Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a method for providing pet health care services, and specifically, to a method for providing guide information for home care based on medical history records from an animal hospital and consultations or Q&A regarding the pet's health. Background Technology

[0002] As the number of households living with pets increases, the size of the pet market is growing. Furthermore, interest in pet health is also on the rise, and efforts are being made to maintain the health of pets, such as through vaccinations and regular checkups, to prevent diseases.

[0003] As a result, there is an increasing number of cases where people consult with veterinarians and other professionals for their pets' health management. For example, when a pet exhibits abnormal symptoms, there is a growing trend of consulting about the symptoms via apps or other means before visiting an animal hospital.

[0004] Conventional pet health management services are currently unprofessional, have low utilization rates, or make it difficult to receive practical assistance due to a lack of connection between pet guardians or owners and veterinarians. For example, while services are provided that allow users to search for a pet's condition and report abnormal behaviors via an app, usage rates are significantly low, and such search-technology-based services are difficult for the general public to use. In another instance, other services require the inconvenience of installing a separate application on a mobile phone, which poses a problem in that it is difficult to respond quickly in emergency situations involving pets.

[0005] Therefore, there is a demand in the industry for more convenient and professional pet health care services. Prior art literature

[0089] FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3 are drawings for explaining an example of a method for providing a pet health care service and a method for generating a home care guide according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0090] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a server (100) may provide a pet health care service to a pet's guardian. The pet health care service of the present disclosure may be provided in the form of a web page that can be output on a user terminal (200) or an application that can be installed on the user terminal (200). Here, the web page may be a page accessible via a web link transmitted to the user terminal (200) by the server (100), but is not limited thereto.

[0091] The web link of the present disclosure may be accessible via a specific web page accessible from the user terminal (200) or via a message transmitted to the user terminal (200). Additionally, when a guardian visits an animal hospital, a message containing the address of the web link may be transmitted to the user terminal (200), but is not limited thereto.

[0092] The pet health management service of the present disclosure is provided in the form of a web link, allowing users to easily use it without installing an application, and to conveniently check pet care methods and more easily consult with pet experts without any additional actions other than accessing the web link.

[0093] Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3, the method by which the server (100) provides a pet health care service will be described in detail.

[0094] Referring to FIG. 2, the processor (110) of the server (100) can obtain at least one of the contents of a medical consultation for a pet conducted at an animal hospital and general consultation contents received from a guardian through a pet health management service web link (S310).

[0095] Specifically, when the processor (110) of the server (100) acquires the medical consultation content, it may acquire the medical consultation content through a voice recognition device equipped in the examination room of the animal hospital or a microphone equipped in the user terminal (200). For example, the processor (110) of the server (100) may receive voice data containing the medical consultation content from the voice recognition device or the user terminal (200) through the communication unit (120).

[0096] Additionally, when the processor (110) of the server (100) acquires general consultation content, it can acquire voice general consultation content or text general consultation content received through a page accessible via a web link transmitted to the user terminal (200).

[0097] The processor (110) of the server (100) can input at least one of the medical consultation content and general consultation content composed of voice into a STT (Speech To Text) model to obtain text data (S320).

[0098] Specifically, the processor (110) can convert voice data into text data using an algorithm related to voice recognition technology stored in memory (130). Here, the algorithm related to voice recognition technology may be a Hidden Markov Model (HMM), etc. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0099] In an additional embodiment, the processor (110) may filter out non-speech noise to increase the accuracy of the text data. For example, when the processor (110) filters out non-speech noise, a Butterworth filter, a Chebyshev filter, an elliptic filter, etc. may be used, but is not limited thereto.

[0100] When the processor (110) of the server (100) obtains text data, it can process the text data into natural language to generate a home care guide for pets (S330).

[0101] Specifically, referring to FIG. 3, the processor (110) of the server (100) can recognize at least one keyword related to the condition of the pet in the text data (S331).

[0102] For example, the processor (110) of the server (100) can extract words containing more than a preset number from the text data. And, the processor (110) can recognize keywords based on the extracted words.

[0103] For example, the processor (110) of the server (100) can recognize “tears” and “eye boogers” as keywords if the text data contains five or more of the words “tears” and “eye boogers.” Additionally, the processor (110) can recognize “eye” as a keyword, which is a word that is common to “tears” and “eye boogers.”

[0104] When the processor (110) of the server (100) recognizes at least one keyword, it can extract multiple texts related to the keyword (S332).

[0105] For example, the processor (110) of the server (100) can extract sentences containing keywords.

[0106] When a processor (110) of a server (100) extracts multiple texts, it separates the multiple texts into morphemes and classifies the classified morphemes into verbs, nouns, and adjectives to obtain pet condition judgment information (S333). Then, the processor (110) can determine a specific home care guide corresponding to the condition judgment information from a pre-set home care guide table (S334).

[0107] Specifically, the processor (110) of the server (100) can separate multiple texts into morphemes using a conventional morphological analysis tool (e.g., KoNLPy). Additionally, the processor (110) can tag each separated morpheme with a verb, noun, and adjective. Furthermore, the processor (110) can check whether text related to determining the pet's condition is included for each part of speech.

[0108] Here, the pet condition judgment information may correspond to the health information or health change information described in detail in the description of FIG. 1. For example, the pet condition judgment information may include at least one of: whether the pet is vomiting; whether it has diarrhea; whether it has bloody stool; the color of the stool or diarrhea; the form of the stool or diarrhea; the smell of the stool or diarrhea; swelling of the skin or mucous membrane; whether it is scratching its ears or skin; whether it is licking a specific part of its body; whether it has spots; a change in the color of the skin or mucous membrane; swelling of the eyeball or other mucous membrane; whether it is shedding tears or the amount of tears; whether it has eye discharge; the amount of eye discharge; whether it is convulsing or a change in the degree of convulsing; whether it is trembling or a change in the degree of trembling; whether it is paralyzed; whether it is lying on its belly; whether it is lowering its head; whether it is coughing; the number of coughs; the intensity of the cough; the timing of the cough; the type of cough; the type of breathing; whether it is panting; and the frequency of panting.

[0109] In the memory (130) of the server (100), a home care guide table containing home care methods for each component included in the pet condition judgment information described above may be stored. And, the processor (110) of the server (100) may determine the home care method assigned to the cell corresponding to the condition judgment information as the home care guide.

[0110] According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, a server (100) may obtain basic health information of a pet through a web link. In this case, the basic health information may be reflected when a home care guide is generated. For example, the memory (130) of the server (100) may store different home care guide tables according to basic health. Here, the basic health information may include at least one of information on the age of the pet, information on the gender of the pet, information on the medical history of the pet, and information on the veterinary treatment records of the pet.

[0111] In an additional embodiment, the processor (110) of the server (100) may classify the classified morphemes by part of speech and then exclude unnecessary words. For example, the processor (110) may exclude specific words that are pre-set, and may also set similar patterns or meaningless words through machine learning.

[0112] In an additional embodiment, when generating a home care guide for a pet, the processor (110) of the server (100) may classify text data into disease categories including at least one of digestive system diseases, respiratory diseases, nervous system diseases, urinary system diseases, and orthopedic diseases. Then, the processor (110) may transmit information regarding the disease categories and detailed symptoms to at least one veterinarian terminal to receive feedback information corresponding to the disease categories and detailed symptoms from at least one veterinarian terminal. Here, the home care guide may include feedback information received from at least one veterinarian terminal.

[0113] That is, the server (100) of the present disclosure may allow a veterinarian to directly determine the health condition of a pet and provide feedback information provided by the veterinarian to the user.

[0114] Meanwhile, the processor (110) of the server (100) can recognize a specific veterinarian who provided feedback information. Additionally, the processor (110) can recognize a specific animal hospital operated by the specific veterinarian. Furthermore, when providing information about the animal hospital via a web link, the processor (110) can recommend the specific animal hospital.

[0115] For example, the processor (110) of the server (100) can provide a specific animal hospital as a recommended animal hospital to the user when the user of the pet health care service of the present disclosure searches for nearby hospitals.

[0116] The server (100) of the present disclosure can increase the veterinarian's participation in the feedback provision service by providing a promotional means, such as recommending an animal hospital, to the veterinarian.

[0117] Referring again to FIG. 2, if the server (100) processor (110) has generated a home care guide, it can output the home care guide through a pet health care service web link (S340).

[0118] Specifically, the processor (110) of the server (100) can output a home care guide through a chat agent on a page accessed via a web link. Additionally, if general consultation content is additionally entered after the home care guide is output, the processor (110) can output an additional home care guide corresponding to the additionally entered general consultation content.

[0119] However, when a home care guide is provided to a user, it is not limited to a web link, and when a pet health management service is provided in the form of an application that can be installed on a user terminal (200), the server (100) can transmit the home care guide to the user terminal (200). In this case, the user terminal (200) can output the home care guide on the application.

[0120] The home care guide of the present disclosure may include at least one of information related to a recommended diet for pets, information related to a recommended amount of exercise for pets, information related to recommended vaccinations for pets, and information related to recommended medical care for pets.

[0121] According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, a pet health care service can provide a remote consultation function related to the health of pets.

[0122] Specifically, the processor (110) of the server (100) can request remote consultation to at least one veterinarian terminal via a web link when a remote consultation request is received. And, it can provide a consultation channel between the veterinarian who accepted the remote consultation request and the user who requested the remote consultation.

[0123] Meanwhile, the processor (110) of the server (100) can recognize a specific veterinarian who has accepted a remote consultation. Additionally, the processor (110) can recognize a specific animal hospital operated by the specific veterinarian. Furthermore, when providing information about the animal hospital via a web link, the processor (110) can recommend the specific animal hospital.

[0124] The server (100) of the present disclosure can increase the veterinarian's participation in remote consultation services by providing a promotional means, such as recommending an animal hospital, to the veterinarian.

[0125] According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the processor (110) of the server (100) can generate a medical chart using the medical consultation content obtained in step (S310). Additionally, the processor (110) can provide guidance materials corresponding to the medical chart to the user.

[0126] Specifically, the processor (110) of the server (100) can generate a medical chart based on text data obtained from the medical consultation content. The processor (110) can also transmit guidance materials corresponding to the medical chart to a user terminal (200). Here, the medical chart may include at least one of information regarding the pet's medical history, information regarding the pet's condition, and information regarding the main symptoms. Additionally, the guidance materials may include at least a portion of the medical consultation content and information regarding a pet care method corresponding to the medical chart.

[0127] The server (100) of the present disclosure not only provides convenience for veterinarians to create medical charts, but also provides relevant information to pet owners, thereby increasing the efficiency of medical administration.

[0128] According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, a pet health care service may provide an emergency consultation function.

[0129] Specifically, when emergency consultation content is obtained through a web link, the processor (110) of the server (100) can analyze the emergency consultation content to determine whether a hospital visit or a veterinarian consultation is necessary.

[0130] For example, when the processor (110) of the server (100) determines whether a hospital visit is necessary, if the words included in the emergency consultation content contain a keyword corresponding to emergency treatment or contain content expressing a desire to visit a hospital, it may determine that a hospital visit is necessary.

[0131] For example, the processor (110) of the server (100) can determine an emergency medical department if it is determined that a hospital visit is necessary. Additionally, the processor (110) can recognize at least one hospital currently in operation among the hospitals registered with an emergency medical department. Furthermore, the processor (110) can output information regarding the address and contact details of the hospital among the at least one hospital according to pre-set conditions via a web link. The pre-set conditions may be conditions based on the distance between the location of the connected terminal and the hospital. For example, the processor (110) can output information regarding the address and contact details of the hospital closest to the location of the terminal connected via the web link among the at least one hospital.

[0132] As another example, if the processor (110) of the server (100) determines that a hospital visit is not necessary, it can output information on emergency treatment methods corresponding to the emergency consultation content.

[0133] The pet health care service of the present disclosure provides an emergency consultation function to quickly determine an emergency situation and provide the user with appropriate countermeasures for the situation.

[0134] FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an example of a method for analyzing pet health consultation records according to various embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0135] Referring to FIG. 4, the user terminal (200) can transmit identification information regarding an RFID chip related to a pet and consultation information related to pet treatment to the server (100) (S1).

[0136] That is, the user can use the user terminal (200) to transmit the identification information and the consultation information to the server (100). In this case, the user can receive a management service for their pet from the server (100).

[0137] Here, the identification information for the RFID chip may be information obtained by using a user terminal (200) to identify an RFID chip that is inserted into or attached to the body of a pet. However, it is not limited thereto. Meanwhile, the consultation information related to the treatment of the pet may include at least one of information regarding the breed of the pet, information regarding the age of the pet, information regarding the gender of the pet, information regarding the medical history of the pet, and information regarding the hospital treatment records of the pet. However, it is not limited thereto.

[0138] Below, steps are described in which a server (100) provides a pet care service to a user terminal (200) (i.e., a user).

[0139] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (110) of the server (100) can receive identification information regarding an RFID chip related to a pet and consultation information related to pet treatment from a user terminal (200) through a communication unit (120) (S1).

[0140] In this case, the processor (110) of the server (100) can generate profile information for the pet by mapping health information to identification information. Then, the processor (110) can store the profile information in memory (130) (S2).

[0141] And, the processor (110) of the server (100) can control the communication unit (120) to transmit profile information to at least one external server (300) so that profile information is shared (S3). Additionally, the processor (110) can control the communication unit (120) to transmit profile information to a user terminal (200) so that updated profile information is shared.

[0142] According to an additional embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (110) of the server (100) may, in step (S2), receive user information related to the guardian of the pet along with the identification information and the consultation information from the user terminal (200). Herein, the user information may include the user's name, the user's address, and the user's contact information. However, it is not limited thereto.

[0143] Meanwhile, when the processor (110) receives user information from the user terminal (200), it may include identification information, health information, and user information in the profile information when generating the profile information of the pet.

[0144] In other words, since the pet's profile information includes information related to the pet and user information regarding the user who is the pet's owner, the owner of the pet can be easily found if an RFID chip corresponding to the identification information is inserted into the body or if the pet attached to the body is lost.

[0145] After sharing profile information with an external server (300), the processor (110) of the server (100) can receive health change information about the pet from a user terminal (200) or an external server (300).

[0146] For example, the user terminal (200) can transmit information about the health change of the pet to the server (100) as a health change of the pet occurs (S4-1).

[0147] For example, a user who is the owner of a pet can measure the weight of the pet at home. Then, if the weight of the pet changes, the user can use a user terminal (200) to transmit health change information, including information about the change in the pet's weight, to a server (100). However, it is not limited to this.

[0148] As another example, the external server (300) can transmit information about the health change of the pet to the server (100) as a health change of the pet occurs (S4-2).

[0149] For example, a server of an animal hospital that treated a pet (i.e., an external server (300)) can transmit health change information, including information about the pet's medical records, to the server (100). However, it is not limited to this.

[0150] Meanwhile, when the processor (110) of the server (100) receives health change information about the pet from a user terminal (200) or an external server (300), it can update the profile information of the pet stored in the memory (130) using the health change information (S5).

[0151] For example, when the processor (110) of the server (100) receives health change information including information about a pet's medical record from an external server (300) associated with an animal hospital, it may add (i.e., update) the information about the medical record to the profile information stored in the memory (130). However, it is not limited thereto.

[0152] And, the processor (110) can control the communication unit (120) to transmit the profile information to at least one external server (300) so that the updated profile information is shared (S6). Additionally, the processor (110) can control the communication unit (120) to transmit the profile information to a user terminal (200) so that the updated profile information is shared.

[0153] Accordingly, the server (100) of the present disclosure can maintain the profile information of a pet in an up-to-date state. In addition, the server (100) can share the profile information of the pet, which is maintained in an up-to-date state, with users, hospitals, or institutions related to the pet, in order to facilitate the management of the pet.

[0154] According to an additional embodiment of the present disclosure, a processor (110) of a server (100) can generate feedback information related to the health of a pet based on information regarding changes in the health of the pet. The processor (110) can then transmit the feedback information to a user terminal (200).

[0155] Herein, the feedback information may include information that can improve the health of the pet. For example, the feedback information may include at least one of information related to the pet's recommended diet, information related to the pet's recommended amount of exercise, information related to the pet's recommended vaccinations, and information related to the pet's recommended medical care. However, it is not limited thereto.

[0156] Therefore, the user can more easily manage the health of the pet through the feedback information provided by the server (100).

[0157] FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an additional example of a method for analyzing pet health consultation records according to various embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0158] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (110) of the server (100) can receive identification information regarding an RFID chip related to a pet from a user terminal (200) through a communication unit (120).

[0159] Referring to FIG. 5, when the processor (110) of the server (100) receives identification information for the RFID chip from the user terminal (200), it can control the communication unit (120) to transmit the identification information to at least one external server (300) (S110).

[0160] Specifically, the processor (110) may transmit the identification information to an external server (300) that manages the identification information of the RFID chip in order to check whether the identification information for the RFID chip is valid. Here, the external server (300) may be an animal protection management system server.

[0161] That is, the server (100) of the present disclosure may transmit the identification information to the administrative agency server to verify whether the pet is registered in the 'pet registration system' provided by the administrative agency. However, it is not limited thereto.

[0162] The processor (110) of the server (100) can receive a signal from at least one external server (300) through the communication unit (120) regarding whether the identification information is valid. In this case, the processor (110) can recognize whether the identification information is valid based on the signal (S120). Then, the processor (110) can determine whether to generate profile information of the pet based on whether the identification information is valid.

[0163] For example, the processor (110) of the server (100) may decide to generate profile information of a pet corresponding to the identification information when it recognizes that the identification information is valid (S130, Yes) (S140).

[0164] As another example, the processor (110) of the server (100) can control the communication unit (120) to send a message requesting registration of identification information to the user terminal (200) when it recognizes that the identification information is invalid (S130, No).

[0165] Accordingly, the server (100) of the present disclosure can induce the registration of a pet with an administrative agency. When a pet is registered with an administrative agency, the owner can be found quickly if the pet is lost. In addition, the abandonment of the pet can be prevented by increasing the sense of responsibility of the pet owner.

[0166] FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating another additional example of a method for analyzing pet health consultation records according to various embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0167] Referring to FIG. 6, the processor (110) of the server (100) can receive abnormal symptom information related to abnormal symptoms of a pet from a user terminal (200) through a communication unit (120) (S210). Here, the user terminal (200) may be the terminal of the owner (user) of the pet.

[0168] When the processor (110) of the server (100) receives abnormal symptom information from the user terminal (200), it can transmit the abnormal symptom information to at least one external server (300). In this case, the processor (110) can recognize at least one specific animal hospital capable of treating the abnormal symptoms of the pet (S220).

[0169] For example, the processor (110) of the server (100) can control the communication unit (120) to transmit abnormal symptom information to an external server (300) associated with at least one animal hospital. Additionally, the processor (110) can receive a signal from at least one specific animal hospital server indicating that medical examination or treatment for the abnormal symptoms of the pet is possible. However, it is not limited thereto.

[0170] The processor (110) of the server (100) can control the communication unit (120) to transmit information about at least one specific animal hospital to the user terminal (200) (S230).

[0171] After the processor (110) transmits information about at least one specific animal hospital to the user terminal (200), it can receive a signal requesting a medical appointment for the at least one specific animal hospital from the user terminal (200) through the communication unit (120) (S240).

[0172] In this case, the processor (110) can complete a medical appointment for a specific animal hospital for the pet based on a medical appointment request signal (S250).

[0173] Specifically, the processor (110) can complete the medical appointment by transmitting the medical appointment request signal received from the user terminal (200) to the server of at least one specific animal hospital.

[0174] Accordingly, the server (100) of the present disclosure can provide a medical appointment reservation function to a user who may have difficulty managing the health of their pet.

[0175] FIG. 7 illustrates a brief and general schematic diagram of an exemplary computing environment in which embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented.
