084] The level adjustment part (1450) may include a hinge frame (1451), a pivot frame (1452), a fixing pin (1453), a rotation axis (1454), a handle (1455), a support part (1456), and a bearing (1457). The hinge frame (1451) may be fixed to the side end of the support frame (1410). One end of the pivot frame (1452) may be hinge-coupled to the hinge frame (1451).

[0085] A fixing pin (1453) can pass through the hinge frame (1451) and engage with the pivot frame (1452) to prevent rotation of the pivot frame (1452). A pivot shaft (1454) can pass through the other end of the pivot frame (1452) and be screw-coupled. A handle (1455) can be fixed to the top of the pivot shaft (1454). Here, the handle (1455) can be replaced with an electric motor.

[0086] The support member (1456) is fixed to the bottom of the rotation shaft (1454) and can come into contact with the bottom surface. A bearing (1457) is interposed between the support member (1456) and the rotation shaft (1454) so that the rotation shaft (1454) can rotate on the support member (1456).

[0088] FIG. 16 is a flowchart illustrating a method for transporting a tube bundle according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 17 is a drawing showing a state in which a tube hanger moves, FIG. 18 is a drawing showing a state in which a tube hanger penetrates a tube bundle, FIG. 19 is a drawing showing a state in which a tube bundle is coupled to a tube fixing part, and FIG. 20 is a drawing showing a state in which a tube hanger is introduced into a steam generator.

[0090] In the tube bundle penetration step (S110), the tube hanger (1100) can penetrate the tube bundle (200). Specifically, in the tube bundle penetration step (S110), the lifting unit (1300) can adjust the height of the tube hanger (1100) based on the height of the tube bundle (200) horizontally positioned by the operator.

[0091] The tube bundle (200) can be manufactured in advance and placed on a separate tube support member (300). Then, the transfer unit (1400) can be used by a worker to bring the tube hanger (1100) into the inside of the tube bundle (200) along the longitudinal direction of the tube bundle (200).

[0092] In the tube bundle fixing step (S120), the tube bundle (200) can be coupled to the tube fixing part (1200). Specifically, a worker steps onto the tube hanger part (1100), and the tube bundle (200) is coupled to the tube fixing part (1200) by the worker, so that the tube bundle (200) is compressed and its diameter can be reduced.

[0093] Here, before the tube bundle (200) is coupled to the tube fixing part (1200), the level adjustment part (1450, shown in FIG. 2) is fixed to the floor by the operator so that the operator can stably climb onto the tube hanger part (1100) and move, and the tube bundle (200) can be coupled to the tube fixing part (1200).

[0094] In the tube bundle insertion step (S130), the tube hanger (1100) can be inserted into the interior of the steam generator (100). Specifically, the height of the tube hanger (1100) can be adjusted by an operator based on the height of the horizontally positioned steam generator (100) by the lifting unit (1300). Then, the transfer unit (1400) can insert the tube hanger (1100) into the interior of the steam generator (100) along the longitudinal direction of the steam generator (100) by an operator.

[0095] In the tube bundle release step (S140), the tube bundle (200) can be separated from the tube fixing part (1200). Specifically, the tube bundle (200) is separated from the tube fixing part (1200) by an operator, so that its diameter is restored to its original state and it can come into contact with the tube supporter (110).

[0096] Here, before the tube bundle (200) is separated from the tube fixing part (1200), for safety as described above, the level adjustment part (1450, shown in FIG. 2) can fix the transfer part (1400) to the floor by a worker.

[0098] Although an embodiment of the present invention has been described above, those skilled in the art may modify and change the present invention in various ways by adding, changing, deleting, or adding components, etc., without departing from the spirit of the present invention as described in the claims, and such modifications and changes are also to be included within the scope of the rights of the present invention.
