Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a repair device for a sheet panel for repairing a sheet panel damaged by moisture back to its original state. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, wooden panels are vulnerable to moisture, so they are damaged as they absorb water when stored in a yard or during transportation if rain falls.

[0003] In particular, sheet panels, which are formed by attaching a sheet to a wood panel for primary processing and finishing, have different rates of deformation due to moisture. Even if the sheet is attached to the wood panel through an adhesive, if moisture is absorbed, the sheet is easily separated from the wood panel.

[0004] When the sheets separate from the wood panels due to moisture, most are discarded because it is difficult to restore them to their original state, leading to environmental pollution and increased disposal costs.

[0005] To solve this problem, a wood drying device was disclosed in the prior art Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2004-0077167 (September 4, 2004), but

[0006] The above-mentioned wood drying device was able to lower the moisture content by drying the wood with a heater.

[0007] However, conventional wood drying devices can only maintain optimal wood conditions and cannot reattach sheets once they are separated from the wood panel. Furthermore, since temperature is controlled solely by heaters, rapid temperature adjustments cannot be achieved when the temperature changes, resulting in a long time required for temperature control and making it difficult to maintain a uniform constant temperature. The problem to be solved

[0008] The present invention has been devised to solve the aforementioned problems, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a repair device for moisture-damaged sheet panels that can easily restore damaged sheet panels by stacking multiple damaged sheet panels and introducing them into a repair chamber, and circulating repair air through a circulation duct, while also minimizing disposal costs to reduce disposal costs and preventing environmental pollution.

[0009] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a repair device for a sheet panel damaged by moisture, which can rapidly repair the sheet panel by exhausting the internal air of the chamber space to the outside through an external exhaust duct and repairing the sheet panel under a negative pressure state.

[0010] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a repair device for a sheet panel damaged by moisture, which can maintain a uniform temperature in the chamber space by rapidly controlling the temperature of the repair air by introducing outside air through a supply duct and mixing it with the circulating repair air.

[0011] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a repair device for a sheet panel damaged by moisture, wherein a pressure compensating fan is installed in the supply air duct and operates together with the circulating exhaust fan when the exhaust fan is operated for exhaust, thereby minimizing the pressure difference between the supply and exhaust air and preventing the chamber door from opening due to the pressure difference.

[0012] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a repair device for a moisture-damaged sheet panel that allows for easy repair work to be performed through complete automation without human intervention by automatically maintaining a constant temperature during the repair period using repair air and simultaneously replacing the repair air. means of solving the problem

[0013] A repair device for a sheet panel damaged by moisture according to an embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned objective comprises a repair chamber that receives a damaged sheet panel that absorbs moisture, and a repair supply unit that supplies repair air to the sheet panel received in the repair chamber. The repair supply unit comprises a repair air inlet located at the top of the repair chamber to supply repair air for repairing the sheet panel into the interior of the repair chamber, a chamber exhaust port formed around the perimeter of the repair chamber to exhaust the repair air introduced into the interior of the repair chamber, a circulation duct connecting the circulation exhaust fan and the repair air inlet to circulate and supply the repair air exhausted through the chamber exhaust port to the repair air inlet, and a heater that heats the repair air passing through the circulation duct to a preset temperature. A plurality of damaged sheet panels are stacked and received in the repair chamber so that the damaged sheet panels are heated and dried by the repair air while being pressurized by a load.

[0014] The above repair supply unit may include a circulation exhaust fan that connects the chamber exhaust duct connected to the chamber exhaust port and the circulation duct to forcibly draw in repair air through the chamber exhaust port and exhaust it into the circulation duct.

[0015] The above repair supply unit may include an external exhaust duct connected to the above circulation duct to forcibly exhaust repair air moving to the above circulation duct by the above circulation exhaust fan to the outside.

[0016] The above external exhaust duct may include an exhaust damper that exhausts maintenance air moving to the circulation duct by the circulation exhaust fan into the external exhaust duct or blocks the exhaust.

[0017] The above repair supply unit includes a supply duct connected to the above circulation duct to supply outside air to the above repair air inlet, and the above supply duct may include a pressure supplement fan that forcibly introduces outside air into the above supply duct to prevent the opening of the chamber door of the above repair chamber due to a pressure difference when exhausting to the above external exhaust duct by the above circulation exhaust fan. Effects of the invention

[0018] According to the present invention, damaged sheet panels are stacked and brought into the interior of a chamber space, and repair air is supplied by circulating it through a circulation duct. Since the damaged sheet panels are repaired while being pressurized by their own weight, not only can the damaged sheet panels be easily repaired, but the damaged sheet panels can also be repaired and reused without being discarded, thereby reducing disposal costs and preventing environmental pollution.

[0019] In addition, the present invention allows for the rapid and easy repair of the sheet panel by forming negative pressure through an external exhaust duct to exhaust the internal air of the repair chamber to the outside, thereby repairing the sheet panel under a negative pressure state.

[0020] In addition, the present invention controls the temperature by introducing outside air into the circulating maintenance air through a supply duct and mixing it with the maintenance air, thereby not only rapidly controlling the temperature of the maintenance air but also maintaining a uniform temperature of the chamber space through the temperature control of the maintenance air.

[0021] In addition, when exhausting maintenance air into an external exhaust duct, the present invention operates a pressure boosting fan to forcibly introduce outside air into the supply duct, thereby minimizing the pressure difference between the exhaust and supply air according to the operation of the pressure boosting fan, so that the chamber door can be prevented from opening due to the pressure difference between the supply and exhaust air.

[0022] In addition, the present invention automatically maintains a constant temperature during the maintenance period using maintenance air and simultaneously replaces the maintenance air, thereby enabling easy maintenance work to be performed through complete automation without human intervention. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0024] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.

[0025] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, a repair device (100) for a sheet panel damaged by moisture according to an embodiment of the present invention brings the damaged sheet panel into a repair chamber (110) and repairs it.

[0026] The repair chamber (110) is in the form of a sealed box, and a chamber space (111) is formed inside the repair chamber (110) to accommodate and repair a damaged sheet panel (210). A chamber door (115) may be installed in the repair chamber (110) to open and close the chamber space (111) to bring in the damaged sheet panel (210) or to take out the repaired sheet panel (210).

[0027] Damaged sheet panels (210) brought into the chamber space (111) of the repair chamber (110) can be brought in in a stacked state.

[0028] Here, the sheet panel (210) may be in the form of a sheet (213) attached to one or both sides of a wood panel (211) with an adhesive (215), and the damaged sheet panel (210) may be in a state where the wood panel (211) has absorbed moisture and the sheet panel (210) itself is warped, the part of the wood panel (211) that has absorbed moisture has swollen, or the attached sheet (213) has separated from the wood panel (211).

[0029] Damaged sheet panels (210) brought into the chamber space (111) can be brought in in a stacked state so that multiple damaged sheet panels (210) can be repaired by being pressed by their own weight.

[0030] Here, when a damaged sheet panel (210) is brought into the chamber space (111), it can be repaired to its original state without applying pressure to a separate damaged sheet panel (210) by pressing them closely together due to the stacked load.

[0031] A plurality of chamber exhaust ports (113) are formed around the lower perimeter of the repair chamber (110) to exhaust the internal air of the chamber space (111) of the repair chamber (110), and the plurality of chamber exhaust ports (113) are connected to each other by a chamber exhaust duct (120), so that the repair air exhausted through the plurality of chamber exhaust ports (113) can be integrated and exhausted through the chamber exhaust duct (120).

[0032] A repair air inlet (115) for supplying repair air into the interior of the repair chamber (110) may be formed in the center of the ceiling of the repair chamber (110), and an inlet filter (117) for filtering foreign substances may be installed in the repair air inlet (115) so that the repair air introduced into the chamber space (111) through the repair air inlet (115) can be introduced into the chamber space (111) after filtering out foreign substances mixed in the repair air.

[0033] The inlet filter (117) may be a filter made of a porous material that filters out particulate foreign matter, or a filter in the form of a mesh.

[0034] In addition, the inlet filter (117) may additionally install, for example, an activated carbon filter, which can adsorb and remove harmful chemical components contained in the sheet panel while repairing the sheet panel with repair air.

[0035] In the repair chamber (110), a repair supply unit (101) for providing repair air may be configured to partition a part of the chamber space (111) or be positioned adjacent to the repair chamber (110).

[0036] The repair supply unit (101) can supply repair air to repair a damaged sheet panel (210) through the repair air inlet (115), and the repair air may be high-temperature dry air heated to a preset temperature with minimized humidity.

[0037] Here, the preset temperature of the repair air may be a temperature capable of melting the adhesive (211) that attaches the sheet (213) to the wood panel (211) without damaging the sheet (213) and the wood panel (211) by heat.

[0038] The repair supply unit (101) can connect the chamber exhaust duct (120) and the repair air inlet (115) by a circulation duct (130) to maintain the internal temperature of the chamber space (111) at a uniform temperature while circulating the repair air supplied to the repair chamber (110).

[0039] A circulation exhaust fan (131) for forcibly circulating maintenance air may be installed in the circulation duct (130), and the circulation exhaust fan (131) may connect one end of the circulation duct (130) and the end of the chamber exhaust duct (120) to each other to suck in maintenance air from the chamber space (111) through the chamber exhaust duct (120), and circulate and provide it to the chamber space (111) through the maintenance air inlet (115) via the circulation duct (130).

[0040] A heater (150) may be installed in the middle part of the circulation duct (130) to heat and supply the repair air introduced through the circulation duct (130) to the repair air inlet (115) at a preset temperature.

[0041] The heater (150) may be an electric heater that generates heat electrically, or it may be in the form of a heat exchanger that heats by a circulating heat medium.

[0042] A circulation damper (135) may be installed in the circulation duct (130) to block the circulation of maintenance air or to open and close the circulation duct (130) to allow circulation.

[0043] A circulation damper (135) can be installed at a location in the circulation duct (130) that can block the introduction of maintenance air before maintenance air enters the heater (150).

[0044] Meanwhile, between the heater (150) and the circulation exhaust fan (131) in the circulation duct (130), an external exhaust duct (160) for exhausting maintenance air introduced into the circulation duct (130) to the outside may be connected, and an exhaust damper (165) for opening and closing the external exhaust duct (160) to exhaust maintenance air to the external exhaust duct (160) or to block exhaust may be installed in the external exhaust duct (160).

[0045] The external exhaust duct (160) can exhaust the internal air of the chamber space (111) to the outside to form a negative pressure close to a vacuum in the chamber space (111), or exhaust the maintenance air filled inside to the outside during or after maintenance of the seat panel (210).

[0046] Here, when the chamber space (111) is under negative pressure, water molecules can easily move into the air, so moisture evaporates quickly and the sheet panel (210) can be repaired quickly.

[0047] In the circulation duct (130), an air supply duct (170) can be connected at a location opposite to the direction in which the external exhaust duct (160) is located with the heater (150) at the center, so as to mix external air with maintenance air and supply it to the chamber space (111), or introduce only external air into the chamber space (111).

[0048] The supply air duct (170) can mix outside air with a temperature relatively lower than that of the maintenance air to control the temperature of the maintenance air, or introduce outside air into the chamber space (111) to lower the temperature inside the chamber space (111).

[0049] A pressure booster fan (171) for forcibly introducing outside air into the chamber space (111) may be installed in the supply air duct (170), and the pressure booster fan (171) can boost the supply air pressure by forcibly introducing the supply air so that the difference between the exhaust pressure and the supply air pressure is minimized, so as to prevent the chamber door (119) from opening due to the pressure difference between the exhaust and the supply air when the maintenance air is exhausted to the external exhaust duct (160) by the circulating exhaust fan (131).

[0050] Here, when opening the chamber door (119), the pressure boosting fan (171) may perform the function of easily opening the chamber door (119) by minimizing the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the repair chamber (110) by rapidly introducing outside air into the chamber space (111) through the pressure boosting fan (171).

[0051] In the supply air duct (170), a supply air damper (175) may be installed to introduce outside air into the chamber space (111) through the supply air duct (170) or to block the introduction.

[0052] Meanwhile, the supply air damper (175), circulation damper (135), and exhaust damper (165) can each adjust the opening to control the amount of outside air supplied, the amount of maintenance air circulated, and the amount of maintenance air exhausted. In addition, the supply air damper (175), circulation damper (135), and exhaust damper (165) can be configured to control the opening and closing and the opening by sliding movement via a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder so that high pressure and a large amount of maintenance air can be easily supplied and cut off.

[0054] We will now explain the interactions and effects between each component described above.

[0055] The repair device (100) for a sheet panel damaged by moisture according to an embodiment of the present invention has each component controlled by a repair controller, and the repair controller may operate by selecting a repair mode and an exhaust mode, or may operate sequentially.

[0056] As illustrated in FIG. 3, a repair mode can be selected to repair a damaged sheet panel (210), and the repair mode can be selected by an operation button installed on a repair controller.

[0057] When the maintenance mode is selected, the maintenance controller operates the circulation exhaust fan (131) with the circulation damper (135) closing the circulation duct (130) and the exhaust damper (165) opening the external exhaust duct (160) to form a negative pressure inside the maintenance chamber (110).

[0058] When the circulating exhaust fan (131) operates, the internal air of the chamber space is exhausted to the external exhaust duct (160) through the chamber exhaust port (113) and the chamber exhaust duct (120) to form negative pressure.

[0059] When the circulating exhaust fan (131) operates for a preset time and negative pressure is formed in the chamber space (111), the maintenance controller seals the external exhaust duct (160) by the exhaust damper (165) and opens only the circulating damper (135) while sealing the supply duct (170) by the supply damper (175).

[0060] Here, when performing the maintenance mode, if necessary, the maintenance air may be circulated by the circulating exhaust fan (131) without forming negative pressure by the circulating exhaust fan (131) and while the chamber space (111) is sealed as follows.

[0061] When the circulation damper (135) is opened, air in the chamber space (111) is sucked into the circulation exhaust fan (131) by the suction force of the circulation exhaust fan (131), passing sequentially through the chamber exhaust port (113) and the chamber exhaust duct (120) located at the bottom of the chamber space (111).

[0062] Air sucked in by the circulation exhaust fan (131) is heated and dried while passing through a heater via the circulation duct (130), and the heated and dried repair air is circulated through the circulation duct (130) in a manner such that it is re-entered into the chamber space (111) through the repair air inlet (115) located at the ceiling of the chamber space (111).

[0063] Repair air circulating in the chamber space (111) forms an airflow that circulates from top to bottom throughout the chamber space (111) in a manner where it is supplied to the upper part of the chamber space (111) and exhausted to the lower part, and repairs the damaged sheet panel (210) by coming into contact with it.

[0064] At this time, the repair air circulating between the chamber space (111) and the heater (150) by the circulating exhaust fan (131) measures the temperature of the chamber space (111) by the temperature measuring sensor in the repair controller, and circulates the repair air by the circulating exhaust fan (131) until it reaches a preset temperature according to the measured temperature of the chamber space (111). When the temperature of the chamber space (111) reaches the preset temperature, the operation of the heater (150) is stopped, and the repair air is continuously circulated by the circulating exhaust fan (131) while supplying the repair air to the damaged seat panel (210) to repair the seat panel (210).

[0065] The sheet panel (210) brought into the chamber space (111) is heated by heat exchange with the circulating repair air, and the heated sheet panel (210) evaporates moisture absorbed by the wood panel (211) by heat or melts the adhesive (215). Since the damaged sheet panel (210) is stacked in multiple layers, it is pressed by the load, and the sheet paper (213) is attached to the wood panel (211) or the deformed wood panel (211) is straightened out and repaired.

[0066] Here, the maintenance air continuously circulating in the chamber space (111) circulates while maintaining a preset temperature for a preset time, and the maintenance controller may lower the humidity of the maintenance air by opening the external exhaust duct (160) through the exhaust damper (165) at preset intervals or according to humidity during circulation, thereby partially exhausting the maintenance air with increased humidity to the outside.

[0067] As illustrated in FIG. 4, when the temperature of the chamber space (111) is higher than a preset temperature while the heater (150) is not operating, the maintenance controller may open the supply air damper (175) to introduce outside air through the supply air duct (170) into the circulation duct (130) so that the temperature of the maintenance air circulating through the circulation duct (130) can be quickly lowered by introducing outside air through the supply air duct (170).

[0068] Maintenance mode can be automatically deselected after operating for a preset time.

[0069] In another example of the maintenance mode, although not shown in the drawing, each chamber exhaust port (113) may be equipped with an exhaust damper (165) that opens and closes the chamber exhaust port (113) and may be configured to sequentially open the chamber exhaust ports (113) along the circumference of the maintenance chamber (110) at preset times when circulating maintenance air.

[0070] By sequentially opening the chamber exhaust ports (113) in this manner, the internal structure of the chamber space (111), the temperature difference between the inside and outside, or the position where the sheet panel (210) is introduced prevents the circulation of air concentrated in only one chamber exhaust port (113) within the chamber space (111), thereby allowing the repair air to be circulated uniformly throughout the chamber space (111) and preventing the repair of the sheet panel (210) from occurring.

[0071] As another example, a temperature measuring sensor is installed in each chamber exhaust port (113) to measure the temperature of the part where each chamber exhaust port (113) is located, and an exhaust damper (165) is installed in each chamber exhaust port (113) to open and close the chamber exhaust port (113). When circulating maintenance air, the temperatures measured by all temperature measuring sensors are compared, and the chamber exhaust port (113) where a relatively lower temperature is measured is opened, thereby heating the internal space of the chamber space (111) uniformly throughout, so that maintenance failures caused by uneven temperature differences can be prevented.

[0072] Meanwhile, the exhaust mode may be automatically selected after the maintenance mode is performed for a preset time, or may be selected when it is necessary for a worker to urgently enter the chamber space (111) through the chamber door (119).

[0073] As illustrated in FIG. 5, when the exhaust mode is selected, the maintenance controller stops the operation of the heater (150), the circulation damper (135) operates to close the circulation duct (130), and the exhaust damper (165) and the supply air damper (175) operate the circulation exhaust fan (131) and the pressure boosting fan (171) while the external exhaust duct (160) and the supply air duct (170) are open.

[0074] When the exhaust mode is selected in this way, the repair air supplied to the chamber space (111) by the circulating exhaust fan (131) is exhausted through the chamber exhaust port (113) and exhausted to the outside through the external exhaust duct (160), and the outside air is introduced into the repair air inlet (115) through the supply air duct (170) by the pressure boosting fan (171), thereby replacing the high-temperature, dry repair air in the chamber space (111) with fresh outside air to stabilize the repaired sheet panel (210) under atmospheric pressure, and at the same time, a worker can quickly enter the interior of the repair chamber (110) and remove the repaired sheet panel (210).

[0075] At this time, if only the exhaust pressure of the circulating exhaust fan (131) is applied, a pressure difference between the supply air and the outside air may occur, causing the chamber door (119) to open. However, since the circulating exhaust fan (131) and the pressure boosting fan (171) operate together, the pressure difference between the supply air and the exhaust air is minimized, thereby preventing the chamber door (119) from opening due to the pressure difference in the chamber space (111).

[0076] Meanwhile, when repairing a sheet panel (210) damaged by moisture, a constant temperature is maintained, and the repair time can be adjusted according to the type of wood or the amount of sheet panel (210) to be repaired. By repeating the process of discharging moisture generated during the repair process to the outside and drawing outside air back inside, the system can operate automatically without the need for human intervention even when operating for 24 hours.

[0077] For example, if the temperature for maintenance is set to 80°C, when the internal temperature of the chamber space (111) rises above 80°C, the heater (150) stops operating and maintains the temperature by circulating maintenance air, and when it drops to 70°C due to losses caused by changes in ambient temperature, the heater (150) starts operating again and maintains the temperature at 80°C by circulating maintenance air.

[0078] Then, every 6 hours from the time of operation, the moisture-absorbed maintenance air is exhausted through the external exhaust duct (160), then outside air is introduced through the supply air duct (170), and then the maintenance air is heated to 80°C through a heater. This process is repeated 4 times over 24 hours.

[0079] At this time, during the 6-hour repeated maintenance period, the maintenance air that has absorbed moisture is exhausted through the external exhaust duct (160) for 1 hour, and then outside air is introduced through the supply duct (170), thereby actually undergoing a process of removing moisture by the maintenance air heated to 80°C for 5 hours.

[0080] The time required for a complete repair is about two weeks (approximately 15 days), and it operates in a fully automated manner by repeating the discharge of repair air, the introduction of outside air, and the maintenance of a constant temperature according to temperature and time during the 15 days.

[0082] Accordingly, the present invention allows for the stacking and introduction of multiple sheet panels (210) damaged by moisture into the interior of a repair chamber (110) and the supply of repair air through a circulation duct (130), thereby allowing the damaged sheet panels (210) to be easily repaired to their original state by applying pressure to the sheet panels (210) by load while heating and drying them with the repair air, and also allows for the reduction of disposal costs by minimizing the number of discarded sheet panels (210).

[0083] In addition, the present invention can quickly restore the seat panel (210) by exhausting the air of the repair chamber (110) to the outside through the external exhaust duct (160) and restoring the seat panel (210) in a negative pressure state.

[0084] In addition, the present invention can quickly adjust the temperature of the repair air circulating in the repair chamber (110) by mixing outside air through the supply air duct (170), and can also quickly and easily adjust the temperature of the chamber space (111) to a uniform temperature.

[0085] In addition, the present invention can prevent the chamber door (119) from opening due to the pressure difference by minimizing the pressure difference between the supply and exhaust air when the circulating exhaust fan (131) is operated to exhaust the maintenance air.

[0086] In addition, the present invention has an inlet filter (117) installed in the repair air inlet (115) to filter out foreign substances contained in the repair air and adsorb chemical environmental pollutants generated during repair, thereby preventing environmental pollution and preventing repair defects caused by the inflow of foreign substances.

[0087] In addition, the present invention allows for easy and fully automated maintenance work without human intervention by maintaining a constant temperature during the maintenance period using maintenance air and simultaneously replacing the maintenance air.

[0089] Although embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto and includes all changes and modifications within the scope recognized as equivalents that can be easily changed by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention.
