Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a double-wall structure capable of connecting a double wall and a foundation, and a method of constructing the same. More specifically, the invention relates to a double-wall structure capable of integrated foundation construction and a method of constructing the same, wherein a double-wall structure prefabricated using a PC method is provided with an integrated connecting part capable of connecting to a foundation, thereby allowing the foundation and the double-wall structure to be easily connected as a single unit by means of a coupler. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, when constructing a structure, a foundation is constructed on the ground, walls are constructed vertically from the foundation to form the structural space, and a slab is constructed on top of it to complete the structure.

[0003] Previously, all such constructions were carried out using the on-site casting method; however, recently, the PC method, which shortens construction time by prefabricating PC panels such as PC walls, slabs, and girders, transporting them to the site, and assembling and installing them on-site, is being widely used.

[0004] Conventional PC walls consist of a single body, making it difficult to ensure vertical uprightness during on-site installation; consequently, accidents such as PC panels tipping over frequently occur during construction.

[0005] Accordingly, the PC double wall method is being used, which connects two PC panels as a single unit to reduce weight at the site, thereby facilitating mobility, ensuring uprightness, and improving constructability.

[0006] However, when constructing a double wall, separate reinforcing bars are required to connect the foundation and the double wall, and since these bars must be individually wrapped with wire to secure them, the work becomes difficult and causes delays in the construction period.

[0007] In this regard, prior art document 1 (Published Patent 10-2018-0055035 Civil engineering retaining wall structure using large precast double wall and method of construction thereof) discloses a configuration in which, when connecting a PC retaining wall to a foundation floor surface, a plurality of vertical reinforcing bars are installed on the foundation floor so that the vertical reinforcing bars are inserted into the PC retaining wall and integrated by pouring concrete.

[0008] However, prior art 1 requires connecting the vertical reinforcing bars and the PC retaining wall with wire to ensure a secure connection, but this process creates a problem where a secure connection is difficult due to the limited space inside the PC retaining wall.

[0009] In addition, if only concrete is poured without reinforcing bar connections, a problem arises in that sufficient load-bearing capacity cannot be secured. Prior art literature

[0010] Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2018-0055035 (Published May 25, 2018) The problem to be solved

Specific details for implementing the invention

[0036] The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to preferred embodiments to which it belongs.

[0037] FIGS. 1 and 2 are cross-sectional views illustrating the combined structure of a double-wall structure capable of foundation integration construction according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0038] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the double-wall structure (100) of the present invention is manufactured in advance as PC (Precast Concrete) in a factory, and is produced as a double-wall structure (100) that forms an integrated structure by being spaced apart at a certain distance by double-wall connecting reinforcing bars (110) that form a space inside by being spaced apart at a certain distance.

[0039] The double wall connecting reinforcing bar (110) that integrates the above double wall structure (100) is composed of a W-bar reinforcing bar (111) formed by continuously bending into a W shape, and a plurality of horizontal connecting reinforcing bars (112) that are spaced apart at regular intervals along the height direction of the double wall structure (100).

[0040] At this time, the horizontal connecting reinforcing bar (112) is formed such that both ends are bent into an L-shape for connection with the wall main reinforcing bar (120) or horizontal reinforcing bar (130) described later, or one end is bent into an L-shape and the other end is formed to have a predetermined angle corresponding to the bending angle of the W-bar reinforcing bar (110).

[0041] The above-mentioned horizontal connecting bar (112) may be composed of a straight horizontal connecting bar (113) with a straight shape that is not bent at both ends, depending on the purpose or situation of the construction site.

[0042] Here, the structure is configured to include a plurality of wall reinforcing bars (120) that are cured together at regular intervals in the vertical direction within the wall forming the double wall structure (100) to reinforce strength.

[0043] The structure is configured to include horizontal reinforcing bars (130) that are cured together with the main reinforcing bars (120) of the wall at regular intervals in the horizontal direction to reinforce the horizontal strength of the wall. The main reinforcing bars (120) of the wall and the horizontal reinforcing bars (130) are arranged to form a grid shape that intersects each other, thereby reinforcing the strength of the double wall structure (100).

[0044] As a result, constructability can be improved by manufacturing a double-wall structure, in which two walls are spaced apart to form an internal space, using PC and installing it on-site.

[0045] The above double wall structure (100) is vertically seated in a seating groove formed in the lean concrete (10) poured on the ground, and the reinforcing bar (210) of the foundation part (200) described later and the integrated connection part (400) of the double wall structure (100) are integrally joined by a coupler (500) so that construction can be performed.

[0046] When the above double wall structure (100) is vertically seated on the lean concrete (10), it is configured to include a double wall fixing bracket (170) in which the vertical surface is connected to the lower outer surface of the double wall structure (100) and the horizontal surface is connected to the upper surface of the lean concrete (10).

[0047] The above double wall fixing bracket (170) is intended to stably fix the double wall structure (100) vertically to the lean concrete (10) during construction, and is fixed by being embedded inside the foundation (200) during the construction of the foundation (200).

[0048] FIGS. 3a and 3b are cross-sectional views illustrating the combined structure of a double-wall structure capable of foundation integration construction according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0049] Referring to FIGS. 3a and 3b, when the double wall structure (100) is vertically seated on the upper surface of the foundation (200), one side of the support (160) is fixed to the outer surface of the double wall structure (100) and the other side is fixed to the upper surface of the foundation (200), thereby enabling stable support of the double wall structure (100).

[0050] Here, the base portion (200) is formed by bending it into an L-shape so that a vertical fixing reinforcing bar (230) is embedded therein, and the horizontal portion of the vertical fixing reinforcing bar (230) is embedded inside the base portion (200), and the vertical portion is formed to protrude so as to be located in the inner space of the double wall structure (100).

[0051] As a result, when on-site concrete is poured into the empty inner space of the double wall structure (100), the vertical portion of the vertical fixing reinforcing bar (230) located in the inner space of the double wall structure (100) and the on-site concrete become integrated, thereby ensuring integration between the double wall structure (100) and the foundation (200).

[0052] FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the construction of a double-wall structure on the upper surface of the foundation portion, which enables foundation integration construction according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0053] Referring to FIG. 4, when the double wall structure (100) is placed on the upper surface of the foundation part (200), the double wall fixing bracket (170) is fixed to the lower outer surface of the double wall structure (100) using the upper surface of the foundation part (200).

[0054] At this time, a pair of vertical fixing reinforcing bars (230), which are formed by bending into an L-shape and consist of a horizontal section and a vertical section, are embedded in the foundation section (200). The horizontal section of the vertical fixing reinforcing bar (230) is embedded inside the foundation section (200), and the upper part of the vertical section is formed to protrude so as to be located in the inner space of the double-wall structure (100).

[0055] Afterwards, when on-site concrete is poured into the empty inner space of the double wall structure (100), the vertical portion of the vertical fixing reinforcing bar (230) located in the inner space of the double wall structure (100) and the on-site concrete become integrated, thereby ensuring integration between the double wall structure (100) and the foundation (200).

[0056] Meanwhile, on one or more of the inner or outer sides of the double-wall structure (100), a waterproof sheet (180) having a predetermined thickness and for waterproofing function is additionally configured.

[0057] An adhesive is applied to one side of the waterproof sheet (180) that contacts the double-wall structure (100) to bond with the double-wall structure (100), and if necessary, the double-wall structure (100) is joined using a separate fastening member.

[0058] The waterproof sheet (180) can be composed of any one of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), PVC, TPO, HDPE, or asphalt-based materials depending on the environment of the construction site or the purpose of use.

[0059] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a load-bearing reinforcement section of a double-wall structure capable of foundation integration construction according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0060] Referring to FIG. 5, the double wall structure (100) and the foundation (200) are constructed so that the integrated connection part (400) and the reinforcing bar (210) are integrally combined through the coupler (500).

[0061] At this time, a foundation connection through hole (140) is formed in the lower part of the double-wall structure (100) so as to be formed through one or both sides of the double-wall structure (100) and connected to a coupler (500), through which a reinforcing bar (210) of the foundation part (200) can be connected through the coupler (500).

[0062] The foundation part (200) is provided with reinforcing bars (210) arranged at regular intervals to reinforce the support force from the ground, and is configured to include threaded reinforcing bars (220) formed on one or both sides with threads (221) formed thereon, arranged at regular intervals in a vertical direction with respect to the reinforcing bars (210) to reinforce the foundation part (200) and simultaneously inserted into a coupler (500) coupled to the foundation connection through hole (140) of the double wall structure (100) to be integrally connected.

[0063] The reinforcing bar (210) and the threaded reinforcing bar (220) are arranged to form a grid shape that intersects each other, thereby reinforcing the strength of the foundation part (200) and reinforcing the bonding strength with the double wall structure (100) and supporting it.

[0064] And the above double-wall structure (100) and the foundation part (200) are integrally joined by a coupler (500). First, the coupler (500) is installed in the foundation connection through hole (140), and on both sides of the coupler (500), a connecting screw thread (510) is formed for connecting the integrated connecting part (400) and the reinforcing bar (210).

[0065] Here, the integrated connection part (400) is bent toward the outside of the double wall structure (100) from the lower part of the wall main reinforcing bar (120) to form a bent part (410) that can improve structural stability when integrated with the foundation part (200).

[0066] The above-mentioned bent portion (410) is bent from the wall main reinforcing bar (120) to be horizontal with the threaded reinforcing bar (220) of the foundation portion (200), thereby becoming integrated with the foundation portion (200) supported on the ground and increasing structural stability.

[0067] At this time, the coupler connecting screw thread (411) formed on one side of the hook portion (410) and the screw thread (221) formed on one side of the screw thread reinforcing bar (220) are each connected to the fastening screw thread (510) of the coupler (500).

[0068] And the above double wall structure (100) is configured to extend from the bottom toward the foundation connection through hole (140) and includes a horizontal integrated reinforcing bar (420) having a coupler connection thread (421) formed at both ends that is connected to the fastening thread (510) of the coupler (500).

[0069] The above horizontal integrated reinforcing bar (420) is provided vertically and horizontally so as to be horizontal with the foundation part (200), and by being connected integrally with the threaded reinforcing bar (220) of the foundation part (200) by a coupler (500), the double wall structure (100) and the foundation part (200) can be constructed as a single unit.

[0070] As described above, when the double wall structure (100) and the foundation part (200) are connected as a single unit, concrete is poured onto the upper surface of the foundation part (200), including the connection part, thereby enabling the construction to be performed as a single unit to improve structural stability.

[0071] A supporting force reinforcing member (150) is further provided at the lower part of the double wall structure (100), and a foundation connection through hole (140) is formed to penetrate toward the outside of the supporting force reinforcing member (150), so that the double wall structure (100) can be stably maintained upright by the supporting force reinforcing member (150) and can be integrally connected with the foundation member (200) by the supporting force reinforcing member (150).

[0072] At this time, the horizontal integrated reinforcing bar (420) is provided at an upper position corresponding to the threaded reinforcing bar (220) of the foundation part (200), and is bent from the wall main reinforcing bar (120) at its lower end and extends toward the foundation part (200), and a coupler connecting thread (420) can be formed at the bent end.

[0073] Accordingly, the main reinforcing bar (120) of the wall and the threaded reinforcing bar (220) of the foundation (200) are directly connected by a coupler (500), thereby creating an integrated connection between the double wall structure (100) and the foundation (200), and structural stability can be increased by the support strength reinforcing part (150).

[0074] FIGS. 6a to 6f are exemplary drawings illustrating a state in which a double-wall structure and a foundation part are integrally combined, of a double-wall structure capable of foundation integration construction according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0075] First, referring to FIG. 6a, the bend portion (410) is formed by extending from the wall main reinforcing bar (120) and is bent in a direction that is horizontal with the foundation portion (200) at the bottom of the double wall structure (100), and the bend portion (410) of the outer wall and the bend portion (410) of the inner wall are arranged to intersect each other, and the end of the bend portion (410) is embedded and fixed into the interior of the adjacent inner and outer walls.
