[0023] The high voltage supply unit (80) applies a high voltage to the water supplied through the waterway (61) of the water supply unit (60) or to the carbon fiber bundle (70) to induce a plasma discharge around the carbon fiber bundle (70), and ionizes the water molecules that have permeated the carbon fiber bundle (70) by the plasma discharge. The ionized water molecules bind to or adsorb to components such as odor components, bacteria and viruses, fine dust, and harmful gases in the air passing through the flow path of the main body (10).

[0024] The control unit (90) controls the operation of the pump (31) according to the water level value measured by the water level sensor (41). In addition, the control unit (90) controls the operation of the heater (50) according to the temperature value measured by the temperature sensor. In addition, the control unit (90) controls the operation of the high-voltage supply unit (80).

[0025] Meanwhile, the reducer (1) of the heat exchanger according to another embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 6 to 9 is identical to the reducer (1) of the heat exchanger according to one embodiment of the present invention described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5, except for the shape of the expansion part and the outlet connection part, and the rest of the configuration is the same, and a description thereof is omitted.
